Dear Sir,
It is to bring in your kind notice that I have recently ported my bsnl cell phone no. [protected] into TATADOCOMO.My starting experiece is very bad .On 01/07/2012 I recived a massage by tata docomo you are activated tutor and purchased podcast on huawei media pod and on 02/07/2012 two messages are received that you have purchased LNM 378 and 374 pack at Rs 60 and thus Rs 80 is deducted from my balance.But I am 100% sure neither I bought nor activated any pack.Customer Care Executive didn't satisfied me. Even I don't know what are these services meant for? My request to tata docomo is that kindly refund this amount to my balance and deactivate these services immedeatly. If this is not resolved soon I wouldn't want to continue with docomo any longer.My mobile no is [protected].

    1. After replying to a missed call " Buddy Chat" service was activated and money deducted
    2. No return of money... I had to deactivate the service which I did.
    3. Now after few months, on 30July2012 I got message stating ...' your buddy chat account will be renewed automatically on 2nd august ..Time.. for Rs.(not mentioned)..if you don't want the call 155223'
    4. 155223 Dialed on 30th and 31st July: Replies in "Punjabi"... Language change option do not work....many times replies "Invalid option"....I was unable to say NO to the service
    5. On 1st August 155223 Dialed: Replies " Sorry for inconvenience" and gets disconnected
    6. On 2nd August online complaint is register for above.

    This is a Cheating by the mobile company and I am afraid that I will lose money once again for unwanted service and unwanted renewal please Take Strict actions save the consumer money

      From 1st Aug 2012 I am loosing 1 Rs Balance everyday. when I checked it says its due to data usage.

      I have not activated any thing from mobile nor I have called any numbers from 1 st Aug 2012.

      Kindly stop any such services. Its very strange why every time I have to complain with such issue.

      I dont want any service on my mobile only i need calling thats all.

      Kindly return my Balance.

          IF YOU KEEP ON EXTENDING THE TIME LIKE THIS EVERY TIME I CALL YOU WHEN WOULD YOU RESOLVE THE ISSUE, HOW CAN I TRUST YOU?DON'T YOU HAVE ANY TIME BOUND PROGRAM FOR RESOLVING THE ISSUE.

          It is very true that these guys at TATA DOCOMO are manipulating usage data.This month suddenly my interne became slow on 8.01.2014 an on query the customer service person said that my usage limit is crossed.Then on checking I found that in just one day they have shown usage more than 1GB and then they have put me in slow internet mode.There after I have been recording my current session wise usage to compare with the day wise usage and to my surprise I found on non of these days the two figures tally.They put a manipulated much higher figure in the day wise usage record, only to tell you that your limit is exceeded and you are on slow mode, just few days before the billing cycle ends.
          On 26-Jan-2014 PM I found my recorded usage fo 25th was 00MB and today on 27th JAN'14 it is changed to 43MB on 25th Jan and 03MB on 26th Jan when internet was not used except for few minutes as recorded from daily Current usage data .

            I am Nikhil Sharma registered in TATA DOCOMO GSM with mobile no. [protected], today in the night at 12 am TATA DOCOMO has activated CALL ME TUNE services and cut more than 30 rupees from my a/c balance, WHILE I NEVER ACTIVATED OR REQUESTED FOR THE SERVICE. The call center representative IMRAN is lying that i have activated CALL ME TUNE services on 29th of july and it is FAKE. TATA DOCOMO should stop these kind of malpractices.If it is a fault of the system so a customer should not be suffered. Hence this is not just a matter of few 30-40 rupees this is a matter of ethics an morals now i am thinking to go in consumer court against this issue or willing to resolve my problem.

                  Since my mobile no switched over to TATA DOCOMO I am not getting any network coverage at my residence .

                  It is very unfortunate that despite several complaints/reminders at your local office no one has turned up for the same.

                      my self tathagat som, i am using TATA DOCOMO mobile service, my mobile no is [protected]. On 25 july 2012 I talked to custumer care of tata docomo to deactivate my VAS service magic sms and he insures me that he has done but after some time I got massage that I have requested some other VAS service (mitti ke rang) on my mobile and on 29 July when I recharge my mobile with Rs. 300 then after nearly 8 different VAS services activated on my mobile without and request and deducted around Rs 210. When I talked to customer care they told me that I have request all these services one by one through sms but in fact I didn't. After a long argument they agree to refund Rs 140 and deactivate all these nonsense services.
                      Now I want to know that if I have requested for all these services then why they refunded my Rs 140 and Please help me get back whole money that have been deducted.

