Dear Team,
I would like to bring to your attention my complain against TATA DOCOMO. I have been harsassed by you , and now it is time that I take strict action. I have therefore decided to go to Consumer Forum with my complain and I demand compensation for the mental harassment and the loss that I have suffered due to deactivation of my internet connection.
This is to bring to your notice that I am residing at the following address:

Around 23rd October I got to interact with Mr. Suresh from your organisation who is selling TATA broadband in Raheja Heights. He came to my residence and took cash of Rs.561 from me stating that my connection would be immediately done. My internet was installed after 4 days and it got activated. After a few days my internet connection was disconected , reason being stated that my cheque for subscribing the connection got bounced.
I was surprised as i had not given any cheque to Mr. Suresh. On calling him I found that he had put his cheque and taken the cash for his hometown. I had to call the Nodal officer landline line number and I was told that I make a online payment and my connection would get activated.
I immediately made a online payment , please find following details:
Payment made for TATA DOCOMO on 8/11/2011 of Rs.561/- from ICICI account number[protected]
Inspite of making the online payment my connection was not activated. I had to make several calls my connection was finally activated. Mr. Suresh came to my residence , apologised and paid my cash back.
My internet connection was working and I made another online payment of the bill on :
Payment made for TATA DOCOMO on 18/12/2011 of Rs.661/- from ICICI account number[protected] for my bill.
My internet has not been working since yesterday , and today when i enquired I was surprised to know that the reason being given is " SUBSCRIPTION CHEQUE HAS GOT BOUNCED".
I want to know:
1) Kindly provide me the evidence of the cheque which is being stated has got bounced? I want to know what cheque has gone from my end that has got bounced.
2) I want strict action to be taken against Mr. Suresh, he has to be sued.
3) When I have made a online payment for the subscritpion amount , the evidence is with me, on what basis has my connection been deactivated. I have attached the details of the payment made.
4)I want strict action aginst Mandeep Kaur, who was absolutely non coperative while talking. She was simply not ready to help.
I would like this mail to be sent to a senior office in TATA DOCOMO, as talking to junior guys is just not helping me. Kindly take action at earliest.
