My Docomo Prepaid number is [protected].
I have not subscribed or activated any Internet services.
But a Service by the name NETWAP has been automatically subscribed to 'Bollywood' category.
It is deducting one rupee every day. Messages from NETWAP say i could stop the service by dialling 155223.
I checked it, and they say there are no active services on my account.
NETWAP has taken 8 rupees so far. Calling Customer care has not been of much help.


Please remove this service as it is useless to me. My Cell phone does not even support Internet.

Don't know how to deactivate it. Tried all sort of things but its not working.

i am pankaj gupta from gwalior. photoshoot netwap has been automatically activated on my no.[protected].plz deactivate it as soon as possible........ i dont need.

    i am losing my balance daily on my number from tata docomo by receiving newsalert from netwap.when i tried to check services with dnd of tatadocomo, it does not say i am registered with any service. already i have lost around 500 rs. on another service which i never activated. where the hell do tata docomo ppl think they are looting the money from ppl's mobile balance???

        Hi I did a mistake to select Tata docomo as a CDMA service provider.
        25 june 2012 i bought a CDMA OMH sim from a retailer after asking all the concern from customer care (Regarding Data Pack).
        But Nothing work out.
        I paid 50(sim cost)+46(1/2 paisa call rate plan) and was happy as it got activated within 2 hours.
        I was able to make call & surf internet.

        Real problem starts now.

        26 th july : Recharged with RS 119 .After some time i found my balance became zero raised complain #PBR12018483
        Again recharged with RS 36.and activated Data pack of RS 5 to check whether its working on it(Did after consulting with customer care)
        but after some my balance became zero again raised complain #PNR[protected] as i was not able to connect to internet

        27 th july : i made several call &chat to customer care but didnt get proper solution.they just told to wait till 28,it will be resolved

        28 th july: I got 2 call from chennai(guess as the no was [protected]) for raised complain

        resolution :

        for complain #PBR12018483 : As i have used 11mb of data without activating data plan,they have deducted (111+36).I thought ok its my mistake so i lost it.

        for complain #PNR[protected] : they informed me that since its a OMH sim,i cant use basic data pack(Mobile Internet Plans for CIMO & Walky Customer). need to activate Mobile Internet Plans for CIMO HSIA Customer.I was ok with this resolution.

        but my question is ,why didnt customer care informed me before when i had asked all this before.


        Again i recharged with rs 112 & 103 and activated Data pack worth 100 as per resolution of complain #PNR[protected] .I got confirmation msg saying data pack got activated,but I was not able to access it.(Time near to 3 PM) & I had remaining balance.

        raised complain # PNR[protected] as i was not able to access.(Expected resolution date :02-Jul-2012)

        but my happiness didnt last long.After 3 hours near to 6 PM,again my balance became zero.This was really frustrating.

        Tried to call customer care by dialing 198 (as 121 was not working due to low balance),that guy put me hold & went some where.

        I was happy cutomer of tata docomo GSM,Port out fromidea no : 9964*****6
        but frustrated completely with tata docomo cdma service no : 924129***0

        Guys,I[censored] want omh service ,dont ever go for Tata docomo.they are fraud & customer care is pathetic.However GSM you an take.

        Same problem with me also...then which cdma are u using now.
        I have galaxy ace duos...then which crd should i prefer for internet.
        I too had the same problem, TATADOCOMO just swallows your money without realising what is their mistake and they are not bothered, if you ring the bell for transparency and service, pls do not expect from them at least after DOCOMO joined TATA.
        Because i have lost Rs. 2100 in the month of JUNE 2012 and they already swallowed my balances of 400+ rupees and and therefter 6 times recharges, still balance is zero and asking more to recharge with Rs. 5800 in the second case October 2012.

        I have decided now not to recharge, and there is no question of complaining to these people and getting complaint number ... absolutely waste of time and energy.

