Hi,

Two months back , I called customer call and requested to cancel my account(Land Line and Broad Band).
They told, to do this i need to pay my bill, as per their call i paid payment , and reminded to the same person to close my account.
After few days i got bill again...I called to customer care and explianed the same ...and requested to close account...she took my request ..and she told that she will take care.Complaint No :[protected] .
After few days i got a mail saying that Complaint no[protected] resolved and closed , no more information in that mail.This mail leaded to me that account been closed and no further action required on this account.
But today again received the bill for till today.......
Called the customer call asked the status and told the same...now they are telling account is open...u have to pay the bill first for further actions....

Iam not understatnding what kind of service this.....really iam really herted and with this...

I don't know where is this mistake happen....

But mentally disturbed with this...

Do needfull help .....

      on[protected],I went to tata docomo office at s.d.road,near harihara kala bhawan, secunderabad and paid rs.28/- for double talk time recharge and i was informed that after sometime i will receive the massage for the same on my mobile.i did not receive any message for the recharge done.i again went there to enquire but your office got closed.should we believe your staff or not? my cell no.[protected]

      I have did my reacharge from tata photon offcial site through HDFC netbanking payment done and debited from my bank account but reacharge amount not refiiled in my account so still photon device is not started

      Sandip.. I am in complete agreement with you as I faced the same problem 2 months ago. The tata photon service is the worst in the market. Dont let them eat your hard earned money and lets pledge them to teach a lesson. I know that its diffcult to sue them and waste our time but what we can do is ask our family and friends not to use tata photon connections. Load all the social networkign sites with your issues so that a real face of tata could be shown to the people.

      i recharged my tata docomo phone for Rs. 196 on 14th feb 2012 transaction id- 013942. Till date no recharge has been done and no money is refunded back. When talked on customer care they told to wait till 21 days. Still no action taken

      I have recharged my Tata Docomo number[protected] with 300rs/- for which i should get 324 rs/-.
      i had done this recharge through online from Tata Docomo Website on 21st December,2012. After the giving the credentials amount was debited from my credit card and the i got the Transaction successful message. But i didnt receive my balance. After calling 121(cust care) they said as its online transaction they need 1 week time to get the details. And after my repeated requests they logged complain on 31st December 2012.

      they provided me the resolution date as 2nd January 2013 10:03:00 AM. but till now i didnt receive my balance either in my mobile or to my bank.
      Whenever i call customer care they say," we didnt get response from Network Team, your complaint is still open and it will be closed in 24 hours", from past 5 days they are saying the same.
      Please do the needful either to get my mobile recharged or my money refunded back to my Bank.

      I, Tarun Azad, recharged my tata docomo no. i.e. [protected] online through net banking through their official website http://www.tatadocomo.com . The recharge was SPECIAL RECHARGE of rs.123 and i am having the details of that recharge and i have attached a photo in which you can check the transaction on 16th of july. I did that recharge on 16th july. But now the costumer care executives are saying that there is no recharge done on that day and the executive himself disconnected my call. please help me as soon as possible as they are charging me for on net calls.

        Hi,
        i am not able to get 3g signals in pune even after recharging my number with 3G recharge as said by customer care executives. Two months before everything was fine and i was able to get 3G signals with out any 3G recharge. when I lodged a complaint regarding this they closed the complained saying your problem will get solved in two hours and there is no problem from out side. I begged the lady(customer care executive) not to close the call until I get the 3G signals but she did not hear me and closed the call. It happened two time with me. And the funniest thing is I am also not able to call the customer care since last 2 months. when I call the customer care, the response I get every time is "ALL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY PLEASE WRITE US ON [protected]@TATADOCOMO FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE". I am very nervous now and planning to port out my number to some different operator. I customer service I have faced her in pune of TATADOCOMO is the worst of mine whole telecom experience. Even the I did not get any reply from [protected]@TATADOCOMO also.

          I have a docomo Sim card. Now i am in roaming area (Punjab). On 22 July 2012 at 12:00PM Rs.66 Balance in Cut from my account. I complaint about it and Customer care assistant told me that your balance will be returned to you with in 4 hours. But up to Today my balance is not returned to me. When
          I call customer care center 1st time in a day they pick my phone and i tell them my complaint then they tell me to call back again But when i call back they are not pick my phone computer speaking that All Assistants are busy (During Whole Day). Please Solve my problem.

                  No response form TATADOCOMO Complaint Department & Network for my below email on 19th & 21st July 2012. i Have clearly mention in below draft please provide the MNP Procedure for small Enterprises Customer.


