My Self Ramesh Kumar From Tapa My Mobile No. is[protected] i got recharge about free roaming service in india at 13 July 2012 and it cost Rs.46 special RC after that when i reach in Roaming in HIMACHAL PARDESH the Roaming Power Never Done i am got lots of comlaint in Tata Docomo Customer Care No. [protected] about this but they are never giving service. after that when i make call the answer is ALL Customer Care Exec. are Busy so please Doing action about this...

    Respected Concern,

    I am Rahul Chitale. My Tata Docomo mobile number is +91-[protected]. I am using Tata Docomo Prepay service since more than 2.5 years. Since last few days a service called " WWESUB " is automatically been activated on my mobile phone and Rs. 3 are being charged per day. Since I noticed this I contacted customer care through Online Chat Session from Tata Docomo website and they returned me Rs. 3 back and also deactivated the service WWESUB. But still the same service is automatically activated everyday on my phone and Rs. 3 are being charged. Every morning I used to chat with Tata Docomo representative for the same issue. Everyday they assure that the service " WWESUB " is permanently deactivated and won't again activate on my phone. But same happens everyday. Its very very irritating for me. I don't want my Rs. 3 since I think Tata Docomo is in great need of those 3 rupees but don't want that irritating service " WWESUB ". I wan't permanent deactivation of the service and my balance deductions. I am afraid of Tata Docomo and totally dissatisfied with the service offered and if this issue is not solved permanently then I would prefer to port out of Tata Docomo.

    Hello Tata Docomo,

    Finally after many days my problem is solved. I thank you very much for deactivating the " WWESUB " service from my mobile phone. The fact is that I love Tata Docomo network because of providing good services and fair plans. That's why I don't like when such things happen with Tata Docomo. I expect good experience with Tata Docomo and that's what I am getting from last 2.5 years. Once again thanks for resolving this issue.

      Hi,

      I switched to TATA DOCOMO nearly 1 month back using the MNP facility. My mobile number is [protected]. I'm from Andhra Pradesh working in Chennai, Tamilnadu.

      The local retailer who processed the MNP said a xerox of Passport with Permanent address and photograph are enough to switch to DOCOMO.

      I submitted the documents and MNP was done. But my service was disconnected after few days saying the documents are not received. Please note that I did not receive any notification before hand.

      This time I submitted the documents at a DOCOMO Exclusive Store (having lost faith with the local retailer) and got the connection back. Again I submitted passport and photograph. When I asked the DOCOMO Store people about any local address proof, they said they are not required.

      Now, they disconnected my SIM again, 2 days back,saying the documents are not received. When I contacted the customer care, they said my issue will be resolved by 26th July which is almost 10 days since the service is lost. I submitted the passport and photograph again. But, now they are asking for local address proof, and stating this as the reason for disconnection.

        Hi I have been using my Docomo number from last 1 month, my number is [protected].Since the time I have taken this number my balance got deducted of its own,sumtime TOI headline will activated by its own, for each new link my Re1 was deducted, when I deactivated that service then automatically I start getting Jokes and again Re1 was deducted for each jokes, then again I DEACTIVATED that service also, then I start getting some Internet Links and again money was deducted from my account, like this in last 1 months more than Rs 30 had been deducted, I am so my scared with this dt I don’t wish to recharge my number,cos the moment I will recharge my balance will get deducted by some or other service..please look into this matter and stop Harassing customers. As per our Docomo Advertisements you don’t cut unnecessary charges then y i m facing this problen.please deactivate all value added services from my number [protected],and please refund my balance which got deducted due to this which is around Rs 30.And please make sure ki Any Value added services won’t get activated for my TATA DOCOMO number [protected] by its own.Else i will be left with only one option to stop using my Docomo number.

        Tata Docomo — Automatic activation of value added services and deducting money

        Hi Sir,

        Tata docomo mobile service providers are activating the value added services such as Chat, DRT, etc and deducting balance, upon calling customer care they sometimes say they dont have information available on this and sometimes they refund my deducted balance. Kindly please look into this matter as they refund only upon calling customer care and complaining about this .

        Right now i have been charged again for Ringtones alert Rs 18. I called customer care but they are not responding properly and make me hold on line and then drop the call.

        Even i had the same problem.

        I got a new connection last Saturday. From this monday, every day they are activating one or the other value added service and deducting amount. I had to call customer care everyday and spent around 30 minutes every day to get that deactivated.

        So, by today, they have already activated 3 services. I'm afraid, how many days this is gonna continue.
        Yes, docomo is using this technique for compensating for the 3G spectrum. Please run away from docomo, as soon as you can. I have automatically subscribed for call me tunes (Many of my friends are saying this). Earlier for the same reason I gave up my Airtel connection too. So regularly check the balance, in particular if the connection is from a bankrupt provider like DOCOMO.

