sir
since last 4months i am using tata docomo tele prepaid service since from last month the service provider without valid permission company were activating the VAS(value added services)and deducting the amount in last fifteen days it is third time for me...my no is [protected] i am many of the times talked with customer care but they were not responding me.so Wat can i do now....

Tata Docomo — activation of VAS services without permission

tata docomo activated their value adeed service VIDEONEWS and just informed me by message saying you are subscribed for VOV on WAP and deducting rs.5 daily for that service .request to deactivate the service is simply ignored by their customer care.they are sending messages saying that you are not subscribed to this service ,but looting 5 rs everyday.docomo is the worst network with the most stupid and useless customer care evr

    With respect to the call reference I had called your center with respect to legal notice being issued in my name for the mistake happened at Tata Photon end.

    On June 12th I had cancelled my Tata Photon request and I had received a mail on the same day. Enclosed the same for your reference

    Mail quote from Tata service

    "We would like to inform you that your request for cancellation has already been registered on 12-Jun-2012 and the reference number for the same is[protected]. Kindly make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence.

    Further, we would like to inform you that:

    The billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 4th day from the date of which the request was raised.

    Your current outstanding amount is Rs. 0/-."

    I had received a Jul'12 stating that Rs.334 is due and I had responded back on 29th July stating I would not pay even single amount. Response attached.

    Today, I have received a SMS stating legal notice issued. This is totally stupid and frustrating.

    Why I was not in receipt any payment reminder call
    Why TATA Photon customer care did not respond to the mail sent on 29th July
    Why I did not get any payment reminder mail
    I had called up the customer care today and spoke to Mr. Srinivas and Ms. Jaya(Floor Manager), after explaining facts he had given me a waiver amount of Rs. 334. I really appreciate his efforts.

    Now the point is, How did you guys send me legal notice when the mistake is at your end?
    Put yourself in the shoes of mine and think how embarrassed it would be?

    I demand an explanation from a Senior person and would want you to compensate Rs. 10000 for the mental harassment.

    I have very good reputation in my locality and this legal notice would definitely spoil my reputation in my area.

        My TATA DOCOMO Mobile No. is [protected]
        On[protected], at 11.54 A.M, I got the following message " Hi You have successfully subscribed to MusstBuy on TATA at Rs30/30days till 11-Nov.To Stop, Dial 155223(tollfree) or dial *660# and select unsubscribe" --- and Rs.30 was deducted from my balance.My Grievance is why and how can they deduct the sum when i had not even requested for any Activation of any kind.And i dialled 155223 but there was no mention of MusstBuy service in the automated response.I Dialled *660# and got the service de-activated but my balance was not credited with Rs.30.When I called "customer care", they told that i have pressed the activation button and so the service has been activated (some USD base data)and the amount will not be credited back.The customer care executive who spoke to me (female) was very rude to me.I have not pressed any button and the service has been activated. I want my balance to be credited back (Rs.30)

          I have a pre-paid card of tata docomo. whenever i could recharged my mob. after 2 to 3 hour the message come on my mob that i have subscribed to some type of service like LKD or something. and after that i found my balance was less.They can charge me 10 rs, 20 rs. means always i recharged 30 rs on my mob no. They cut my balance about 20 rs behind the name of subscription of some service. and i noticed that before subscription they don't send me a message of service; then how it is possible that i subscribe the service. It is bad. they automatically activate the services on my mob after when i the recharged my mob no. they give useless service to customer. They could not connect call of customer to customer care when i had a problem like above. so please help me for my problem. i very upset and angree for this reason.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am also facing same type of issue and not getting any proper response Rs.109 is deducted from my balance, there are 3 deductions i.e Rs. 49, 30 and 30. When i call to customer care they say some divin services is active and said he'll try to refund and after that there is no response in sms. Afterwards i tried several times but always customer care executives are busy i dont know what to do now. the deductions are:
            1> Date 07-oct,3GSDP,TIME03:32 PM, USAGE 31 Rs49.0
            2> Date 13-oct,3GSDP,TIME11:34 AM, USAGE 31 Rs30.0
            3> Date 13-oct,3GSDP,TIME11:34 AM, USAGE 31 Rs30.0
            I also try to contact customer care but all the time they respond as all customer care exe. are busy then hang up, so please take some actions and kindly refund my Rs.109.
            i'm using this number from last 4 years.

