i was disagree because i have lost my cell phone
The Tatas are unnecessarily masturbating themselves endlessly in the Communications sector where they are a big failure and do not orgasm. Why don't they stick to the pleasure they derive in the Engineering, Locomotive, Software Consultancy and other Bhaji-pala and Kapda-godhdi segments?

My Tata Docomo SIM sometimes shows "Roaming" in some areas of Bombay. I can picturise what must be happening in 'Darbhanga' and '36 Parganas'! Please yelp the loudest. This is Mera Bharat Mahaan. No one will hear someone's trouble unless you take up the mace or bow in your hands.

    There is no network connection in the whole city(Trivandrum). No one is able to access the network.

    I lost most valuable customers call and it ruined my career and my reputation. As the client can't able to contact me they raise issues and blocked the payment.
    As a result i am facing a serious issue to loose my job.

    And if it is due to the 2G spectrum case, then for that i had already contacted the customer care and they told me there is no issue in there network connections in kerala.
    Every other providers who are effected by this problem they accepted it and they had not at least cheated there customers by telling that they will still be in market.

    Tata docomo cheating customers of kerala by providing wrong information.

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchase TATA DOCOMO prepaid GSM SIM bearing mobile number [protected] and SIM number[protected] on 17jun 2012 . The DOCOMO service provider has deactivated the SIM suddenly . When i inquired the SIM dealer whether they submitted the document for verification( adhar card copy and color photo with application form) they told they uploaded all the details to DOCOMO, it is service provider inherent problem. Now SIM is deactivated and balance amount(nearly RS169.00) is fortified. This case of fraud displayed by service provider. I am having postpaid vodafone SIM but there customer service is good and never surface such problem. Moreover i am ministry of defense gazetted officer so all the documents submitted by me are genuine. Kindly steps should be taken against such kind of discrepancies.

          my docomo number is [protected],i have no signals from last 5 hours,i checked my device but it is working with other networks,so there is a problem only with the tata docomo provider,i faced this problem so many times,kindly solve the problem of signals or provide me the portability code for my number.

          I am darshan my mobile number is [protected]. I had done a recharge of Rs. 38 for sending free sms of 12000 message per month. But now more than Rs. 10 has been deducted from my account. When i contacted the customer care they told its deducted because of sending of message. When i called to the customer care for the 1st time to enquire about the sms pack they told if i recharge for 38 i can send 12000 message free to any where in india. But now i have been chared for the messages. Please take actions against this and refund my money back

          Myself is Darshan and my number is [protected]. I had done a special recharge for internet for Rs.15 three days ago, but now the problem is i cannot download anything from any sites. Again only 4 more days remaining for me in this offer. I tried to use internet through computer because i was not able to use net in my mobile, still i was not able to connect net to my computer. I was calling to the customer care daily and did all what your representatives told but it was all in vain and now i am not able to connect to customer care also. Please refund this 15 rupees back or solve this problem and extend my offer period, otherwise its bad to say that i have to say good bye to docomo, because its the 4th time i am having problem with this docomo. For the past 3 times i just ignored it but this time i am not. I am a student i dont have any income to simply waste it. So kindly help me in this.

              Hi I am using docomo prepaid connection, few days ago i faced a problem like no network available.I thouhgt something wrong with my handset and i used it in other handset and face dthe same issue.Today also i am facing the same problem.
              I cant make any calls or send any messages. cell displays "mcheck on tata- processing"
              plz help
              Even I have two prepaid connections of Docomo, one is with me and other is with my brother, none of them are working...
              I can't make any call/sms, and even I can't receive any call.

              It is ridiculous, and this is not just first time.