          This is really so unfortunate to write a complaint against a company like Tata Docomo.
          But the issue has really shattered my confidence in this company.i got my Mobile no [protected] ported from BSNL thinking that Docomo would be providing better services but the inconvenience started from day 1 when i have to run for 20 days to get it activated after recieving my Docomo SIM.After completing my 1st level of hurdle i was confronted with verification process of documents.Till this date i have submitted all the required documents thrice but every now and then i recieve the calls from the goons (CUSTOMER SERVICE) for submission of documents.
          My question is that is now close to 2 months i got my no. activated and now services has been blocked saying my verification has come negative.If the same is true then the TRAI or concerned authority should take action against the company that why a no. was in use for 2 months when the verification was negative because as per my understanding the phone services should stop in a weeks time if docs. are not proper.

          And if my documents have been recieved on time and now issue of negativity has arisen then it is negligence of the company to stop service now.It shows how proffessional is the company in handling their clients.I tried to speak to local dealer,officer but everyone is showing helplessness and no one is ready to help me.In todays scenario the phone no is like a identity i am feeling so helpless.

              Dated 16th July 2012, I tried to recharge my tata docomo no [protected] through SBP net banking service.I did three attempts. And three time recharge was unsuccessful but money was deducted. Money is not refunded either. Please refund the money as soon as possible.

                Hi Team,

                I have been using TATA broadband internet connection from last one year and my account details is[protected] which is registered on my name (Apratim Dwivedi).I have to write this mail with great disappointment as I had struggled for more than 12 days with TATA DOCOMA customer care representatives for resolution.

                Issue is with my last bill which is stating my out standing bill payment is 5115 where as my account credit limit is only 2500. For same I had raised complaint[protected] but it was closed in very unprofessional manned stating that I am agree to pay bill amount which is result of TATA DOCOMO's mishap.

                I want to get this issue resolved as soon as possible as my line is suspended for this reason and I am not responsible for using internet even after I have crossed the credit limit. It is TATA DOCOMO's responsibility to notify and suspend my line when I had crossed my credit limit (2500) as I have not received any call/ SMS or email stating I am about to cross my credit limit..

                Hi Tata DOCOMO,

                Issue is I had credit limit of INR 2500 where as my bill reached up to INR 5100, reason shared with me is multiple plane changes during bill cycle. Question to TATA DOCOMO is, if my account[protected] has limit of 2500 only how it can reach to 5100 irrespectively my planes.

                Credit limit is some thing which restricts an account holder for stopping/notifying excess usage which was fixed for him by service provider.

                  Tata docomo is making fool every customer regarding every service they are providing

                  My Number is [protected]

                  On 13 July 2012 i did two recharges

                  One is at 6:59 pm that is of pack 25 in which my docomo to docomo will be 10 paise.

                  and second is at 7:13 pm that is of RS 34 in which my all STD call will be 25 paise but till now pack of RS 34 is not activated on my number and Standard charges is deducting on STD call every time from my balance

                  when ever i call their customer care they always give excuse of technical issue and did't give any answer cut the call

                  Even their on line chat supporter also go away after keep me on hold and did't reply anything

                  So,request you to pls look into the same on very urgent.as i am now fed up from this.

                        I SUDDENDLY GOT A MESSAGE FROM MY "TATADOCOMO GSM PREPAID MOBILE OPERATOR "SAYING THAT "hI U HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO LAUGHTER CLUB AT Rs10 FOR 7 DAYS".
                        I IMMEDIATELY CALLED CUSTOMERCARE AND EXPLAINED THE ISSUES THEY RESPONED THAT WE CANT REFUND YOUR AMOUNT AND STILL SAYING THAT I ENTERED SOME CODE AND ACTIVATED THIS SERVICE.

                        I AM ABLE TO RECOGNIZE THAT THEY HAD CUT MY BALENCE AND COMPLAINT . PLEASE THINK O[censored]NEDUCATED PEOPLE HOW THEY WILL TACKLE THEM AND HOW THESE GUYS ARE CHEATING POOR INDIAN PEOPLE.

                        tata docomo prepaid subscriptions — Refunds

                        Hello, I have been charged Rs 120 for call me tunes which I've never subscribed for. I had called up to the customer care immediately and they said I they would refund my money within 4hours. Its been 8 hours already and I havent got my money refunded yet and im also unable to reach the customer care representatives since then. I have however unsubscribed from the call me tunes but I want my money refunded.

I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialling deacivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated. Rs.5 for 3days is deducted from my balance twice in last week.                             On 13-Dec-2010 at 3.PM, i recieved a message saying "Your balance of Rs.120 has bee deucted for Call me tunes offer".
                            I haven't activated anything. But my balance has been deducted.

                            When i call to customercare, those people are not responding properly and at last they have retained only Rs.30 to my account.

