I am Praveen and using Tata docomo number [protected]. I have activated DND for this number from Aptril 2012. But till now I am getting disturbed with service- Thursday night 11.27PM I got a message from 57775 number stating that you have been subscribed to “Records Club pack”. Where I haven’t activated the service. I don’t know how they are activating this service without customer knowledge. I am a customer who was using Tata CDMA service for almost 5 years and only once I have activated DND service with them and further I never for any calls from them. Many times during day I get calls from [protected],[protected] many more number are there- I have blocked these numbers from my Phone and Docomo is coming up with many permutation combination number every day. THIS IS REALLY A SAD AND FRUSTRATING SITUATION THAT WHILE TRAVELLING, MEETINGS, SLEEPING TIMES ALSO I AM GETTING CALLS AS WEEL AS sms.

For complaining this I have called customer service on Friday and spoke to DANALAKSHMI FROM CUSTOMER CARE AND ANSWER IS VERY BLUNT. “Here onwards we wont sent any sms-“ when I asked politely if my name is already in DND from 26th April 2012 then why I am getting service” the answer was so rude that “ what is the problem sir, wait for 4 hrs and we will credit back money” further without informing me she put to previous menu-after that I am not able to call customer service number- I tried 3 times and each time after selecting few option I would reach cust: care people then first pick up then call is getting disconnected automatically.


This is really frustrating and I need my amount 30 rs credit back to my account as well as no call required for me from docomo.

Hi, I am receiving unwanted calls from[protected] and other similar nos on my mobile no [protected]. Activate DND on my number and I do not wish to recieve any more calls from random nos.

    i activated 65 rs monthly internet pack by using self command service of tata docomo *191#. but i got deduction twice on same time.when i complaint on 198 they say money cant be refund so cant take your complain.

    The big joke is only a get deduction twice but not got any advantage of that.If any body try to activate any service by using *191# there is a long process to check option.but in my case nothing that happened.Now what it is?Any control tri having to punish telephone operators for that type of fake deduction?

    This is a clear cheat with me and i want a final conclusion.What will be the way?

      Sir i am Sheshank Priya from Elqua Infotech Pvt. Ltd., Patna. sir we
      are using a docomo walky postpaid number which is[protected]. but
      sir our outgoing calls have been barred for no reasons and without any
      notice. since 3 days i am facing this problem but no one is careing to
      solve this issue. they talk only and i am given dates and complaint
      number. i have complained two times but got nothing except complaint
      number and asked to wait.switch off and switch on i keep on doing all
      these non-sense all the time which i will be asked to do every time by
      tatadocomo. sometimes they tell bill issue, sometimes network issue. i
      am totally fed-up sir. At the payment time we will be called 100
      times. but what about now sir. will i get releaf in rental towards no
      service by tata docomo??????

      Sir therefore i want to know from you that will i have to survive
      with this kind of service...

        Hi,

        Today I was charged with a erroneous subscription to live astro.
        This is due to the flash messages that pop onto the screen. This is draining my battery and also causing me a lot of trouble. Rs.10 was deducted from my account due to this. I immediatley called customer care and asked them to deactivate the subscription, which they did, but they said that the charges won't be refunded. Please refund the same, and also deactivate the flash popup messages for my number. No. [protected].

          My service provider TATA DOCOMO has been activating masti maza pack without my notice and deducting the amount from my balance again and again. I tried to contact the customer care but was not able to contact them. I am annoyed with this service provider and would change my service if I don't get all my deducted balance back in my account.

          I WAS COMPAIN SO MANY TIMES THAT PL DON'T DEDUCY MY BALANCE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT PL DEACTIVAVTE INTERNET FACILITIES BUT THEN ALSO THEY DEDUCT MY BALANCE. DATE OF DEDUCTION:22TH JAN,2011, MY RELATION ACCIDENT FEW HOURS BEFORE AND I WANT TO CALL MY RELATION BUT THEY DEDUCT MY BALANCE AND I SUUFER SO MUCH PROBLEM. THIS IS COMPLAINT NO. GBL[protected]
          I think Tata Docomo has begun a new chapter in trickery, fraud and lies. My number [protected]. They deduct money for anything that they yawn at. Shame to the name of Tata. They have surpaseed reliance in fraudulent activiies. If you pay for something like ISD for a month, their month expires in 13 days. They deduct money for services that I have never heard about.

