HI,

This is Aswin from thanjavur, tamilnadu. i want to register a complaint with tata docomo for deducting unwanted charges and also for poor network. I want to bring to your notice that i've been charged by the tata docomo unnecessarily many times for some useless services such as horoscope and magic sms for which i had not at all subscribed. when i wanted to unsubscribe for that i was said that i had not been subscribed to any of the services.

Secondly, i activated internet for my phone(Rs. 5 plan) but was not able to connect to the. i connected twice to their customer care representative and they asked me to clear all cache and cookies and also to reinstall the new setting. I also did the same. But still i wasn't able to connect to the internet. When i tried to connect to the customer care representative, i wasn't able to thereafter. There was a recorded message that our customer care rep is currently busy with other user. i would have tried atleast 2 times from my number but wasn't able to. But when i connected through an alternate DOCOMO number i was able to connect to the customer care representative. He asked me to contact the customer care representative from that number(for which i had been charged) and also gave me a number. Thereafter i wasn't able to connect to the customer care representative. This shows what sort of fraud they are. They are blocking my number purposely.

I've made three complaints with the customer care feedback service([protected]@tatadocomo.com) but there seems to be no response from them. They promised me to repay the amount which i had lost. But they didn't.... My complaint number is M6524581. Till now i would've lost atleast Rs.60 unwantedly.

    I tried to recharge my phone by 34 RS sms pack online using my current mobile balance but after entering verification code a error page displayed saying
    INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 500
    java.lang.arrayindexoutofboundsexception(26)

    and i didn't got any confirmation sms also so i tried two times more.
    later i realized amount was deducted form my account. i called customer care but they are not ready to agree and he asked me to visit DOCOMO gallery.
    such a poor quality of web application showing java errors to client and charging clients for this. Even a school kid can say there is something wrong happened at server but so called customer representatives can't understand this.
    i want my money back and i don't want to click any link again and waste my time this is really frustrating and poor customer service.

        I took a connection from tata docomo in bangalore ([protected]) and cancelled it in the month of october 2011. The cancellation request was given to the tata docomo office in calicut in writing. Thereafter I received bills in the month of november and december for which I made an initial complaint in the month of january. In the month of january I made at least 20 calls to the customer care department of the company without receiving any kind of proper response from them. All the time the customer care department personal made promises of callback and redresses of the complaint without any result. I requested for a written acknowledgement from the company that the account has been cancelled in october and that no bills is spending in the account.
        There has been total inefficiency from the part of the company and their customer care department. I have not received a single callback from the company till date regarding the issue. I would suggest to all prospective customers not to take the services of tata docomo

        vetve cancelled my tataphoton connection few months ago .they have send me a notice for non payment.i got the same yesterday and paid the aMt OnLine But didnot get any update.Kindly do the necessary my no Is [protected].

        My Docomo internet number[protected], I have cancelled this connection few months back, still they are levying charges and demanding to settle. When I approached Secundrabad head office, they are demand to pay the amount of Rs1800/- and closing will be done in one week, last time they did same thing and still charges are levied.
        Even after payment of rs 1800/-
        Still there is no response and I fear they might do the same fraud of not canceling the connection and putting forth additional charges.. Plz take necessary action

            DOCOMO : WARNING to guys and all friends who use Docomo Sms. my no is [protected],
            1 year before I purchased Docomo sim and they deducted 0.01 paise per sms.
            Now from January they deduct 60 paise for sms. This is too much.
            Think guys if you send 10 sms to 5 of your friends you will be deducted Rs 30 daily
            I called customer care and they replied plan is expired. I was not informed when I buy sim card. This causes me bad.
            I mailed regarding this but they did not responded properly and told me dial 121 or docomo.com or outlet, to avoid me and finally said unable to process. So guys be aware when you use Docomo

              I have tried 3 service providers in past 3years and out of which TATA DOCOMO GSM Service is worst I have experienced, Especially in Manyatha Tech Park Area, Bangalore. The calls are Abruptly going dead or getting disconnected every 6 secs, Most of the time the outgoing calls are not connecting at all. People who try to connect my number often complaint that I was either not reachable most often or no status in dial tone when tried connecting to my number.