          GOOD EVENING,
          I AM A USER OF TATA DOCOMO GSM SIM. I MADE A CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED HIM TO RECHARGE WITH INTERNET BALANCE WORTH RS.15 OF 500MB FOR 3DAYS AND REMAINING BALANCE WAS RS.25. I MADE CALL OF 3RUPEES. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FINISHED ON 26 JUNE. THE VERY NEXT DAY I SAW MY BALANCE WAS ZERO.WHEN I CALL AND ASKED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THAT I USED MY BALANCE ON BROWSING BUT I DIDN'T DO THAT. THEY ASKED ME TO SMS AS DATA TO 121 TO GET THE INFORMATION ABOUT BROWSING. I MADE IT AND THE REPLY WAS "YOU HAVE NO DATA USED TILL DATE". WHEN I CALL AGAIN TO INFORM THEM THE SAME THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE INSTEAD THEY DISCONNECTED MY CALLS AND THE WHOLE DAY I TRIED BUT OF NO USE. THE NEXT DAY THEY RECEIVED MY CALL AND SAID THE SAME AND I AGAIN MESSAGED ON 121 AND GOT THE SAME REPLY. WHEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN, THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CALL. THEY ARE IGNORING MY CALL AND NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION ON MY REQUEST.
          SO I REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE ME JUSTICE AND REFUND MY RS.22.

          sir,
          i am using tata docomo sim and no. is [protected]. On 29th march at 3a.m. my balance got deducted by 15/- Rs. since then i called docomo customer care many times but all the time they said that they have problem in their server and after some-time i got message from them that i have subscribed to call me tune service.
          But i didn't make any such subscription which i told to them to which they replied that around 00.13 a.m. they called me for call me tunes offer but such call didn't came on my mobile .I have all details of call log.....which also shows that any call from docomo did'nt came on my mobile.....

          Hence,i want to file a complaint against them about unnecessry deduction of balance....

          I purchased tata docomo number[protected], its a miserable services since i bought this card. No coverage, poor voice quality and for the last few days they, automatically deduct money from my account and activate uncalled services on my mobile, they siphoned off more than Rs 150 from my account for activating various rubbish services like keeda alerts, ringtone alerts for which i never make request !!! As per their customer care i activated this services when some flash message came on my cell, if someone has put the cell in pocket and automatically flash message activates those schemes then whose fault it is, even after registering with DND (do not disturb) my amount is still being deducted, mailing to their applate authorities in vain. It seems that instead of Ratan TATA, Dawood ibrahim has invested money in this business and he and his associates are offering services, its time to disappear docomo from the market, good bye japanese, poor sucker services.

          sir My name is Ravijot , I recently bought a new connection of TATA docomo. But when ever i activate rs 60 internet on it .,they deduct my whole available balance saying that u have downloaded a java game and cut my whole balance. First time they charged me rs 98 for this , nd when next month i activated my internet pack of rs 60 ,again they deducted rs 78 (which was the available balance) ,and sent me a message saying that thanks for dowloading java game ,you have been charged rs 78. I also talked to the customer care but they didnt responded to me . So I decided to file a complaint of Tata docomo. Please look into this matter, Thanks .

          when you call on 54321 and if you press 2, 3, 4, or 5 or any number, that means you have subscribed for that particular alert or service. If you press it three times that means you will be deducted amount for 3 times subscription even if the balance goes null. next time when you recharge you will be deducted for a particular subscription (those left after your balance goes nill). please ensure no child holds the phone and makes unnecessary subscriptions
          I am using tatadocomo no.[protected] for last six months and company deducted the amount from my account twicely once for health tips and second for java game i never applied for health tips and never downloaded any game. as i was the regular user of docomo net and isd calling but due to their cheating activities nw i switched to airtel for the same services but i want my money back and want to alert other user be carefull and keep minimum balance in ur account for safety or avoid docomo

