when my credit limit is rs2700/-
The docomo postpaid charged me a sum of rs.71000/-
..
(its all for internet usage and not calls, when some internet 3g downloads happened for like straight 6 hours- transferred 6.5gb data, via torrent, which I failed to notice )
this info was given by the tata officers,

however; I'M sure that I have not used any internet from this postpaid sim intentionally; as the sim is lost since I was told that the disconnection request is underway , before 4 months... but this was not done, and somehow the internet usage have happened in the sim after 4 months of the disconection request, and the bill climbed up to rs.71000/-

the mobile bill collection dept says that whoever use the sim, the responsibility is with the owner, I agree that; sure;

but my defence is, even if we come to agree that the usage is done by me, let me remind you this again , I am havin a credit limit of rs.2700/- And hence I can pay up to that, and not a penny more...

so they say that; they are gonna take action against me, that they will soon send a legal notice against me;

but, I contacted an advocate, and he says that this can easily be defended, as long as there is a credit limit ;and if they failed to limit the services within the preset limit of rs.2700/-, Then how come I be responsible for the huge bill amount generated (beyond that limit...??)

they tell me that the system updates bill in 24hrs only, there's a delay for that, but the rs.72000 internet happened in 6 or 7 hours....
but I say; well that is not my problem, and I'M sure have not signed anywhere where they mention this 24hrs delay issue;; so, where's the justice in charging me... (when the problem is with their systems delay in bill calculation)

so, if its the way of law the company seeks, then let it be...
because, I'M fed up of this whole harassment, and its time to put this to an end; hence; I am all ready... ready to face it all...
legal notice or whatever, I am incapable of making payment..
after all I'M just a student... and incapable of paying even the rs.2700/-, But since that much amount is under my credit limit, I am willing to pay that amount only, and not more.....

I have no hopes...nor do I except any resolutions from docomo..
they have been very evil to me, whenever I tried to explain this to them...

but, please resolve this soon if thats something you can do, or I am gonna go public...
all near my place, and my college.. all in facebook, twitter, linkedin...etc etc..I assure you that....
please , this is not an argument, its just something which I'M forced to do when I'M being provoked....even when the justice is on my side..
