Sir,
The tata docomo network and the customer care services in tamil nadu is so bad. All calls for the customers are ignored, no proper responses are shown. If in emergency called twice a day, calls are been put in barred out list and cannot be connected. It is so bad and pathetic that none of them are taking this into action!
Money and funds are just cut frm the balances and you wil find no customer care to cater to your help. Please do take particular action against this. This is not one day's happening but many months. Hoping to see India change by your action towards this complaint and by providing a good facility and services to the network customers.

    Tata docomo harassed every time i call to customer care my call goes to oddisa Customer care they said they cant help me. When i disconnect and again try to call customer care they blocked my customer care i m facing this problem from a month i register an complain about my problem to there chargeable number [protected] and they said they cant register an complain they forcing me to call to there paid help line number there chargeable number working fine.
    I m not able to call customer care.

      Harassing me for due payment while they did not act my request to improve their services

      Dear Sir/Madam:
      Based on the advertisements aired by TATA DOCOMO for its internet service, I paid INR 999 and bought USB stick. The service was very pathetic and I was told by Tata docomo executives that, it could be because I was in 'pre-paid' mode. I was told by TATA DOCOMO executives that the connection will be fantastic if I go for 'post-paid' and I got trapped again. The service was very very poor. I registered service complaints, every time I speak to the customer service, they do not have clue on the quality of service, I am told that they are already providing correct quality of service. I WAS TOTALLY DISSAPPOINTED WITH TATA DOCOMO's behavior, I purchased Airtel USB dongle and happy with its services. TATA DOCOMO sent me the post paid bill for INR 866 . Angered by this insensitive behavior, I chose to ignore it. I am repeatedly harassed for due payment, when I am clearly citing the poor quality of services. For me, the question is TATA DOCOMO is taking its consumers for ride. Now, TATA DOCOMO has sent me notice over email that they would take legal action. I solicit your attention to this matter and help poor consumer like me. I am more than willing to give back TATA DOCOMO USB stick which I purchased, instead of INR 866.

      I request for the complete refund including the USB stick charge for their fraudulent TV ads and for misleading the innocent customers.

      Same here these guys closed my complaint without providing solution. This company sucks. Vodafone is the best. Their customer care executives are parrot, they speak what they have been taught. I speak something and they speak what computer says even when its not relevant. This company is full of illiterate people and not consumer friendly.

        I am user of Tata Photon prepaid service from nearly two years now. my Tata photon number is [protected].
        I am experiencing that my data consumption is showing wrongly from last few days, I have recharged on 21st Oct and used hardly but yesterday I found that my whole data of 1.5 GB finished.
        surprisingly on Tuesday evening I used the Photon for 15-20 minutes only opened Naukari.com no downloading nothing and consumption showing 200 MB and did not understanding what is happening out there my 3rd November data also showing 400+ MB that also incorrect. I always use Tata Photon and till now never finished 1 GB in a month but this month don't know what's happening. yesterday again I recharged with 512 MB and used hardly but total consumption showing 90 MB. If you are going to charge likewise let me know so I have to show my Photon dustbin and go for other service providers. Kindly do investigate and let me know.

          Hi India,
          One of the worst experience with Tata Docomo.
          I have done a RC250 (diwali offer- for unlimited internet & full talk time offer) for my number on 7-11-12.
          This diwali offer provides (unlimited 3g data for one month & full talk time validity lifetime).
          But at the same night 80rs was deduced from my account without my notice, saying for Yoga tips pack-30rs & Data charges for 50rs.
          How come they have activated Yoga tips Pack without any request from my side & data charges, whilr they provide unlimited internet.
          I had good experience with these peoples for 3yrs, but this act made me disappointed.
          I would like all of you to know about their fraud.
          And provide provide me some help to get justice!

              I had opted several connection from Tata Photon and I got free Photon device.

              The sales engineer told me that I will be billed separately for every device after the first bill. But that didnt happened and I stopped using the services as it was causing a headache for me to track the user with one single bill.

              But Tata photon kept charging me the monthly rentals without giving me the service. (The internet services were stopped.) and now they are sending me the notices and finally I have received a lega notice from one of the high court lawyer. There is no number / contact details provided to contact the lawyer. One Tata number is given on which no body answers the call. I kept calling for full day but in vain. I had sent multiple mails to mentioned email addresses but none have got any revert.

