Net wap services alerts have been activated on my number. It keeps deducting 1 rupee per day. Please deactivate these services on my number [protected].I have complain 9 to 10 times and my complain no.GABC12734818. customer care don't help me now they are n't receiving my calls and they put my call in their reject list . what can i do please help me. i want penalty from TATA DOCOMO for their poor services.

    I tried to recharge my mobile phone online by using www.tatadocomo.com

    The mobile number is : [protected]
    Recharge amount : 25
    Time of recharge: 01:45AM (approx)
    Date of recharge: 26-June-2012

    I did not receive the recharge. However, my SBI bank account was charged by Rs 25. And I got an error message from the tata docomo website that the transaction has failed. (screenshot attached).

    Reference number given by SBI: MSBI[protected]IGB3279286 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILLDESK TRANSACTION A

    Please look into the matter soon.

      Hi,

      I need to log a complain against the unauthorized deduction of mobile balance of rs 456 (approx) from my mobile number - [protected] by activating some inappropriate service by unauthorised way to my number on 25 June 2012 by tata docomo. Below are the details of balance deduction from my mobile account balance as per the detail provided by customer support : 1. 99rs deduction time 3.18am 2. 99 rs deduction time 3.19 am 3. 99rs deduction time 3.21am 4. 99rs deduction time 3.23am 5. 60rs deduction time 10.14pm

      And when i call 198 for the enquiry about the deduction of balance the customer service desk wont providing sufficient details and information about the unauthorized balance deduction. And when i ask which service has been activated on my number they even don't know from where this service is being activated and. without any prior notice or any confirmation message how tata docomo deductedd the.mobile balance of rs 456 approx.

      Tata Docomo also violated the law by sharing the personal information of customer with.out his permission on Internet bcz as per the customer support the service "night masti "has been activated by clicking some link while using gprs so please can you explain how could a non tata docomo website link can directly deducted the mobile balance without any details shared by me so its clearly the violation by tata docomo by sharing the customer number on the inappropriate website. and how could be any service would be activated and deductedd the mobile balance with any confirmation message.

      So please file a complain against the tata docomo services and serious action should be taken for sharing the customer personal information publicly and activating and deducting the mobile balance with out any confirmation message send to the customer and refund all those unauthorized deductedd money from balance asap.

        Tata Docomo — Automatic activation of caller tune

        Hi,

        I am using a Docomo gsm connection. One day I got a message as 45rs charged for activating dialer tone. Actually I didn't do anything to activate this service. Then I called to the cust: care and they said it will be refunded next day (Jan 6th-2011). I waited for refund but they didn't refund.... Then again I called to cust: care then refunded 30 rs since Jan 13th (approx date). They said the remaining 15rs will be refunded with in 4hrs. But I didn't get that amount till now.

        I have called to cust: care number several times and I felt like that Tata Docomo – worst service provider ever. Because lots of worst things happening in each time I am calling to cust: care as like not attending the call when forwarding call cust: executives to superior officer and cutting the call by the officer without attending.

        I have reported many problems regarding the network and gprs. But I didn't get any reply or actions against them. I didn't get even the request numbers of those requests.

        At last I got refund request number of refund (GBL[protected] by calling to cust: care.

        My experience with Docomo Cust: care,
        -Not talking after attending call.
        -Not attending a forwarded call from executives
        -Always saying to wait for 4hrs.
        -Saying we can’t refund.
        -Saying you will get request number by sms but I didn’t get even now.
        -Cust: executive said our superior officer is not available now (Many times).

        TATA — deactivate caller tune service

        i have tata sim no.[protected] company activate unwanted callar tone service from 2 month ago but i have sent mote then sms to customer care more then times in a month but no any responce and company deduct rs.30 for every month
        please advise thay what can i do for deactivate this service and stop deduction every month

        Tata Docomo service is good. But this automatic selection of caller tune is not good. People who does not have knowledge of mobile phones cant deactivate by sending SMS.               Tata Docomo: [protected] Outgoing barred due to Unbilled usage 3.5 times higher than credit limit. (How ???)
              Unbilled usage indicates Internet usage. Screenshots from the Tata Docomo website for my account attached.
              Usage till Jun 05-2012 charged in the bill that is paid on 19th June 2012.
              Unbilled Internet usage from 5th June till date is also mentioned in the screen shot. (~184 MB) well below the monthly 300 MB limit. However unbilled Internet usage is ~800 MB (included usage from Apr 14, 2012).
              They have barred my phone since 14th Jun and on requests they start again but stop again. I have not requested since 21st Jun and is totally down. Repeated phone calls for paying 90% o[censored]nbilled are irritating me.Communicated with senior authorities but are confused on whether it is a corporate account or Individual. No call centre person can know the break up of the unbilled usage (??). According to them the payment will be refunded if it is excess. But I do not want to pay them as it is their mistake in computation.
              I can furnish all mail communications if required. Attached currently is the screenshot from my account of Tata Docomo website.

