Hi,

My Name is Raghunatha Reddy, I have applied for TATA DOCOMO postpaid connection in Infotech Enterprises one month back by giving all documents to TATA DOCOMO agent AYAN and I have selected the numbers [protected], [protected]. At that time, because of non-availability of SIMs the agent told he will give it tomorrow. From then I didn’t seen him. After few days I received a call from TATA DOCOMO for normal enquiry and said your SIMs are activated on 7th DEC, I have told them I didn’t received the SIMS yet.

Dec 23 2011 I have received the SIMS from one of your agent. I have registered online on 26th Dec 2011 and checked the generated bill, It is 1128 RS. I didn’t called anyone after receiving the SIMs, then how this amount has come.

I have raised lot of complaints against this to tatadocomo customer care and wrote mails to the specified mail ids also. Still the problem is exists.

    Dear Team,



    I would like to bring to your attention my complain against TATA DOCOMO. I have been harsassed by you , and now it is time that I take strict action. I have therefore decided to go to Consumer Forum with my complain and I demand compensation for the mental harassment and the loss that I have suffered due to deactivation of my internet connection.



    This is to bring to your notice that I am residing at the following address:



    Siddhartha Singh Bhandari,

    Flat no 1104, A block, Raheja Heights, AK Vaidya Marg , Malad East.



    Around 23rd October I got to interact with Mr. Suresh from your organisation who is selling TATA broadband in Raheja Heights. He came to my residence and took cash of Rs.561 from me stating that my connection would be immediately done. My internet was installed after 4 days and it got activated. After a few days my internet connection was disconected , reason being stated that my cheque for subscribing the connection got bounced.



    I was surprised as i had not given any cheque to Mr. Suresh. On calling him I found that he had put his cheque and taken the cash for his hometown. I had to call the Nodal officer landline line number and I was told that I make a online payment and my connection would get activated.



    I immediately made a online payment , please find following details:



    Payment made for TATA DOCOMO on 8/11/2011 of Rs.561/- from ICICI account number[protected]



    Inspite of making the online payment my connection was not activated. I had to make several calls my connection was finally activated. Mr. Suresh came to my residence , apologised and paid my cash back.



    My internet connection was working and I made another online payment of the bill on :



    Payment made for TATA DOCOMO on 18/12/2011 of Rs.661/- from ICICI account number[protected] for my bill.



    My internet has not been working since yesterday , and today when i enquired I was surprised to know that the reason being given is " SUBSCRIPTION CHEQUE HAS GOT BOUNCED".



    I want to know:



    1) Kindly provide me the evidence of the cheque which is being stated has got bounced? I want to know what cheque has gone from my end that has got bounced.



    2) I want strict action to be taken against Mr. Suresh, he has to be sued.



    3) When I have made a online payment for the subscritpion amount , the evidence is with me, on what basis has my connection been deactivated. I have attached the details of the payment made.



    4)I want strict action aginst Mandeep Kaur, who was absolutely non coperative while talking. She was simply not ready to help.



    I would like this mail to be sent to a senior office in TATA DOCOMO, as talking to junior guys is just not helping me. Kindly take action at earliest.

        I had started net pack of one month in my mobile on 22nd jan and soon I started receiving the messages for RENEWAL of subscription to HOLLYWOOD SIZZLERS ON TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP which I had never subscribed for..!!..and moreover when I contacted the customer care center they were unable to deactivate this service..!!..THIS IS VERY DISGRACEFUL FOR THE REPUTED COMPANY LIKE TATA DOCOMO..!!..I HAVE WASTED OVER 100 RS IN THIS STUFF..AND IT MATTERS A LOT FOR A STUDENT LIKE ME..!!

          TATA PHOTON PLUS' CUSTOMER SUPPORT CALL ME DAILY TWICE/THRICE BEFORE THE MONTHLY BILL IS DELIVERED TO ME. THEY KEEP CALLING US TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE DUE DATE AND ASK FOR PAYMENT. THIS IS HARRASMENT.