                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  This is with Reference to my cell no. [protected] & Multiple 6 connection complaint no.[protected],[protected],[protected] etc. we have multiple 7 Tatadocomo postpaid Connection, & same problem in all 7 Connection for Call Drop & Roaming No coverage of Tatadocomo because of the Tatadocomo using other network sharing connection. Like Mumbai network setting with Loop Mobile same vis-à-vis other state Idea network Sharing or Vodafone. My all connection no. is [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. All connection are on the name of Ketan Pandya & Nitin Pandya. We are in enterprises 149 post plan. My complaint is in local network maximum call drop complaint & roaming coverage area if am not getting tatadocomo network than I have to use IDEA or other partner Network. Also in Travelling train or Buses maximum call drop in Roaming Tatadocomo Network if I have using IDEA or other partner roaming charge is standard 1 ruppee for Local & Inccoming charge & STD using 1.5 rupee charged. So we have decided to port out from Tatadocomo. Please provide the details of port out procedure for enterprises plan.                       I am Loop mobile customer, using loop mobile postpaid service from 1 July 2012. I have paid my first bill on 21st July 2012. Now problem is Tata Docomo executive daily call me and asking about unknown person Sujit Verma, I not aware about Sujit Verma. I asked to executive who is Sujit Verma they told me Sujit Verma is not paid Tata Docomo postpaid bill and give my number for collecting amount from me. Whether it is possible any unknown person give any other number for collecting bill amount without his Consent. I request to you take action against such executive and that unknown person i.e Sujit Verma.And stop such type of calling.

                        I usually receive a Customer care call every day. In that They promote their offers and caller tunes. And i lift their call and cut their calls within few seconds. If i not did like they will call another time in that day. So to escape from their harassment .
                        but one day i received a call about their caller tunes but i didn't cut the call up to 2 minutes. But the call is continuing and finally after few seconds i cut the call. But the within 5minutes duration. They cut Rs.35 from my balance and activated caller tune and send two messages for deducting the amount.
                        When i call the customer care somebody said you pressed the button that is why the caller tune is activated. But my phone is (NOKIA-C2-06) touch supportive and i know that i didn't press any button except call receiving and ending button.
                        Customer support executives are not giving good response . Another one said we don't handle such problems you can call another number.

                            My prepaid number is [protected], there are approx. 126 balance in my account till 12noon on 09/07/2012, sooner i lost network in my phone for hours, after that when i again got network back, only 13.05 balance left i.e i lost approx. 115 balance. Neither I was in roaming nor activated any service,i even didn't used my cell for that time, nor i have received any message from your side.

                            I want detailed record of my deduction and my balance back which i didn't used.

                            Secondly, your costumer care calling service is very poor, executives are not at all co-operative, neither the call is being received by them properly nor they have any information regarding what we ask for. whenever they being asked for any information,they simply forwards call here and there,misguides us,waste time and very manner less.

                            Please take care of this and respond me as soon as possible.

                              I hold a tata photon plus device with a Corporate postpaid connection.

                              My tata photon no. is: [protected].

                              When I check my current usage details for current month, it shows that I have used 10GB in period between 5th jul to 20th jul. (15days)
                              I have hardly used my net connection during this period. I don't understand how such a high data usage is being shown.

                              My total monthly usage is 2-3GB.

                              The Reference No. is 553061.

                              Could you please look into this? If my data usage is not corrected at earliest, then I will be forced to discontinue with the services of
                              tata photon.

                                Hello, I am Venkatesh Reddy, from Bangalore, Karnataka. Recently 7 days back I have taken a Tata Docomo Sim, on 19.07.2012 without my permission, TATA docomo company activated caller tune for 180 days and charged Rs. 120/-. I have not requested any caller tune facility. How can TATA Docomo company can activate caller tune which i never wanted. if the caller tune is not cancelled and pay back my money Rs. 120/- back I will put case against in consumer court and pull these people and pay hefty penalty for illegal activation of caller tune.                                 Hello, I am Rajesh, from Gujarat, Amreli... without my permission, TATA docomo company activated caller tune for 4 month and charged Rs. 180 (1 month charg Rs. 35/-) I have not requested any caller tune facility. How can TATA Docomo company can activate caller tune which i never wanted. if the caller tune is not cancelled and pay back my money Rs. 180/- back I will put case against in consumer court and pull these people and pay hefty penalty for illegal activation of caller tune.                                   I am holding an Prepaid card of Tata Docomo from launching of docomo. I want to convert that Prepaid number to Post Paid and for that i contacted to an Agent from Tata Docomo. As he requested i had submitted all required documents to him. and i paid 400 rupees.He given me New SIM card and told me that my old Prepaid number will get activate on this New SIM card immediatly. but not! i can understand that it will take some time to process. but it was too late. i called to the tata docomo outlet agent name is VINAY many times and he said that you just come down to our outlet and take your money back. after 5 five days it was activated.
                                  2)actual deposit was 300 only for my 249/- plan. but that agent was collected 400/- from me. when i asked that why you are charging 100/- extra and he replied that it is for sim card. when i consult to another tata docomo outlet that people said that we are not charging any amount for new sim card.when my num was activated i got a call from tata docomo i just complained to them and the next day i got a call from tata docomo that they are saying that tata docomo agent vinay will paid 100/- in my upcoming bill.
                                  3) from 18 of july i am not able to connect internet and from 19 of july i am facing problem of signal drop. till today nobody solved my internet problem. i called many times to customer care and they are giving differnt different answers for the same problem
                                  what this docomo area managers doing. they are in service industry or in some fraud business