          deduction of balance everyday through subscription of MVC. everyday Rs.3 is deducted . i can't bear this. i have lost about Rs.200. in this........... i just want to close all of these subscriptions and return all my money back..or i wii use the process of MNP.............
          hi, i am alok singh sengar. i am student at indian school of mines, dhanbad. on 8-2-2011 at 2 pm, i have 135.82Rs balance. after this my mobile starts showing that u have charged rs 0.50 for last internet browsing, although i didn't open internet even one time. these type of msgs keep on coming for almost 3 hours, they show my balance sometimes 22 sometimes 0.02 sometimes 15. in between two msg came one saying that u have subscribe for roadies spl vidios, you have been charged rs 30. second msg was telling thanks for download valuepack, you have been charged rs 20. and my account balance kept on floating in that period. in evening when i called tata docomo customer care, they told me that u have charged rs 49 for data usage, rs 20 for data usage, rs 30 for data usage. even this way i had 35 rs left, but i have only 5 rs left. i asked them for refunding of balance, they put my call on hold, and now they are not answering my call. and this is not happening first time. mobile compnies usually do this. alok singh sengar, diamond hostel 58, indian school of mines, dhanbad 826004, jharkhand, mo.           one month back my docomo sim ws charges 30 rs for shyri pack..aftr tht on 24th april it renew ws done..aftr compalinin abt the same i ws refuned my 30 rs back in my account...but also last month my fone ws charges for 3 months service of call me tunes..and wil my complaint for deactivation of shyri pack dey deactivated my call me tunes service also..i want dem to reactivat my call my tunes services which i hv paid for or refund my money back..if nt so..i hv t names of t people who attended my call n i'l hv tata docomo pay it it wen i take serious action against it!!!
          What refund not possible I have not taken it Your customer care is doing from their only What do u think we r fools. I want refund back. We don't activate any back they r activated by ur executives only.
          Again they have deducted balance unnecessarily. They r doing knowingly. They have not refunded my previous also 7 now also they have deducted Rs.10 from my account.I know it very well we don't activate any pack If my 20rs. is not refunded I will have to look for some other complaints.

          Because we know that we have not activated any pack & then also our balance is deducted by their executves.

          THIS IS VAIBHAV CHADDHA FROM NALLASOPARA. I AM USING TATA DOCOMO PREPAID CARD FROM LAST 6 MONTHS. NOWADAYS MY BALANCE ARE GETTING DEDUCTED AND THE REASON FOR THIS WAS NOT KNOWN BY ME.           Without my approval they just subscribed "dance club" and also deducted 10/- from my account. and this kind of thing is not at all first time they have done with me several times.that DANCE CLUB the day it was subscribed that whole day my mobile was OFF as soon as i switched it ON a message came stating that- "Thanks for subscribing to Dance Club . You've been charged Rs. 10.0/-"

          Whats this can any one explain me this ???
          This is to bring your kind information that I Banke Tibrewal whose mobile number number is [protected], am totally frustrated by the extra charges posed on us by company members for the services which we had never opted for. Its since one year long we are being charged for a service named m-chat. Actually we never applied for any such service. And when we try to contact customer care we were just said that your service has been deactivated and you will not be charged further. But still the process of balance deduction continues. Even I complained the head office at 'New Delhi'. They assured us that such cases wont occur in future but still it continues.
          "SHOULD NOT I CALL IT A THEFT?". Please take strict action after looking into the matter. Hope for positive response.

          Even they do not refund money on their own. We are even not notified about the deduction of balance. Also after calling different customer care executives we get three different response viz. You applied m chat, You saw match...etc...etc...
          I am suffering from various problems in the service.
          they have deducted my 184 rs within 3 days. and i don't even know the reason as there is no reply from their customer care even after registering the complain on there web site.

          when denied about any such download they didnt care to listen and said it was not refundable
          on asking how could they send me such service messages without any warning AS TO THE CHARGE, they were without any answer and hung on me...the second time i cust care guy was all abusive and again hung on me...third time and afterwards since they are just not picking up the call

          I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!