            I had very very bad experience on 30th July when I went to Tata DoCoMo gallery about by photon+ query the way I was treated was not accepted being customer the agents at the store were shouting & speaking very rudely in fact i felt insulted when those 3 agents were shouting when I was angry because of misproduct given to me. I was angry with them so those guys behaved unprofessional with me . I took photon plus on 18th July from Tata DoCoMo gallery in Akurdi , Pune. I had clearly advised the agent to give me 3g plan but since i didn’t knew 3g stick & photon stick is different neither the agent at the store told me I took the photon stick assuming it was 2g stick in fact I also confirm with the guy who sold me his name was Shrikant what is the speed I will get he told me 7.1mbps he never told me it has speed o[censored]p to 3.1mbps speed because its photon plus , it was his duty to explain me the difference he just explain me the plan that’s all . He took signature from me on the papers very hurrdley and told me that the no is activated and can use the internet. I told him I have my laptop in my car & will check he told me that’s no need it has been activated , so I assume that the stick which was given to me Tata photon plus was 3g when I went home the speed was low my wife uses internet only for Facebook and little for surfing so she told me that the speed is low i didn’t check I told her it may be due to network so days went I didn’t internet on 29th July i got call from customer service to check upon my account so at that time I came to know I don’t have 3g plan as I took photon plus so explain the agent I didn’t knew so he logged complain for this and told me we will check and call you back but no has call me after that. So as i mention i went to store on 30th July to check i was angry and was shouting to them because i got wrong product to my surprise the agent who sold me the product ( shrikant) proved me wrong & was shouting at me along with them there were 2 more girls I don’t know their names one who is the head of the store started taking the agents side and mentioned he is right and working from 3 yrs. and she started fighting with me i felt insulted instead of helping me both the girls were fighting with me as if i am no one , I am customer I paid for the product it was misguided to me , i tried to explain them but they were very abrupt , rude, aggressive to which i was surprised. I work for Vodafone i know what is customer service is but the guys at the store were horrible instead of helping me out they just told me we cant do anything you need to disc the photon plus connection tale new stick for 3g which cost rs1600 i told them to exchange and give me 3g dive will pay for the remaining amount but they say that they can’t do it that way instead they said that give it to your friend, now the device is useless for me i had great expectation to Tata DoCoMo but all in vain i am disappointed with such horrible customer service , I ask for the manager they told me that there is no one who comes here as they are far what stupid excuse that was i was laughing no manager surprise is it really Tata DoCoMo i thought. I won’t ever join Tata DoCoMo again will also tell people around not to use Tata DoCoMo they are horrible .               COMPLAINE No. 1 -Yesterday (04/08/2012) deduction Rs 1 from my balance without any information. When I call to customer care then talk to Mr. Mangesh & Miss Geetanjali. I request their for refund my wrong BAL deduction. But they not refund my BAL and talk to bad manner behavior. Sir I request to you please take correct action against Tata Docomo.
              COMPLAINE No. 2 – In my town all Docomo customer face network coverage problem, I called to much time customer care but ant agent not release complain.
              Sir Tata Docomo have not NODAL help desk.

                  on 3rd august,i activated one day internet plan of 5 rupees and i got 50mb data to be used till mid night of that day.after that my balance was around 30 rupees.At the end of that day at 10:30 pm,my balance was 0.08 rupees and left with 0.95mb data.But i don't know,for what my balance was deducted.I tried to call customer care,but it didn't connected.some days back also samething happend and 4 rupees were deducted.I want to know why my balance was deducted.

