Sir/Madam,

I am Sudhakar Srinivasan and my tatadocomo mobile number is [protected].

I am using TATADOCOMO's gprs services around a year. And used GPRS 63 plan (Rs.63 with 2.5GB data). My GPRS service expired around end of 4th week of May, also received message from TATADOCOMO that (Your SPL tariff benefit has expired. Do a Special Recharge with RC67 & get 3GB data free with 30 days validity.For more, Call 522226 Tollfree). Approached a shop near my house and asked to recharged. The shop keeper recharged as per old plan GPRS 63 because he is not sure about change in plan of GPRS 63 3GB free data. Even old GPRS 63 2.5GB free data is changed to 1GB free data. I came to know the change in plan (GPRS 63 2.5GB TO GPRS 63 1GB) only by seeing the balance after using. I thought it would be 2.5GB free data. I let it go at that time.

Again at the end of June i was receiving messages from TATADOCOMO you plan will expire keep recharging (Your SPL tariff benefit has expired. Do a Special Recharge with RC67 & get 3GB data free with 30 days validity.For more, Call 522226 Tollfree).

On July 1st 2012 at 10.03am i recharged Rs.67 as per plan change and received message (Hi! STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.67, Validity:30 days, 3GB Tranc ID:[protected]). After using i came to know that instead of 3GB FREE DATA ITS ONLY 2.5GB FREE DATA. For verification i called customer care number 121 on the same day around 12.10pm with no response saying that you will be contacted by TATADOCOMO official regarding the complaint and they charged 50paise. And again i called around 5.30pm same day and the they reply was same. Second time they charged me 50p for calling 121.

AND I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE MESSAGE AT 1st JULY 2012 6.43PM (Your SPL tariff benefit has expired. Do a Special Recharge with RC67 & get 3GB data free with 30 days validity.For more, Call 522226 Tollfree) On the same day at MORNING I RECHARGED Rs.67 for GPRS service.. HOW CAN TATADOCOMO SEND MESSAGE SAME DAY EVENING. THIS SHOWS THAT THEY DO LOT COMMUNICATING ERROR. IT GIVES LOT PROBLEM TO CUSTOMERS.

ALSO in between i received on 29 June 2012 10.55AM THAT "Hi! Your subscription to Voicegaming Pack has been renewed at Rs 4 for 4 days. To Stop, Dial 155223(Free) or sms STOP vegam to 155223(Free).To enjoy Dial 563631(FREE) Bal Rs.1.99 at 29-Jun-12 07:19AM". I tried the format STOP VEGAM to 155223 no response. My Rs.4 is gone.

After waiting for couple of days i called 121 on 3rd July around 8.45pm. THEY CHARGED 50P FOR CALLING 121 IT WAS THIRD TIME. The reply was that there was a PLAN change FROM GPRS 63 2.5GB TO GPRS 67 2.5GB AND NOT 3GB. The reply was "mistyping and server error".

Also i told about the message which i received on July 3rd 2012 6.34PM "Hi! Your subscription to Voicegaming Pack has been renewed at Rs 10 for 10 days. To Stop, Dial 155223(Free) or sms STOP vegam to 155223(Free).To enjoy Dial 563631(FREE) Bal Rs.12.79 at 03-Jul-12 18:34PM". Once againI tried to stop the service by dialing 155223, the call gets disconnected before listing of activated services. Also tried by sending SMS, no reply. the format was STOP vegam to 155223. There was no reply because the format itself WRONG AS MENTIONED IN DOCOMO MESSAGE. The correct format as per my early experience and knowledge is STOP VGAME to 155223. HERE AGAIN ONE CAN SEE THERE IS ERROR IN COMMUNICATION BY TATADOCOMO.

Regarding voice game service they said, you have activated it using IVRS on 19 June 2012. I never ever subscribed or used these kind nonsense service.

ALSO ASKED THEM ABOUT VOICE GAME SERVICES, THEY SAID IT WILL BE DEACTIVATED. As per MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE they WILL NEVER DEACTIVATE AND PRETEND TO BE LIKE THEY DEACTIVATING THE SERVICE.

NOW I AM FEEL CHEATED ONCE AGAIN BY THE TATADOCOMO. If there is a plan change it should be clearly COMMUNICATED. But TATADOCOMO is not doing it.