          Ive been charged Rs.30/- initially for some services. I rang up to the call center regarding this and they told me that they will refund me Rs.20/- immediately and Rs.10/- will be refunded in 24 hours. I've got Rs.20/- immediately. Its been a week i have not got Rs.10/- back. Every time when i call a customer care executive they are telling me to wait another 24 hours. Like this 168 Hours have gone and there was no response from DOCOMO.
          On[protected] I spoke to your customer care Executive Named "Aarthi" at 06.40PM. She Told me that this Rs.10/- will be refunded in another 24 Hours. As DOCOMO's IVRS Voice Says that those calls may be recorded for Voice training Purpose, Which can be used for cross verifying the same. When I receive Rs.20/- initially, I got some messages from DOCOMO as "Thank you for sharing balance related Queries..... etc.." But after that every people who attend my call says that I'll get some message when the amount is refunded. I never get any messages. Once Customer Care Executive said that i ll get the refund by 3 hours. That was also became lie. I 've been totally disturbed because of this for Past one week.

          Beside this, i got a message yesterday[protected] that ill be charged Rs.10/- for some Mirchi Services on 5th of may 2012. I also got a Toll Free no. to deactivate the same. I tried to call and the call was disconnecting. It did not connect. So i thought of doing the deactivation work today[protected]. But on[protected] Morning itself Rs.10/- has been deducted for the same, Ive not activated any of these services. When i try to call customer care its not connecting. Every time It says that, "Our customer care Executives are Busy with Other Customers please write to [protected]@tatadocomo.com" and the call gets disconnected automatically. If they are talking to other customers, am i not a DOCOMO Customer? Regarding these Queries I visited to the nearest TATA Docomo Showroom Which is at Tamilnadu, Chennai, Chromepet, Radhanagar. There, I've Got very Good answer from that Executive. She says that only two times a customer can call to Customer Care. But Today I never spoke to Customer Care, Still i am unable to connect. If a customer has some Query for more than twice where we will ask other than Customer care? Now my Problems are unsolved and remains unanswered.


          They said ill get back my money in another 24 hours and i never got back the amount. The above request no has been closed without solving my query.

          Tata docomo is a total nonsense fraud company. These guys activate unwanted services and deduct valuable balance. It affects our budget. I have already decided to move to other provider. In 6mth they deducted my balance for services I DID not activate twice. Rs30+rs83
          when I called the customer support. Those guys are so rude that they DID not even file a complaint so that higher company official can review. Instead they cut my phone. Customer service is now paid service so how can they cut phone in between and then stupidly say it got cut automatically. Chuck u guys. ............

          Hi, My name is Arun Prasad and my Tata Docomo number is [protected] and use it on my 3G stick . I have recharged my SIM with 450 INR on 8/01/2013 after seeing the benefit plan from Tata Docomo website. According to their website 450 recharge yields 2 GB of 3G data. After the recharge, i was able to surf internet for few days using my Huawei 3G stick, suddenly the services were interrupted and i came to know that my main balance is 0.08 and recharged my mobile for 50 in order to maintain the minimum balance.The amount is again deducted, without knowing what is happening i recharged again and the amount was repeatedly deducted from my main balance. When i tried to reach their customer care executives, they are irresponsible and not even listening to my problem. Everyone knows how poor is the customer service of Tata Docomo. They hardly attend our calls and many times we will be receiving and annoying IVR recording saying"All our CC executives are currently busy attending other customers please mail us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com" (TATA DOCOMO SHOULD KNOW THAT PEOPLE WITH OUT INTERNET FACILITY ALSO EXIST IN INDIA). After so much of struggle i got a chance to speak to a CC executive, he told that 450 recharge is not meant for Data and it is a full TT recharge. I was shocked hearing that and told him to escalate the call to his supervisor. He put me on hold for more than 1 hour and disconnected the call. I was so annoyed by the behavior of the CC executives of Tata Docomo. I am writing her not for justice. If i get justice i ll be happy but i write here to aware people about the BIGGEST FRAUDULENT COMPANY OF INDIA, TATA DOCOMO.

