Sir,
I am Abdul Gani Khan, a customer of Tata Docomo Mumbai circle [protected],
From last few months i have continuous balance deduction problem,
Yesterday[protected] they had charged me 10 rs for vGames renewal which i had not activated or not used,
On[protected] they had charged me for the same 10rs
When i give complaint about this they said on[protected] u will neverr b charged again
But they had charged me just one day after this on[protected]
Before this on near about 15 October 2011 (did not remember the date exactly) they had charged me 99 rs on the name of Rascal movie download, which I'd not downloaded and even i had never use there site www.divein.com
Before this one day they had charged me 30rs for game downloading but, same i had not downloaded.
Every time when i told them that your company(tata docomo) had charged me wrongly and give me my money back,
They all always say like an tape recorder, that sir all fault is yours and we will not give you your money back.
And the all balance deduction had been done when ever i had recharged my account by more then 100 rs.
Because of this balance deduction i had faced so many problem,
I want to fine them for there this improper balance deduction, not supporting on customer care and online support,
I want my money back and also want fine from them, for there miss-behaveiour.
Please sir help me, if need of filing an complaint in consumer court, i can do this also.
Help me, and Guide me to right path.