          MOREOVER, I DID NOT PICK THEIR CALL ONE DAY AND THEY CUT THE CONNECTION THE SAME DAY EVENING. THEY ARE CREATING SERIOUS TROUBLE.

          MY PAYMENT DUE DATE IS STILL 2 WEEKS LATER.
          FROM TWO DAYS, I AM UNABLE TO USE INTERNET. IT SAYS: Error 628: The connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be completed.

          HAVE TO RAISE THIS ISSUE IN CONSUMER COURT.

            Hi , i've purchased a photon max connection last month 24th and since this month 4 th onwards its stopped working(low performance in speed ) its not upto the mark what tata has promised . After several attempts have been made to connect the customer care people .they have raised a complaint and they say that the problem will be resolved with in 48 hrs of timeline , after the 48 hrs of the time line is over again i got a message that the people are on the issue , now what's striking in my brain is for simple problems only if they need 48 hrs and still working on it . if at all a big problem raises ,then what will the tata people do or how will they solve it?
            so my sincere advice to the people is not to believe in any company by its brand name ....may be tata ,reliance,or bharti ...luk in to the after sales service and the responce to the customers .my connection number is[protected]
            the photon max delivers upto 6.2 mbps as per the company saying but hardly it delivers 0.11mbps on my device.

              i have asked tata teleservices for tata walky postpaid number 2 months before. experience of subscribing for the service was pathetic.even customer service is not accessible on time. they have many automated responses.nobody attands & takes responsibility to resolve the problem. even they charge for money for constomer service.

              I have obeserved that the device is controlled by their network and even can not be powered on if it is not allowed by their netowrk.

                I'm Gowda G C, the owner of [protected] ported from idea to Docomo, staying in Tumkur from Karnataka. This is the second time I'm submitting the same complaint, I had posted the same complaint 4days before. I've recharged with Rs.61 to my number [protected] on 10th January 2012 to make all local call rates 1ps/2sec valid for 90days and i also got confirmation message. The worst part is, still my call rates are as per my basic tariff. Kindly solve the problem and provide the 1ps/2seconds valid for 90days pack service. Thank you.

                Hi,
                I'm Gowda G C, the owner of [protected] ported from idea to Docomo, staying in Tumkur from Karnataka. I've recharged with Rs.61 to my number 2days ago to make all local call rates 1ps/2sec valid for 90days and i also got confirmation message the worst part is still my call rates are as per my basic tariff, i called 121 n number of times but so far no person in your customer care is having time to receive my complaint.

                And to the same number i've got message from TD-610033 that if i would recharge for Rs.41 all my EVD top-ups would get full talktime valid till June 30th along with i would get full talktime of Rs.41 valid for 10days. I've recharged for Rs.41 3days back now i'm getting full talktime but where the hell is that Rs.41 talk time, customer care people are telling that there is no such tariff, if it is so are you people crazy to send such sms ? within 7days i will loose the validity of talktime.
                Kindly solve this now If this will continue i've to port my number.

I lodged complaint with customer care and they said within 48 hours this problem will be solved and complaint number is GBL[protected]. And i called them again after 48 hours they said issued will be solved within 6 hours. And again i called them back after 7 hours they said that balance has been deducted because of chargeable contents from internet. I requested them to look properly because i never downloaded any such contents but they denied it.I even asked them give me details of website where i downloaded such content, they denied that also saying they dont have any information.

                  This is to inform you that today (18 August 2011) at 05:04 P.M, I(my mobile number is [protected]) received a call from a number [protected] telling that I am today's lucky customer and I will receive a 4 G.B. internet pack subscription free for a month without paying any charge and after half-an-hour Rs. 65 were deducted from my balance.

                  I immediately contacted the customer care executive and i was promised that within 3 hours I would be refunded Rs.65 back. But it didn,t happpen.

                  I again contacted the customer care after three and half hour but they refused to help me by telling that I myself had activated this service.

                  I would be obliged to you if you kindly take strict action against Tata Docomo for the act of fraudulence.

