Respected sir,
I am himanshu thakkar. I am using tatadocomo mobile services. Today 79RS are deducted from my account.As, per you customer care it is deducted for internet browsing on a paid but i have not visited any paid site. I try to get information about these deduction but i can't reach to your customer care. So, i want to know about details like... site name, what i have used, which rate is applied if i have browsed and the time duration ,etc...of my internet usage on this payable site. Also , i cant reach to customer car services.

    To All Who Intend To Purchase Tata Docomo Prepaid Plans: BEWARE OF THESE DAYLIGHT CRIMINALS!

    I had purchased two prepaid SIM cards from Tata Docomo and began using one of them. I did not use the other SIM card for quite some time. The person verifying the address might have called on the unused SIM card but was unable to reach me as I had not inserted the SIM card into any handset yet. I had called the customer care centre to seek a resolution on this issue. The lady who spoke was extremely rude and insisted me to submit new documents for address verification to reactivate my account. When I had asked for a refund of the balance on that SIM card, the retard plainly refused.

    I had submitted two complaints on the Tata Docomo website. As expected, the weasels did not bother to respond to my complaint.

    Today, I went to a Tata Docomo center to submit the address proof for a second time. The sick customer "care" representative assisting me mentioned that my SIM card was deactivated and I could no longer use it. He was shameless enough to mention that I had forfeited my balance on the SIM card. He also mentioned that unless I recharded my SIM card for atleast Rs. 200 once every six months, it would be deactivated. I was very livid at his response but was helpless to do anything.

    I had intended to try out Tata Photon but decided against it after experiencing this pathetic customer service.

    Tata Docomo did not even have the decency to notify me before deactivating my SIM card. Each customer "care" representative I had spoken to gave their own version of "rules" under which my card was deactivated.

    Upon returning home, I took the deactivated SIM card and flushed it down my toilet as I felt it was the right place for a Tata product. I plan to finish off the balance on my other Tata Docomo SIM card and discard it by flushing it down my toilet.

    I have vowed never to do any business with these undignified and uncouth anytime for the rest of my life and will strongly dissuade anyone from using their crappy services.

      I am not able to access internet on my mobile as I was using it yesterday. Due to low battery, I had to switch off my mobile last night but now I am unable to use internet. I have called customer care service but didn't get any satisfactory help and even now I can't call them cause the customer care lines are closed in my mobile no.

      They are providing so irresponsible service.
      I recharged the Tata Docomo card with the 94 Rs. I got the settings, but I am unable to access the net as I get the message"Service not available". I had registered the complaint so many times, but I am not able to get any access.

      Tata Docomo — Not able to Access Internet

      My No is [protected]. I am using the same number for more than a year and I was able to access Internet till December - 2010. In December Docomo has deactivated my account wrongly and again i have reactivated the same number. From then on was i am not able to access internet. i went to the Docomo service point they asked me to replace the sim with a new sim by paying 49rs. I did that. Still i am not able to access the internet. The service point people asked me to contact the customer care and i did that. But everything gone into vain. I am able to access internet with another docmo number with the same settings and from the same handset. there is no problem with the settings are handset. Problem wit the number. Could you please help me on this?

      Till now the problem has not been resolved. I have visited the koramangala Docomo show room also. However they were not able to resolve my problem. They said they have sent a mail to their higher authorities and it will be resolved by yesterday itself (Feb-7-2011). Till now the problem has not been resolved. They were not ready to give me a complaint number. Neverthless they were not ready to share any contact number of them. I have applied for Mobile Number Portability to Airtel. However that has been rejected by Docomo stating that i was with docmo for less than 90 days. My MNP request number is TX372546. I dont know what to do at all. I was using the docomo number for more than 1.5 years. It is troubling me for the past two months by not allwoing me to access internet.

