I was using Tata Docomo 3G dongle (white One) and was using ARP plan when i went in Tata Docomo Starlit Tower Outlet in Indore I asked the women present about the plan which is been continued after my ARP period has completed clearly mentioning about the device and colour too.
After Waitng for 15 minutes she gave the boucher of tata Photon+ and marking that further now 500 +taxes plan is continuing in which I get 30 hours to browse in a month and asked her about deactivation and formalities beside her was a girl executive standing and heard all the conversation.
When I went to Discarde the service the Executive(Man) sitting their told me that 1000 + taxes plan is activated after that and I told him that the executive had said me about other plan SO HE MISBEHAVED WITH ME AND STARTED TALKING SIDE OF HER COLLEAGUE AND PROVING ME WRONG THAT I WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING WRONG WHEN I CAME TO INQUIRE. WHEN I SAID I WILL COMPLAIN THIS HE SAID " DO AS YOU WISH NO ONE WILL HELP YOU HERE " VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR. I was fully satisfied with the Services given to me till date but Now I will discard all the services and Suggest others too to not use Internet Services given by the company.

      This is to inform you that i have been a customer of Tata Docomo Mob no [protected] since 2011, In 2011 i have taken postpaid connection through MNP then i converted this postpaid in to prepaid connection.i requested for this process in 30June 2012, I have submitted all the required documents to the concern person of Tata Docomo, Civil lines kanpur office .But this no is not functioning from July 2012.
      I ask for this trouble from the customer care services they did not give good response and satisfying answer.my no has been blocked without any information and that's why i had to bear great loss in my business for this my business contact no,
      timely, take this matter seriously and all my problems asap

        Sir,
        My mother had a DOCOMO modem. I have transferred the modem to my name. when applied for the broadband, I have asked for prepaid one. but they cheated me telling that no prepaid is available. and I had asked for a 500 Rs rental plan. but they given me a connection of 800 Rs rental plan without even informing me. they had neither informed me about the "Credit Limit", nor given any documents. but 7 days before the validity got over, they disconnected my line without showing any cause, and later sent a bill. I wanted to talk to their grievance cell. they told they don't have one. The line remained disconnected and unused. But surprisingly, in the next month's billing period, they sent me a bill adding the rental for the next month!!!!!!. It became2191 Rs. And more surprising is that, when i asked for the details, they sent me a ghostly usage details, which is not only impossible, but also absurd. I denied to pay that without the clarification and adjustment. Now they sent me Advocate's notice threatening for the payment or filing a case in High-court. the letter was dated 11.08.12, and deadline was within 7 days. But it reached me on 20.08.12 (7 days over already). I pray you a fair justice and support to me against this fraud.

          Greetings,
          In the month of May, 2012, I bought a new Tata Docomo 3G Datacard in Bangalore, Karnataka and used it for 1 month. The June and July, I had to go abroad and didn't use the datacard. Now in August, I came back to Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh and recharged my number with Rs.255 for 1GB for a month validity. Then again I tried to connect to the INTERNET, but I was unable to do so and got an error message "No Service". I went to the Docomo Center in Gwalior. They treated me indifferently. The technician there just played around searching for a Serial Port in USBs. But he didn't know the USB is a serial port. Then he installed the Dialer and uninstalled it. He did this 3 times. He didn't let the driver install properly and said that there is a problem with my device. I have to go to the service center. Then I called the customer care. The executive told me that I have recharged my GPRS balance, while my main balance is Nil. So, I recharged (Top-up) with Rs.20/- But again when I tried to connect, It gave me the same error message. I called he customer care again. He said that the server is down and no-one can connect now. Then he told me that mine is a Karnataka Number and I am not supposed to call the Madhya Pradesh Customer Care. Then he redirected me to a number which never answered.
          Please clarify what I have to do to solve my problem. All that is happening is Docomo Officials Fooling around. Please address this problem as soon as possible.

