I am a current customer of tata docomo ([protected]) and have activated the BIS plan for blackberry on 3rd of August,2012.
The plan was working since then till monday (13th) evening. I could not access internet from my phone thereafter.
On calling the blackberry helpline, I was informed that there is no plan activated in my number and was aked to contact my service provider.
I called the customer care but they failed to solve my problem.
I would be really grateful if the authority concern would help solve my problem.

    I am using a TataDocomo prepaid number [protected]
    Service provider have created a way to cheat the people.
    and once i have complained about this they are so much adament to take the complain too.
    after failing to lodge a complain over the phone i lodged the complin using email.
    with in one hour they closed the complin without consulting me saying that balance deduction is justified.
    i have sent below mail with my problem today dated 14-Aug-2012

    HI,
    I have a complaint regarding balance deduction on my number [protected] for
    deduction of 523 rs.
    Spoke with this person
    mohan R
    floor superwise
    banglore.
    He was unable to give a proper explanation on the same.

    My understanding is i have day n night 3g pack and once this package
    expired or the balance of this pack is zero then only i need to go for
    recharge or else u cn charge from my main account for browsing..
    As of nw my day and night 3g pack have balance of 4.78MB ...and u have
    deducted browsing charge from my main balance which is 523 rs is not
    acceptable for me.
    The total main account balance is 0.. and the 3G package is 4.78MB.

    I am just looking forward for the refund of entire amount of 523rs or i
    will take this issue to the consumer court..

    this complain got closed without my consent and talk....saying simply its justified deduction.

      Last week i ported my idea connection ([protected]) to Docomo. Before porting the number i visited Angamaly Docomo showroom [ Ernakumam Dist, Kerala] and made a detailed inquiry about the connection and network coverage. In that time the executive present in the shop told me that, there is coverage in my area and he compelled me to take a post paid connection. Fortunately or unfortunately i took Pre - Paid connection. And it get ported last week, eventually i came to know that there is no signal coverage in my area. I called customer care and register a complaint against this. First they told me to select "Aircel's network for connectivity, but it failed i tried this many times but no result. And again i called customer care they register the complaint and i got a feedback call from the technical team saying that, there is no coverage in my area, and probably i will not get any support from them till six months( literally they had no plan to increase the signal strength or placing new tower in our area). After hearing this, i again made a visit to Angamaly Docomo showroom, and i told my issues. In that time the representative present in the showroom behave very badly and scolded me many times. Later he told me that this is your fate, you are the only responsible person to check network and all, and we are not the one. There is no other alternative for me, and told me that even they are failing given service to Post paid users in the case of signal strength. the only option they suggest is, hold this sim or 2 moths and later port this number in to some other service. If this is the strategy your representatives are following, i am pretty sure that, there is no long life for Docomo.:(

      Now i am in a situation that, there is no incoming call, no out going call, just like a death silent. The more interesting thing i noticed is that, 20 feet away from my home i am getting full signal strength. still they are not showing the interest to help me.

      tata docomo service provider — regarding customer executives behaviour regarding

      sir, i have a tata docomo Sim registered on my sister's name in which i have been facing problem of SMSing, when i made a call to customer care they always try to avoid there duties saying the problem might be from the handset,or from the message center number and many other excuses they even said that the Sim is not registered on your name so they cant help plz suggest me what should i do and where to lodge a complain regarding this.

      tata docomo service provider — illegal/wrong deduction

      My number is [protected].i activated a gprs99 rs pack. Even i have free data. My balance was getting deducted from many days and when i talked about it to customer care. I was asked to call after 3 hrs. When i called again i was told that i am serfing a chargable site named moneymatrix n they told me not use this site to avoid deduction . But i havent heard abt this site before. I told them that i am not using this site. Despite of my sincere effort to convince them. They were not listening and they disconneted my call . after some time i again tried to contact them, they didnt pick and disconnected my calls. In past also, they activated some services without my permission and any prior information. After contacting they may sometime refund some or all money but it cause a mental torture to customer. I want to you to pleade look into this matter to avoid any harrassment and mental torture to customer in future.

