I Lost 1Gp GPRS data,I recharged 65rs for 1gp data-1month on 4-6-2012 through online and used internet banking(ICICI bank),but i used 100kbs only, i verified after 10 days. data A/c showing 0.i informed to DOCOMO customer care on[protected] but they are not responding properly,please accept my obligation and help for return my GPRS data's.

    Have a word with the account supervisor in customer care, and be adamant about the thing which happened..tell him to reverse the amount charged and if they say know then tell them to send a proof that u have done it..and dont disconnect the call, they will surely do it..if possible also keep the call on rec., if they disconnected the call, the company can be at grt risk and i[censored] go to court u can get great returns..
    the thing which happened to u is normal..they do it purposely and it also happens due to system glitch and then they will blame u for this that u must have activated it..
    stay firm on the call and they will surely deactivate it..

      IN MY MOBILE I FOUND A MSG FROM TATA DOCOMO THET THERE IS A PLAN TO MAKE FREE ROMING INCOMING IN MY MOBILE FOR 60 DAYS FOR RECHARGE OF RS 46.
      I DID THE SAME...
      BUT AFTER PASSING 2 DAYS THERE IS NO SUCH FACILITY IS AVAILABLE IN MY NUMBER [protected].

        Dear One,
        I am a prepaid customer of TATA DOCOMO with a no [protected]. Yesterday (June 17th 2012) I got a sms

        "Hi! You have subscribed to LAUGHTERCLUB at Rs10 for 7 days.Autorenewal on[protected]:57:22. To Stop, Dial 155223 (TollFree)
        Bal Rs.100.41 at 17-Jun 2012"

        Then I called in evening to customer care and asked to stop the service and refund the amount deducted,because I never requested to activate such service. He did the same and I got my balance back.

        But just after 5 min of the same I got two more sms

        "Hi! You have subscribed to Bollywood Dhamaka Alertsat Rs.10 till 24/06/2012. To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP BD to 51818(Free). "
        &
        "Your call me tune has been activated with Rs30 for 30Days & will renew on[protected]!. To stop dial 155223(TOLLFREE).Your current account BAL: Rs70.41 at [protected]:41 PM "
        And Rs 40/- deducted from my main balance.

        Again I contacted customer care to deactivate the same and refund the balance. Mr Mohit( CCE) did something and assured me that your services has been deactivated and balance will be refunded within 7 hours. And I got 2 more sms.

        "Hi! Your Service Request no PSG[protected]is closed has been credited. Thank you."
        &
        "Hi! Your Service Request no PSG[protected]is closed has been credited. Thank you."

        Today (18/06/2012) I contacted CC for the same and a CCE Mr Dewan assured me that my balance will be refunded within 2 hours.

        After two hours when I never received any money I again tried to contact CC but It is getting disconnected. ( I feel they have blocked my no.)

        Then I called 155223 and deactivated my above services.

        Now the thing is :
        1. Is this the way of your services ?
        2. How will I get my money back ?
        3. How these services are being activated without my consent ?
        4. How will I be assure that in future you people will not do the same thing ?
        5. I want a compensation for this mental harassment from TATA DOCOMO.

        You have only refunded Rs 10/-, While the deduction was Rs 40/- (Rs 10 + RS 30 for activation of call me tunes.).Please give a refund of full amount Rs 40/-. And also compensate Rs 5000/- for the mental harassment caused by your end.

        I thank for cooperation; But I regret the delay and the inconvenience cause by your team. I thank you for the credit back of deducted amount but I also want Rs 5000/- compensation for mental harassment by your team. I have already discussed to my advocate and ready to file a case against you. Because you people have no business ethics. Kindly reply what will you prefer ?

            My tata docomo no. [protected] is not working in any mobile handset. It was working earlier but it showed "sim card registration failed " again and again. Now its not working and my money is wasted on this useless sim. I want to start this number but its not working. Sim no.[protected]
            Hi.. I'm a resident of Calicut. I've recently taken a duplicate SIM as my previous one was lost. Since a couple of days before I'm facing problems with the signal and I often get "SIM card registration failed" error. I have to restart my mobile to get it to work but only for a few minutes.             what the hell tata docomo is doing.. 3 weeks before i pucrchased one tata docomo sim from pune and after few days when i recharged it with 100 next day its service withdrawn sim stop working. i purchased another docomo sim from mumbai and now its hell its just about one a week i recharged again from net 100 in it and next day again it stop working..