                    i have got ported my number([protected]) to docomo a week ago.. they barred my sim for outgoing since the documents were submited by retailer but i had submitted it.. i went docomo outlet to submit the documents again.. they told it ll activate in 72 hrs.. but after72 hours it wasn't.. i went again and asked but i was surprised to see my form was still there.. now incoming is also barred... m using this number since more than 2 years.. now m suffering from lack of communications for important matters.. pls help me out.. they dont understand how important that number is.. pls do help..

                      when my credit limit is rs2700/-
                      The docomo postpaid charged me a sum of rs.71000/-
                      ..
                      (its all for internet usage and not calls, when some internet 3g downloads happened for like straight 6 hours- transferred 6.5gb data, via torrent, which I failed to notice )
                      this info was given by the tata officers,
                      ..
                      however; I'M sure that I have not used any internet from this postpaid sim intentionally; as the sim is lost since I was told that the disconnection request is underway , before 4 months... but this was not done, and somehow the internet usage have happened in the sim after 4 months of the disconection request, and the bill climbed up to rs.71000/-

                      the mobile bill collection dept says that whoever use the sim, the responsibility is with the owner, I agree that; sure;
                      ...
                      ...
                      but my defence is, even if we come to agree that the usage is done by me, let me remind you this again , I am havin a credit limit of rs.2700/- And hence I can pay up to that, and not a penny more...

                      so they say that; they are gonna take action against me, that they will soon send a legal notice against me;

                      but, I contacted an advocate, and he says that this can easily be defended, as long as there is a credit limit ;and if they failed to limit the services within the preset limit of rs.2700/-, Then how come I be responsible for the huge bill amount generated (beyond that limit...??)

                      they tell me that the system updates bill in 24hrs only, there's a delay for that, but the rs.72000 internet happened in 6 or 7 hours....
                      but I say; well that is not my problem, and I'M sure have not signed anywhere where they mention this 24hrs delay issue;; so, where's the justice in charging me... (when the problem is with their systems delay in bill calculation)

                      so, if its the way of law the company seeks, then let it be...
                      because, I'M fed up of this whole harassment, and its time to put this to an end; hence; I am all ready... ready to face it all...

                      I got huge bill for the month of febrauary. PFB the details,

                      I have 899 unlimited plan with 1gb internet pack. On the daily basis i have checked the internet balance in Myaccount section. On Feb 18th my internet uasge is 1200MB, so i stooped using internet. On next day i got message that my credit limit is exceeded and out going calls was disconnected. Now they charged around 5562rs. And also they added some extras charges. Please check this problem and revert me back at [protected]. Please dont try to cheat the customers.

                        i am a Tata docomo user.
                        I own three mobile no off Tata docomo

                        from the last three months i facing a problem of deduction of balance.
                        I use Internet on my mobile,and by surfing i saw some adds so i click on that add to know about them,but just by clicking on add they deduct balance INR 25.
                        so i call customer care center but they doesn't do anything,at that time i thought its my
                        mistake so i keep quit but after that they use to deduct my balance
                        without knowing me and when i call them they just replay system are slow and we can't
                        help you. And after that they doesn't connect call to
                        customer care center.
                        But this time without any reason they deduct my balance INR 25
                        so please take some serious action on this

                        and consumer court give a order to stop add on net or tell them to not deduct a balance

                          Not even 2 weeks that I bought a GSM sim from Tata Docomo, that it started to deduct my mobile balance 1 rupee per day without any reason.                               it is to bring in your kind notice that I have recently ported my Vodafone cell phone no. [protected] (post paid) into tatadocomo.My starting experience is very bad .On 02/06/2012 I received a massage by Tata docomo you have subscribed LNM for Rs. 99 and on 27/06/2012 three messages are received that you have subscribed LNM pack at rs 99 and On 15/07/2012 I received a massage by Tata docomo you have purchased LNM ID 397 video pack at Rs 99. And amount deducted from my account. But I am 100% sure neither I bought nor activated any pack. Customer care executive didn't satisfied me.

                              Tata docomo has applied wrong charges under the name of DIE-IN service in which they advertise the adult material on net, and if anybody makes click on that advertise by mistake then the charges applied to their mobile bill.
                              While we surfing on mobile, these advertises are frequently appears.

