TATA PHOTON PLUS' CUSTOMER SUPPORT CALL ME DAILY TWICE/THRICE BEFORE THE MONTHLY BILL IS DELIVERED TO ME. THEY KEEP CALLING US TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE DUE DATE AND ASK FOR PAYMENT. THIS IS HARRASMENT.

MOREOVER, I DID NOT PICK THEIR CALL ONE DAY AND THEY CUT THE CONNECTION THE SAME DAY EVENING. THEY ARE CREATING SERIOUS TROUBLE.

MY PAYMENT DUE DATE IS STILL 2 WEEKS LATER.

i have asked tata teleservices for tata walky postpaid number 2 months before. experience of subscribing for the service was pathetic.even customer service is not accessible on time. they have many automated responses.nobody attands & takes responsibility to resolve the problem. even they charge for money for constomer service.

I have obeserved that the device is controlled by their network and even can not be powered on...

This is the second time I'm submitting the same complaint, I had posted the same complaint 4days before. I've recharged with Rs.61 to my number [protected] on 10th January 2012 to make all local call rates 1ps/2sec valid for 90days and i also got confirmation message. deduction of balance without any reason

sir today when i checked my balance than i saw that i lost my balance around 91rs without any reason from tata docomo company.and company had blocked my number so that i can not contact them. and when i call from another number they are not giving me proper information.kindly help me. i want strict action against them. and i have all the proof to make them wrong....

It is very unfortunate to see that a tata group company is resorting to such fraudulent
means in their process which is a shame to the name of Tata.

I had applied to port out of Tata docomo to a different network in the first week of january 2012.

Since more than a week later, my porting was still pending , i called up to thier

I am using Samsung Monte (s5620) phone,which only has an option to block all calls. Error in Online recharge / Credit of recharge top up amount

Hi,

I did online recharge for my Tata Docomo prepaid # [protected] using ICICI netbanking option two times today (12-Jan-2012) but got the error message "Payment unsuccessful from billdesk" both the times. However the transaction amount of Rs 100/- and Rs 20/- for the two times has been debited from my account.

Request you to fix this and credit the refilled amount of Rs 120/- at the earliest.