                            Sir I bought a Prepaid SIM of TATA DOCOMO from nearest deler(Geeta Bhawan, Indore M.P.) and submitted all the valid document pan card ,voter Id of my permanent residensial adress(vill- Tadarpur, Post-Rajatalab,Distt- Varanasi,pin code-221311, U.P., India).He start the service from the next day. Now Company had restricted all the outgoing & incoming call before one week.when I went to nearest Athurised deler of TATA DOCOMO (Apollo Tower, Zangir wala sqare, Indore,M.P.) and submitted all the valid document with it's original document like (PAN card,bank Account passbook, college Id Card, Voter Id card). He does'n accept it. I also talk to cusomer care executive and his Senior officer Mr. Rahul many times. Mr. rahul told me that all the documet are acceptable but deler refuges it.
                            I am a buisnessman due to which there is a loss created.
                            That's why request you Sir please take the appropriate action as soon as passible.

                              Hi and i'm bala yogi from gooty and i bought tata docomo sim on oct 5 in road show and they activated my mobile that day but they haven't credited the amount that they promised to me.i want to know will they credit amount to every one who takes sim in road show.plz take action on my issue and my mobile number is [protected]
                              cutiing of balance unnecessarily..am K.T.VENKATESH my mobile number is [protected], am customer of tata docomo for 2years 3 months. on 28/10/2011 a rechared with rs150/- full talk time offer.i received. and after12 am 19/10/2011 i recarged an sms offer of rs11/- special for 1paise per sms for 15 days and again after i after 12pm on 19/10/2011 i rechared with rs 25 special, fro tata to tata mobiles for 1 paise/6 seconds.and then sarted my balance has been cut unknowing witout any cause i have called for customer care many times .my balance has recovered after some effort.and then around 8.30pm 19/10/2011 i recieved a mesase that my balance has cut for browsing of rs 122 witout using any browsing internet servicesand again i called customer care. mr subrmanyam has recieved my call receive my call an d recovered my balance off rs 100 once.and then rs 22 again but i got only rs112/- and then after some time i checked my balance it was only rs96/- .what is the cause abot this and i want my account clear from 18/10/2011 .am a fathfull to tata docomo since 2years.3 months.is this the way you treat ur customers.is this is the proceess u will provide your service .if so i dont want your service.please respond to this and make sure to replace my balance recovery soon.

                                  My friend has a Tata Docomo 3g Stick bearing number [protected]. This number is of retailer plan and i use to recharge with 102 Rs every month which gave me a usage limit of 1 GB for duration of 1 month. But when I am trying to recharge with this amount this month then I am getting a recharge failed message. Please check and let me know if the recharge amount for this 1 GB data plan is changed. I tried to call on few customer care numbers like [protected],[protected],[protected] but all the numbers were non functional. Please provide the customer care number for Pune region (Maharastra).

                                    Every body listen how I suffered from this Tata docomo service provider .
                                    They are telling that they are taking the lowest internet tariff like 49,65 95,148 Rupees plan its true that compare to any service provider they r.
                                    But when u select a plan u will know how they twistingly or indirectly take u r money from u r pocket.
                                    I chose the Rs. 148 plan per month with 8GB Data Usages since last 11 months in my Tata docomo mobile [protected].
                                    But i[censored] believe me Every month TATA DOCOMO is deducting at various time in a month of 20, 99, 49, 25,5, 7, 10 Rupees from my main Balance of mobile account. Even though I have paid the initial amount of Rs. 148 from the beginning of month to use the internet for the whole month.
                                    When I will to the customer care how the charges has been deducted they will say this type of answer

                                    Please dial after some time , again on that day u will not able to connect them.