                            Can you please let me know how can i get my total balance back.

                            Docomo — Daily Deduction of Re.3

                            I ve been Get charged Rs3 Per day from past two three weeks and few days later i got a message saying- Thanks for Downloading Game ' and i never download a game and never subscribe a game plan which deduct my balance everyday.. And whenever i call to customer care, they were always like - We hve technical problem running so call after sometime... I am fed upwith this ...

                            Tata Docomo — Weekly deduction of VAS which i have not subscribed

                            Hi,

                            I am a using a tata docomo number:[protected]

                            I am being charged Rs. 10 for Renewal of Hot N Sizzling Models
                            subscription which i have never activated

                            After complaining to tata docomo, on 6th of may I got a mail from Tata docomo customer care with Service number is PGSR09343739.
                            They stated that deactivation of the service is in progess.

                            But Till today nothing has happened. and each thursday/friday I get one sms
                            stating deduction of 10 rs for renewal of the Hot N Sizzling Models service.

                            I have sent atleast 2 mails to listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com but no action yet.
                            The latest mail reference no is M4374325. And I was promised action by 1st June 2011 and no action has been taken and on 4th of june again 10 rupess were deducted.


                            May I know the reason why tata docomo can not deactivate the service from
                            their end?

                            As when i called customer care they asked me to deactivate from the website.
                            But If i have not activated the service I do not have any idea how to

                            Tata Docomo is deducting unncecessary amount from my balance in name of subscribed services. Upon calling their customer care, they are telling that they are unable to refund, as the deduction is old. Even when deducting amount, there is no alert or sms from Tata docomo.

                            How to get the money back? Please advice.

                            I am also facing same type of issue and not getting any proper response approximately 500rs is deducted from my balance, each morning 5 rs is deducted. When i call to customer care they say a divin service is active and renewal and say we not give u refund just deactivate that service and again this was not happen but today complete 3 month and daily deduct 5 rupees and not getting any refund plus loss of balance daily.

                            I also try to contact any Supervisors but the customer care persons say all seniors are busy at that time, please update me on this.

                            My issue is not solved i am daily calling to customer care and they say we can't refund and we stop this service only amount deduction time is vary.
                            Now amount is deducted 2 times a day some time at 5:11 am and some time 8:11 am.

                            Great now customer care only say service is close in 4 hour and these four hours never complete.

                            That's it, i have loss lots of my balance and not one is able to close this service, today i am complete 2 month with this rubbish service which is automatically active for eating my balance.Not any customer care person is ready to answer this.

                            Tata docomo shame on you. I am going to switch my network provider and try to forward this complete to higher authority.

                            Today again same thing happen amount deducted on 9:40 am.

                            This is not due to any action from my mobile. My mobile don't have WAP settings or TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN Access point.
                            Customer care say de-active this from DIVE-IN portal, So how i can d-active this from DIVE-IN wap portal.

                            The reason is still not clear, why its active my phone is Android phone and not have any WAP configuration, how this service is active and why no one is able to de-active this.

                              Finally the DIVIN service is deactivated now not any 5 RS is deducted but a new service Is active now.
                              Now a new service is active and 99 rs is deducted.
                              Not happy with customer support. Done several complaint I am customer from since 2010.

                              1) You have cancelled your subscription to All at 1 on 3G LIFE WAP. Thank you for using our service .
                              2) downloading ValuepackBlushing Imagery on 3G LIFE WAP Service.You've been charged Rs 99.0/-Your Balance is Rs.59.401 at[protected]:21 PM.

                              Why customer care always say " we can not deactivate this DIV-IN service from Div in service portal. And not any refund., "

                              What is this this is wrong I don't active any this type o[censored]N usable service. Please deactivate and refund me my amount and promise never this happens again. I am out of the station and only have this number last service is take 3 months to deactivate without refund.

                                  I am experiencing a daily deduction of Rs.1 from Tata Docomo my main account [protected] from 14th July to till to date.I have complained to Tata Cus care on 15th and they promise to deactivate the service which is activated automatically.but the next day 16th july again deduction,I registered complaint,But again on 17th also deduction continues,The Cus care is unable to solve and give permanent solution.My complaint ref no:GABC[protected]

                                  I have selected Tata Docomo for it brand fame and service from Airtel but here service is not satisfactory.

                                  I am using data pack for data usage.

                                    I am a prepaid customer of tatadocomo cdma bearing mobile no [protected]. Whenever I am recharging my mobile, the balance after recharging is showing as zero and I am unable to make calls. On contacting customer care I was told that my due amount is Rs. 1300. I am got astonished how a prepaid customers due can be such a big amount. When at zero balance all outgoing are stopped including the net surfing. I believe something went wrong with the system. Request my services must be restored with the last two recharge amount as my balance on date.
