Finally the service is deactivated now not any 5 RS is deducted but a new service Is active now.
Now a new service is active and 99 rs is deducted.
SMS :

1) You have cancelled your subscription to All at 1 on 3G LIFE WAP. Thank you for using our service .
2) downloading ValuepackBlushing Imagery on 3G LIFE WAP Service.You've been charged Rs 99.0/-Your Balance is Rs.59.401 at[protected]:21 PM.

Why customer care always say " we can not deactivate this DIV-IN service from Div in service portal. And not any refund.,"

What is this this is wrong I don't active any this type o[censored]N usable service. Please deactivate and refund me my amount and promise never this happens again. I am out of the station and only have this number last service is take 3 months to deactivate without refund.

    This is regarding a fraud with me, a Tata Docomo Walky Customer.

    On 16th May-2012, I took a Tata Docomo Walky, they promised to give me the selected number that I have choosed, i.e.[protected], after that they have collected all the documents and gave me a demo number and told me that my choosen number will be activated within an hour, but nothing had happened after that, and on 19th-May-2012, I got a letter from Tata Docomo mentioning that they have activated[protected] on my name, but that is also not working. So, Please let me know what to do now. I want my selected number to be activated on a priority basis. I have visited Tata Docomo gallery of Borivali(e) and Malad(e), but have not received any positive reply.

    Agency Address from where they gave me the Tata Docomo Walky:
    Sky Net Telecom, Shop No.19, Ghanshyam Tower, MG Road, Next to Charwak Hotel, Borivali(East), Mumbai-400066.

    This Lady who called me from TataDocomo was Aswhini([protected], [protected]), and the guy who had collected the document was Rahul([protected]). I have tried to called these guys, but they are not picking up my call. They have wasted more than 2months days of mine.

    I had choose Tata Docomo keeping in mind that it is one of the top most telecom service provider, but it seems that its Agencies are doing fraud against them. As of my view, TataDocomo should throw out this type of agencies and workers who mis-guide their customers. A strict action should be taken against them. I have tried to get in touch of Tata Docomo appellate desk, but those people also keeps on sleeping. They are the worst.

    Looking forward for a positive and faster response.

        Hello Sir / Madam

        I was having couple of mobile connection of TATA DOCOMO Services.

        While getting connected to your network, your marketing executives promised me lots of thing and also gave me assurity that your service network will be best as compared to others.

        Also while filling my form for your Postpaid SIM cards… I attached my all documents and also I mentioned in form that, The Mobile Bill should be sent to my email ID. Also it was confirmed with your agencies.

        Later due to network problem I requested to your people to discontinue my mobile network services… All this incedent took place in Feburary 2012.

        Later I got call on 25th April, 2012 regarding to bill payment of my Tata Docomo numbers. The person was calling on behalf of Saikrupa Agencies, Nashik Road his name was said Mr. Shrikant.

        I remined him that, I have already made a request to disconnet my mobile connections. In answer he told me that, he can deduct the rent and all other things after my disconnection request. Also he promised me that he will be coming to my office on next day (26th April). He failed to come to me.

        And again he call me on 27th April, 2012 for the same. I asked him why he did not come in commited time to collect mobile bill. And I was answered in very abusive and insulting way by Mr. Shrikant and also he threatned me by tell that, the agency is running by some politician’s husband and he is having all rights to absue me.

        Same day I went to their office and gave a complaint and also I took a aknowledgement… but acknowledgement was not stammped. And I was told to come again. I went their for almost a week and followed my complaint. But it was of no use to me.

        Later I left this issue. But mean time many times I got a call from your office of bill payment and when ever I remind about my insult and your abusive behaviour to me… your people behave more rudely to me and your people never forget to remind me that I have to meet them in police station and court.


        Even today 28th July, 2012, some lady gave me a call regarding to bill payment from[protected], I remind this lady about what your people challenged me to meet them in court. On my reply, your lady tele caller was also rude to me and quite abusive.

        After getting lot disturbed by such inceidences I tried to launch a complaint on TATA DOCOMO website, but the complaint section is not working on website… So it’s a good idea from DOCOMO not to receive consumer complaints from mobile users and claim that they are best in serviceses.

        I request TATA DOCOMO to look into this complaint and let their people know how to behave with their clients or I should have to approach Police for threatneing me.

        TATA — Misbehaviour

        My name: Vishal Saklani

        An employee by the name of Satender working as driver with TATA motors (Showroom near Seemapuri border) misbehaved with me and my friend Kshitij Gupta. I met with an accident while going to office. A truck hit my car. I was conversing with the truck driver beside GT road. I don't know why Satender started arguing with me and threatened me to go away or it will not be god for me and then pushed me. I went to the general manger of that showroom and complained about the misbehaviour done by his employee. General manager called that driver and asked him to say sorry and that's it. General manager started explaining the reason why he misbehaved with me. He said being a driver he must have felt something for the truck driver and this reason was enough for the manager to let his employee go away with it.