            After my horrible experiences with Docomo I came to following problems & experiences, so I'm warning you before you commit heavy mistakes:

            1. Cheap prices cheap services. Docomo may be the attractive for its cheap offers of packs & tariffs, but you should also keep in mind that cheap services are always lower in quality. And Docomo is a perfect example. Don't expect anything great when you spend cheaper amount of money from your wallet.

            2. Mobile internet is so frustrating & annoying: Oh God, I don't understand how this kind of operators survive in market ! First of all GPRS service is pathetically slow in connecting with the internet, sometimes it takes even 5 to 10 minutes to get connection. Whereas Aircel, Uninor and Airtel don't even take 2 seconds to get connected. After connection, speed is the worst among all the other operators. You will feel as if still you are living in a third world country, where people even have not heard the word 'INTERNET'. Download speed is not even half of 128 kilobytes/second (as per TRAI policy) and transfer rate even hangs up to 0 bytes/second. Believe me Google also takes 5 minutes to load.

            3. Customer service is totally dumb: Getting link with a customer support executive is horrible in Docomo. Sometime you may have to wait even 30 minutes or more if necessary even in an IT city like Bangalore. Alright, you may be able to link but most of their knowledge and language skills are so dumb that you will feel headache to understand their solutions.

            4. Launching time period was so impressive from Docomo side, but slowly it started to become typical brand with lower quality of services. Most of my friends using Docomo told me "it is not same Docomo now as it was during the launching period". They only used their best technology to attract customers, but slowly shifted to poor technology.

            5. Technologically Docomo is very poor: Yes, you read it right. Docomo is technologically a very poor operator, and it's nothing as compared with Airtel which is 50 times advanced. What Airtel says - "Advanced technology with higher price, the more you pay the better service". Docomo is just opposite to this.

                I have purchased a new tata docomo CDMA ( [protected] ) connection on 16Aug2012 from Yash Enterprises. (12 A-11 Durga Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur) at a plan of 899. Which allows me to make unlimited STD or Local calls.

                Now the date is 21Aug2012 and still I am unable to make STD calls. Really frustrated from the services. Too much lazy service. My daily charges cost to approx 30. and I tooked plans to take rid of STD call rates. Still unable to make call and waste of my time and money.

                I don't want to use this kind of lazy and syupid services. Please revert back my amount and take your connection and make fool other persons.

                  Tata Docomo — Services deduct money

                  Tata docomo is consitently activating Astro service on my mobile for last 6 weeks and each time i complain they reverse the transaction (one exception). But i have to have a chat with their representative every week.

On 06.08.2012 message sent me "Must buy on Dive in Wap and deducted Rs. 10/-.

                  Sir i have not applied any type of request to Tata docomo company to give me such services but company is making cheating with me and deducting my money.

I saw the message at 2.00 pm and immediately cancelled it. I called the customer service (198) at 4.30pm as I was busy till then, and explained my problem. The lady said it was associated with some dive in service, and it cannot be refunded as I had cancelled it. I do not make use of any dive in services and this explanation seems preposterous.

                  I am shivkanth, as i am with docomo since 5years, as i was very much happi to use this service, but a today i had recharge for rs.250 as for 3g unlimited pack, while browsing it was getting only 2g network, when i called to log complaine @ c.care 3g department, they said sorry 3g service has been removed in tumkur (karnataka) it made me much disappointment. I never thought docomo service wil going to fool us like this by promoting fake advertisements. My no. [protected], recharged on 7/1/13, called to c.care to log complaine but they disconnected without logging my complaine. Now i decided to leave this network, .my on use no is [protected] mail [protected]@gmail.com

                    I am subscriber of Tata docomo no is [protected].
                    I am regularly using 3G Data of tata docomo and offer describe by tata docomo as follow.
                    150 MB data for 3 days under recharge of 19 rupees.
                    But for the last 3 days I had regard same again and again and data has been lost before using also deducted from main balance.
                    Please take strict action against it.
                    I had also called to customer care department and narrate same matter,they replied me that System is not updated till now and call again after some time but I had call again but no one can respond me.

