Hi,
I took one new Tata Docomo connection on 13th June 2012 from a small shop at Malleshpalya, Bangalore who is associated with a dealer of Indira Nagar, Bangalore. I submitted 1 copy of each of my drivers licence number, Photograph and signed application form. My number got activated the next day. After 2 days my outgoing call barred followed by my incoming. When I called the customer care they asked me to check with the shop. I checked with the shop guy and he started avoiding me for 2 dasy and then he told me that the delaer (Agent Name : Shiv kumar,agent for malleshplaya , bangalore) is not responding to his call and has not submitted my documents.When I called the dealer he spoke to me very harshly telling that I should not call him rather call the shop keeper. When I told him that the shop keeper is asking me to call him he even behaved very bad.Then I called the customer care but unfortunately got no help. Then After discussing with customer care again and again they asked me to visited the branch "GR COMPLEX, 5TH CROSS, NAGAVARA PALAYA,CV RAMAN NAGAR POST". He again denied saying that branch doesn't have pickup services.When I told them that customer care told me to come here he again misbehaved me saying that i should go and try other branches.
Finally after getting some time I reached Thippasandra Branch I asked them to resubmit my application and brief them my issues and requested them to take a complaint. That guy was so harsh and behaved so rudely. He denied to take the complaint. Finally I got my phoe reactivated after 72hrs on 5th July 2012.
Today I called the customer care number which is displayed on their website[protected] for some recharge information. That guy denied to give me the info saying that was " complaint dept". When I asked them that in their website in's been mentioned as Customer care and if it's wrong then please take a complaint. He again denied and misbehaved.(Person Name : Venkat, Desig : customer support/time of call 13:32 Date 16th July 2012)
Overall I founf every person (Including Customer support over phone, dealer, agent, branch people) whom I have interacted behaved un professionally and misbehaved. I would request a strong action against them to keep the hope of the consumers alive for these service providers.

3. Not able to connect with Family and friends (Mental Harasement)

1. Misbehave by staffs
2. Mental harasement
1. A strong action against all the staffs misbehaved.
2. Return me my money which I spent in buying the connection and CDMA hadset