                The brand new Voltas split AC i purchased from Vijay Sales Goregaon West has given me 2 problems in 1 months usage:
                1. Water leaking from AC falling inside the house.
                2. No cooling at all.

                This type of behaviour is not expected from a new product. I want a replacement.

                    My name is Utpal Mandal and my mobile number is [protected]. Yesterday dated 23rd June,2012 Rs 1/- was deducted from main balance and when i was inquiring about this with the customer care executive,in the mean time again Rs 30 was deducted from my main balance.

                    Again when i contacted the executive he didn't provide me any details and instead transferred the call to his manager but manager never picked up the phone. In a sort i didn't got any reply to my complaint.

                    I would like to say you that this balance deduction is happening for the last 1 month continuously. I have a GPRS pack already activated so deduction due to internet use should not be the reason. Please provide me reason why this is happening and return my balance.

                    About a month ago, Rs 10 was deducted from my account for JOKES subscription while i had not sent any request for it. I called the customer care and first they disconnected the call and then when i called again, the person assured me that the problem will get fixed within 2 days but it didnt happen. Then, i didnt call again as i didnt want to waste my precious time for 10 rs. Now, a month later, Rs 5 has been deducted for cricket updates for which i didnt send any request. i called customer care again and talked for 13 minutes to Mr Ompreet Chauhan who couldnt handle the problem in any way. He said that it has been activated from your end and we can assist you only for activating and deactivating services. I am very angry. It is not a matter of just 10 rupees or 5 rupees but it is that when i never sent any request for any service why am i being charged for it!!!

                    I want an answer as soon as possible from the Docomo administration otherwise I am going to file a legal petition against TATA DOCOMO in the Consumer Court.

                    Go to hell with your cheapest plans.

                    If you cannot operate the company by fair and honest means, then shut it.

                    Hi, I have been charged illegally by the Tata Docomo service provider saying that I have used internet on mobile which I have not done, and when I immediately call them and ask them to take the complain they don't take the complain, and every time some person fakes me as if he the floor manager and avoids to take the complain. now my balance is completely robbed by them, and they don't want to take it seriously and try to sort out the problem, they ask me to send some message to the customer care, which do not work.

                    So I please urge you to look in to this corruption and sort out this issue, and stop this corruption.

                    My name is Deepak Kumar and my mobile number is [protected]. Although i complaint earlier but i didn't get any feedback from yourside. I don't know what is the problem with this tata docomo.

                    I am facing issue again again. Yet in last 2 days 1 rupee/day has been deducted from my balance. I tried enquired customer care about this and they are giving the same old excuse some service are active. I don't how much will be deducted from balance. Still whenever i call 155223 number for deactivating the service, it still says that there are no active services in my account.

                    So please please it's a kind request that please help me on this.

                    Yes Rs 2 were funded to my account but again after that day also Re 1 each for 4 day were deducted. Do you have any good reason for that. You can check with the customer care history last time i have complained about the same in the morning 5 o'clock, i don't remember the exact date. Can you return that much amount to me??

                    Actually i think TATA Docomo is becoming Beggar day by Day that's why they are stealing money from their customers. And they have kept some customer care executive who have no knowledge other than saying "Sorry, you face difficulty we will help you" stupid . Lets see how far you guys can go in emptying customer wallet. If i am not wrong i think you guys will definitely cross the Reliance in this regard.

The same will be resolved by 02-JUL-2012 17:18 and you will be duly notified upon closure. Kindly make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence.

                      We have again submitted KYC papers twice still my number is not activated.

The PUK code is[protected] after entering PUK it will ask for the PIN number and it would be 0000 OR 1234 by default, two times you have to give the same PIN no. And whenever you switch off the mobile it will ask for the PIN you have to give the same PIN, if not the SIM will get blocked.