I ASK TATADOCOMO TO REFUND THE AMOUNT THEY DEDUCTED AND ALSO PROVIDE ME THE DATA CAPACITY AS PER THE PLAN THEY MENTIONED OR PROMISED (Hi! STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.67, Validity:30 days,3 GB Tranc ID: [protected]) NOT ONLY THIS TIME ALSO IN FUTURE

Tata Docomo — on gprs plans

few months back i had taken a scheme of gprs(internet) plan on my tata docomo prepaid sim card for one year, the plan was every month 1GB free usages for 1 year after 4th month the date of expiry of every respective month started declining by 1 day. At one years plan last month it shown me validity of 15 days only and even if i had called the customer care they told me the same day of expiry..

Tatadocomo — VOICE GAME SERVICE

I Sudhakar Srinivasan and my TATADOCOMO number is [protected].

This is regarding GPRS PLAN 63 2.5GB NOW changed to GPRS PLAN 67 3GB. Its ok they changed the maximum free 2.5GB capacity 3GB as per the GPRS PLAN 67 3GB. Also i compalined above voicegames service is not subscribed my me and it is automatically renewed AND THEY CONTINUE TO DEDUCTING (STEALING) MONEY FROM NUMBER. Earlier when calling 121 customer care they said you have subscribed it through IVRS. I never did it also they deducted Rs.1/- when my balance is Rs.1.47/- towards Mobile TV service for one day. Before that my balance was Rs.1.57/- can't understand where the 10p gone and I did not make any call and i am only using internet pack of GPRS PLAN 67 2.5GB (SHOULD BE 3GB AS THEY MENTIONED IN THE PLAN).

On the 28.7.2012 recharged with 67 and got gprs max data of 3gb. And also topup with Rs.20/- the balance was Rs.0.47 + Rs.14.80=Rs.15.27.

This morning 29.7.2012 i received message that you have subscribed for voice game services Rs.10/- for 10 days and they DEDUCTED OR I CAN SAY THEY STOLEN MY MONEY FROM PREPAID ACCOUNT. PREVIOUSLY TRIED TO UNSUBSCRIBE THE SERVICES THROUGH CODES AND ALSO ASKED CUSTOMER CARE 121 TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THESE KIND OF SERVICES. BUT IT SEEMS THAT THEY NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN SERVING THEIR CUSTOMER AND RETAINING THEM.

I am fed up and very tired of TATADOCOMO already they have unregistered my SIM [protected] couple of years back for not using 15 days as phone was give for repairing (but the competitor does not unregistering the sim for such short period). Now I am going to throw away this SIM [protected] if continue to do the same. Also having another number i do not want to reveal here. I will wait for couple of week to settle this problem it TATADOCOMO DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM I AM GOING THROW ALL OF MY NUMBERS. ALREADY SOME OF FRIENDS HAVE THROWN THEM, EVEN THERE IS ALSO PROBLEM IN PORTING THE NUMBER. NO CHOICE IN RETAIN THE TATADOCOMO NUMBER.

Their COMMERCIAL ADD SAYS THAT THEY ONLY CHARGE FOR SUBSCRIBED SERVICES. IT SEEMS THAT THEY NOT DOING SO.

ALSO MY FINAL WORD IS I DID NOT FACE SUCH THING FROM MY BSNL PREPAID USING IT FOR MORE THAN 10 YEAR. I FACED SOME PROBLEM WITH THEIR COMPETITOR ALSO AND THEY SOLVED IT.

I WILL BE OUT IN 30 DAYS AFTER MY GPRS PLAN 67 3GB ENDS.

    Sir tata docomo customer care is not knowing the value of the customer..

    Actually me used docomo service for past 5-6 months..
    from past 2 months i'm losing daily 1 - 2 rs from my balance..i've complained this to Docomo customer care many times..they will deactivate it then suddenly another service will automatically activating from next day...then i'll complaint again then they'll deactivate..This has been raised many times..

    I've tensed At last i've called docomo customer care and asked

    "y always doing like this.how many times i have to complaint sir.i[censored] can able to do it completely then do otherwise just deactivate or block my sim" i said...Then suddenly he confirmed my detaily and blocked my sim....

    Is this is the way of dealing customers????

    now my sim was blocked.....

    atleast i want to change the service using MNP...

    what can i do now???

