I am a Tata DoCoMo customer for last more than a year. And the number is [protected]. I have been paying the bills on time. And from last 15 days for so, the customer service I am getting is pathetic.
I have the Tata DoCoMo 1000 3G, GSM pack, and I had to travel to Bangalore for job, and I went to the DoCoMo store on June 15th, and requested for the change of the plan, I was told the plan would be changed. It has been 11 days, the plan has not been changed, and I am being charged for using the data on roaming. And then last months bill, i have been charged 200 Rs, for the game downloads, wherein, that download is not even possible on my phone. As the game downloads are Java based and i had an android phone.
Last saturday there was a complete disruption of services in Bangalore for DoCoMo network, and since then I have been getting the help of Chat Support, and dialing customer care, and I have not got a single positive reply. Someone says the plan would be deactivated, and someone says cannot be deactivated till next billing cycle. I want to change the plan to a blackberry plan, as I no longer use a 3G phone, but I am being charged for 3G plan, and it is not being changed to blackberry.
I have made atleast 15 chat support attempts and 5 customer support calls.
The internet not working on my phone has been affecting my performance in the job, as I am a sales manager, and have to be on the emails all the time.
I am not hoping anything be done, but just a complaint against DoCoMo, and never going back to them for any service.
