Hi,
I took one new Tata Docomo connection on 13th June 2012 from a small shop at Malleshpalya, Bangalore who is associated with a dealer of Indira Nagar, Bangalore. I submitted 1 copy of each of my drivers licence number, Photograph and signed application form. My number got activated the next day. After 2 days my outgoing call barred followed by my incoming. When I called the customer care they asked me to check with the shop. I checked with the shop guy and he started avoiding me for 2 dasy and then he told me that the delaer (Agent Name : Shiv kumar,agent for malleshplaya , bangalore) is not responding to his call and has not submitted my documents.When I called the dealer he spoke to me very harshly telling that I should not call him rather call the shop keeper. When I told him that the shop keeper is asking me to call him he even behaved very bad.Then I called the customer care but unfortunately got no help. Then After discussing with customer care again and again they asked me to visited the branch "GR COMPLEX, 5TH CROSS, NAGAVARA PALAYA,CV RAMAN NAGAR POST". He again denied saying that branch doesn't have pickup services.When I told them that customer care told me to come here he again misbehaved me saying that i should go and try other branches.
Finally after getting some time I reached Thippasandra Branch I asked them to resubmit my application and brief them my issues and requested them to take a complaint. That guy was so harsh and behaved so rudely. He denied to take the complaint. Finally I got my phoe reactivated after 72hrs on 5th July 2012.

Today I called the customer care number which is displayed on their website[protected] for some recharge information. That guy denied to give me the info saying that was " complaint dept". When I asked them that in their website in's been mentioned as Customer care and if it's wrong then please take a complaint. He again denied and misbehaved.(Person Name : Venkat, Desig : customer support/time of call 13:32 Date 16th July 2012)

Overall I founf every person (Including Customer support over phone, dealer, agent, branch people) whom I have interacted behaved un professionally and misbehaved. I would request a strong action against them to keep the hope of the consumers alive for these service providers.

Dear sir today the 24/12/2012 I have been calling coustemer care number 121 from early morning from 8am regarding complaint of deductions of rupees 198/- from my account with out any reason from my prepaid connection numbers( [protected]) but I have unable to speak with coustemer care after trying several attempts, so I kindly request you to refund my deducted amount as soon

    I am not able to deactivate unsubscribe from 'NETWAP' Service messages from Docomo, which has been activated without my permission.
    i have tried all means of communicating.I called at their toll-free number 155223 but the response is 'you dont have any subscriptions' . they are not unsubscribing or deactivating my service.I've to think about portability option or will stop using this number.       Tata docomo is cheating customers. Especially 499 freedom plan wherein they have promised that I will be getting 1400Minutes of roaming incoming/outgoing, local, std calls free. But in the bill that is generated incoming call is always charged. If we call up the customer each time they just raise a complaint and forward that complaint number promising the date and time at which it will be resolved, but till not I have raised more than 10 complaints for the same and it is not resolved yet. Also the deposit amount that they promised will be adjusted in the bill of 3rd,4th and 5th month has also not happened and the complaints raised for the same is not resolved yet as its been 6months that I had taken the connection. From day 1 of taking the connection no peace of mind.What they promise before taking the connection is not the same that they follow. In Advertisements they say that you will not be charged extra and will be charged only for what you use. But it is all and an utter lie. The customer care is the worst. One or two months when I had called they waved off the extra they had charged for incoming roaming calls, but another customer when called the next month says incoming will be charged.!! This is the kind of employees they have who is not aware of the details of a plan. When comparing I feel vodafone is the best as they don't charge anything extra. I would recommend everyone not to take tata docomo connection and 499 freedom plan.

      I have taken a corporate connection recently (FREEDOM 499) and while taking the plan it was told to me that my unused Minutes will be carried forward/added in my next month bill but when i spoke to customer care they told me that there is no such option so its like cheating to customer as well as giving false information regarding plans . So request you to kindly look into the matter and tell me the exact plan details.       I can't find the freedom 499 plan on the website.. What should I do? Also it was promised to me that I will get 3G data but the customer care executive told me the plan offers only 2G data. It is my first day o[censored]sing docomo so the connection was activated in the evening and I must say I was disappointed just in a few hours only. The company is a cheat. If any docomo executive is reading this then reply.