      I called a couple times to the customer care through 121 and raised queries regarding my internet...i am unable to access internet..iam using blackberry model 9930..and its gsm i called but the customer care agents themselves don't know anything regardin the queries am askin..very reckless answer are being given i would just like to port to idea or some other network...its really waste to use tata docomo

        on 20the of December i was deducted 30 rupees from my mobile .. reason not clear... evening i made call to customer care but not connected after that next day 21the morning i made a call to customer care . one executive told that they ll send back my balance in 3 hr .. but not happen again i called to customer care but not connected whole day but i tried 20to 25 time but no use . and next day morning on 22nd December again i called to customer care this time one executive told they not have data of deduction and she told to call me after 3 hr again i tried after 3hr but not connecting to the executive ..see how reckless they are.. even not responding to me.. so what i have to do.. please give a suggestion ..

        on 9th may 2012 suddenly my 64 from my mobile reason was that i used internet whole night
        but i didn't use any internet on my mobile even i don't have any internet connection so how can you do this
        when i made a call to customer service there is no resonse from them

          hello Sir,

          I am using tata docomo no. [protected], which is a prepaid number. From the last 3 days, continuously some false services activated day after the day. I have approached so many time to the call center representatives or thru chat service from docomo site. Each time they deactivated the service and refunded the balance to the account.

          This is activity on the daily basis i am doing to refund back into my account. I have not requested any kind of service or any call. You can check call details and message details as well and can confirm that I have not requested any service, moreover i am using the cell which is of very basic usage having no camera/music/browser.

          Service Activated wrongly:
          1. Bolly Tips - 20 Dec
          2. Love Tips - 21 dec
          3. Chutkule - 22 Dec

          The first two services has deactivated successfully but the customer representative denied to de-active the third service and also denied to refund the amount.

          I am totally frustrated with the services activation issue and needs my money and frustration compensation in lieu of the this service.

          Request you to please take a strict legal action on such fraud services which they are charging on daily basis to normal customer.

          I want to teach the lesson to these service providers who are cheating the prepaid customers in lieu of these bogus services which they activated on the self based even though I have registered for DO NOT DISTURB service. I need money refund + the harashment charges which i have faced continously 3rd time. Please make it as leagal concern and let them how it will feel while making some frauds to the prepaid customers.

            This is regarding a Tata Docomo connection. Though they offer less call rates, their service is very bad. They promise network everywhere but is mostly not available.

            Besides, without the consumer's permission or without the consumer asking for it, the service providers themselves are activating monthly packages on various services like news, jokes etc.

            I simply started getting messages on my cell saying that your subscription for this particular service has been activated, when i never asked for it.The message also had a number which i was asked to contact on for deactivating the number. Repeated attempts to contact them on this number failed. They continue to renew the service which costs between Rs.15 to Rs.30

            The customer service is also not available when required. As a result i have to recharge my cell several times.

            If you are under DND, then tata docomo never send any calls are sms to you for value added services. And if you dail or requested for any service you have to inform the same day to deactivate and dispute waiver from then. I say its not big issue!

                I am using tata photon + connection from long time. i have not been able to use the connection due to non connectivity. I have tried to reach the customer care to help in this but to no use. Also They are not disconnection my connection so i have to pay the bill for not even using the connection.

                      My self saurav batra subscriber of tata docomo with phone no [protected]
                      sir as per jeet ki ghanti offer i registerd my number at 8:35 am on[protected]
                      and my jeet ki ghanti ticket no is ZF53D6UFFR (as per sms send by TATA DOCOMO)
                      at 8:35 am on[protected].

                      I recharged my number of Rs 148 with trans. ID [protected] at 9:53 am
                      but i got Rs 134 instead of Rs 160 (as per jeet ki ghanti participants)

                      i called on[protected] at 121 (customer care) at 12:00 pm and ur representative
                      miss suman sharma told me to credit Rs 26 in my A/C in 24 Hrs.
                      and after 24 Hrs i.e today around 12:00 pm i called @ 121 they told me to call
                      after 3 Hrs. after 3 Hrs. they told me the request is in proceed ur amount will receive
                      soon

                      but till now i have not got above given amount

                      I request you to please credit Rs 26 in my account as soon as possible

                        I am using Tata Docomo - CDMA (previously Tata Indicom). On 16th June 2011, at 22:40 I made an online recharge of Rs. 101 for 1paisa per 2 seconds which is valid for 12 months. It was working fine for 6 months. Just completing 6 months they are now deducting Rs.0.50/min.