                Hi, I have my Tata Docomo prepaid account on www.tatadocomo.com... a weeks before, I tried several time to open my account and every time it said incorrect password, I clicked on forgot password link, it asked me the security question and when I gave the answer it was again incorrect. And now when I remembered my password and tried to log in then it showed "Your Id has been locked as you have exceeded maximum number o[censored]nsuccessful attempts.". My Docomo user-name is [protected]
                And my e-mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com
                Please help me by sending my new password to my phone number or e-mail ID mentioned above....

                  i m Yuvraj, due to some problem by previous id is not working and i hv tried to contact u thru this one.
                  Plz i m humbly request u that my balance again is at stake, it 12 at the clock, i m fear that again my balance will be deducted for data usage inspite of my internet service being activated.

                  TATA DOCOMO has the POOREST of service, the ads are exactly opposite of what they do. TATA DOCOMO is in reality the very old man its shows in the ads. THEY ARE A FRAUD and CHEATERS - specially in prepaid where you cant get back your money once deducted. Believe me - AIrtel and Vodafone (i have used them too)_ are FAR BETTER in customer care.

                  AVOID TATA and get ported to any other company - these people will fleece you and laugh on your face too.

                    My number [protected] disconnected by TATA DOCOMO without informing me , i was continuously using this number for more than 18 months. i was customer of AIRTEL but i had taken advantage of PORT facilities last one & half month , what procedure i have done mention below . .
                    1. i have submitted my documents to the retailer at the time of PORTING that is first time.
                    2. after few days TATA DOCOMO did deactivate my out going call and message
                    3.TATA DOCOMO has provided service again when i was request him and given 5 days for submit documents
                    4. i went to TATA Hub for the submitting my documents but their staff has denied to take documents
                    5.again i has submitted my documents to the retailers
                    6.after few days without calling me TATA DOCOMO has disconnected my number.
                    7. this is third time i have submitted my documents in TATA hub which is in CITY CENTRE, but my number was not connecting by TATA DOCOMO.

                    my point
                    1. when i have already used TATA DOCOMO service more then 40-50 days then why they has disconnected my number.
                    2. why TATA DOCOMO has not call me to informed that your documents are not submitted.
                    3.According to Tata Docomo they say they have messaged me fine i agree to that i got the message , but my question is if a illeterate person uses the phone how come he come to know what is in the message , while selling the sim they did not ask me my qualification, they should atleast call me and let me know that they are disconnecting my number or other things.
                    This is really a neglegency by the service providers.

                      Dear Team,

                      I Vijay Bhat have connection of Tata Docomo from January 2011 number is[protected]. I have chosen plan of My Family 999 for it in September 2011 with two add on connections numbers are[protected] &[protected].

                      I have received proper bills for new numbers except my old number till December 2011.
                      Now I am receiving bill for the same by plan Diet 299 from December 2011, i have checked my bill in this month by 8th June & i was shocked that i am paying bills for some another plan (Diet 299) rather than my subscribed plan (My Family 999). I have submitted complaint at their local complaint email id ie: listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com by 8 th June 2012. I have received replay by 12th June 2012 from Mr.Padmanabhan,
                      mentioning only the given bills are not getting opened by given password. I have given another time same details by 12th June2012.
                      After that I have received reply from Mrs./ Miss.Swetha Rajani, mentioning only that "my complaint has been put before concerned team & I shall revert to you shortly" on 13th June 2012.

                      Now 7 days are gone & still I am waiting for corrected bill or any solution from them....
                      I am getting irritated now because i am facing so many problems with their service from September 2011..
                      I am also getting calls to pay this wrong bill.

                      If i get any help from your team, it will be grateful to me.

                          This is regarding tata walky number[protected]......On 30th march, my walky was replaced with a scheme as i will get Rs 80 deduction in my bill every month....When i have got my bill, its written as 250 minutes free every month..These 250 minutes are free as per my basic plan only..TATA knows very well,that my usage is not that much big....U can check last 7 years bill of TATA,i have hardly exceeded my free minutes..and even plan having monthly rental of 300 was also proving much much more, so i switched to plan 200 as monthly rental....If they had mentioned,that the discount is available as per MINUTES and not as per RUPEE TERMS ,i would not have opted for that scheme...Earlier, i had complained about the same and i was given a DOCEKT NUMER on 24th APRIL...But till now, no solution is given...I personally visited local office of TATA DOCOMO , and i was told that, i will be given discount from next month...And thats why, i paid the last bill..But now, the bill of MAY has come with the same problem...Kindly look into the matter and give me a solution...its just simply cheating..