                                    I recharged with rs 146 and after that rs 4. But they gave me only 4 MB data. Upon calling, they informed me to wait 48 hours. After that one representative told you have comsumed your 1 GB.
                                    I launched a complaint with them PBR12031749. Now they are telling me to wait till 1 month. DOCOMO shows only says Simplicity. But they will loot you.
                                    On website ADs they will just say you will get this that. Once you do recharge they give nothing and says to wait and wait..
                                    If they are giving that data only for 1 month, what is the possiblity that they will not say after 1 month that you have lost your validity and will not get data.

                                    Worst experience with DOCOMO and its guys. Why they don't take time when it comes to deducting money. And why 1 month to wait to just get my benifit data.
                                    Sorry in first line by mistake i wrote 146.. it was 246

                                      i am using tata docomo number [protected] i have recharge rs.65 for internet service of 1.5gb. but it is disconnect within 1 hour uses. I have complaint lot of time to its customer care but result is 0. Due to this problem i have lost lots of data. i have compalin to its customer care but they told that its problem in your system, in your mobile etc.
                                      and then i changed mobile and system but result is same. so finally i have decided that i thrown my docomo card and use idea. because IF TATA DOCOMO DOES NOT CARE THEIR CUSTOMER WHY WE GO BEHIND THEM.
                                      I also request all tata docomo internet user plz thrown there card and uses IDEA new card with attractive scheme
                                      of Recharge of Rs.21 and get 500 mb 3g data.
                                      so plz all internet customer of tata docomo internet tell tata docomo to tata and welcome other service provider.

                                        My name is Rohit and mobile no is [protected] of TATA DOCOMO.
                                        I am flabbergast at such miserable customer care representatives being appointed for such big name as TATA's. I am a customer of TATA DOCOMO since last 5 year.
                                        I am facing balance deduction issue from last 3 month and not getting any proper response approximately >500rs is deducted from my balance, each morning 5 rs is deducted. The company somehow activated the "DIVE-IN" service. I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialling deacivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated.When i call to customer care they say a divin service is active and renewal and say we not give u refund just deactivate that service and again this was not happen but today complete 3 month and daily deduct 5 rupees and not getting any proper answer.
                                        I made atleast 20times to the customer care to cancel but not get any success for customer care representatives were least bothered to help.
                                        Each time customer care say to wait for 4 hour. Some time there refund balance of rs 5 and then again deduct.
                                        I also try to contact any Supervisors but the customer care persons say all seniors are busy at that time, please update me on this.
                                        I need quick action.

                                        I have call and register completes several time, today also done the same thing and they say we can't able to stop this service.

                                        Hi!5 — Deducting charges without any usage of service.

                                        I have activated the New plan of Hi15 on 2nd of october2009, since then daily they are deducting Rs.4/- since that day for STD pack which i never activated or never used the STD pack.
                                        Without any confirmation they are deducting the amount. I have complained it to customer care but the service is pathetic and third class. There is no service at all, they are just bluffing people, i have registered 2 complaints, the complaint number are[protected] &[protected]. they Just hang on the call and lastly the call is lot. I have requested for the fund that is deducted without any usage and for deactivating the STD pack that i never activated.

                                        I have lost lot of amount on this service and looks like not have any chance of stop deduction, i have calculate 600 rs is deducted from my balance.
                                        This is my last complaint because i have already post lots of complaint without any solution, i am going to switch my network, because my amount is not refundable and not want to lost more amount on this. Some time my amount goes to negative.

                                        Finally the service is deactivated now not any 5 RS is deducted but a new service Is active now.
                                        Now a new service is active and 99 rs is deducted.

                                        Why customer care always say " we can not deactivate this DIV-IN service from Div in service portal. And not any refund., "

                                        What is this this is wrong I don't active any this type o[censored]N usable service. Please deactivate and refund me my amount and promise never this happens again. I am out of the station and only have this number last service is take 3 months to deactivate without refund.

                                        On my number still auto DIV-IN services are activated currently 2 service is active, why all these things happen.
                                        Please fix this issues, Why you deducting 30 or 59 rs. This is now a serious issue.
