I brought a TATA DOCOMO prepaid connection in Bangalore.

I m absolutely fed-up with the services -

NO NETWORK

NO CLEAR SIGNAL

even in city areas there is no clear signals.

      My Mobile No: [protected] (Tata Docoma)

      I haven't subscribe for any thing but they have charged some amount. This kind of issue made at last month that time they have returned that amount to my account But this month again they have deducted some amount from my mobile balance for one subscription.

      I don't know what is the subscription plan..With out my permission they have deducted from my mobile balance. And also I need return back my money to my account.

          Hi, I had requested for my tata photon plus no. [protected] deactivation but somebody from retention team of Tata Docomo called me on my mobile no. [protected] in June 2012 that we are offering you one month free internet access and if you will still not satisfied then you can ask us again for deactivation. I had asked that executive several times to deactivate but he told me that we are offering you totally free for one month only and thereafter you can go for deactivation. I already told him that I won't pay any amount for this month while he told that you wont be charged for this period but now I have received an eBill from Tata Docomo for this period of Rs. 506. Also the recordings may be available with Tata Docomo that can be cross checked. I am not going to pay the complete billed amount for this month and want the discount that they offered me.

            The worst worst service ......I am using tata docomo for last 2 years. Balance deduction is my greatest head ache....poor customer relationship is another great thing....they never inform you about you any service .....only inform you some marketing junk sms.....balance will automatically deducted if you are not checking balance daily....they will activate some service automatically and deduct balance from us....no info they provide for GPRS balane,Service expiry.....everyday you have to check every thing in a diary....

            Tata Docomo Prepaid Mobile Service — Worst Service ever

            Hi

            I have taken a Tata Docomo Prepaid Number on 21.09.2009

            Right from the day of activation (21.09.2009), the mobile was not working and I was getting the message “error in network connection”. I have raised a complaint to the Customer Care where none of the Executives could give a solution and in turn few of them hanged up the receiver as they were not aware of the issue.
            Later on 25.09.2009 morning around 9.58 a.m. I tried a local mobile and got connected and I had a conversation of around 39 secs . but later when I checked the balance it was 50.60 ps. Where as I had 54.60 on activation date. Around Rs.4 was debited to my a/c for that 39 sec call where the call centre executive accepted the mistake which had happened and he told that it would be rectified within 24hrs.
            The Complaint number is GBL09033504. I really cant understand what is exactly happening with my number. I feel the worst service ever given by any mobile service provider ever which I have faced. Neither call centre executives understand any concept of mobile services nor they have proper communication with the customers.
            Kindly do the needful and take severe action against those who doesn’t have the basic knowledge of your mobile services and interact with customers with all the wrong information.

              Sir My name is Sunny J Barai, I am a resident of Mithapur, Jamnagar District, Gujarat. I have a complaint about Tata Tele Services for lodging wrong notices to me. In 2008 i was having a pospaid connection of Tata Tele Services whose number was [protected], A/c No.[protected], which was being purchased by a sub dealer of Tata Tele, named Ravi Gokani (Aavishkar Stores)Mithapur,on behalf of deposite i paid 600/- rupee to that person,,,in the due time by the increased usage my outgoing service was stopped and i was informed to pay the debit amount without receiving the Bill, for re-continuing the outgoing services. Two times i made a payment in Tata Tele services dealers office in our area, which is named as Tata Co-operative Stores, in presence of Ravi Gokani, 1st payment was of 1500/- and 2nd payment was of 900/-.By that time the operator in the office informed that bill is not being generated so we will provide u receipt afterwards.
              On this matter a telephonic discussion with excutive of Tata Tele, Mr. Gajendrasinh Rathod, i got the confirmation that my bill payment have being credited, but no answer was give for deposite that was given by me. After this process within 2 months the connection was being cancelled by me and the number was disconnected.
              But now in 2012, march i got the notice from Tata Tele that u have to pay a debit amount of bill of the number [protected] which was around 2253/-,again on this topic i had a telephonic discussion with the executive of Tata Tele Services, at that time every thing was clear and how after this much time i am getting this notice for the payment, the answer i got was that we can recover our money when ever we want and we also have recovered a payment from the clients after 5 years also and also u will have to clear this amount any how, after that i had written letter to MITTAL RASANI, Rajkot Tata Tele Service and also to GUJARAT BHAVAN, Tata Tele Services on this matter that you pls provide me the detail bill of this number so that i can come to know that how the debit amount have being remained after the clear process, also i had a telephonic talk with Mr. Gajendrasinh for detail bill than i got the ans that no details are being stored of your detail of call and charges debited to u and we manage the details till one and half year only, so u just have to make this payment or u will have to suffer a lot for late payment and atlast u will have to pay more money.
              Now again i have received the new notice on 03 july 2012 that if the payment will not be done than i have to deal the matter with police and leagel action will be taken. But this time on discussion with the executive Mr.Mehul Ghedia.. he explained me that there is no solution for this matter where ever u go, i[censored] go to consumer court or i[censored] go any where else, u will have to pay for this, at last he told me i[censored] want i will talk with my senior and allow u a discount of 35% i[censored] make a payment by today.
              I want to lodge a complaint that the excutive of Tata Tele Service have no sense how to talk with customers, and they are lodging wrong notices to the clients and harresing and threatning them and frocing them to pay the amount without giving any clarification how the debit came in their account.
              Pls help me in this process, so that i can be out of this issue.