        I don't expect this kind of behaviour from a person working with TATA and the worst part is he can do the same because his manager supports him to do it.

        It seems to be a learning for me that I should never buy any product of tata otherwise I will have to deal with these type of people.
        1 star means bad and no star means worst.
        docomo have recruited uneducated people at their call centre and for their field operations.

        they only pass their work to next shift people by saying call after 4 hours.
        Hello Sir / Madam,

        I was having couple of mobile connection of TATA DOCOMO Services.

        Because of network issue I have given a request for PORTING for my existing mobile numbers from (TATA) to AIRTEL services. After placing the request I got almost 08-10 calls from the TATA customer care to the know reason for porting, after my clarification they committed that request will be processed in 07 – 08 days, but I they haven’t done that and no information has been given to me regarding my porting request, after waiting 15 days of time my father approached Himayath Nagar (Hyderabad) franchise TATA DOCOMO centre, customer support was too bad, behaviour was not good, no proper communication, no proper response, simply saying that my new bill will be generated after 10th only after paying the bill they will complete my porting request, My father asked me to speak the executive Mr. Sunil (Executive - TATA DOCOMO), his attitude was not good, I asked him to give the HO address or concern branch manager number, so that I can get the clear information, he start communicating rudely that they will not do any service to us. I was answered in very abusive and insulting way by him and also he threatened me by tell that, the agency is running by some reputed person,
        I don't expect this kind of behaviour from a person working with TATA and the worst part is he can do the same because his manager supports him to do it. It seems to be learning for me that I should never buy any product of TATA otherwise I will have to deal with these types of people.

          I have using Tatadocomo GSM mobile ([protected]) service. i have requested to active mobile internet pack on 24/07/2012. but still it not activated. and service provider answering it will activate after 7/08/2012. Even they are not giving any reason just telling it is inprocess. How bad service Tatdocom is providing to customer. To activation of this pack hardly takes 24 hrs and they are taking 14 days.

            TATA Docomo Sucks!!
            I declare TATA Docomo has the worst service among Indian Telecom operators. I had a really BAD experience with them. They have deactivated my service for 3 days:(. Reason – They failed to do the address verification. How on earth can they call a working customer on a weekday and ask them to be at home in the morning? They give a deadline of 24 hrs to go to the store, that too on a weekday. Do they think we don’t have any other work apart from running around their stores during weekdays? Added to this – their 121 customer service is pathetic. They say they will call back, but they never do. Their staff (including the store manager) at the store (City Center, Salt Lake, Kolkata) are not at all apologetic about their service and in turn behave rudely with the customers. TATA Docomo!! Self off your business and start a VADA PAV business coz you are fit for that, at least I hope so! :-|

Yesterday by 7pm i did online recharge of Rs.399 which they deducted from my account for BIS.. But till now its not activated.. I got tired of talking to general & technical customer care.. They both are asking me to call the other one.. Customer care in Tamil nadu circle is totally poor.. They don't give respect and understand our problem too.. What am i supposed to do now..?? Money loss, time loss... Tata Docomo totally waste.. I need a solution...

                        I am not able to register my compalints via Online complain service on www.tatadocomo.com so i am forwarding my complaint via www.consumercomplaints.in.

                        I am Angry as well as Frustated due to the following two Complaints.

                        1. Cannot dial anything after calling 121 or 198...
                        -----whenever i call 121, i cannot dial/input anything during the call, e.g. "if the IVR says :dial 1 for balance, dial 2 for schemes," and if I dial 1, then also it ignores my action and goes on furthur saying dial 3 for this and dial 4 for that.. Thus I cannot even dial 9 for talking to Customer Care so that I can register my complaint. Same is the case in dialing 198.
                        ------ I assure you the following : There is no malfunction in my phone device or touchpad. i have tried inserting Sim in another personal mobiles but still the problem persists. i have visited Docomo gallery and I have also checked inserting the sim in the mobile of authorized person at the docomo gallery and still the problem persists. And they say they cant solve the problem and i have to talk to Customer Care. But i cannot talk to Customer Care because I cannot input 9 or any number after calling 121. thus there is no way i can contact CustomerCare.
                        Please help me by calling me on my number [protected].