        From one month i am facing problem in balance. Saturday evening i recharged Rs.50 after recharged balance is Rs.42.50 and that night i called only 3sec after that balance is Rs.42.47. Sunday morning i got one sms from 5330013 in that sms (Hi your subscription to live astro service has been renewed at Rs.10 for 7 days. valid till[protected] 01:21:01. To stop this service anytime, call 155233 (toll free). Bal Rs.30.47 at 15-jul-12 01:21AM)

        I sent sms to 1909 Start DND on11-july-2012 09:42:33am. after that also like this happening why & today morning i noticed again Rs.1 god less in my Balance. Why its happening again & again please give the detail.

        HI,
        Dis is N.saikrishna.I had a request that i hav used internet banking for the recharga purpose through SBI.The amount has been deducted from my card but my mobile did not get rechard..Clear my problem as soon as possible.

        my docomo number was [protected] was having balance 88.00 but while i reach to mp the balance was showing around 14.00 rs only i could not understand what was happened while i was in mp acutally my residence in mp only but some time i used to go to gujarat. but in mp it was deducted from balance i could not understand even i have not received any message from service please do needful.
        Recently i had purchase a sim of Vdafone in gujarat i had recharged with 20* 2 time my balance was 28.40 on 4th April 13 suddenly i had checked on 11th april the balance shown in my account 5.90 only where is my rest balance gone i could not understand which service been activated to my account . this telecommunication company do not have any rules to do corruption.they all corrupted. please take strict action on them.

              Sir/Madam, i have a prepaid plan from Tata Docomo [protected] , Suddenly since last few months they are deducting money for incoming calls where as it is incoming calls are free. I made a complaint to the company ,the complaint number 540253 . I got reply that This is a confirmation that your request has been through an investigation process and has been resolved. I am sending them reminders almost everyday but they are not refunding my money which are deducted from my prepaid account. Need your help to getting back the money. Awaiting your soonest reply.

                sir, 2 days back[protected] call tunes service was activated in my phone([protected]) for which i called customer care executive to stop the service and repaid the amount Rs120 hence the service of call tunes was stopped on that very day but my amount Rs 120 was not refunded till today as promised. I again asked you to return Rs120 which was charged illegally without my permission.
                Please do so as possible.
                On 12-7-12 tata docomo customer care executive promised me that they will return my deducted amount Rs 120 within 48 hrs but still they have not remitted back

                      but i got Rs 97.9 instead of Rs 120 (as per special recharge of Rs 110 With Talk time of Rs 120)

                      I DID A RECHARGE FOR FULL TALK TIME OF RS 444 THROUGH HDFC NETBANKING BUT I ONLY GOT RS 400! THIS IS CHEATING!

                        I have a Tata Docomo Postpaid connection-[protected]. From the day I purchased the product, I am getting wrong bills every month with extra charges. Every month I have to contact their customer care center 15-20 times(not exagerrating) to solve it. Coz eventhough they tell that they will raise a request nothing will happen. Atlast in the last month I have to finally call their supervisor to solve my issue. He promised that no more issues will happen in my bill. But again the same issue exists in my current bill. Although I connected customer care agents, there was no use and they are not allowing to connect to supervisor also. The last customer care agent's name was Bindu and she agreed this will be solved; but still no use. I have connected their higher authorities several times in mail also; but sad to say that not even a single response from their end:-( Their mail ids are mejo.[protected]@tatatel.co.in and jayarajan.[protected]@tatatel.co.in. The hidden thing behind this is that, if we do not check our post paid bills we will accidentally pay all these cheating charges. No doubt, docomo is cheating their customers using post paid connection. I can not even able to discontinue a scheme they have activated without informing me. For 3-4 months I am requesting to deactivate it; but still it is not done and charges are taken from me. So cheating mobile providers...

                        This comlpaint seems to be very genuine. Coz I too faced similar pathetic situations from Docomo customer care. They do not solve issues. Their customer care agents are the worse ones.
                        I completely agree with this. Docomo customer care agents are cheating us
                        Docomo supervisor is to create probs; not to solve...you have to forward this to higher authorities...I too faced similar experiences from them...
                        dont ever beleive docomo agents...dont suggest anyone to take docomo connection...no range..no use...i experienced unexpected connection loss suddenly for several days...too badd...

