This is to bring in your concern that I have been using TATA DOCOMO for last 2.5 Years, but in recent 5-6 months the service has dropped to its lowest level. The network goes off automatically and does not come back after searching mannually or automatically, the only way is to restart the mobile. Earlier i thought it to be my Phone problem but not i have purchased a new handset, but the problem remains the same.
I discussed the same with my friend Chandan([protected]) who too is TATA DOCOMO user, he also said that he is facing the same problem. So we contacted Coustomer care, but the lady at the other end keep on telling that their is no problem from their side and put my call on silent mode. such a poor customer service.
We have tried other SIM (AIRTEL) on the same mobile and no such problem is coming, so its clear that problem is with TATA DOCOMO.
We are planning to go for number Portability if the problem Persists. TATA DOCOMO is not at all interested in seeing the problems of old users, not to say of new users.

Tata Docomo — theft of money
sir, i am a client of tata docomo service. i use its gprs service. Now a days they are deducting money from my balance but when i ask them they reply thar i downloaded games or activated many services etc. but i told them if i do such why will i complan? But they dont hard. now tel me what should i do? My number is[protected]
