Sir, I have a tata docomo prepaid sim card having number [protected] which is used last one year. I want to convert my prepaid sim to postpaid sim. I applied for the same along with all requisite documents and an amount of Rs 850/- (Rupees eight hundred fifty only) three day before. Tata Docomo representative gave me a new sim card. On 16 March 13, my existing prepaid sim stop working and the new sim card not yet activated. So that, I faced various problem for non availability of connectivity service. I put the above number in various forms/ applications. So that I missed number of appointments and confirmation.
Request solve my problem on priority

My Tata Docomo sim [no.[protected]] is not working for last 3- days. Its MP number and now am in Mumbai. The brand store people said, it can be changed only in the state it was bought. I cannot go to MP as of now. How can it be changed at Mumbai only?

    This is to bring in your concern that I have been using TATA DOCOMO for last 2.5 Years, but in recent 5-6 months the service has dropped to its lowest level. The network goes off automatically and does not come back after searching mannually or automatically, the only way is to restart the mobile. Earlier i thought it to be my Phone problem but not i have purchased a new handset, but the problem remains the same.

    I discussed the same with my friend Chandan([protected]) who too is TATA DOCOMO user, he also said that he is facing the same problem. So we contacted Coustomer care, but the lady at the other end keep on telling that their is no problem from their side and put my call on silent mode. such a poor customer service.

    We have tried other SIM (AIRTEL) on the same mobile and no such problem is coming, so its clear that problem is with TATA DOCOMO.

    We are planning to go for number Portability if the problem Persists. TATA DOCOMO is not at all interested in seeing the problems of old users, not to say of new users.

      I have taken a new DOCOMO pre paid connection, two weeks back, and provided my ID/adress proof and photo, then.

      Now Docomo is barring my out going saying that my docs has not been received, and asking me to provide the documents again.

      This is a misuse of my document. I am afraid it will be misused for other illegal connections.

      The retailer is saying, they have sent the documents already.

      Please let me know, if i need to register this in the local police station.

      DOCOMO Prepaid SIM — Bad Service

      Please HELP me. I’m not able to receive any SMS from any operator(IDIA, AIRTEL, RELINCE, AIRTEL..etc) from Dehradun or you can say from Uttrakhand region . I already talked with your many senior executives but they are unable to solve my problem. i don't know how you will teach your executives they even don't know anything. they just only know to argue with the costumer. even they don't know who is responsible to sole this problem.
      I was facing this problem since the day I purchase this SIM card. Some of your executives told me that you have to replace your SIM card for any DOCOMO outlet. When I went the outlet they are asking me 50 rupees to replace the new SIM. I don’t understand about all this , why I have to pay money to replace my SIM card because I’m facing the problem since the 1st day when I purchase the card and this is company responsibility to replace my SIM card because I’m facing the problem from 1st day. I already registered the complain same day in your customer care center. So I’m just waiting for your response after that I don’t have any another option only to file a case in CONSUMER COURT.

      rs.149 deducted from my account on september 8 th saturday 2012 without my knowledge..i already contacted customer care executives several times.they promised me within 48 hours my money will be refundable which has not yet got back..kindly do the needful.otherwise i have to go for port.my name is anish lukose and my mobile number is [protected]

        Hi ,

        I had applied for 899 plan + 2GB Pack and activated on July 4th . But i got a bill for 2586 on 16 July ( including 1600 RS for 50MB download ,But i have 2GB pack with my bill , in my customer application form there i selected for 2GB pack ) . Now it is in outgoing and incoming barred state . Because the credit limit RS 1724 crossed . Two months i have raised around 15 complaints .No officers having reply to their mistakes . No proper response from their [protected]@tatadocomo.com and appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com.

        Credit limit is 1724 RS . Since there is a credit limit for 899 plan . I can say its not a UNLIMITED PLAN . We can use up to 1724 unbilled amount . when we pay next month bill of 1110 something (including tax ) they will activate next slot of the next month . Also we need to pay 899 Security Deposit .

          I have have raised a Post Paid Request for 899rs unlimited plan with Request ID:[protected]
          based on the call from the TeleCallerNo:[protected]
          want to know my activation status as 850 has been taken without any recipt and have been told that activation will happen on 28/8/2012 by evening. Want to know the current status of my request. I am worried that fraud has happened to me, not sure if its tata docomo or by an individual. Need help immediately as I am not getting any reply from Docomo and the customer care service is clueless. Even the chat service of tata docomo is not working.

            I am very much upset with your services. In past I have reffered all my friends to use TATA Docomo, but now I will not refer any of my friends to use your services west less customer care support will give to me. you are not responding properly. i complained two weeks back caller tune issue you are talking 10 days time to short out the problem still issue was not resolved in your side excellent support give to customer.