          Whenever you're connected to this FRAUD COMPANY's customer care representative and you're advised that you would be redirected to his supervisor, immediately disconnect the call because in order to get the refund you're losing even more. you must be aware that even the call to customer care is being charged. No matter how long you wait you will never be connected to any supervisor. This company doesn't have any ethics. I have gone through similar harassment. Do not fall prey to their misleading offers. In my personal opinion, you should switch to a better network like airtel. I know their offers would be expensive on your pockets but if you do the math cheap stuff that FRAUD DOCOMO provides is not really cheap.

          Look at your case, you lost 450 & more bucks + harassment + worst service + scumbag customer care representatives.

          Do you still have a reason to use their service??? I've started a campaign to teach them a lesson. I got 18 subscribers deactivated this month. They did not refund my 200 bucks & I did not pay TATA PHOTON PLUS BILL of 1000 bucks as simple as that.

          2. I have not paid my TATA PHOTON PLUS bill of RS 890 /- so you lose 890 this month and 9790 in the remaining 11 months of the year causing a total revenue loss of 10, 680.

          Hi All,
          This is to inform all the users of TATA DOCOMO prepaid services that, these Tata Docomo Employees are deducting balance of many innocent people everytime without any reason.
          This is before one month, when i was travelling in a train, and suddenly got an SMS that i was been charged for some VAS (Value Added Services) 'Keeda' Services and 30 Rupees were deducted from my balance.
          I was so depressed with this SMS that I told the customer service that it was just mistake from your side that the service I have not taken it and didn't want to. Then the employee called me again and said that we cannot put the balance back and I then told her that this is from your end some technical problem that you deducted my balance. After next day they re-filled the amount and said that it was there system problem which let the balance cut from my mobile.
          Again after 22 days, same thing happened, 42 Rupees were deducted from my mobile for some 'VuclipValue site', How in heaven i know what this site is about? I just got an SMS for the deduction. I was so horrified that I called the customer care again and she told they cannot re-fill the balance that i have used this site and they have charged accordingly. Then after so many abusive talks to the customer care, they rechared my balance and returned 42 Rupees again.
          I appeal to bring your voice to stop all the VAS (Value Added Services) which they offer and without any reason they deduct our balance amount from mobile with treathening people that we have used their services. They should know that they can do this but they cant do it when all are against it and don't want it any way...
          Pls forward these message by email to your fellow workers and friends to stop using TATA DOCOMO mobile services. This service will ruin your life and will make you sleepless. I am the victim and know what it's like...

          I want to complaint against tata docomo,
          the customer care service is really so bad, they don't know anything
          i have purchased new connection number - [protected] on 27/10/2014 and i got 35 rs special balance,
          yesterday i inserted sim in my phone and when today i checked my balance it was just 24.70 rs.
          when i called customer care they said their system is not updated. please call after 4 hours now i called again and the answer is same.
          and they talked to me very harshly and cut my phone without hearing my voice.
          am really disappointed with this.
          i face this sort of problem many times
          all the customer care person is not good of tata docomo.

          The Mobile Number [protected] has been deducted Rs 190 & 750 mb 3g Data on 24th nov. 2014.Apart from refusing a refund for the unfair charges, the customer care executives manning the 198 complaints helpline have blocked this number. I requested them to revert my balance & data but they refused. Please help

            I haven't activated any service but still I am daily receiving SMS from TA-NETWAP having following message

            For this i called Docomo customer care (121) for at least 8 to 10 times. at 4-5 times Docomo customer representatives said they have deactivated the service and i will receive deactivation message within next 3-4 hours but i never receive any such sms.
            Also every time i tell them this fact they just say i have deactivated service this time for sure and you will get sms in 3-4 hours.
            i am completely frustated by their replies and the service is not getting deactivated.

            Please help me in stopping this service.