              Respected Tata Docomo Cust Service team,

              I am really unhappy with your service disconnection every now and then. My mobile pre-paid connection is [protected]. Unsure why my connection again is disconnected with the name of pending documents. Atleast i have submitted documents in your main branch 3 times in person. I am not sure why you always disconnect my service with the name of pending document submission. Everytime i am coming to your branch and submittting, you should have a better way of document management. From the last 2 years you have disconnected my service 3 times. It is really causing me an issue, if you are unable to maintain the required service please let me know i will transfer the number to another provider. my number is registered in banking and all my relatives call on that number , if you disconnect the service imagine the kind of problem i face.

              Please restore my connection back quickly else update me so that i can transfer the number to other provider. Please dont test our patience.

                    Sir, today i am recharge my mobile by 100 rup. after this i got a call by custmer care .he told me for subscription of caller tune for 3three months in 50rup, but i reject it. but after some time 45 rup is dedacted from my balance and caller tune is activated without my permission, it is wrong .

                    "Sir, i want stop my caller tune service and return my 45 rup balance."

                    I'm using TATA DOCOMO No. [protected]. I've been subscribed to Monthly Greet Pack which I never activated. I've been charged Rs. 30/- for the same. Please deactivate the service and refund the amount charged.
                    THIIS IS 4TH TIME IN LAST 3 WEEKS. SOME NEW SERVICE GETS ACTIVATED EVERY 3-4 DAYS. STOP THIS NONSENSE PLEASE.

                    Hello Sir, i m sagar bhilare, I have one tata docomo No. [protected]. I got a message 4 days ago, saying "You have subscribed to TATA DOCOMO DAILY VOV SUBSCRIPTION on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP at Rs 5.0" and Rs. 5 deducted at same time.
                    But i have not subscribed this service and I don't know what is VOV. After that daily Rs. 5 is deducted from my account balance. I have called the number 155223 to unsubscribe, but it is saying you have not subscribed to any services. i have alos talk with cc they told me we deactivated this service now by online but today this happens again ...plz do something ....
                    Please I request you to deactivate the service and refund my deducted balance. (Rs. 21)

                    sorry my number is [protected].;-)that was my permanent number.
                    one of the worst service i ever faced from past ten years of mobile use, i took a connection from tata docomo post paid 1 year back, 6 months the service was good and after six months they started activating some services them selves and every month i was getting 200rs to 300rs extra on my bill, i keep on giving complaint to the customer care but they dint deactivate it almost 6 months, every week i use to speak with customer care and they use to say we will refund and solve the issue in within 24hrs and finally they are not even accept to refund the extra amount they have charged, past three billing i dint pay bill and i asked to solve the problm and i am ready to pay the balance amount but they disconnect the incoming and out going mobile # [protected], and out of bangalore the network is worst there is no signals at all.

                      I have prepaid connection of TATA DOCOMO, regarding this i have received one message from service provider company TATA DOCOMO regarding 3G Data of Internet, the Massage is "Apke liye spl offer. 3G Mobile recharge ab hua sasta. Paye 1.75GB Extra 3G Data Rs.201 ke spl rchg par. Paye 250MB rchg karte hi aur baki 1.75gb 48 ghanto me. val 30 Din" against this message i have recharges on 10th June 2012, i receive 250 MB data same day but remaining 1.75GB data not received till date, regarding this matter i have follow-up with customer care but they have not giving satisfactory answer and also not giving 1.75GB data

                        Two months back I migrated from pre-paid to post paid. My mobile No is [protected]. I have selected this option through TATA DOCOMO web site. Then, some body called me and sent their representative. I gave him the money and my connection was changed to postpaid. Now, from 12 th June onwards, my out going services were stopped. Immediately, I mailed the complaint to customer care. When, I spoke to customer care through another phone(As I was barred from calling to customer care also), they asked me to contact the nearest DOCOMO center. When I have gone to the DOCOMO center at IndiraNagar, I came to know that DOCOMO has given the responsibility to their franchaisee, and the franchaisee does every thing and my cheque was bounced for the initial deposite. When, I asked them to provide the details of the cheque and the franchisee so that I can catch that franchisee, they refused to give the details and said that I will get a call from DOCOMO and they will resolve the issue. Meanwhile, I have received a foolish reply for the complaint On 15th June, stating that I have to pay the bill amount which is due on 24th June, then my services will be restored. I came to know with these instances that either TATA DOCOMO is cheating or it is hiding the franchisee. Today (16 June) I have paid the bill also.Please take up the case and resolve the issue.

