Hi,
i had a purchased postpaid tata photon plus connection ([protected]) in bangalore, Karnataka in march 2012 . I given a request to change from postpaid to prepaid in Bangalore in July 2012. it got converted based on my request and submitted the documents at tata docomo store in Yelahanka new town, Bangalore..
But after 10 days it is disabled due to the documents are not received, but again on 16 august i submitted the documents at tata docomo center at CMR layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore. I.e In the mean time i have given my documents again for 2 times in 2 different tata indicom stores in Bangalore (based on the customer care executive told ) still the issue is not resolved.
Am tired on calling customer care, and submitting documents again and again. i want to get the resolution for this ASAP. Iam not willing to change the device(other network) so please do the needful......
