This is regarding a fraud with me, a Tata Docomo Walky Customer.
On 16th May-2012, I took a Tata Docomo Walky, they promised to give me the selected number that I have choosed, i.e.[protected], after that they have collected all the documents and gave me a demo number and told me that my choosen number will be activated within an hour, but nothing had happened after that, and on 19th-May-2012, I got a letter from Tata Docomo mentioning that they have activated[protected] on my name, but that is also not working. So, Please let me know what to do now. I want my selected number to be activated on a priority basis. I have visited Tata Docomo gallery of Borivali(e) and Malad(e), but have not received any positive reply.
Agency Address from where they gave me the Tata Docomo Walky:
Sky Net Telecom, Shop No.19, Ghanshyam Tower, MG Road, Next to Charwak Hotel, Borivali(East), Mumbai-400066.
This Lady who called me from TataDocomo was Aswhini([protected], [protected]), and the guy who had collected the document was Rahul([protected]). I have tried to called these guys, but they are not picking up my call. They have wasted more than 2months days of mine.
I had choose Tata Docomo keeping in mind that it is one of the top most telecom service provider, but it seems that its Agencies are doing fraud against them. As of my view, TataDocomo should throw out this type of agencies and workers who mis-guide their customers. A strict action should be taken against them. I have tried to get in touch of Tata Docomo appellate desk, but those people also keeps on sleeping. They are the worst.

Docomo — un activated 3g services
dear sir/mammy no is [protected] in my cell 3g service is activated and i lost rs3 so plz deactivate it and refund mee.