I want the company to give information on that persoon since he is nfrom nepal because he speaks our local language on Cell.

                I have the same problem on [protected]. After my complaint last month Rs.30 was refunded, but I still kept getting SMS. Today again rs.30 deducted. This is really annoying. So much for the Ranvir kapoor ads.

                    i ve paid 2300 rs 2 months back to docomo and done porting to Idea.
                    since 2 months im using idea service.
                    Recently im getting calls and sms from docomo for paying 703 rs or they will request idea to disconnect my service.
                    According to TRAI, one cannot port the number if the unbilled amount is more than 10 rs. Then how come my number got ported when my amount of 703 rs was pending???. and why after 2 months from porting im getting such sms n calls.

                    today my idea service have been discontinued . This is sheer harsment. its seems that corporates are getting colors of government people.

                    docomo should start my service imediatly or legal and illegal action shall be taken.....that to seriously.

                    hi. i m dr. parag pagar, i m tata indicom(now tata docomo) postpaid customer since 2008. i m paying bills regularly, but on 24/march/2012 tata docomo a service provider disconnected my all outgoing calls and sms, with out any prior intimation, at the time disconnection i had no bill pending in fact rs. 50 was extra paid to tata docomo. i have filled 7 to 8 complaints to customer care, personally visited to the head office in nashik (near rajiv gandhi bhavan), every body is telling we will activate your service with in 48 hours, now more than 45 days are over, they have not started services but shamelessly sent a bill of April 2012.

                    I’m a photon customer since March. Till now I received 2 bills of amount 289 and 827. I paid the first bill Online (Which I have the email acknowledgment From Docomo) which the amount later got reverted back (After I’ve called Customer Care and registered a complaint). Then I have paid the bill through DoCoMo Office. The next bill was of 827 also which I paid online and I received an acknowledgment through mail.
                    But on May 16 I got a mail that my service is going to get restricted. So I contacted customer care and explained the above and they notified me that I could pay the bill by June 1.
                    But on May 17 my photon service was disconnected (Imagine how a person on IT industry get frustrated without i-net) and again from CC I got the reply as nonpayment of bill (The bill which I never received). Even though I have a lot of work I went to the customer care center for a solution. And the response I got from the executive who serviced me was….!! So now I am the one who cheated and made the dues... and do take note that I have paid the two bills amount I got and I’m being held for the bill I’ve not yet received. What a service from DoCoMo’s side. ..!! Happy with the service…!! Now I just want to disconnect it...

                          on 26th june 2012 i did a recharge of rs 1000 at a tata docomo outlet in visakhapatnam, i am carrying a karnataka sim, i asked the retailer whether they can recharge the karnataka sim in andhra or not? they told yes and they did a recharge but instead of talk-time recharge they did a 3G special recharge , now when i called the customer care they told that a reversal recharge is possible in which i can either get my money back or can change into the talktime recharge but when i approached the retailer he said that nothing is possible now as voucher is generated. i called the customer care again as my sim being from karnataka the customer care from karnataka told that they cant do anything they are helpless. Now i am struck between the Andhra and the karnataka customer care . Dont know wat to do. Please Help

                              I have also faced the same problem. Bollywood services and evergreen songs have been activated in my mobile [protected] without my notice and Rs 30 got deducted all of a sudden. I had immediately deactivated the service by dialing 155223. There were other times when the photoshoot services also got activated without my notice. It is really frustrating to have such services activated without any confirmations. I want my balance credited back to my account. Hope DOCOMO will resolve such issues. I dont want these kinds of value added services for this mobile service.