                        Cant understand what happened with their system. It feels like I am cheated with Tata Indicom's false promise. This company is sucking the money from its customers with a brand name of TATA.

                        Kindly tell me how can I get all the refunds of all these extra payments in these days without any delay. And also suggest me how can I get the same facility upto 12 months as promised.

                          I am not subscibe horoscope pack but company start this service and cut my balace amount atleast 5 to 6 time I was request them to stop service from one month but they are not stop my service yet &when I contact customer care they said you are not active any service

                          had make complaint 2 call center still i m facing same problem.

                          i agree with the complaint mention in above list
                          i am a nurse working in vadadara one private hospital.i am stay in near inox cinima centure.it is most city place.i am useing tata docomo sim card.i am also activate 48 rupes 2gb gprs internet.but i cannot get good service.every 3 minitue rage cutt.and download not working currectly.talking also cutt in every 3 minitue.custmer care and balance is also not working most time. Tata docomo is the number one bad service provider in india.tata docomo is not give a value for our money.
                          Myself Sonia had procured one TATA DOCOMO 3G device along with connection in month of Feb.2011.
                          But after 7-10 days there was problem observed with the device . And to replace the device under warranty , it was given to delaer but after one month the new device was handed over to me. But till date device is also not working successfully.

                          this is the service being provided by the tata docomo. And now pls. help me to come out of the problem and i don't want to use the service. As i want to get my money back , as don't want the device of tata docomo whose service is like this.

                          Wht is the policy to attend the customer complaint that since more than one week is passed but no result comes. And in the bill you don't forget to bill us for the whole period. And nobody is asking us how are the services?

                          Dear sir,
                          Iam rajesh i have taken tata Docomo prepaired number on 20/12/2011 afternoon by submiting my ID proof. after three days they started sending messages that your ID proof is not submeted immediately i consulted dealer where i have taken sim he is telling that he aiready submited then i called customer care 121 and i explained my problem.they suggested me to submit ID proof again in Dealer shop. Second time i submeted my ID proof today (27/12/2011) at afternoon again from service center they sending that if i didn't submit ID within 48 hrs they are going to disconnect my number. iam having 230 rupees balance.

                          myself Amol Ravindra Naik, My Mobile Number Is [protected] Today morning only I did Recharge of rs 95 For 1 G. B. Internet But Internet was not able to connect, may be because of Yesterday only with the help of your representative i unsubscribe GPRS (by sending" CAN GPRS" MSG)so i thought by sending Msg GPRS to 121 it will start But by sending this My 5 r.s means 25 mb for day is activated.
                          immediately i call your representative without using single kb but he said that your 95 rs service is deactivated so you will not able use that data plan.
                          Sir 95 rs is not small amount at least for me. so please give me that data plan back or give me the refund in my account so please kindly register my complaint and give refund as early as possible thank you

                            This is regarding phone number [protected] (Dehradun) .The mobile number is in the name of Mrs. Poonam Agarwal. I, Deepali Agarwal (Daughter of Mrs. Poonam Agarwal) , is raising a complain on her behalf.
                            Tata Docomo has activated "Musicstation" services on the above mentioned number since the month of March and Rs. 30 gets deducted every month from the account. The services were activated without any personal notification ( a message was sent that the service is activated without asking from the customer) and since Mrs. Poonam Agarwal is not very educated about the phone services, she does not check her messages on phone.Only recently she noticed that the money is getting deducted without her notice.

                              I am Chandan Garai, holding a Tata Docomo connection (Connection No. [protected], Kolkata) for last two months.I've made top-up to facilitate me to call Off-Net Local calls at 1st (First) 30 Sec to be charged 1p/Sec then 30 sec free and On-Net Local Tariff Benefit 1p/6sec (10p/min). (Within West Bengal Circle).