                              My request to Tata docomo is that kindly refund this unfair charges to my account and deactivate these services immediately. If this is not resolved soon I wouldn't want to continue with docomo any longer. My mobile no is [protected]

                              i have never request you to activate this kind of your FALTU FAKE SERVICES. You paeple activates the same without any intimation to your customers. This kind of cheating is not fair. Your advertises of SEXY VIDEOS and all are suddenly appears on screen and just after next minute we receives massages of subscription. that's not fair.
                              any unfair charges will not be paid that's all.

                                On 31/07/2012 I recharged online from Tatadocomo site. Amount deducted from my account ref." ICONN/51655693/310712/TATA DOCOMO (BILL" but not amount not recharged to my mobile. Then I recharged directly from my Axis bank ref. 'ICONN/51657101/310712/AXIS MOBILE RECHAR' and I got recharged my mobile from Axis bank.

                                Many many times this is happened and many times I complaint to Tata Docomo but no use. India's top service providers and service is I don't want to mention here. Now I am requesting kindly arrange to refund my amount or add to my mobile.

                                my number is[protected] i recharged my number on feb 19 ,12:35pm for 100rp i changed my number through mnp from aircel to docomo at that time they gave full talktime offer for six monthes i all ready reacharged my number for 100 at feb 3rd 2011,3:43pm at that time i got full talktime now i did not get it i called to c care they sed that this full talktime offer is not there
                                i am getting trouble from the service packs.the company is activating the service pack by them self and deducting 5rs everyday from my balance.i have complaining about this from three days to customer care they are not responding for it properly.i am not getting any help from them.I am fed up of this from last two months.I am requesting u to please take this complaint seriously.

                                  Tata Docomo — charged without subscribing

                                  I'm a new customer for docomo. But I have been using bsnl for so many years. I didn't face a single problem from bsnl. But within one month o[censored]sing i found problem with docomo services!

                                  Docomo is charging me for cricket pack which i didn't subscribed yet. I have deactivated it once, thinking that it might be a problem with the server. But again they are charging me for the same ! ! !

                                  Myself Ronald Rodrigues, using Tata Docomo service (Sim No. [protected]), receiving unwanted SMS from the service provider which I not activated and my balance is reducing @ RS.10/-each every week now more then 3 months after receiving SMS. Many times I have complained to Tata Docomo Customer Care but thay are not taking it seriously. They are expressing sorry but doing the same mischeif time and again. As per customer care the amount which was deducted earlier through SMS (like Kannada regional love tips and Sharkh Khan love tips etc.) will be credited as these are unwanted to me but nothing happened. Inspite of complaining they are sending this type of SMS and debiting regularly. This is not only my problem many other people also facing same proble. My question is where to complain against TATA DOCOMO and how to get back my money which they have deducted service which I not activated. From where i will get JUSTICE? I am NRI and presently I am out of county.

                                    i have always used online recharge option to recharge my balance in many telecommunication company but on 01/08/12 i tried to recharge my balance on my tata docomo number [protected] of Rs. 1000/- and i did that using my Online SBI account which i use always for online shopping or any recharge.
                                    but this time when i did the recharge 1000/- got deducted from my account from SBI and it is even showing that the transaction was done to tata docomo account and " MSBI[protected]IGB9853120 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILLDESK TRANSACTION A" like this is written in my bank statement.
                                    but even after 24 hours i have not got a single penny. when i called the customer care they gave me a retalier complaint number 52202 which is not a valid number and when i told that them what happened to me they said dont worry sir you will get your money. but i am travelling abroad and i had to recharge my phone so that i can use it on an international roaming but this is very wrong. i mean where my money can go??????????

Amount of rs 300/- deducted from my account with ref. no.                                         see its tarrif it saws the unlimited plan on rs 750 providing 3MBPS upto 2 GB after crossing its limit its speed a fall as minimum as 128 KBPS.But when we use it neither it give speed upto 3mbps nor 128 kbps.Before 2 GB it give speed upto 110 kbps after crossing 2 gb it give not more than 50 kbps can you imagine how cheater it is...
