Wrong data consumption showing

Hi,

I am user of Tata Photon prepaid service from nearly two years now. my Tata photon number is [protected].
I am experiencing that my data consumption is showing wrongly from last few days, I have recharged on 21st Oct and used hardly but yesterday I found that my whole data of 1.5 GB finished.
surprisingly on Tuesday evening I used the Photon for 15-20 minutes only opened Naukari.com no downloading nothing...

Deduction of balance without any justice

Hi India,
One of the worst experience with Tata Docomo.
I have done a RC250 (diwali offer- for unlimited internet & full talk time offer) for my number on 7-11-12.
This diwali offer provides (unlimited 3g data for one month & full talk time validity lifetime).
But at the same night 80rs was deduced from my account without my notice, saying for Yoga tips pack-30rs & Data charges for 50rs.

Service and poor response

Auto subscription and deduction

Hi,

I have Tata Docomo prepaid connection.

Without informing me the page3one was auto subscribed. I received a message that the page3one is subscribed and in same message mentioned that to unsubscribe call 155223. I called that number and found there were some more unwanted auto subscriptions (MustBuy & GPRS). I unsubscribed all of them and I noticed that I lost around Rs.500.

The tata dokomo cheaters just looting my money by taking 30 Rs for every prepaid recharge. I used to recharge online for Rs 150 and never activate or call them and ask for any services. But I dont know how they are activating. I used deactivate all the active services every day morning, otherwise they will take money every day. I dont know how long I have to carry this on. They are taking 30 Rs every time when I do recharge.
