Tata Docomo is cheating customers and not keeping their promises

Tata docomo is cheating customers. Especially 499 freedom plan wherein they have promised that I will be getting 1400Minutes of roaming incoming/outgoing, local, std calls free. But in the bill that is generated incoming call is always charged. If we call up the customer each time they just raise a complaint and forward that complaint number promising the date and time at which it will be resolved, but till not I have raised more than 10...

amount deducted from bank account but bill not paid

i have paid my bill for tata docomo no.[protected] 0n 16/07/2012 through oxicash.in of bill amount Rs.469/- was deducted from my UBI account and still bill was not paid it shows "request For Rs. 469 For [protected] failed due to Invalid MSISDN OxiTransID -[protected]". please do something regarding this matter and take necessary action

balance cut many times

every day tata docomo companey cut my balance and if i call in customer care than care is not givind me right answer and told me that we will give you back your balance but i can't recive my balance back.. my number is [protected] everyday cut my balance i don't kknow sir so please help me about this point........

CHARGING FOR INCOMING CALLS

Sir/Madam, i have a prepaid plan from Tata Docomo [protected] , Suddenly since last few months they are deducting money for incoming calls where as it is incoming calls are free. I made a complaint to the company ,the complaint number 540253 . I got reply that This is a confirmation that your request has been through an investigation process and has been resolved. I am sending them reminders almost everyday but they are not refunding my money...

DEDUCTED RS 120 AMOUNT FOR CALLER TUNE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

sir, 2 days back[protected] call tunes service was activated in my phone([protected]) for which i called customer care executive to stop the service and repaid the amount Rs120 hence the service of call tunes was stopped on that very day but my amount Rs 120 was not refunded till today as promised. I again asked you to return Rs120 which was charged illegally without my permission.
Please do so as possible.

Wrong bills continuously with additional charges

I have a Tata Docomo Postpaid connection-[protected]. From the day I purchased the product, I am getting wrong bills every month with extra charges. Every month I have to contact their customer care center 15-20 times(not exagerrating) to solve it. Coz eventhough they tell that they will raise a request nothing will happen. Atlast in the last month I have to finally call their supervisor to solve my issue. He promised that no more issues...

Prepaid to Postpaid Conversion

I am holding an Prepaid card of Tata Docomo from many days. I want to convert that Prepaid number to Post Paid and for that i contacted to an Agent from Tata Docomo. As he requested i had submitted all required documents to him. He given me New SIM card and told me that my old Prepaid number will get activate on this New SIM card within 7 days....but it doesn't happened, I got a call from Customer care that my New number is activated...

slow net

tatadocomo net server is down from 1month and when ever called to customer care for information about net they use to tell do refresh, they send new settings etc but to no avail its works alway use to say lie. sometime they just even don't know about the net problem and when I post a complain here after that they just don't receive my call at all.

Fraud 3G data SMS

DOCOMO is no more reliable service provider,
They start sending fraud SMS of data benifit.
I recharged from INR 255 for 1GB 3G data. 2 days later I got SMS notification, that recharge from INR 26 and get +1GB extra Data total benefit 2GB. I recharged with 26 and my plan converted into GPRS with 7 days validity.
When i complaint about this to customer care, CCE told me that you must first confirm to customer care about...

unusual balance deduction

Sir,
I am user of tata docomo gsm (m.no. [protected]).
I am facing problem o[censored]nusual balance deduction
from my mobile account. Its started on 23rd june
and each day a rupee is deducted. I informed to
customer care about this from 10 days but they always say
tomarrow, day after tomarrow. And still deduction is going on.
Please help me sir and tell me the right step to solve this
problem....

And They have deducted 44Rs for the same.

But, i have not subscribed for any of the services. I need reimbursement of the deducted amount.

VERY POOR NETWORK/SIGNAL

I brought a TATA DOCOMO prepaid connection in Bangalore.

I m absolutely fed-up with the services -

NO NETWORK

NO CLEAR SIGNAL

even in city areas there is no clear signals.

Im struggling , plz anyone help me to get solved with this issue....