                              I am working in Kolkata & my native is at Paschim Medinipur. So I need to travel frequent to Paschim Medinipur..I found that sometime I had been charged with Rs1/Minute even I'm calling to DOCOMO number when I go outside Kolkata.

                              To clarify the unjustified call rate, I talked with their Customer Service executive & I came to know that the particular call was made using some other’s Network (Idea Network) with whom Tata DOCOMO have tie-up. That means 'Tata DOCOMO's' system had forced me to talk with some other’s network without my knowledge and charged me heavily (Charged with Roaming Rate) where 'Tata DOCOMO' doesn’t have network coverage...That means Tata DOCOMO can earn money anytime with putting customer automatically in their selected partner's network by saying that I don't have network.....

                              So far I can remember or as per my service connection, I didn’t enter any agreement with Tata Docomo to put me on other’s network automatically where Tata DOCOMO doesn’t have any network coverage.

                              Please help me to resolve the issue and I also need my money back which were charged to me.

                              I am yet to get any reply from Tata DOCOMO. One more interesting information about Tata Docomo and Other network (Idea) Pact that Idea declares as 'Garbeta-I' as Tata Docomo Site where Idea will get network support from Tata Docomo...Now in my case, sometime Tata DOCOMO puts me in idea network..How is this possible??? It seems some kind of cheating is involved by 'network sharing'...I urge our Dept. who are looking after the Telecom sector, please look into the matter...I am sure something nuisance will come out with this kind of pact of network sharing...

                                Recently, I visited one of your Tata Docomo Store, Chruch Street, (Exactly opposite to BZ High School), Chittoor, A.P. to register MNP for the telephony [protected] on 2nd December 2011. After submitting necessary documents with Porting Code, I got a New SIM with serial No: [protected]. I got a message instantly stating that MNP is registered successfully.

                                After two days, I got the same message stating that MNP is registered successfully on 5th December, 2011 04:38 PM. Got another message stating that MNP request rejected for the aforesaid telephony due to 1. Rejected by donor, 2.Porting code IS wrong at[protected], 16:40:13. Gone to store room again for explaining the reason and was assured that the porting will be done successfully in another 2 days, i.e it will be successfully migrated to TATA DOCOMO on or before 9th Dec, 2011.

                                Again I got another message stating that MNP is registered successfully on 8th Dec, 2011. I was really upset on getting numerous messages regarding the same, I spoke to customer care through Chat and I was assured that it will be done before 7 working days. Finally I was confident and was waiting till 17th Dec 2011.

                                Moreover, I got another message stating that MNP is registered successfully on 10th Dec, 2011. I spoke to the customer care again for explaining the reason. He told the same that it will be migrated successfully in another 7 working days. I don't know how long should I need to wait for the same.

                                Kindly request you to redirect this request to Tata Docomo officials and update me in when will it be resolved?

                                I have not made any recharge from 2nd december, 2011 in order not waste my account once it was migrated to Tata Docomo which really caused in convenience to me.

                                Could you please take action and let me know the updates?

                                    Somebody with the mobile no [protected] sending very filithy and nasty messages to my wife's mobile.My wife is mentally depressed and tensed ue to this. She got the first message at about 12.15 am on 14 dec 2011 and the next message at about 1.00 pm or so on the same day. I tried to track the mobile from internet. It shows a tata docomo no from either rajsthan or jharkhand and bihar circle.We can not find any reason that someone could message in this way. I would request you to find out that culprit immediately. If possible send a photograph to my email ID [protected]@galaxyclub.in.I appreciate your help.

                                      I had call to c.c. 121 Custmer Care Said evertime : You Are using Chargeble site (vuclip) But Iam not using chargeble site My Bal cut Every day.
                                      I am also complain for roaming service of tata docomo. When i am roam at u.p. our network use idea network in several area and call charges cut in higher then normal roaming charges, but same idea network provide home network for local tata connection, so look this matter in serious. this is the new system of mobile company to earn or fraud with indian public.