                        2. Received Less TalkTime (of Rs. 86) on recharge of Rs. 100...
                        ------Recently i had recharged with plan voucher Rs.120 under which i got the following benefit " Talk-time of Rs 55 on recharge of Rs 50 and Rs 115 on recharge of Rs 100 for 180 Days". So on this assurance, on 27July 2012, i made a recharge of Rs. 100 on my number [protected]. but injustice has been done because i received only 86 Rs. balance instead of Rs. 115. now to register this complain, i cannot input 9 after calling 121 or 198. what shall i do ...?????
                        So i am using this online Complaint Service to register my Grievances.


                        I want tata docomo to understand how much the above inconveniences have affected my faith in tata docomo that was very much strong since long as i am an old and faithful customer of tatadocomo. One of my Friends have suggested me Mobile Number Portability. What should i do ...???

                          Hello,
                          i took a new DOCOMO([protected]) connection 2 days before(using my friends id proofs), when my friends tried me to call from ISD numbers(kuwait)., they are getting someone else, not me. also i can not make calls to some numbers in kerala, and them to me. but at the same time i tried some other networks n there is no problem with any of these numbers.., last 2 days i have the issue so i called the customer care, first time the customer care officer told me to he cant solve the problem, so wait he will transfer call to higher officer,bt i waited for more than 15 minutes bt no response. 2nd time i called the officer told me to call back after 1 hour now their server is down, also he told that next time while am calling i can directly talk to officer, but when i called the 3rd time new officer told me the problem is regarding call barrier service, that was really a funny answer to me.. i told him about last 2cals then he told me they cant do anything now, call back tomorrow morning after 9am. what should i do??????
                          i tried once again to customer care, the reply is all our customer care officers are busy please try after some time...
                          i just came from Kuwait for my one month vecation, i need a relaible connection please help me....
                          my friends told me DOCOMO have nice service, and even the add is no hidden charges i agree all that.. Even he(using docomo [protected]) tried to call my home(kerala)-what happened is his call connected to some other number, someone is talking but cant hear my friend, after few second again hearing ringing sound again some one speaking.. again ringing.. now i have to make calls to my family from someone else number, keeping 180INR balance in my mob, DEAR DOCOMO please.... can you give me my money back to me, i cant even port my number its new right..? ohh.. forgot to thank you.. because i made call from my friends Docomo number to my friends at Kuwait. if you cant do anything pls transfer my balance to his number.. both connection are in his name..

I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialling deacivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated. And in bill amount Rs.5 per day and total 300 rs charged . I get your connection last 5 month but every month i paid this kind of amount. Kindly arrange to unsubscribe the same & refund of de572ducted amount.

But in the month of July 2014 I have faced the problem of speed capping or low speed (photon wiz) from 3rd of July 2014 and on that time I had consumed only approx. 9 GB data and had been receiving message of same 9GB of data consumed till 3rd July 2014. I have called at Tata photon customer care informed for the same but they informed me it’s a technical error. But I have called many times for the same issue to Tata photon customer care, then customer care staff informed please sir wait for the bill of the current month then this issue will be resolved.
                            When I received the bill, it was clearly mentioned I have use only 10gb of data but my plan which I have been using for last one and half year is 11 gb unlimited data. Then again, I have called at photon customer care staff assured me to resolved this issue as soon as possible and arranged call back from technical team but till date I didn’t get any call from technical team.

                            This is pathetic service offer to customer by Tata photon customer support team. This is the same reason I am not paying the current bill, because I had not used my data which is supposed to use by me, and I have faced serious problem due to speed capping even your alert message reflecting the correct data I have used.

                            I would request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible; otherwise I will have to look for some other internet service provider options.

                              UNAUTORIZED CHARGES CHARGED BY TATA DOCOMO.

                              Dear Sir

                              As I am valued customer with TATA Docomo for more than 1 year I was using the postpaid connection with my relationship number[protected]

                              For recent times I am troubled over the charges which are posted against my number. This is completely un ethical, un professionalism towards customer. I am giving service and should always be treated like a king. But in my case I am treat literally less than a beggar. Every time I make a phone call to customer care they resist saying no hidden charges against my TATA Docomo but always charge as unauthorized amount. This is happening for last 3 months. I kindly request you to take this as a complaint against the company and also treat this as a case of negligence by the service provider.

                              Company in turn is using customers to mentally harass them for business and also policing claims o[censored]nthinkable subscription charges. I plead the company to be responsible for claiming un necessary charges.
                              Tata Docomo Dive In-VAS Rs. 150.00 Last month I paid 220Rs/- Plus for the same, several times more than this.

