my number is [protected], today evening i lost 15 rs from my balance with out my knowledge, on this i made a call to customer care tatadocomo 121 and try to raise a complaint on 198, but unfortunately they denied to register the complaint on this saying i was used this amount for internet, it was happened on 7:20 PM on[protected], but i was making a call on 07:22 PM, and my handset is a simple lg mobile which having basic internet setting. the customer care exectv. was saying i was used approx 9MB of data with in this 2 minute, which is impossible for any network, to download this much data, and remembering you the service of tatadocomo in mumbai is Edge not 3G. i shared this incident with my friends and find out that this is not an odd thing, many of them experience this before. so beware of looting by tatadocomo.and be alert!!!

Tata Docomo — Inaccessible docomo m-wallet
I am unable to access the docomo m-wallet.After the processing status appears the application again returns to previous screen.my docomo no is [protected].All the docomo sims i have tried m wallet on (all my frnd's sims) havent worked as well.They are having the same problem