                I am Kamalakar kashinath Powar using Tata Docomo Prepaid connection.I am working in Corporate Company LG Soft India Pvt Ltd. I applied for Freedom 499 for my [protected] number. [Prepaid to postpaid Migration] on 25th September.
                I have submitted to the documents to the Mr Khan [mobile number : [protected]] he had given me new SIM [SIM no[protected] ] and i waited for 5-6 days .after that i called to this person . he had given me managers phone number Mr. Sayed [Mobile Number [protected]]

                this guy first told me that it will done withing 2 /4 /6 days,but still i am waiting for that .

                and one more thing is as this is corporate plan no deposit is required.but the executive took 500 rupees from me.

                please help me out to resolve this issue.

                    I got a message from Tata Docomo at 19:41:45 on 12/10/2012 that i have successfully subscribed to Musstbuy on TATA at Rs 30/30 days which i have not requested them to activate. when i tried to contact customer service they were not attending the call, this happened to me before also.
                    Hi,

                    I have received the same message this morning on my mobile ([protected])regarding the activation of service without requesting. I called up the customer care and they say that I have responded to some IVR call but I have not received any call. However I deactivated the service but they denied to refund my balance. This has happened lot of times, do make sure that this dosent repeat again.

                      I am trying to login to Myaccount in the tatadocomo website, They say the password is incorrect and so i gave the correct hint answers and still they say the details are wrong. Now my account is blocked due to multiple tries. Since a week i have been trying to call the Customer care service ! they tell me things like " please wait the system is slow ,etc, We will connect you our senior and nobody picks up ! i mean why do you transfer us to the senior if nobody is going to pick ! its like literally wasting our time and making a fool out o[censored]s.And i tried several times to register a complaint in the official website and they keep error in registering complain please try again ! And this is not the first time , I have had so many bad experiences with the Customer Care service !Pure Frustration after several tries and i am sure anybody would have the same feel.Please do look into this matter and do contact me. this is Vibin : phone number [protected].

                      Today i had a bitter experience with the TATA CUSTOMER Care. I tried to call them many time and their customer care was so busy.. Finally i got hold of some one. My issue was that i had done an online recharge for Rs351 and it was not credited to balance currency of my mobile in spite of the amount being debited from my bank account. The customer support representative (CSR) asked me the date of re-charge done. As I didn’t remember the date i logged into the online back account to get the date. Meanwhile the CSR told me that he has no time and hung up on me. This really was so frustrating to hear that the CSR don’t have time for the customer. After that i tried to call back many times but the line was busy and after 30min i got to another person and I had to go through the same question and answer again. I asked him to transfer the call to his manager so that I can escalate this issue and to my bad luck I was again put on hold…. i didn’t want to disconnect the call so held the line and the hold time was more than 45min (I took bath and had my breakfast during this time). Finally I got someone whom I asked whether she knows what the hold time was for which she said it was only 30sec sir. OMG I am freaked out now. What do you expect me to say? Later I had explained the whole thing to a senior again, about having done an online recharge for 351 which has not been credited to my mobile balance account and guess what that manager said, “This amount is not in talk time plan but a data plan”. Man I don’t know what to do.
                      Later she says that the money cannot be refunded back and that I will have to use it with the data plan. I argued with her saying that this plan is available online for re-charge. She never accepted this. After around 10-15min of argument I told that I need my money back or I am going to consumer court and I need the name of person to whom I need to address the consumer court order. Then she check the same herself online and later says sorry we will look into it and send another mail to the backend. She said that I have to wait till the EOD to know if my money will be re-funded or will I get the talk time. I don’t know what to do. Please help

                          I have taken a TATA DOCOMO number against which they had taken a deposit which they were to adjust against the bills.

                          Now they have refused for the same . . . .their customer care executive refused to help . . .when I asked for assistance on website . . . she refused saying that you will have to help yourself.

                          TATA's standards are degrading day by day . . .

                            I am vivek kumar agarwal owe a post paid connection of TATA docomo CDMA mobile no. [protected]. I am using Plan of Rs 899/-, Which is free calling to any subscriber any where in india. Docomo agent said to me the bill will not raise more that 1010. I have just started this service a month back. Now when my 1st bill generated it is showing bill amount of Rs 1236/-. When I go through that bill I came to know they are charging me for the activation of several useless services which were not activated by me. Now after calling in Customer Care they are not listining any thing I tried a lot but all went into vain.
                            I request you kindly help me in waving off Rs 226 /- extra amount from my bill.