                                I activated BlackBerry services on my number ([protected]) on 23/07/2012. After several follow ups with their customer care team, the issue was escalated to the network team. It seems EDGE is working at my home, but not inside my office. My home is just 1 km away from my office. Even though the issue was escalated to network team yesterday, no one has followed up till today 5:45 PM. So I have decided to move on with a another service provider and that is in progress. I have asked them to refund the amount (Rs. 399 was deducted from my account for BlackBerry services). This was initiated today morning and still did not find any progress on this too(I expected atleast an automated response). I am even discontinuing the connection, as I cannot carry 2 phones. It will be really good if the amount in my account also can be refunded.

                                Tata Docomo — Unable to activate sim

                                I had bought a new Tata Docomo no-[protected] and also given documents of it but no. is still not activated i had inquired at my nearest Tata Docomo Gallery also but the no. is still not activated .
                                Please response to this mail as soon as possible and activate my no.
                                this's to inform u that i got this dokomo pre paid connection during end of november after few weeks the sim card got jammed.i'd informed d local dealer from whom i got d connection and provided all d documents n rs 70. for a replacement. despite of all d calls made to d local dealer it's been a month since i submitted d old sim card, i'm not getting any response from ur end.i'll appriciate i[censored] look in to d matter.thank u

                                This issue was taken over by Tata Docomo customer care. My number was disconnected due to non submission of documents and I resubmitted those in the TATA Docomo store, which never got updated in their records and the account continued to be inactive for more than a month. Meanwhile, I was in continuous touch with TATA Docomo, through mails and finally on Aug 24, 2012 they activated my account(I was never able to confirm whether it was done, as I was out of station). I was able to check the same only on 03 Sep 2012 and when I put the sim card in my phone, it read "Sim card registration failed". The mail communication with customer care went on. Today morning a guy from Tata Docomo confirmed that my account is permanently disconnected and I should visit the Tata Docomo store to get this resolved now.

                                Even though I was willing to retain the connection, now i just don't want to take this headache anymore. So Tata Docomo should be refunding the amount left in my account along with the Blackberry charges deducted.
                                I haven't received any update on this.

                                  our work has been stopped from past 15 days. we complaint to nearest tata docomo office many times but there was no response after 2 days he send a technician to check the device he says that your device was not work no longer and you must purchase a new device. we go to the shop he say that device will come in 8 days .but he can't came .we purchase a new device from agra .
                                  after purchaseing we open the internet he show- server security certificate is not valid yet.

                                    Myself Kapil Nanakwani with mobile number [protected] is being cheated
                                    in terms of GPRS pack

                                    I have activated 50 MB data at 9 am on 26 July. When I used the data
                                    used was 41 MB, still 9 MB remaining. The company inspite of 9MB data
                                    left cut my general balance without any warning message. As a result i
                                    lost my 30 Rs balance. Moreover according to me i have not used such
                                    huge mount of data. Inspite of pack remaining company cut my balance.
                                    When called to customer care they did not respond properly and cut the
                                    phone from their side when asked for adequate reason. Moreover the
                                    gave a fake reason of 'using 2 sites simultaneously has resulted in
                                    cut of general balance, one site was accessed from 50M data and other
                                    site from general balance', which is ridiculous reason from the
                                    customer care Moreover TATA DOCOMO blocked my further calls to customer care.
                                    I have been using this pack for my business mails and other things.So
                                    there is huge amount of loss to me on financial grounds.The abrupt cut
                                    of balance without any reason has incurred me great amount of
                                    loss. Moreover when I use the GPRS service from my other docomo number, the data usage inspite of opening too many sites (3-4 sites simultaneously) is very low and when used from this number it costs 25 MB for just one single gmail.I have opened only one page of gmail only and they cut 25 MB data from 50 MB.This is also a kind of cheating to me as i m new customer and just converted 1 day back my Uninor number to Docomo number.But all are cheaters..!!

                                    I have decided to final a legal complaint to TRAI regarding this as i
                                    am cheated on financial as well as mental grounds (because of blockage
                                    of calls). If this issue is not resolved and if I am not able to get
                                    back my balance sooner, i will file a complaint regarding cheating by
                                    your company as i am the aware customer.

                                    I am filing this complaint in consumer forum, in order to aware other
                                    customer regarding your service.
                                    In case issue is not resolved i will file a legal complaint to TRAI.!!

                                        Sir, Myself Nandan Salgaonkar and my Tata Docomo Prepaid No. is [protected]. I had activated GPRS PACK Rs.5 of 50MB yesterday(24/07/2012) at night 11.50pm . I had used only 3MB. But at 12.01am(25/07/2012) my MAIN BALANCE reduced to Zero which was initially 7.79 Rs. and my GPRS PACK also stop. Sir I just used 3MB for only 10minutes and Pack validity is 1 day. So Please refund my Main Balance and Remaining data on GPRS PACK of Rs.5 . My Email Address is [protected]@gmail.com
