Harassing me for due payment while they did not act my request to improve their services
Dear Sir/Madam:
Based on the advertisements aired by TATA DOCOMO for its internet service, I paid INR 999 and bought USB stick. The service was very pathetic and I was told by Tata docomo executives that, it could be because I was in 'pre-paid' mode. I was told by TATA DOCOMO executives that the connection will be fantastic if I go for 'post-paid' and I got trapped again. The service was very very poor. I registered service complaints, every time I speak to the customer service, they do not have clue on the quality of service, I am told that they are already providing correct quality of service. I WAS TOTALLY DISSAPPOINTED WITH TATA DOCOMO's behavior, I purchased Airtel USB dongle and happy with its services. TATA DOCOMO sent me the post paid bill for INR 866 . Angered by this insensitive behavior, I chose to ignore it. I am repeatedly harassed for due payment, when I am clearly citing the poor quality of services. For me, the question is TATA DOCOMO is taking its consumers for ride. Now, TATA DOCOMO has sent me notice over email that they would take legal action. I solicit your attention to this matter and help poor consumer like me. I am more than willing to give back TATA DOCOMO USB stick which I purchased, instead of INR 866.
I request for the complete refund including the USB stick charge for their fraudulent TV ads and for misleading the innocent customers.