                          This is to inform you that today (i.e 15 th jun 2012) in morning my balance was showing Rs.8.74/- & without any call or SMS in the evening it became Rs.0/-. After calling your customer care no. at 121 it is saying to recharge me if I want to talk to customer care executive. I regret to inform you that from the date of I have taken tata docomo sim i am loosing my money on recharge.
                          VERY BAD SARVICE IN TATA DOCOMO
                          all the docomo costumer to request to close your docomo number and purchase a new sim card to another company ..

I have been charged Rs. 5/- per day for data usage charges as I have not activated any data pack except 1 month 2.5 GB net pack. I did not receive any message regarding activation of such pack then how can they deduct such charges without informing me.

                            I,Muthurasu, My TATA DOCOMO no. is [protected]. I have been charged Rs. 1.50/- per day for data usage charges for last 8 days as I have not activated any data pack . I did not receive any message regarding activation of such pack then how can they deduct such charges without informing me.
                            Hi Muthurasu I am alos a victim of Tata Docomo post paid services specifically of the stupid services like kissing tips @ 10Rs/week, Aamir @ 49Rs/Second, Midnightmadsopups @ 99Rs/Second (I don't know what it means or serves & funny thing is that the Tata Docomo company people also don't know what these products actually serves to there customer) not only this but I have been charged around Rs.4000 for Internet usage in just 25 days & hence I recommand you & others to switch to some better mobile service provider who can offer you fair services. I am going to switch as soon as I get my number released from the Tata Docomo's spider net.

                              i had disconected a internet 3g connection on 15 jan 2012 after clearing all the dues of the company.Even i still have the receipt of my last payment made.And from 6 june company is calling me for remaining payment although i had paid them all.Even they are sending me some legal notices on my email id..

                                It deducting the amount from prepaid account for some services without my permission,
                                I checked last three transactions, it showing Rs 30 deducted for data usage. My mobile is a base model and could not be used for any internet services. How they can tell that i used this much amount for data usage.
                                This is a bad service.

                                I called up Customer care, they told following things,

                                1."This is a renewal charge for one service"

                                Whenever it happen i used to call customer care and ask them to find out the reason, they just deactivate the service.what ever the amount deducted i have to suffer.I never requested for any kind of services for this number but it happens again and again.

                                2."Even if i not requested any services, if i clicked any button to stop the calls or delete the sms leads to activate a service"

                                "Please debug your software, it have severe issue, otherwise it will affect the customer satisfaction.
                                I expect a permanent solution for this.
                                It happens to my spouse and friends numbers also, If it repeats, we have to force to stop the service from docomo."

                                  I have recharged my DOCOMO mobile on 12 June 2012 of Rs 34 SMS voucher which gives 2000 SMS for 30 days.But I got back reply that validity is for 15 days. According to their website and retailer outlet advertisement,Rs 34 SMS voucher gives 2000 SMS for 30 days.I have been talking to their customer services and they are coming back with the reply that your SMS pack validity will remain only for 15 days.So kindly take strict action against Docomo services for publishing false information and adjust amount into my balance or compensate me.
                                  I have not used even single SMS till now and they are saying that ticket will be resolved by 25-June-12.

                                    i am a tata docomo sim user since few years. i am suffering from their baseless balance deduction recently.few wks ago i have recharged with RS 50 n they have doducted it.this week i recharged my mobile with another 50 rupees and they have deducted that too.,i called them up.i told that acc, to their report i madee subscription to a recent movie song ROWDY RATHORE amongst the few which they have offered me through a call on 12th June,2012.bt neither i have receiced that type of call on that date nor i have subscribed it.and the thing i want to mention that if i hd relly subscribed to that offer then why should not they sms ed me immediately about that subscription?

                                        I had bought post paid tata docomo in last of 2011. but service / network was almost dead . I called up customer care many time to cancell my sim/ connection . but they took no action and remided and threatened to pay the rent after three months But I requested again and again to stop the service and cancel the sim. But after 5 months i got threatened by the company"s legal advisor topay the total monthly rent even for no service for last five months (sim was not being used ) Ihave paid all the pending dues but after giving my written request on 5th may 2012 It is still pending my request from company"s account. Please i want to get rid off this tata "zin"
