I am Sudhakar Srinivasan and my tatadocomo mobile number is [protected].
I am using TATADOCOMO's gprs services around a year. And used GPRS 63 plan (Rs.63 with 2.5GB data). My GPRS service expired around end of 4th week of May, also received message from TATADOCOMO that (Your SPL tariff benefit has expired. Do a Special Recharge with RC67 & get 3GB data free with 30 days validity.For more, Call 522226 Tollfree). Approached a shop near my house and asked to recharged. The shop keeper recharged as per old plan GPRS 63 because he is not sure about change in plan of GPRS 63 3GB free data. Even old GPRS 63 2.5GB free data is changed to 1GB free data. I came to know the change in plan (GPRS 63 2.5GB TO GPRS 63 1GB) only by seeing the balance after using. I thought it would be 2.5GB free data. I let it go at that time.
Again at the end of June i was receiving messages from TATADOCOMO you plan will expire keep recharging (Your SPL tariff benefit has expired. Do a Special Recharge with RC67 & get 3GB data free with 30 days validity.For more, Call 522226 Tollfree).
On July 1st 2012 at 10.03am i recharged Rs.67 as per plan change and received message (Hi! STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.67, Validity:30 days, 3GB Tranc ID:[protected]). After using i came to know that instead of 3GB FREE DATA ITS ONLY 2.5GB FREE DATA. For verification i called customer care number 121 on the same day around 12.10pm with no response saying that you will be contacted by TATADOCOMO official regarding the complaint and they charged 50paise. And again i called around 5.30pm same day and the they reply was same. Second time they charged me 50p for calling 121.
AND I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE MESSAGE AT 1st JULY 2012 6.43PM (Your SPL tariff benefit has expired. Do a Special Recharge with RC67 & get 3GB data free with 30 days validity.For more, Call 522226 Tollfree) On the same day at MORNING I RECHARGED Rs.67 for GPRS service.. HOW CAN TATADOCOMO SEND MESSAGE SAME DAY EVENING. THIS SHOWS THAT THEY DO LOT COMMUNICATING ERROR. IT GIVES LOT PROBLEM TO CUSTOMERS.
ALSO in between i received on 29 June 2012 10.55AM THAT "Hi! Your subscription to Voicegaming Pack has been renewed at Rs 4 for 4 days. To Stop, Dial 155223(Free) or sms STOP vegam to 155223(Free).To enjoy Dial 563631(FREE) Bal Rs.1.99 at 29-Jun-12 07:19AM". I tried the format STOP VEGAM to 155223 no response. My Rs.4 is gone.
After waiting for couple of days i called 121 on 3rd July around 8.45pm. THEY CHARGED 50P FOR CALLING 121 IT WAS THIRD TIME. The reply was that there was a PLAN change FROM GPRS 63 2.5GB TO GPRS 67 2.5GB AND NOT 3GB. The reply was "mistyping and server error".
Also i told about the message which i received on July 3rd 2012 6.34PM "Hi! Your subscription to Voicegaming Pack has been renewed at Rs 10 for 10 days. To Stop, Dial 155223(Free) or sms STOP vegam to 155223(Free).To enjoy Dial 563631(FREE) Bal Rs.12.79 at 03-Jul-12 18:34PM". Once againI tried to stop the service by dialing 155223, the call gets disconnected before listing of activated services. Also tried by sending SMS, no reply. the format was STOP vegam to 155223. There was no reply because the format itself WRONG AS MENTIONED IN DOCOMO MESSAGE. The correct format as per my early experience and knowledge is STOP VGAME to 155223. HERE AGAIN ONE CAN SEE THERE IS ERROR IN COMMUNICATION BY TATADOCOMO.
Regarding voice game service they said, you have activated it using IVRS on 19 June 2012. I never ever subscribed or used these kind nonsense service.
ALSO ASKED THEM ABOUT VOICE GAME SERVICES, THEY SAID IT WILL BE DEACTIVATED. As per MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE they WILL NEVER DEACTIVATE AND PRETEND TO BE LIKE THEY DEACTIVATING THE SERVICE.
NOW I AM FEEL CHEATED ONCE AGAIN BY THE TATADOCOMO. If there is a plan change it should be clearly COMMUNICATED. But TATADOCOMO is not doing it.
I ASK TATADOCOMO TO REFUND THE AMOUNT THEY DEDUCTED AND ALSO PROVIDE ME THE DATA CAPACITY AS PER THE PLAN THEY MENTIONED OR PROMISED (Hi! STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.67, Validity:30 days,3 GB Tranc ID: [protected]) NOT ONLY THIS TIME ALSO IN FUTURE

Tata Docomo — on gprs plans
few months back i had taken a scheme of gprs(internet) plan on my tata docomo prepaid sim card for one year, the plan was every month 1GB free usages for 1 year after 4th month the date of expiry of every respective month started declining by 1 day. At one years plan last month it shown me validity of 15 days only and even if i had called the customer care they told me the same day of expiry..
