Sir My name is Sunny J Barai, I am a resident of Mithapur, Jamnagar District, Gujarat. I have a complaint about Tata Tele Services for lodging wrong notices to me. In 2008 i was having a pospaid connection of Tata Tele Services whose number was [protected], A/c No.[protected], which was being purchased by a sub dealer of Tata Tele, named Ravi Gokani (Aavishkar Stores)Mithapur,on behalf of deposite i paid 600/- rupee to that person,,,in the due time by the increased usage my outgoing service was stopped and i was informed to pay the debit amount without receiving the Bill, for re-continuing the outgoing services. Two times i made a payment in Tata Tele services dealers office in our area, which is named as Tata Co-operative Stores, in presence of Ravi Gokani, 1st payment was of 1500/- and 2nd payment was of 900/-.By that time the operator in the office informed that bill is not being generated so we will provide u receipt afterwards.
On this matter a telephonic discussion with excutive of Tata Tele, Mr. Gajendrasinh Rathod, i got the confirmation that my bill payment have being credited, but no answer was give for deposite that was given by me. After this process within 2 months the connection was being cancelled by me and the number was disconnected.
But now in 2012, march i got the notice from Tata Tele that u have to pay a debit amount of bill of the number [protected] which was around 2253/-,again on this topic i had a telephonic discussion with the executive of Tata Tele Services, at that time every thing was clear and how after this much time i am getting this notice for the payment, the answer i got was that we can recover our money when ever we want and we also have recovered a payment from the clients after 5 years also and also u will have to clear this amount any how, after that i had written letter to MITTAL RASANI, Rajkot Tata Tele Service and also to GUJARAT BHAVAN, Tata Tele Services on this matter that you pls provide me the detail bill of this number so that i can come to know that how the debit amount have being remained after the clear process, also i had a telephonic talk with Mr. Gajendrasinh for detail bill than i got the ans that no details are being stored of your detail of call and charges debited to u and we manage the details till one and half year only, so u just have to make this payment or u will have to suffer a lot for late payment and atlast u will have to pay more money.
Now again i have received the new notice on 03 july 2012 that if the payment will not be done than i have to deal the matter with police and leagel action will be taken. But this time on discussion with the executive Mr.Mehul Ghedia.. he explained me that there is no solution for this matter where ever u go, i[censored] go to consumer court or i[censored] go any where else, u will have to pay for this, at last he told me i[censored] want i will talk with my senior and allow u a discount of 35% i[censored] make a payment by today.
I want to lodge a complaint that the excutive of Tata Tele Service have no sense how to talk with customers, and they are lodging wrong notices to the clients and harresing and threatning them and frocing them to pay the amount without giving any clarification how the debit came in their account.
Pls help me in this process, so that i can be out of this issue.