                              i am vijay jadhav i have recharge with Rs. 97 on 13.09.13 for local tata to tata free coll. but this Service to activated. please refund my amount
                              On 8 november, I activated a Rs8 2g data plan for 50mb valid for 1 day. I served hotmail.com to view my e mails which would not consume more than 50 mb data. I noticed that the plan was over and immediately stopped the internet. On checking my balance it was Rs 0.08 whereas after activation of Rs 8 pack, my balance was Rs 125. On calling the customer care, they told you served internet after the pack was over hence you were charged Rs125 and they refused to tell the amount of data used.
                              First of all it is not possible to consume data worth Rs 125 by email checking. If also a maximum of Rs 10 will be consumed not 125. If the company says i consumed data worth Rs 125, please ask them to provide the details of the website used which consumes so much data in some seconds. I even didn’t download anything. Kindly get me the deserving amount back.

                                    I am a Tata DoCoMo customer for last more than a year. And the number is [protected]. I have been paying the bills on time. And from last 15 days for so, the customer service I am getting is pathetic.

                                    I have the Tata DoCoMo 1000 3G, GSM pack, and I had to travel to Bangalore for job, and I went to the DoCoMo store on June 15th, and requested for the change of the plan, I was told the plan would be changed. It has been 11 days, the plan has not been changed, and I am being charged for using the data on roaming. And then last months bill, i have been charged 200 Rs, for the game downloads, wherein, that download is not even possible on my phone. As the game downloads are Java based and i had an android phone.

                                    Last saturday there was a complete disruption of services in Bangalore for DoCoMo network, and since then I have been getting the help of Chat Support, and dialing customer care, and I have not got a single positive reply. Someone says the plan would be deactivated, and someone says cannot be deactivated till next billing cycle. I want to change the plan to a blackberry plan, as I no longer use a 3G phone, but I am being charged for 3G plan, and it is not being changed to blackberry.

                                    I have made atleast 15 chat support attempts and 5 customer support calls.

                                    The internet not working on my phone has been affecting my performance in the job, as I am a sales manager, and have to be on the emails all the time.

                                    I am not hoping anything be done, but just a complaint against DoCoMo, and never going back to them for any service.

                                      We have moved to Mumbai from Pune and requested for disconnection of my internet connection. After several call they say pay this time bill and then you line will get discontinue and when we pay bill hoping our line will get discontinue we get new bill.
                                      We sent email also as suggested by customer care but have not got any reply. Every time customer care gives us new complain no but no use.
                                      We have to pay bill without using internet. Its very frustrating.

                                        I Mrs. Samiksha Rajagopal ([protected]) had done portability from Airtel To Tata Docomo in the month of May 2012. Airtel had no problem in portability. I paid my Docomo bill for the month of May 2012, also paid the outstanding bill of Airtel on 30th May 2012 & showed the receipt of airtel in Tata docomo gallery (Mulund West, Opp Nirmal Lifestyle) on 1st June 2012. All details were entered by Mr. Vikas.
                                        From 7th June 2012 my number [protected] got deactivated automatically without any reason uptill now. I dont understand why this happened. The number has been permanently closed by Docomo services. I have written many emails to the concerned email ids. I am just getting the answer we apologize for the same, will try to solve the matter in 48 hours, but till now from 15th June 2012 the matter is not solved. While disconnecting they did it in a day but to connect the same they are taking so many days. Its really a nuissance. I have come to know if this number is not activated again as early as possble, it may be given to some other. I am having so much problem as this number is given to all my relatives.

                                        Dears,

                                        I have been using TATA Docomo ([protected]) number from past almost 3 years. Last week 5th April 2012, my number abruptly got deactivated by Tata Docomo without intimating that I need to resubmit the documents for no reason. I have provided the document twice (6th April and 9th April) since it got disconnected, but till date (12th April 2012) I dont have any solution from them to getting it activated. the customer care agents are really talking , like one of them says " i am from postpaid dept" another from Blackberry, and so and forth. recently Again I called the customer care agent, and one of them said "it required 7 days to activate it". It happen to be I was middle of long travel on 5th April without any accessibility. How can they display in Ad such big stuff for such poor service ever I have seen in my life. We thought Govt service is slow, whereas the private firms are the worst like Tata Docomo. I need a help from you to get this things sorted out. I can be reachable on +91-[protected]
