This is regarding tata walky number[protected]......On 30th march, my walky was replaced with a scheme as i will get Rs 80 deduction in my bill every month....When i have got my bill, its written as 250 minutes free every month..These 250 minutes are free as per my basic plan only..TATA knows very well,that my usage is not that much big....U can check last 7 years bill of TATA,i have hardly exceeded my free minutes..and even plan having monthly rental of 300 was also proving much much more, so i switched to plan 200 as monthly rental....If they had mentioned,that the discount is available as per MINUTES and not as per RUPEE TERMS ,i would not have opted for that scheme...Earlier, i had complained about the same and i was given a DOCEKT NUMER on 24th APRIL...But till now, no solution is given...I personally visited local office of TATA DOCOMO , and i was told that, i will be given discount from next month...And thats why, i paid the last bill..But now, the bill of MAY has come with the same problem...Kindly look into the matter and give me a solution...its just simply cheating..
N.B : TATA CONTINUOUSLY repeating only one thing : you are given discount as per plan...But i was explained in entirely wrong way and thats why i opted to replace my walky...NOT IN WRITING nor VERBALLY, i was told that the discount is in RUPEE VALUE DISCOUNT TERMS...i was told and explained that, Rs 80 will be directly deducted from my bill.....

With great regret I would like to iinforom you that I am completely frustated with the service of tata docomo and i m going to disconnect the services very soon and will tell all my friends never to use this service anymore.
I took a corporate plan a week ago and from day 1 i m getting contact signal problems both while using the phone for calls and for the internet, even in the centre of the city, the signal is really bad.
I called the customer service 5 times but no one was able to assit me. I was given a very bad customer service and the agents disconnected the calls when i asked them any question.
I was even told by one representative that if i dont want the service, then i should throw my sim in the bin. I fealt completely harrased. I dont know what to do now. I disconn my vodafoone num to get tata but now i am regretting.
please help me as i m having signal issues and missing on very important calls. i am also going to send mails to all the higher authorities so that they should know what is going now.