                      I(Harshith with number [protected]) am using Tata docomo just from few days..
                      Via MNP,Now I’m using Docomo…
                      .
                      I got msg like 3GB of 3G data is available for my number.
                      .
                      While browsing in 3G, I just tried to open one link, Even though that link didn’t open, amount of Rs-178 is deducted without intimating me..
                      .
                      Customer care is totally dummy.. They won’t respond well..
                      .
                      Please someone help me…
                      .
                      I’m worried a lot coz I won’t recharge my mobile with such large amount.. This time that much amount is deducted for nothing…
                      .
                      From now on I won’t use GPRS only.. As soon as possible, I will change my sim..
                      .
                      In my lifetime, I won’t use this worst Tata docomo network..

                            Hi team,
                            My Tata photon no is [protected] and [protected], For Both Numbers I recharged with Rs 2501 on 12Aug2012(total of Rs 5002),
                            My Previous data was 10 GB and 3.5 GB for, But After that I found my data as Zero and Nothing I got in my account, then I asked to Tata Photon Customer care, the say that we will transfer you previous data within 3 working day, Now it is more than 8 days and I did not receive any data in my account, neither I received any mail or call from tata photon, Now they says that there is nothing in your account and you have to recharge it again to
                            get the data
                            it is absolutely poor service from tata company.

                            please help me.

                              I am using Tata Docomo (Mobile No. [protected]) after porting from Airtel in search of good service.

                              There was illegal balance deduction of Rs 100 on 15th August, 2012 from above mentioned Tata Docomo number. The customer care executives assure me twice that the said balance will be refunded. But till date there has been no balance refund.

                              I request you to kindly look into these matter as soon as possible.

                                i had not used my tata docomo 3gstick for around 8months. later i called the tata docomo Representatives, 2times both reprentatives told my account is still active and can go ahead and recharge on aug 12th. later i recharged for 1200. after 4 days they cut my connection saying your sim has expired buy new sim(aug 18th). your money wont be refunded is this ethics i want a solution for this please at the earnest. my docomo device no is [protected] ........... or i wil have to disconnect my connection for ever with tata docomo and take up case with consumer court please reply at earnest
                                i hope we get along very well without complications..........

                                  I have a Docomo GSM Sim No. [protected].
                                  I have recharged my account with Rs. 500 on 17 Aug 2012 Transaction
                                  ID:MICI[protected] at 11 am.
                                  Same afternoon I had sent a request for activating my Blackberry Service
                                  Transaction ID:PBS[protected] after which
                                  Rs. 399 was deducted from my account but my Blackberry service was not
                                  activated.
                                  I repeatedly called Customer Service (121), they would put me on Hold for
                                  almost 10mins after which the representative
                                  would disconnect my calls.

                                  Requesting you to look into this matter.

                                        My self krunal.
                                        I am using tata indicom's telecommunication services last 7 years, now it is a tata docomo.
                                        They was auto subscribed Retro pack in my phone and deduct Rs. 30.
                                        When i called to customer care, they not give satisfied answer to me. they told me that "you have subscribed from tata zone services".
                                        But My phone doesn't support internet and tata zone services also. My phone model is "Micromax C14". it have only UKT service which is not belong to any internet service.

                                        In 2011, this thing happen, they had auto subscribed some pack in my phone and deduct Rs. 20. That same thing happen again.

                                        I think company does not want to maintain relationship with old customer or not interested.

                                        Sir, Please take some action on this.kindly do the needful.

                                        Very true!! In fact I have just opened this site to lodge my compaint against tatadocomo cdma services in Punjab. They have been deducting Rs 30 from my balance for various services which I never subscribed to like hello tunes and jyotish etc.

                                        Yesterday I unsubscribed a pathetic hello tune for which they had deducted Rs 30 last week. A few minutes ago today, they have deducted Rs 30 for some jyotish services.

                                        I am going to make a series of complaints against Tata Teleservices for this fraudulent revenue earning tactics. I am an ex employee of TTSL and I know how to deal with such behaviour.

                                        Rest assured, I will make sure that they will either take immediate corrective or will pay the price.