                My mobile number is [protected], in this number recently i recharged for Rs.123 on november 7th 2012.. Before doing recharge for this amount i called to customer care from this number and confirmed about the booster benefits.. A lady talked to me from customer care they said that for 123rs booster i will be getting 20hrs of docomo to docomo free every day n from 6pm to 10pm i will be charge 10paise per minute.. So after this confirmation from customer care i did recharge of rs.123 .. But after recharge i got free call to focomo for 20hrs till 6pm.. After 6 pm im getting charged of 20paise per minute.. I tried to contact customer care but no response from docomo.. They providing weong informations regarding even for recharge amount.. I cant able to contact any one after 6 pm to 10pm because of high call cost.. Please do provide the previous plan benefit of 10paise for 6 pm to 10pm.. Customer care service of tata docomo providing wrong information..!! Please do refund me the amount of costing double in my number for which spoken today and change my plan tariff of 6pmto 10pm to 10paise plan..! Please kindly change it .!! Thank you..! Please do give an response from tata docomo..

                Related to this complaint they had called me n said that they will change the tariff of my plan and they wil refund me the charged amount on noVember 8th ..                       I have activate 250 3G unlimited plan for Tata Docomo number [protected] on dated[protected] through Tata Docomo web site whose last date is[protected]. But on dated 30-10-12 you have deducted Rs 311.90 from my main account for internet browsing. Also I have registered complaint in this regard many times telephonically as well as through mail. As per conversation with tata docomo CSC balance had been deducted due to technical problem in 3G recharge of Rs 250/internet browsing and amount Rs 311.90 will be refunded till 5th November. But the situation is that neither refund nor perfect resolution to said problem up to till date.

                      Today when i talk to Tata CSC they miss guided me and said that this amount will not be refunded because you have used wrong APN but when i purchase this unlimited 3G plan no such type of information provide to me also there is no such type information available anywhere i.e. on web site, at authorized dealer shop, on poster/banner. One thing more all the setting for internet browsing will automatically installed in devices so how would i know what APN in use.

                      If CSC is right for the said statement then one message must be displayed while internet browsing so that customer may understand what is going to be happen instead of balance deduction from main account.

                      So please do needful in this regards

                          I have moved to TataDocomo from Airtel last week by MNP Number (91-[protected]) Bangalore. From the date ( Nov-2-2012 ) i moved to not getting network range when i use at my Office area also internet keeps disconnect and drop all the time when i use at home, Have tried with different handsets still the same issue. Have tried to reach the customer care whole night and not able to reach them. Then sent them email regarding the same But for more than 4 days no response yet . This made me very upset and have wasted lot of time following them and missed many important calls from family and friends.Its a huge loss for me Physically and mentally . need to take action against TataDocomo for their false advertisement and very bad response. Please find the Screen-shots attached.

                                I have Tata Docomo prepaid connection.

                                Without informing me the page3one was auto subscribed. I received a message that the page3one is subscribed and in same message mentioned that to unsubscribe call 155223. I called that number and found there were some more unwanted auto subscriptions (MustBuy & GPRS). I unsubscribed all of them and I noticed that I lost around Rs.500.

                                      The tata dokomo cheaters just looting my money by taking 30 Rs for every prepaid recharge. I used to recharge online for Rs 150 and never activate or call them and ask for any services. But I dont know how they are activating. I used deactivate all the active services every day morning, otherwise they will take money every day. I dont know how long I have to carry this on. They are taking 30 Rs every time when I do recharge.

                                      This is how tata earns the money from the poor people. I think they are not getting the profit nowadays and hence they are looting people's money.

                                      Atleast if they beg me for money, I would have thrown my money in their face and ask them to beg and live. But this is more than begging.

                                      Whoever responsible for this, can live now happily and enjoy with the stolen begged money from us. But for cheating all the people and earning money, his death wont be proper. He will suffer and die. I dont want to add bad words here about them.

                                      Please take my complaint in and take immediate actions. The no is [protected].

                                      I am N.D.A student.I am using tata docomo from last 3 months. i calling my brother on number [protected]. But they have no receive. But automatically cut to my money 3 times 75ps ok . I contact to customer service. But they have not a good deleing to customer & not to responsibility For customer. As soon as possible immediate action to customer service in Bhubneswar.

                                        I am Abinash Biswal.having the docomo number [protected].recently i have recharged a monthly SMS pack of Rs. 32.but the message pack is not activated.when i called the customer complaint service they told,that service pack is not applicable on your SIM.and the money can't b refunded.my transaction ID-[protected].

                                        my complaint is as they are not advertising any applicable and npt applicable things..how can they deduct the money for a inapplicable recharge pack.How can they cheat people like this.I want my money back.