              I have complained about the situation to the authorities, but who care about poor sheeps like us. It is our fate to live with such a filthy, corrupted, inhuman, selfish, neglegent living environment in country like India. I had a very good opinion about Tata group of Companies. But there is no difference between a good thief and a bad thief, all are thieves when sucking customer's hard earned money.

              I recently took a TATA DOCOMO connection. The mobile is not showing any network coverage for last 8 hours or so. I have heard that it has been given very less bandwidth. I am residing in IIM Calcutta Hostel. And its very critical for me to have my number working as I get important calls frequently. Please act accordingly or else suggest if I should change my number if there's no scope of improvement of its service. Already 92 complaints. There's something that you need to do or else please do not misguide common people with your 1 paise/second scheme.

              in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
              without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
              marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just
              to recharge our mobiles.

              & it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.

              Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online

              2. www.ezrecharge.in (takes Rs.6 for recharging Rs.100 & takes Rs.18 extra if you recharge your cell in night)

              I think www.babuchak.com is the right choice without any extra fees & it also has a 24hrs call-center

              i m Rashid memon Shahada dist. Nandurbar at my Shahada town and rural area i m getting Network problems like No Covrege, Call Drops, Not Reacheable and in the evening time customers are getting Not reacheable problems. Kukdel, Siddarth Nagar, Lonkheda college are the area whwre customers are facing network problem even at my home at Khetiya road i m also facing same problem. so how i can make customers.               in spite various complaints from the goan customer it seems to be that you people are not interested in improving your service in goa. I think now the time has come to switch the service and to shift to another better service provider in goa like airtel, aircel, vodafone and idea. Your service in goa is useless. Everytime your customer care person says that the problem will be resolved in few days. I don't know when these "FEW DAYS" will get over.

              I recently bought a new pre paid connection of TATA DOCOMO.. It is a nightmare to me as it cathces signal for a small period of time and then again goes back into searching mode. It has been 10 days and the problem isint rsolved.
              I even got the Rs 95 GPRS pack on the same day but i cant connect. Even if it does connect i can surf for hardly 5 mints before it disconnects and the speed is not more than 3 to 5 KBPS.
              I am also having a reliance GSM which is giving me full signal strength in the same area. So what exactly is the problem?
              I filled a complaint some days back and next day i got a message that it is resolved but no difference was there in the problem scenario. Complaint number is 'NWK[protected]'

              I was really excited by tata docomo offers and just took a postpaid connection with them but only to make fool of myself :(:( ... There is literally no coverage at all, whether it is a day or night time. I am so dissappointed as my purpose and planning for taking docomo connection is completely defeated. I do not know what to do. I just need to know if Docomo is doing something to increase its coverage or do I need to drop this connection off!!

              Well I complain about Docomo, I think I should take time to appreciate the services of Vodafone. I have been using Vodafone for 3 years now and did not find any issues with them so far. I am not sure about other people but at least for me they work fine. I am able to make calls from any corner of my house with good connectivity.

              I made complaints regarding network coverage, but they do not respond satisfactory. Please do something.

              I made a complaint, Complaint was simply closed without any clarification
              I have been using TATA photon plus and of late moved to IT City in hyderabad (It is considered to be a posh area). Since that time,I have never been able to connect to photon plus in my flat on the first floor of the appartment. I am incurring serious loss because of this. In addition to this, i wrote to the customer care and the nodal officer in Tata but to no avail. They were suposed to divert the network to that area but no action has been taken as of now.

              Guys i have not yet got this issue resolved. No one has even bothered to look into it.
              Its high time...ridiculous for a company like TATA to have such a poorest response to a connectivity problem like mine .TATA boasts to be the best service provider in terms of connectivity.
              If this doesn't get resolved by today, i may plan to discontinue with this tata photon connection and would suggest to my friends to discontinue the same.

              It seems the Hyderabad region has got a very poor administration for TATA.
              It has been 12 days and No-One from TATA Photon has taken any action on my problem.
              Do they really monitor this? I seriously doubt..!!

              I promised with network coverage and speed of tata photon plus, After buying the device once it connects i am unable to ping google page also.
              I raised complaints with customer care and no response.

              Please i need my money back as its cheated and none of the promises from them are done.