                          I had done recharge of 555/- at 16 November 2011 on my mobile number [protected] which is from Tata Docomo CDMA service. That time i had not get the benefit of that recharge and my account was debited by 555/- and for that i had given complaint to Tata Docomo CDMA Teleservice but they had not given me the reimbursement of my money.

                            My tata docomo Number : [protected]

                            It is very unfortunate to see that a tata group company is resorting to such fraudulent
                            means in their process which is a shame to the name of Tata.

                            I had applied to port out of Tata docomo to a different network in the first week of january 2012.

                            Since more than a week later, my porting was still pending , i called up to thier
                            customer care only to find out that it had been rejected. As per their records ,
                            people from docomo have called and convinced me to stay with Tata docomo. In reality , i
                            have not received any such calls nor have i spoken to any docomo representative about
                            staying back in docomo. How can they forge such things. I have made up my mind to move
                            out of docomo owing to their poor services and this is final.

                            Now i need to again re submit the applications because of the forged actions committed by docomo


                            If such a thing repeats again i will be moving to Consumer court and
                            file a complaint.

                                I have been recieving calls from a Tata Docomo Number([protected]).He/she has been calling and sending threatening messages to my phone at late nights. I am using Samsung Monte (s5620) phone,which only has an option to block all calls. I would like to block the call and text from this Tata Docomo number.I would also like to know the who that person is , as he/she has addressed me with my name in the messages.

                                  I am Ramakrishna and using following TATA DOCOMO SIM ([protected]) since long time. Last[protected] i was in trip to some temples in south India while it was totally switched of my mobile. Actually, i shocked when i was switch on my mobile after completion of temple visits. Because there is one SMS received from service provider and which reveals i should pay if i want to know the calls missed during my switch off time. I hope they (service provider) are not suppose to hide calls for me from my concerns and making charges to know where from it is. I strongly believe which means they are interfering my privacy and making money there also. As a customer to DOCOMO in earlier i paid for sim and paying for top up's and rate cutter's with taxes. Then how dare/come it possible they are doing inter business with my privacy also. Please kindly need action for this.

                                    hi this is ravi solanki a pre-paid tata docomo user. i have a complaint about wrong recharg by retailer and while i make a my complaint in tata docomo customer care services i count get a proper solution by your company exucutive and more over they put my number in a block list or may be black list and now i cant connect with the tata docomo customer services . i m hardly unsetisfied from you r serviscs . so i m trying to make my complaint bye a mail and with a hope of a better solution of my problems . this is my last try to complaint after that i have to take legal support of a goverment of india for my problem solution.

                                        I am a frustrated, cheated victim of Tata Docomo 3G Dongal estick.

                                        I bought a Tata Docomo 3g estick Bearing No. [protected]. On 19th Sept from Sector 35 Store. I opted for Post paid plan of Rs. 600 monthly for 1 GB data. After 3 days on 22nd sept it was not connecting and showing connection failed. When I contacted customer care they people told me that your services are barred Because of over used. Total bill outstanding for only 3 days was Rs. 7000/- and data downloaded was 6.5 GB. I personally visited the store on 26th and told the story to the staff members they check the log record in front of me that log was showing the
                                        data downloaded from 13th sept to 26th sept total 358 MB.

                                        which was Under the limit. But I purchased the stick on 19th but log was started from 13th sept to till date.
                                        I raised a complaint to the desk officer. She took the stick and removed the sim card. After 10 minutes she gave me stick back and told me that this is technical issue they will resolve it by tomm. After coming back to home I tried to connect the estick to see the log again but the story was totally changed this time. Log was showing three dates e.g 19,20,22 and data downloading in these date was 6.5 GB.

                                        My Credit Limit was 1000 if I used this why they did not stoped the services beyond this limit.

                                        Nodal office and customer care is not listing any thing and saying you can go consumer court. No body is interested to solve the problem and i spent 2000 for dongal which was totally wasted.

                                        NOTE : IMEI No of my dongal and IMEI No of Bill Given to me is totally Different. IT means my Sim is used anywhere else.
