Issue with Online recharge

Hi,

I Davendra Kumar Singhal made a online recharge of 135 rs on dated 7 Feb 2012 at my number [protected] through Citibank Internet Banking.

i was supposed to get a balance of 149 on that the recharge as per Tata Docomo top up plan available on their website, but Company activated some kind of GPRS services and giving 3 GB of data plan for a month.

am not satisfied about your service

deduction of cash from ATM account

I was trying to recharge mobile through Internet(online recharge) on 7th Feb 2012. After process at the end it mentioned Session Expired and thus my recharge was unsuccessful. But still my money was deducted from my account. when i called Customer care and told about this issue they were asking for transaction ID which was not generated as my recharge was unsuccessful.
So please consider my complaint and do solve it as early as possible.br...

Asking for documents AGAIN

Hi, I have take TataDocomo SIM last tuesday, submitted the documents (Rent agreement and DL) and got it activitated on Wednesday (01-Feb-2012). Today (06-Feb-2012) I got a message saying I have to submit the documents for continuation of services.

six months back my this no. was blocked for exceeding of credit limit. i went up to the relationship center near my place in pimpri.
the people asked me to make a payment of 1500 twice,and there was no responsible guys or manager to whom i could talk!
then i give an application for shut down the number.

i purchased a new tata docomo gsm sim , coz you guys blocked ma 2.5yr old docomo sim last month. . .
n i gave ma clean printed id proof copy n passport size photograph to that shopkeeper/dealer or whatever . .. He said, ur sim will get activated within 2hrs or max 12hrs. . .but nw itz been past 48hrs..

Deactivation of HOLLYWOOD SIZZLERS PACK

Before one month by mistake i've activated HOLLYWOOD SIZZELERS pack on my number [protected]...
To deactivate that pack i've called TATA DOCOMO customer care more than 20 times.but no use..
Each time when i called they were telling pack will be deactivated within 4 hours and get confirmation message.
Untill now i dint get any...

POOR ONLINE SERVICES CHARGING EXTRA

I tried to recharge my phone by 34 RS sms pack online using my current mobile balance but after entering verification code a error page displayed saying
INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 500