      I added a message bundle of Rs 29 which gives 3000 texts for 30 days. And twice they deativated it around 1500. Last time, when i called customer service team they said that the concerned team will call me back but that never happened. I lodged a complaint here. nothing happened again. Then i lodged a complaint to their online feedback team and still nothing happened./ Next time i called in cust care on the automated system it told me that the bundle is there and i still have that text that says they provide that bundle. So on the automated system they are saying that the bundle is there.. the same is getting added, but they are providing only half the service. If the service is not there then why is your automated system telling about it, if you want i can send you the text confirmation of what your automated system tells about the bundle..They are fooling people and charging for the service.         hello there,
        i m ankur macwana , a docomo user with number [protected].
        today two unwanted activation happened one at 8.50 am(STV worth Rs35) and other at 5.30 pm(SNS worth Rs30).
        when i called the cc they said that it was my choice of activating service. But it wasnt my choice , it happened on its own.
        please redeem my query.

          I had problems with the Tata Walky from January 12 and despite many mails, the problem didn't get resolved. Finally in June, I applied for disconnection of the line itself and as per Tata Docomo, the line is disconnected wef June 21st 2012. On 23rd June I went to the main office of Tata around 11 a.m. to surrender the Walky instrument, so that the refund of my initial deposit can be expedited.
          On going there the Customer Care directed me to a lady in the instrument Retrieval (IR) dept. for returning the instrument, but on going there, the lady was not at her table. No one knew what time she would come to office and whether she would come at all. So I handed over the instrument to the Customer care table no.7 and asked him to pass it on to the IR dept. but he refused to give the acknowledgement saying it would be sent by the authorised person by courier within 3 working days.

          It is more than 10 days and I have not received any acknowledgement from Tata Docomo for the instrument I surrendered on 23rd June 2012. I am afraid without the acknowlegement I will not be in a position to demand the refund of my initial deposit.

            My name Rahid Khan my TATA Docomo Number is [protected].

            I am porting my cell number from Vodafone Postpaid to Docomo postpaid porting has been one successfully. But since last month my service terminate due to previous operator bill Payment I paid bill on 21.05.12 to Vodafone & my cell number service permanently disconnected visit Vodafone store & Docomo store also but no one help me to activate this number. I want to know what my mistake is in this case? & why I am suffering unnecessary since from[protected].I was used this number since from 6 years. Please start my number as possible as early. Other I need to take very serious action against Docomo & Vodafone.

              Hi

              I am TATA Photon customer, I need to change the plan for that i have been trying to reach tata photon customer care number[protected]. But it just plays recorded offer and then disconnects each time. I have tried to reach other help line number for tata photon[protected] but they are just handling new connections ang gave me some regional numbers to reach but all in vain. My other colleagues are also trying to reach tata photon customer care but none of them able to reach customer care.

              If this is the quality of the service provided by country's most trusted brand TATA, what else we can expect.

                My TaTa Docomo no. is [protected]. And It's been month, everyday 60 paise are deducted from my balance. When I called up to customer care on number 121. They keep saying we are having no information and call again after 4 hours. I also did a email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com but i got no reply. I am finding myself helpless. Please solve this problem and refund my balance early as possible. Otherwise i am going to port my number to any other company. This is the only choice left.

                oneHello. Even i am facing the same issue. Each day 60 ps is being deducted. I havent activated any VAS, but still its being deducted. I have tried connecting to a representative but unable to. Should I lodge or a seperate complaint, or will this post be treated as a valid one? My docomo number is +[protected]... Thmx Sivaprasad

                  Repeatedly money is being deducted from my main account without any reason.In last two days Rs. 30 has been deducted from my balance subscribing me for their "call me tune" service which i didn't activated. When I called customer care the automatic answering machine is not proving any way to make any conversation with the executives. Please do something to stops this .Losing money like this is just not fun.I want my talktime of Rs30 back .Kindly please look into this matter seriously.

                    Today when i tired to call from my tata docomo number suddnly i found balance was zero Rs.
                    Yesterday it was 245 Rs + 532 MB 3 G data was remaning in my account. I called up custmore care and ask them
                    how they deducted this amount from my balance. they said i have activated some game package..
                    while i have never activated any game package or any other abc package from docomo.

                    And even if the deduct that amount from my account they must inform me before activating any package.

                    now they asked me to wait for 48 Hrs to solve this issue...
                    Can any one suggest what is the best to sort this problem ASAP.