                  My balance is being deducted for services which i have never subscribed or purchased by Tata docomo.Everytime i recharge
                  my cell the balance gets deducted and I m not able to use it.I called several times to customer care and
                  complain about the problem I even unsubscribe the services specially a service called TOM .But no
                  response I got.And now it has become extremely problematic as I am not able to use balance for anything
                  I request you to please take an action against such act. As soon as possible.I will be highly grateful for that.

                  Tata Docomo — undue balance deduction

                  I am a tata docomo user.... Yesterday at around 12pm i found that my mobile balance went nil. I earlier had around rs 70 in my account and i was charged all of it suddenly without any notice.

                  I called the customer care several times to enquire about the reason why was i charged but each time they gave me the same excuse that "sir we are not able to check your details right now, please call after sometime"...

                  Today when i called the customer care they said me that i have activated some "fundoo pack" although i haven't... And they said me that i have downloaded some java games which is utterly impossible because i have an anrdoid phone!!!

                  And this is not just the first time...i have faced this situation even earlier but earlier i was helpless so couldn't take any action...

                  This is unbearable and If the company is continuing to harass its customers like this then i am sure soon the company will account a fall in its popularity...

                  So this is my sincere request to the consumer forum authorities to take strict action against these mallicious activities going on around us...

[protected] on,27/08/2012.from service provider call me tunes from tata docomo have done call me for free subscription of call tune and while talking they have activated the call me tune plan and suddenly rs.120/- have been deducted from my account without my permission. when i again contacted to him he deactivated the plan and my amount also deducted It is purely cheating towards costumer please take serious action against it and return my money back.

                            Hi,

                            I would like to request the deactivation of MusicMall service on my post paid number[protected] .This service gets activated on my number without my consent and costs me 5 Rs per day.

                            I had requested the customer care executive Arun to deactivate this service and they had confirmed the deactivation on July 6th 2012 vide complaint number [protected]~~M9022880 but again this month I am paying for the subscription charges.

                            If the unwanted MusicMall subscription keeps continuing then you would keep losing your valued customers through Mobile Number Porting.

                              The amount generated on 24/06/12 includes advance payment of 5 gb plan for next one year from that date.

                              But the very next month after my advance payment Tata generate and send
                              another bill adding the amount I have already paid plus 50 rs late
                              payment charge.

                              Due to which my service get barred every day and I have to call customer service daily to activate my service. one month from 27-July till today is over

                              I hope now you will help me resolve this issue.

                                I recharged my no. [protected] with Rs. 60 on 20.08.2012 at 08:35 PM by normal top up and i got a message that your STV voucher has been successful and i did'nt get balance in main account. In this regard i called to customer care 198 but they did'nt responsible for that becoz acording them i have been recharged by special voucher but this is not true i rechared a normal top up.
                                once again i recharged on this no. with 50 Rs. on 26.05.2012 at evening and got a message that this is not a valid amount voucher. again i try to recharge Rs. 30 but once again i got a same message as above i wrote " Your STV recharge has been succesfull and again i did'nt get any balance in my account.

                                i earn 200/- Rs with 10 Hours hardworking and network provider theft my balance.

                                so plz do something i jst want that return my balance Rs. 90 on my main account.

                                    Whenver I call customer service department to find out about the deductions they make, i get standard reply that due to technical fault this service will be available after 4 hours. This is a standard reply whenever you make a call to enquire. Thud we never get any solution or information from the customer service. While this is the case they keep deducting Rs. 0.50 per call irrespective of the fact that whether the customer got any solution or not. .

                                    we have a docomo device at our organisation. We are facing issues every week about the connections. We have brought the devices so as to serve our customers. we fave the issue of service degradation. Complaints numbers are as follows

                                    Hi, this is Zameer here and I am using the Docomo service last 16 months or so and I am not happy with service. Last week there was a deduction in my bal and I called CC and one of the floor supervisor I forgot his name talked very rudely and telling the service you used so got charged and he made me get frustrated and evoking me to use bad language I need you check who is that and listen to that and my number and take an action against him as he is a supervisor he need to know how to talk as customer's bal got deducted so he is calling to you . my number is [protected].. you can check with this and I need a reply on this to my Id and id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in ASAP...
                                    And even i do not use get the network properly and I am giving complaints on this thousands times ...

                                      Is there any way to give him warning or block his number before lodging FIR

                                        Hi,

                                        i had a purchased postpaid tata photon plus connection ([protected]) in bangalore, Karnataka in march 2012 . I given a request to change from postpaid to prepaid in Bangalore in July 2012. it got converted based on my request and submitted the documents at tata docomo store in Yelahanka new town, Bangalore..

                                        But after 10 days it is disabled due to the documents are not received, but again on 16 august i submitted the documents at tata docomo center at CMR layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore. I.e In the mean time i have given my documents again for 2 times in 2 different tata indicom stores in Bangalore (based on the customer care executive told ) still the issue is not resolved.

                                        Am tired on calling customer care, and submitting documents again and again. i want to get the resolution for this ASAP. Iam not willing to change the device(other network) so please do the needful......