              Sir, this Rama Krishna my mobile no: [protected], [protected]. From last 2 years I am using Tata Docomo. 2 months back i shifted to Arunodaya Nagar, Near Bagya latha Hospital, Vanastali puram, hyd- 500070.
              Since then i am unable to make calls properly, here in my house signal is very poor. Almost most of the times my mobile dispalyes “Emergency calls only”.
              Several times I made a complaint to customer care regarding this indoor signal problem, some of the customer care representatives are not respond to register my complaint also. I did not get proper solution.

              very very poor bad worst network connectivity...i am fed up wit tiz docomo
              I have recently shifted to Salt Lake (Near the 1st Island).
              I experience no network or low network in most parts of my new home. Some areas receive moderate network. Internet hardly catches and when it does connect the speed is extremely slow.

              I called the customer care and they only told me to select Tata Docomo manually in the networks. This was of no help.

              The company whose advertisement promises full network even in remote areas has no proper network in a metropolitan city like Calcutta.

              Kindly look into this ASAP or I will be forced to change my network

                My self Hitendra Gadhavi and i am using Tata Docomo pre paid Sim card since last ~ 2.5 months.
                I would like to complain following points.

                1) My balance of Rs.30 was cut before ~ 1.5 months with out any intimation.
                Service provider call center person said the charge was cut because you have activated the scheme of Magic SMS, but i have neither sent any message nor request any service provider personnel.

                2) On 20/12/11, i received a sms from service provider that if i recharge with Rs. 299, i will get 299 talk time and 250 mb free Internet at the speed of 3G. I recharge the same but got only 299 talk time, not Internet usage. I had talked with service provider call center personnel many time after the same but either i could not get proper information or service provider call center personnel talked rudely and said that is the same and they can not do anything.

                3) On 01/02/12 i got the sms from service provider that i have been charged Rs. 20 for activating Podcast on CAT preparation. I neither sent any message for activation of the same scheme nor request any service provider personnel.
                I got a mail type of link on my cell phone and the link did not resemble that if i click the clink i will be charged, i clicked the click and charged Rs. 20 which is totally unacceptable. I have talked with Service provider call center personnel (Name: Jaypal Sinh) on 02/01/12 regarding the same but he was neither able to solve the query not transfer the call to his senior upon my request.

                Please do the needful to over come these complaints,

                  my number is [protected], today evening i lost 15 rs from my balance with out my knowledge, on this i made a call to customer care tatadocomo 121 and try to raise a complaint on 198, but unfortunately they denied to register the complaint on this saying i was used this amount for internet, it was happened on 7:20 PM on[protected], but i was making a call on 07:22 PM, and my handset is a simple lg mobile which having basic internet setting. the customer care exectv. was saying i was used approx 9MB of data with in this 2 minute, which is impossible for any network, to download this much data, and remembering you the service of tatadocomo in mumbai is Edge not 3G. i shared this incident with my friends and find out that this is not an odd thing, many of them experience this before. so beware of looting by tatadocomo.and be alert!!!

                    My complaint is against tata photon service provider as i have already asked them to put my internet connection on hold as my credit card was lost .so, i was unable to pay bill at that time but instead of putting my connection on hold they kept on doubling my bill amount and after few days i got a call from delhi legal services about the case filed against me by them and hearing was on next day morning. now please help me as instead of my request they go on doubling the bill amount and now without any legal notice they are asking me to come for hearing at court .

                        for unsubscribe the Hollywood Sizzlers but every week 10 rs reduce from my account balance means every time it's has been renewed automatically and cut 10 rs from my balance my no [protected]


                        so i must have been require to the stop Hollywood sizzlers service from my account
                        Hollywood Sizzlers unnesasary messages come every day 7 or 8 so totally unsatisfied

                            I had requested for clousure of Tata Docomo to its local office at TVR BR Plaza Shop no. GF 2, Near Motilal petrol pump & paid the bill raised for the month. Thenafter I recieved a telephone call from Tata DOCOMO offering the discount which I had refused & requested to completly close the phone no. [protected], Account no.[protected] because TATA DOCOMO had shown his inability to convert 3G service to 2G.

                            Full & final payament I had done vide reciept no. 39400861 dated 14/1/2012. Phone is not in use since DEC 2011 which can be verified from records. Amagingly I had again recieved bill amount of Rs. 961.00 for the month of JAN. When I had tried to represent the case through letter local office had refused to recieve the letter.

                            Requested to HELP in the matter as the company is even not recieving the representation/complaint locally.