                        Tata Docoma sucks in few words. I ported from docoma to reliance and started using reliance for a month and recently paid my first month bill. But still dacoma sends me SMS saying my bill is outstanding...ist month as benifit of dought i paid 28 Rs...but again this month they send sms saying i am due 38 Rs...Leechers what a shame...my number is [protected] and email is [protected]@gmail.com

                          I am holding an Prepaid card of Tata Docomo from many days. I want to convert that Prepaid number to Post Paid and for that i contacted to an Agent from Tata Docomo. As he requested i had submitted all required documents to him. He given me New SIM card and told me that my old Prepaid number will get activate on this New SIM card within 7 days....but it doesn't happened, I got a call from Customer care that my New number is activated but i didn't applied for new card & i asked them to convert my Old Prepaid number to Postpaid.

                          Right now i am trying to get back Customer Care from last 20 Days to ask them to Disconnect this new number connection....But every time they drop the call without taking my complaint.

                            tatadocomo net server is down from 1month and when ever called to customer care for information about net they use to tell do refresh, they send new settings etc but to no avail its works alway use to say lie. sometime they just even don't know about the net problem and when I post a complain here after that they just don't receive my call at all.

                              I purchased a tata docomo post-paid number ([protected]) on dated 29.05.2012. I activated GPRS [protected]@50 on dated 31.05.2012 & deactivated this pack on 16.06.2012 through Customer Care. I talked with Mr. Rachit & he insure that all internet services will be deactivated within four hours & and in future that type charge will not add in your bill. In my bill was generated than charged Rs.198/- of Tata Docomo Dive in-VSA. Which service was not activated & use by me. So I complained to Customer Care executive Miss Archana about that matter but problem are not solve still now.

                              As per your previous complaint bearing number[protected] our concerned department tried to call you but were unable to establish the contact. You were correctly charged for vas content downloading and vas services thru dive in, no wrong charges are showing and also you are getting complete discount according to your bill plan

                              Dear Jeevan
                              I am also facing similar type of problem.
                              While surfing on net if by mistake i click on some paid site, I get charge.

                              So I feel that surfing on mobile is not safe.
                              we should open only known and trusted web sites.
                              If you get such type of message call 155223 for Deactivation.

                              Also there should be some payment gateway or conformation password type of thing from DOCOMO side.

                                    DOCOMO is no more reliable service provider,
                                    They start sending fraud SMS of data benifit.
                                    I recharged from INR 255 for 1GB 3G data. 2 days later I got SMS notification, that recharge from INR 26 and get +1GB extra Data total benefit 2GB. I recharged with 26 and my plan converted into GPRS with 7 days validity.
                                    When i complaint about this to customer care, CCE told me that you must first confirm to customer care about plan.. (what a joke). and he blocked my number. whole day i was trying customercare but no response. today Mr. Vikas (customer care executive) told me that customer can call only once in a day to customer care :D what a .. Now decision is your's If you want good customer service then stay away from DOCOMO. They had super service in past but now they are following Vodafone (The looting company) :/

                                      I am user of tata docomo gsm (m.no. [protected]).
                                      I am facing problem o[censored]nusual balance deduction
                                      from my mobile account. Its started on 23rd june
                                      and each day a rupee is deducted. I informed to
                                      customer care about this from 10 days but they always say
                                      tomarrow, day after tomarrow. And still deduction is going on.
                                      Please help me sir and tell me the right step to solve this
                                      problem.

                                      Tata Docomo — unusual call charges

                                      actually i'd rechrgd with 12 rs 4 getting d sms offer
                                      and also recgrgd with d 30 rs coupon;
                                      both of them ver successfully rechrgd;
                                      after recharging,ma balance was rs.25.64
                                      bt jst 1 day after that,ma balance suddenly reduced to 15 rs;
                                      i dont knw wots d reason behind that;
                                      an offer of free caller tunes was activated before dis recharging;
                                      bt once i was informd dat charges apply for caller tune,
                                      i'd deactivated it ;
                                      so wot shall i do further?????????

                                        Today morning i got a message saying you have subscribed to ENDLESS MUSIC.

                                        And They have deducted 44Rs for the same.

                                        But, i have not subscribed for any of the services. I need reimbursement of the deducted amount.

                                        I am unable to reach customer care also.