      It is so sad to here a response like this form a service provider like Tata especially in an area like Angamaly. Its a highly crowded residential / Industrial area near to Cochin International Airport. If you are failed to give service in such an important place in the map means, its showing your standard. At least you please arrange the provision for using Aircel's network in our area. I know Docomo is having tie up with Aircel. Otherwise i don't have any option to attend the call for coming 2 months.

        tatadocomo modem ZTE MF631 USB warranty expire issue.
        i am mayur sutariya.respected sir/madam
        my tata 3G dounge is in warranty.doungle in problem to usb not recognize than i talk to customer service number [protected] to complain then his reply not accept to my complain id..
        i goes to service center system ads,nanpura in surat..system Ads is reply to me this doungle is track to tata docomo 2g service.then his talk to me : you goes to tata docomo customer care and tata 3g your sim is take and come to back our service.i goes to tata customer care (udhana gate,surat,gujarat.) and i talk to branch manager mr.sandip.his said to me and take a new sim.i goes to again system Ads in nanpura area .his called a new replace my doungle but he responde to me stock not available than not replced my doungle ..my billing date is 16/8/2011.and expire warranty 15/8/2012.the system Ads's is talk to me tata docomo 3g doungle not in a stock then not replace to my doungle.
        please emidiate to reply my solution..
        my warranty date is expire to sort time and i passed time to 15 days to run away your customer service provider. his losses my time and due to my warranty date...System Ads is called to me your expire date is 15/8/2012 then not posible to replace my doungle.system Ads is one type of hiresing to customer and not a complete service provide.i goes to 5 times System Ads and is reply deferent deferent ans.
        first time i goes to System Ads then reply ans to me 1)u can go and after some time to come
        second time i again goes to System Ads then reply ans to me 2)your doungle is tracking under company profile
        third time i again goes to System Ads then reply ans to me 3) your doungle is not to repair and replace. u can perchase a new doungle not a another option.
        fourth time i again and again goes to System Ads then reply ans to me 4) your doungle sim is take a way
        fifth time i again and again goes to System Ads then reply ans to me 5) your doungle is cracked some time
        sixth time i again and again goes to System Ads then reply ans to me 6) our doungle stock is not available then his not replace my doungle
        always deferent deferent issue to my time is losses and warranty is expire date.please resolve my problem ...i am verry unsetisfied your customer service...

          We have changed to TATA docomo from idea before one month . and paid the previous bill generated in TATA DOCOMO. but the service provider has disconnected our one of the connection ([protected]) on Friday. there is no response by the employees about this up to now.Mainly Mr.sailesh from nellore branch are says 20 times " Just wait for 15 minits sir" by 3 days. Now he is not lifting the phone from yesterday.

          We are so much irritated by their service.

            I have been subscribed to some NETWAP services without any application or confirmation from my side or any notification from the service provider's side. This service automatically deducts INR 30 from my account every month. All I get is a message from NETWAP. The message i got today reads "Apple alleges Samsung sales results of copying http://mobile18.in.com/docomowap/rt/?refid=TECH".
            I have sent five consequent messages to unsubscribe to this service, I have not received a positive response from the service providers. I request to do the needful or i will have to switch to some other network,

              as per tata docomo customer care(121) information i do recharge of 200 special for talk-time. Customer care helpline person tell u got balance not any scheme. I clarify 3-times. also customer care tell i[censored] not got balance then itsmy responsibility. after this clarification i recharge as per customer care information. But i not got balance. i got useless scheme. So i lost my 200rs also benefit of my old scheme(2 second/1 Pisa) overwrought. About this i talk immediately many times to customer care also supervisor. All are say only 'sorry' We do nothing. I have sent 4-5 mail to docomo . In mail reply say we contact to u within 48 hoUr and solve Ur query. But after 48 hoUr i got nothing. No call , no reply , customer care help line close. This become 2nd time with me. First time i send mail about same issue. Why they not give my refund if mistake of done by customer help line person misguide. Very wrong information given customer help line to customer and due to this suffering customer by financially , time and mentally. as below reply from docomo by mail. This is with reference to yoUr email dated[protected]; regarding Rs.200/- recharge benefit not received for TATA DOCOMO number [protected]. Regarding yoUr second issue that you were misguideed by Customerr Care about Rs.200/- recharge, please be informed that we have raised a complaint with the reference number PSR[protected] which will be resolved by 07-AUG-2012 20:00:00hrs. this issue become on 2nd august 2012, but till i don't got refund. they tell wait till 14th august. (why 12-day i wait).. still no solution.