                                    You have activated Games on u r phone so charges deducted, But I never ever asked any JAVA games during my Browsing time.
                                    You have activated Koran or Bhajan or Spanish language or Biology Test means they will tell u some story which u never known that u have activated.
                                    As a whole some money has been deducted from u r account.
                                    Several times I have deactivated these service from phone through call or online.

                                    When I tried and found the problem to fix it I came to know that TATA DOCOMO is just doing the Miscreants job , What they will do they will linked to many such site or money deduction method like Koran , bhajan, online tv etc etc. to general site like google, TOI, news paper or some bank site , when u will click u never know or it will not reflect in the site that they r deducting money, But after a day or browsing period u will come to know that they have deducted some amount from u r account.
                                    I bet no body can found how they will deduct but they will do it with out u r knowledge. NO warning no pop up but money gone,
                                    Initially I thought there must be problem with site but when I surprised to see that they left only 1 Rupees every time after deduction in my account so that I will be able to at least Browse so that TATA DOCOMO can again deduct further , I was sure they doing it knowingly.
                                    Suppose a bipasha pics site is chargable Rs 99 and in u r account Rs 79 balance there. Then TATA DOCOMO will deduct Rs 78 and after a day u will come to know this , not immediately.
                                    I never ever goes to Chargable site but even after that my money gone I noticed.
                                    They will link some non chargable site latter u will come to know money gone.
                                    Every month I lossed some where 200 to 280 Rupees evry month.
                                    Even through SMS they will not tell but deduct in normal day I have suffered.
                                    Now to reduce these mess I always keeps my balance below Rs 50 and for call I m using another Vodafone mobile.
                                    Several times I have complained but all in vain,
                                    I have suffered so telling to others not suffer with this company.

                                      Yesterday (28/07/2012) i was recharged stv pack of Rs.35/- @ 1.32pm.

                                      After Recharge i got msg from tata docomo with trans id:[protected].

                                      After i called local tata docomo no that no is [protected] i was talked
                                      24sec call cost charged 24paise

                                      Again i called another local tata docomo no that is [protected], i was
                                      talked 90sec call cost charged 46paise...

                                      Also today i called another local tata docomo no that is [protected] i
                                      talked 7sec call cost charged 7paise...

                                      For me juice pack is not working as per RS.35 juice up plan.

                                      So many mails also i raised till 6th aug only the compliant will get
                                      resolve at your end, this is not quick process.

                                      Also from this my no [protected] i cannot able to talk tata docomo
                                      customer care 198 & 121.

                                      Also i get call from compliant dept but still issue is in pending,
                                      then the the compliant time end at 6th aug, this is too much time for
                                      solving this kind of issue 8days u asking time resolve this issue,

                                      till 6th aug what can i do, i want to make more calls to onnet as well
                                      as off net but call cost is charging yours fraud network is wrongly if
                                      i put juice up include...

                                      Tomorrow itself i want get resolve this issue at your end & REFUND THE
                                      EXTRA CALL CHARGES AMOUNT AS WELL AS STV PACK RS.35/- AMOUNT to MY
                                      MAIN BALANCE IS TO BE TRANSFER. OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT
                                      WITH ALL MAILS COPIES...

                                      THIS IS REALLY CHEATING NETWORK IN INDIAN NETWORK IS TATA TELE SERVICES ONLY.

                                      Bloody beggar companies i am getting also same problems ... even i recharge this special packs through tata docomo online portal they are sending at least alert messages... how can people know the validity of the packs & recharge done successfully .. this people blaming the people... deducting so much of money ..

                                      its better to go for BSNL ... its always reliable ...

                                        Finally the service is deactivated now not any 5 RS is deducted but a new service Is active now.
                                        Now a new service is active and 99 rs is deducted.
                                        SMS :

                                        2) downloading ValuepackBlushing Imagery on 3G LIFE WAP Service.You've been charged Rs 99.0/-Your Balance is Rs.59.401 at[protected]:21 PM.

                                        Why customer care always say " we can not deactivate this DIV-IN service from Div in service portal. And not any refund.,"

                                        What is this this is wrong I don't active any this type o[censored]N usable service. Please deactivate and refund me my amount and promise never this happens again. I am out of the station and only have this number last service is take 3 months to deactivate without refund.