Also every time i tell them this fact they just say i have deactivated service this time for sure and you will get sms in 3-4 hours. i am completely frustated by their replies and the service is not getting deactivated. I also tried dialing above no. 155223(Docomo service activation/deactivation portal) and deactivated service from there and after some time i received message that you are not subscribed for this service. To subscribe sms SUB CRI to 51818. Please help me in stopping this service and refund my money which is getting deducted daily Rs.1 for more than a month or couple.

                                  I have given the cash of Rs 1000 on 15th june to Mr Rinkunath who is working for Mr Kashif Khan. They have promised me that my new connection of Walky would be activated on Tuesday evening and i would get the handset at the same time. Today is 22nd June and still we havent got any walky handset from Tata. Also, everyday in the evening i am receiving a call stating we would be delievering the same next day evening or then we will refund the money back to you. I have spoken to Mr Dinesh/ Mr Kashif Khan and Mr Rinkunath.

                                  Even Mr Kashif has promised me that he would be sending the cash receipt via email.... still i am waiting for the cash payment receipt from past 8 days

                                  It is an worst service i have seen in my life, where no one is responding properly and giving lots of excuses. Now i am trying to contact Mr RInkunath, he is saying that i am bust with other customer and need to speak to his boss Mr Kashif Khan.                                   Dear Tata Docomo,

                                  What a pathetic service you are providing.

                                  I have recharged for 250 Rs unlimited data and you charged me when I completed 1 gb data and still 15 days validity remains.

                                  When i called you executive, admitted as their mistake and transferred to you senior and he never picked up.

                                  He assured me that he will call back, and never did.

                                  48 hours almost passed till now he haven't called me back, when i call your customer care, they are not picking my number.

                                    I got a message on my tata docomo number [protected] from SHFWAP saying " YOUR subscription to VOV on TATA DOCOMO WAP is renewed at 5.0/- till[protected]'' I haven't subscribe this service and i even don't know about tata docomo vov. Everyday they are detecting Rs 5 from my balance. please some one help me in unsubscribing it and refund my deducted balance

                                        I am From Coimbatore .I was a Loyal customer to airtel for 5 years never had problem with tower or any major issues I was a happy customer.
                                        Then I moved to TATA Docomo for its brand and call charges towards STD call On net call...But later after two months the plan for which i moved was cancelled.its OK I didn't mind tat much..but now the real problem is there is no tower in major areas all the time call gets cut or call is not at all clear.. the area are ukkadam,karumbukadai,podanur,Voc park,saravanampatti,keernatham,pelamedu ,Tidel park. . I had already once complaint to customer care but no response .I want this issue to be cleared or else surely I am gonna move back to airtel and also ask my friends all to move back..

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        With great regret I would like to iinforom you that I am completely frustated with the service of tata docomo and i m going to disconnect the services very soon and will tell all my friends never to use this service anymore.

                                        I took a corporate plan a week ago and from day 1 i m getting contact signal problems both while using the phone for calls and for the internet, even in the centre of the city, the signal is really bad.

                                        I called the customer service 5 times but no one was able to assit me. I was given a very bad customer service and the agents disconnected the calls when i asked them any question.

                                        I was even told by one representative that if i dont want the service, then i should throw my sim in the bin. I fealt completely harrased. I dont know what to do now. I disconn my vodafoone num to get tata but now i am regretting.

                                        please help me as i m having signal issues and missing on very important calls. i am also going to send mails to all the higher authorities so that they should know what is going now.

                                        I am Ravi from Bangalore here to complain about your terrible service. I am planning to shift to another service provider if you do not answer my needs now. I am facing the below problems,

                                        1. Very bad GPRS service.

                                        2. My signal goes down completely after 12 AM and there will be no signal at all till 7 Am. This started a week back. I called your customer care and the people there speak as if we customers are dumb and we do not know anything about how things work. They've been saying that the network issue will be resolved and it never happened.

                                        So this means that I cannot make or receive any calls nor send/receive any text messages after 12AM till 7 AM then I get back the signal. This happens every day. There are no problems with my phone as other SIM cards of different carrier works perfectly.

                                        This would be my last request for the issue correction. Otherwise, its bye to you guys and hello to another service provider. If this continues, you will run out of business atleast in the telecommunications sector