                      UNFAIR BALANCE DEDUCTION BY NETWAP AND EVERY DAY SMS FROM NETWAP TO DEDUCT BALANCE


                      Hi, My mobile no is [protected]. My name is Suraj Kumar. Daily I get a message from NETWAP stating the alert of the day with some hyperlink. I have not subscribed for the service. my balance is being deducted for it.
                      I called customer care many times but still my balance getting deducted and i am daily getting sms of netwap. I even called 155223 but it is saying that no service is currently activated on my number.
                      Unsubscribe the services and refund me the balance.

                      I got 20 rs back. But when I am dialing 155223 to deactivate this service, it is saying that currently I do not have any activated services. But my balance is still getting deducted daily, that mean that service is still active and is deducting my balance. Kindly stop this Netwap service ASAP. Dialing 155223 is not working for me.
                      Still not resolved.
                      Now I am beginning to realize what a pathethic and useless tata docomo customer care is...
                      foolish Tata Docomo customercare executive told me deactivate service on my number [protected] but still not deactivated and amount deducted daily.
                      even I have DND activated.
                      I think Docomo don't know they have to pay rs 200 for first service related call in DND and doubled amount for every second call.

                        Hello..
                        IAm using Tata docomo [protected] since 15 days..the coverage and signal is very poor in gachiwbowli and surrounding areas...we need to come out during each call to get a proper voice clarity


                        While talking on the call..the voice breaking is usual..this is very irritating..during these kind of comepetion i[censored] are not giving basic service..then no customer will use ur service...

                        i have 2 connections in my home..if you dont respond to my queryi will disconnect all the connections...

                              Few days back i got a call from tata docomo regarding call me tunes, the sales girl kept on saying to activate the callme tunes service which was available in a cheaper rate than normal, she even asked me what kind of songs i would like to be selected, i told her very clearly i dont want to activate this service and i am not interested in call me tunes. Than too the company activated the call me tune service and charged me 60/- rs. This cheap tata docomo add says we value ur money. I want my money back.

                                  The company Tata Docomo has charged Rs. 6666.27 for the usage of Internet on July 01, 2012 time shown as 16:26:34 to 18:18:41.

                                  Its totally baseless. Its practically impossible to download such data in this time and that too on mobile. It surely is a system error which is denied by TATA customer care. The number is blocked for O/G Since July 02 and now they have barred even the I/C. All this without intimation. Even the details regarding the internet usage is not provided and the only reply Customer Care has given is that they have checked the account. It shows the usage and the charges are valid. We cannot help you. Even the appellate authority is not supporting and instead asked me to contact customer care that is simply robust and rigid.

                                    I had recharged my tata docomo connection with the GPRS pack of Rs.49/- which claims to give me 1 GB for 21 days.Since the first recharge was not successfful and I did not receoive any confirmation message (sms) I recharged a second time with 49 rupees on the same day.
                                    Again there was no confirmation message and when I checked my data balance it showed me 0 and I tried to take Internet from my mobile ,but my talk balance in the phone got deducted because the gprs pack was not activated yet.

                                    Finally I managed to get the recharge done successfully , through another site and got the gprs activated finally.
                                    So I was expecting the previous 3 transactions amount would be credited back to the bank account,since only the past 1 transaction was successful and the data balance was 1 GB.
                                    When I contacted the customer care I got the information that they cannot credit the amount back to my account.Their behaviour was least customer friendly and I had contacted them 4 times.They were not ready to do anything about this.They did not refund my amount, also they were not ready to extend the validaity for more than 21 days ,since now I had around 4000MB data balance and did not require for just a few more days(The pack was getting expired on 16th July)

                                    They had even asked me for the transaction id ,and they mentioned that they could re credit it once I called.
                                    So when I called them back with the transaction Id ,the call was again attended by an unfriendly customer care desk and they refused to raise a complaint and to give me any consideration.


                                    Please look into the matter

                                    Tata Docomo — BALANCE NOT CREDITED

                                    On 18th of may i got a sms from tata docomo in that sms they written that i[censored] recharge with 29 RS then u will get 29 RS balance in 96 hour and also your call rate will be changed to 1p/2s. At the same day I recharged for 29 RS.I got my call rate changed but I still not get my balance.
                                    I call many times to CC but they are making fool each time with a new reason.Finally I lodged a complaint in CC but they also not taken any action so what to do.(i have the SMS in my inbox which came on 18th MAY named as TD DOCOMO)