                  Hi,
                  As per the given information on your website, Rs. 444 recharge gives a talk-time of 475 and Rs. 510 gives 540. I did a recharge of 444 today on 30-jun-2012. However I got only Rs. 393.16 and Rs. 48.84 and 2 were cut as Service Tax and PF. My transaction ID is [protected].

                  When I talked to customer care they said that this is special recharge and you did normal recharge. You can't get the mentioned amount (Rs 475). We used to recharge according the amount mentioned on the site and don't aware of special or any xyz recharge. No information on docomo site that you wouldn't get 475 for normal recharge.

                  This is a clear cheating by docomo. After recharge and customer loss they tell about SPECIAL RECHARGE.
                  I want my money back or the amount (Rs. 475) expected to credited in my account.

                  The issue is resolved by Docomo. The remaining amount (Rs 475 - 393 = 82) is credited in my account today. Docomo also agreed on updating the information on their site regarding the facts (like SPECIAL RECHARGE, Recharge only from Docomo site) about 444 Top-up.
                  It took around 12-14 customer care calls/Support-Chat and 24 days to close this issue. Docomo customer care also suggested that don't recharge from any other site than Docomo site.

                    UNFAIR BALANCE DEDUCTION BY NETWAP AND EVERY DAY SMS FROM NETWAP TO DEDUCT BALANCE


                    Hi, My mobile no is [protected]. My name is G ManojKumar. Daily I get a message from NETWAP stating the alert of the day with some hyperlink. I have not subscribed for the service. my balance is being deducted for it.
                    I called customer care many times but still my balance getting deducted and i am daily getting sms of netwap. Unsubscribe the services and refund me the balance. Iam fed up by this idiotic, ill responsible response from Tatadocomo.

                          Netwap service has been activated of its own on my mobile no.They are deducting daily 1rs. Daily for this.I have been trying a lot since 10 days to deactivate this service but no result till date.
                          I had called to 15523 to deactivate this service but the computer is saying there is no activated service in my mobile.

                          Again I dialed *191# to deactivate this netwap but it is displaying there is no active service on my phone.
                          I called to customer care(121) for help but still no response no result.Please deactivate this useless service & refund my lost money.Many customers are suffering with same problem but till now no help from the tata docomo.

When I call customer care they says that I have not verified the sim card but I am using my sim since 1 and a half year. I want to file a complaint against Tata Docomo. I will go in the court.                               Tata Docomo has blocked my mobile number,I am using this number for more than 2 years, now the have blocked my sim card showing the cause of address verification.though I had verified my address many times they are not activating my number.And I also submitted my proper proof of address to a Tata Docomo outlet and according to them they have sent my address to proper place, but the Tata Docomo service provider are not taking any steps.My incoming and outgoing is blocked and i'm in problem right now.please solve the issue.

                                I have a sim of tata docomo [protected] which has hanging problem. I can make calls and sms only for few minutes when i switch on my mobile, after that it shows connection error when i try to call, when somebodies calll to my no. it says out of coverage area. More interesting thing is no problem with gprs connection and incoming of messages, but sending of sms shows failed.

                                  i am rohit nanda from jalandhar got many msg regarding cricket alerts on my mobile no [protected] . when i got 1 st msg i call to customer care they assure me that my mobile not activated any alerts . 2 nd day same comments and 3 rd day they told i debit 20 rs from my account and refund me . but my service is not deactivate still now i got around 50 to 60 msg in a day . even i mail to nodal officer as well as appell officer regarding that but its not working plz resolve me issue as soon as possible

                                    Dear Mr RATAN TATA,

                                    under your name your employees are conducting fraud in broad daylight. YOu are sincerely requested to look into the matter before thye reach your private home and cheat you too.

                                    A small amount of Rs.192 was fraudulently deducted from my prepaid mobile account with TATA DOCOMO on 8th JUNE 2012. Visit to the relation centre at Vashi Navi Mumbai revealed that its been deducted for Internet Usage at 9.50 pm. The same day I had subscribed to the Rs.5/- daily pack of internet usage and subsequent sms confirmation, the last one confirming that 43 MB usage was left unused by me at the end of the day. Then how come extra 192 is deducted????

                                    Written to TAT, and to the appellate also.

                                    I am surprised that NO REPLY whatsoever has been forthcoming from your end.

                                    However, I have again wasted my time and visited your relation centre at Vashi. Why is it that TATA DOCOMO is afraid of giving any proper factual answer to my query and hiding behind demands of further money fleecing from the customer in some garbage excuses like company policy. If the company is so sure that I have used the data connection why not give all the details pertaining to that day to me and settle the dispute.

                                    I know what I have used and the sms messages received on that day from TATA. If there was MISUSE of data connection it can only be INSIDER AT TATA DOCOMO. and due to this stone walling the customer tat guy is effectively protected while he is engaged in his corrupt and thieving ways.

                                    IS TATA PROTECTING SUCH THIEVES in their company?

                                    Large scale avoidance by the users will only teach you a lesson in business manners and fraud.

                                      hi, i am neeru garg and having a mobile number [protected] which i have ported from airtel to tata docomo. Now the company has started irritating me. Sometimes they start service and cuts my balance or stops the activated services before the time.
                                      When i call to customer care they tells that to call after 4 hours and we will provide you all the information but when i call them they disconnects my call or tells me again to call after 4 hours and gives excuse by saying that they are not having proper information regargding the problem and from the last one n half month they are saying this same excuse to me.
                                      Today when i called to the customer care and told them to connect my call to their senior member they refused me to connect the call and disconnects the call.