                  I am not able to deactivate NETWAP Service messages which has been started without my permission
                  tata docomo provider has started some photo alert service on my cell on its own which deducts 1 rupee everyday from my balance.
                  i have tried all means of communicating customer care but the response is not satisfactory; they are by all means not unsubscribing or deactivating my service. i have not recharged since then and i m thinking of portability option or will stop using this number. MY number is [protected]. so please if possible then do the need full action.

                    I am ported my number [protected] from airtel to Tata Docomo last month and activated 2G mobile network. My mobile network disconneted frequently. I have called many times to customer care but they are not able to fix the problem. i am facing this issue twice or thrice daily. Hence you please look into the issue as soon as possible.

                    TATA docomo mobile network — FALSE ACCOUNT GET DEBITED EVERYDAY

                    I am using TATA Docomo network (PREPAID CONNECTION) service since last 1 yr , but recently i got an incidence where my network provider has started debiting some amount from my No . everyday ..

                    I have complain regarding the to Docomo Ofiice , also talked to Cust Care regarding the same but i have not recived the positive reply from anyone ..

                    so now i want to complaint against the same and i want my Total money back which company has chrged me without any confirmation..
                    I am sathyaprabhu from erode(dt), Tamilnadu state.I was changed my net work from AIRTEL to TATA DOCOMO before five months.My mobile number is [protected].i submit all my proof to your office, still now i did't get your net work connection.i informed lot of time, this to your customer care center.But i did't get any favorable reply from your side.so i need give your service with in short period.
                    With reference to the above complaint, i missed out to mention Mobile 2G Internet frequenty disappeared from the notification bar. Hence i unable to browse the internet. It happens frequently.

                    You Can Contact me on the same number... My number never be switched off.. You guys trying to make us fool.. Tata Docomo Mobile internet is total waste. Customer care executive also agreed that Docomo has issue in mobile internet. I am unable to use internet in my smartphone. It gets disconnected frequently. Then again i have to restart the phone to use the internet. this is the case iam facing more frequently in a day.

                    If you can really fix the issue contact me on the same number ([protected]) or my mail is narayanan.[protected]@gmail.com. Dont make us fool by saying that my mobile is switched off.

                      I got the message from docomo that my application form is not received and i have to submit fresh application within 48 hours.Since i am working in a company i cannot just go and fill the form at the customer care which is too far from my home.Truth is, i have submitted all the details required along with the application form at the place from where i bought the SIM.If something is wrong with the retailer then why doesn't docomo issue a notice to the retailer?

                        I am a tata docomo subscriber of a Closed User Group. Today, suddenly I found that outgoing calls are not going from my phone but SMS and incoming calls are OK. This is a post paid connection, so there should not be any issue of recharge. My number is [protected].

                          very very bad experience from docomo
                          I am using docomo from the past 7months till now they charged me Rs180+ without any reason and when we ask reason for that they saying some service is active and so we deducted.but when i checked my mobile no such service is active and also they make me to wait about 30-40 minutes before answering my queries.. friends pls dont use tata docomo.

                            I have Tata Docomo Prepaid connection havimng no. [protected]. I am using this connection for Net surfing only. I normally recharge my account with 100 Rs. and activate GPRS plan of around 75 or 65 and remaining balance is kept for emergence call or SMS. After activation of GPRS TATA DOCOMO activates other service from my remaining balance without my request, until no further balance remains in my account. This has happened so many times and I have paid very high charges due to this unacceptable behaviour from TATA DOCOMO.
                            I have complained to them twice without any responce from them. I also sent an e-mail to appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com, but till this date no response received.
                            Till this date no response received from them.


                            Please help.

                            Tata Docomo — Highly Charged

                            Dear sir,

                            I formatted my Mobile and recharged my mobile phone with 150/- recharge on 18th of man 2012 and I wanted to download some apps from Android Market but the Internet Service of Tata Docomo is so pathetic that Market was not able to load and in the end when i checked i found out that my balance was 0.