                              Im using prepaid mobile connection of Tata docomo.Im facing so many issues in that.Before from my mobile balance one rupee got deducted ever day and if not interested asked me to call to the number for de-activating the same.But if i call to that number it is replying as i have no activated service but amount got deducted.Then i spoke to the customer care(198 complaint registration service) and they said it is fault from their end but they cant refund the entire amount and refunded 15 rupees.Now again on of a sudden two rupees is getting deducted everyday without my notice.So many times i tried calling customer care but customer service persons are busy handling other calls and could not be connected.Today morning again i tried one lady picked up the call and while speaking she kept on hold in between.I need a solution to this issue.I want my deducted money back soon.Please help me as apart from phone banking i dont know where to raise a complaint against tata docomo,My mobile no is [protected]

                                i am a customer uses tata docomo service.i recharge my no. With a topup of Rs.250 for 3G internet service but the pack are not working. Regarding the problem i sent complain mait to tata docomo 4 time & talk to executive 7 time with in 10 days & also go his tata docomo store but they are not respond me. I am not satiesfied with tata docomo service.

                                My complaint is regarding the Tata photon+,the speed of tata photon is very disgusting..no way the gadget can be used for internet exploring..regular complaints have been launched but the company never took any serious step regarding this..the customer care centre number didnt pick the phones..and the service is very poor...

                                sir i am customer of docomo at manoharpur, dist. west singhbhun, jharkand. Everytime, there is network problem and when i call customercare then told one thing everytime that it will take 4 hours to solve problem.

                                  I had made an online recharge through paytm.com for Rs. 2000.00 on 08 Oct 2012 (Order no.[protected]. Although there is no option on paytm to choose 3G recharge or Top-up, etc., my money has apparently gone into a 'special balance'.

                                  The whole purpose of my recharge was to keep my BlackBerry services active, and now, due to this, I am severely inconvenienced. Your customer care is not concerned, and quite rudely told me that I should just recharge again. 2000 Rupees is a big deal for me, and I am sure your collection agents would go after someone who has not payed a similar bill, so why won't you understand my situation and just refund me my money?

                                  I'm afraid if I don't get a refund/ solution at the earliest, I will have to take this up with the relevant legal authorities.

                                    This is rajiv , tata docomo people activated some some page3one service on my mobile because of which my money keeps on deducting from my balance i tried disconnecting it by calling 155223 but there no service is listed so i cannot deactivate it ,good way to eat money , i have been using this number from past 5 years but now i will have to change my connection and they have stopped giving option to talk to customer people .

                                      Mobile Portability to Docomo
                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I've two Vodafone postpay numbers (I'm not giving numbers here for privacy, I can give numbers on secured link). I wanted to Port to Docomo.
                                      I was contacted by your executive Nisha (phone number [protected]) on 30th November and had a plan details call from Mr. Syed (Phone: [protected]). Both of these are from Professional Enhanced Services Code: [protected])
                                      So, on 1st December, 2012, I signed documents for portability, gave UPC received from Vodafone and handed over the documents along with ID proof, address proof and photograph to executive sent by Mr. Syed (Executive name Rajesh, phone: [protected]).

                                      I also paid Rs. 300/- as plan fee, which was supposed to be returned in 3 bills. (I have receipt for this payment).

                                      But till now no porting has been done and no status has been provided. Seems like they never processed my request and took away my money as well. when I call these executives (Syed and Nisha), they don't pick my call. I've sent many sms but no updates.
                                      As per TRAI rules porting should be done within 7 days, but till now nothing has been done. I've not been updated about any status too.
                                      These guys also allocated a new number[protected], as it is my family (999 plan). I've never used this number. and I asked them to activate new number only after porting is done first for my current two numbers.
                                      This type of service certainly causes bad names to Docomo, as I've already started telling my friends not to take docomo connection. I've faced such a harrassment.

                                      Can you provide me status of porting of my Vodafone numbers and can you take some actions against these executives and this agency?. I'm trying to call them almost everyday but no response.
                                      I don't know where to go or what to do, as I'm stuck in no where. If my porting request has not been processed, then please stop that and give my documents back to me.
                                      I dont want any Docomo connection any more. I have never seen such a worse customer service anywhere.

                                        I am, Ankita Jadhav . I am using tata docomo from 2 yrs My mobile number is [protected]. A service is activated in my cell, named "Game Pack" yesterday. Due to this service, my balance is deducted by Rs.46/-
                                        Due to this condition I am not recharging my cell. I called customer care several times but they did'nt listen me . Due to this service I lost many rupees .