                          N.B : TATA CONTINUOUSLY repeating only one thing : you are given discount as per plan...But i was explained in entirely wrong way and thats why i opted to replace my walky...NOT IN WRITING nor VERBALLY, i was told that the discount is in RUPEE VALUE DISCOUNT TERMS...i was told and explained that, Rs 80 will be directly deducted from my bill.....

                          Please be informed that as per our records we found that the bill value discount of Rs.80 has been activated on 30-MAR-2012 and there are no wrong billing..You have been charged as per your usage. As per your previous complaint bearing number[protected] already our concerned department spoke to you and informed you that the adjustment will not be applicable and asked you to visit nearest Tata Office with the bill receipt in this regard

                          In Tata Docomo website it is displayed that validity of Rs. 7 night tariff voucher is 7 days. Seeing this information from Tata Docomo website I've recharged my mobile with this Rs. 7 night tariff voucher but on the 5th day while talking my balance became zero, I've Rs. 60 balance. When I have contacted customer care, they said this tariff vouchers validity was 3 days but I have already used it for 4 days. When I have recharged, Tata Docomo do not provide any information regarding the validity of the tariff voucher and customer care representative remain silent when I brought up this question. Then customer care representative ask me to talk to their senior personal and hold my line for over 15 minutes and did not respond. Now, they do not patching my line through to any customer care personals and simply disconnecting the line. I am attaching a photocopy of the information provided in the Tata Docomo website with this complaint.

                            my name is dipesh mehta, my mobile number is [protected]. i have a complain that
                            my balance got reduced by Rs. 99 rupees on[protected] and also charged me rs. 95 on[protected] for the same.
                            when i checked my last 5 deduction .
                            i shows that , it balance is cut for data uses . but i have my 3g Internet pack
                            201 (TATA DOCOMO). when i asked for the customer-care they said that you activated a services.
                            when i checked by dialing 155223 . it said that you have no active services .
                            but when i again call to customer care
                            they said , you have no updated call after 6 hour . but now they are not picking
                            my call. Please check it . i complain on 19/06/2012.

So i request u to take action on company and tell them to refund my 99rs back to me.and also refund my 95rs also which they charged me on[protected].thank you

                                Hi All,

                                I have raised an online request to deactivate ISD Services on my mobile on 13-Jun-2012 (Ref#[protected]. They have deactivated ISD & STD service on my mobile. I tried to raise ticket on 13-Jun-2012 to activate STD facility on my mobile but when I called the customer care they told me that they are not able to process this as there is some technical issue & they will not be able to give me the Service Request#, instead they have emailed the issue to the backend team & have confirmed that the issue would get resolved in 48 hours & I would be able to make STD calls from my mobile. When I tried to contact the customer care to enquire about the issue executive told me that there is some technical issue & to call back after 30 min. This happened to me more than 4-5 times. At last I was able to talk your executive & was escalated to Vishal - Team Leader. I spoke to him for more than 1 hour & he has confirmed me that the issue will get resolved by Monday (18-Jun-2012) first hour or max by 15:00 hrs IST, the complaint#[protected]. I spoke to an executive & enquired about the Complaint & he said that issue is still open & shall be resolved by backend team on 19-Jun-2012 before 15:00 Hrs. Then the call was escalated to Anju-Team Leader & she has confirmed that Vishal has sent a mail to backend team & are waiting for the response from them. She said once there is a confirmation form the backend team then only she would be able to activate STD services on my mobile & was not able to confirm on when this issue would get resolved. She said that we have to wait till the maximum time provided to close the ticket which is system generated, I was ok with that but asked her if she can confirm the issue would get resolved? She was not able to confirm the time frame. I asked her this coz every executive/Team leader were telling me that issue would get resolved within 24-48 hours & said that is the max time frame & shall be resolved within the time confirmed. But it has gone beyond that & issue is still open. I spoke to Vishal-Team Leader after 20:30 Hrs IST 18-Jun-2012 & got the confirmation that they have escalated the issue to backend team. backend team has not given any time frame to resolve the. Vishal confirmed that there is some problem in the application, which is not allowing them to activate STD services on my mobile. I have asked them provide the escalation matrix, but they say I need to send an email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com & appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com. That I have already done & got an auto generated mail. There is no response from Appellate.