                            All of my balance was gone to 0 from 150 rs and i didn't download a thing !! It was only LOADING ...

                            Then on 20th of May 2012 I recharged my mobile with 50 rs and i was in Malad so internet worked properly and i downloaded only one app called GMAIL and my balance was 41 rs and after my download was complete my balance was 9 rs .. I mean how can they charge so much, I feel like they charge what ever they feel like and this is really disgusting.

                            I will post pic of my recharges below both one made for 150 rs and one for 50 rs.

                            Tata please give me my money back and stop looting people or I'll change my network to Idea which is known for network and honest charging and stop sending crappy sms's all day long... every day I receive tens of messages for no reason and I have to delete them individually

                            And worst of worst when i give my friend a call after I cut call I can see balance and that balance is always different from balance that i check on *111#... I really don't know what is wrong with Tata I never expected this from TATA !!

                            The Network of Tata Docomo is so worst that I can't move while taking calls, I have to hang out of my windows during calls or voice breaks and internet doesn't work when I'm moving I have to stand still to use my Tata Docomo !!

                            And its not after I formatted my mobile but its happening last few months and my friends are complaining me to change this network as it sucks big time as whenever they call me my phone is not available !!

                              TATA DOCOMO is cleverly looting its customers. They are keep on activating the Monthly services without customer permission. In a span of one month they have deducted around 90 rupees form my account.infact when i called customer care, they deactivated my services but no money refund :(

                              It is really annoying . Can someone tell me how to lodge a complaint against them.

                                Hello Team,

                                My mom uses Tata Docomo services from the past few months and i feel regret to say that why my mom uses this poor network. The reason for this frustration is below:

                                I have recharged Rs72/- (Booster Pack) which allows to call all mobile Network in India for 1/2p per second on July 12, 2012 and the validity for this pack is 60days.

                                Mathematically, 60days from Jul 12, 2012 should be Sep 10, 2012 (This is how i was taught in my school days)

                                According to Tata Docomo which is the biggest Network (which they say for themself) in India 60 days from Jul 12, 2012 is only till Aug 6, 2012 (not sure of the date). Yes the pack has been de-activated from the subject number without any prior information.

                                Suddenly we found that we are charged excess for a call and we called up 198 (which is so called as a customer care cell) on Aug 12, 2012. There was a Customer care Executive named JOHN whom i spoke and lodged a complaint. I think the Tata Docomo has trained their executive well to cut the customers call. Yes, there was a two complaint from my side:

                                1. Why the hell the booster pack was deactivated from the number without any prior information?
                                2. Tell me the exact date, from which the booster pack was deactivated? and credit back all the extra amount that has been debited from my balance because of the pack deactivation.

                                The Customer Care executive (Mr. John) said that he has taken a complaint where the back end team will check and will re-activate the pack within 24hrs but the extra amount cannot be given back as the pack was deactivated.

                                The Complaint number given was [protected]

                                I asked him did we ask to cancel the pack? Its Tata Docomo who deactivated the pack without any information to us, then its your mistake that the pack was deactivated before the expiry date and therefore take a complaint to refund the extra charged money. He asked me to call 121 which is the customer care number where they can refund the money. If 121 is the customer care number then what is 198 and who is Mr. John?

                                Then without any information to me, he disconnected the call. (Good Training given to their executives)

                                Then again i called up 198, and i asked the above details. I am not sure of the name of the executive whom i spoke, he was not able to answer my query and he transferred to his higher official, but no one was there to pick the call which made me to wait in the line for 20minutes like a fool.

                                Again i called up 198, but i am not able to get the service to speak to the customer care where is says "all the officials are busy and please write to [protected]@tatadocomo.com

                                      Rs. 4 recharge not available for my Mobile Number [protected]. I recharged online my number with 3G Smart Life Plan Rs. 246. It was OK. I got a balance of Rs. 219. Then I tried to recharge with Rs. 4 Smart Life Plan to get Free 3G data of 1GB and it says this pack is not available for your number. I am asking when this pack is not available for my number then why an amount of Rs. 246 has been deducted from my debit card. This is simply cheating with customers. I am not satisfied from the service provided by Tata Docomo. I have learned a lesson of cheat and exposing this deal of cheating among my circle so that they should aware of this deal.