                                Please make the issue is resolved at the earliest. Also give me a written statement or email stating why STD services were de-activated from my mobile?
                                1. If it is human error what are the steps you are going to take against that person/department?
                                2. If it is a system related issue? Then who is responsible for that & what is the action you are going to take?
                                3. How will you make sure that this issue doesn’t occur in the future to any customers?
                                4. What is compensation you are going to offer me at this point of time?

                                Please make sure the issue is resolved @ the earliest & need an apology from Tata Docomo.

                                I know I am rude to Tata Docomo, but that has come out of irritation & frustration.

                                Note: Sent an email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com & appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com. got an auto generated mail.

For making another call i have to restart mobile. I also restore my mobile settings. This problem is not arise with other GSM Mobile cards I check my old airtel GSM card. I also call TATA DOCOMO customer care executive he said use "037IND" in manual settings, but i cant find this in my mobile in manual setting i found TATA GSM but this not help me to solve my problem.

                                    I used Tata docomo before 2 months before 5. Days I got message from ya-plawap I have charged 99 rs 2 times then next day 54 rs 21 respectively why I have to lose money by tats Docomo cheater Company. I will go to give this to newspapers how this company is cheating their customers

                                      Am sending this mail after receiving a lot of calls and repeated asking your team members regarding the bill that is getting generated against my name.. Would like to put it as:

                                      My Phone was lost on 13-Jun-11 for which I gave a call to your customer care and got the phone connection suspended, I received the attached bill on 18th June and the amount I guess was 279/- (Am unable to open the file as don’t have the password) and on 4th July I made a payment of Rs. 300 through my credit card (statement attached).

                                      I visited your ghatkopar centre post payment of the bill to buy a replacement of the sim card and your executive confirmed that to obtain a fresh SIM I need to produce the FIR for which I denied and asked him to have the phone connection de-activated and I would give him a letter for the same.. Then he checked the same on the system and confirmed that the connection is already deactivated and I don’t have to give any letter or make any payment as there was excess amount of Rs. 29 (don’t remember the exact amount) in the account. He confirmed that the excess amount would be received by me through cheque/DD.

                                      Surprisingly post that month have again started receiving bills and even calls from TATA Docomo to make the payment.. Upon visiting the stores the Executives have been saying that you need to make the payment etc then only the phone would get disconnected...

                                      Need to understand the below:

                                      1. If without the FIR the SIM card is not given then how come my no got activated and bill started getting generated.
                                      2. If the suspension of the phone is temporary on request given after the phone is lost / stolen then why is this not communicated to the user while disconnecting the line.
                                      3. Why are your Store executives not aware that the phone line disconnected on account of lost / stolen phone temporary and they provide wrong information to the customer.
                                      4. Without making a single call have been receiving the bills from your end and the bill contains rental only.

                                      Please have this resolved and confirm..

                                        I gave the request for mobile portability of cell no. [protected] on 09.05.2012 (UPC Code. TP761369), 26.05.2012 (UPC Code. TP551472) and on 12.06.2012 (UPC Code. TP1957810). But the request is still pending. No action has been taken by the present service provider and i am facing a monetary loss due to this. i have already cleared my bills.
