aapka mai bahut aabhari rahunga.

Sir, myself Ranjan gupta, I have recharged with 222 by 24 April 2013, according to plan my all STD and local call rate should be 1.2 paisa/2 sec. after first call of day, but by 24 April tariff is not activated and my call rate is still 1.2 paisa/second for all STD calls, so many times I contact customer care but problem still not resolved, My mobile no. is [protected], please resolved my problem and refund my all deducted money after 24 April otherwise I have to change it from Tata DoCoMo to other service providers. Please feedback as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir,

    I was using a tata photon connection . Before coming to US i disconnected it on the month of novermber paying all dues.
    Still i am getting the payment and bills are generated. Bill collectors came to house where only my parents are there and asked to pay immediatly or face consequnces. WHY A COMPANY LIKE TATA IS BE HAVING LIKE THIS ?

      Hi,

      I Davendra Kumar Singhal made a online recharge of 135 rs on dated 7 Feb 2012 at my number [protected] through Citibank Internet Banking.

      i was supposed to get a balance of 149 on that the recharge as per Tata Docomo top up plan available on their website, but Company activated some kind of GPRS services and giving 3 GB of data plan for a month.

      i talked Tata Docomo customer care but they people even do not know what kind of recharge offer they are providing i also send a mail regarding the same but nothing happened.

      With this mail i am sending the screen shot of Tata Docomo web link where 135 recharge options are given.

        to docomo,
        you are very disappointed me.the customer care executives are very careless to customers. i have recharged worth Rs.65 for gprs. But there haven't any message of recharge yet. The executives are in hurry to cut the phones. also there haven't any of confirmation messages. I tried the customer care numbers about to 12 to 13 times,But everytime there were a tape like this,"Our all Executives are busy in other customers please try after some time". This is not a way of servicing the customers.I think the executives are senseless.
        I won't trust on TATA DOCOMO until my expectations are taken rightly.

            I was trying to recharge mobile through Internet(online recharge) on 7th Feb 2012. After process at the end it mentioned Session Expired and thus my recharge was unsuccessful. But still my money was deducted from my account. when i called Customer care and told about this issue they were asking for transaction ID which was not generated as my recharge was unsuccessful.
            So please consider my complaint and do solve it as early as possible.

              Mobile no- [protected], Tata Docomo Prepaid connection

              I requested sevaral times in Tata Docomo cuastomer care to deactivate "all pack" renued, customer care responded it allready deactivated these services, and no other services activated in your account. but still the chanell 99 charges are deducted from my mobile regularly since last 4 month. what to do
              i am regularly using tata docomo sim but the company has charged rs. 30 from last 4 month. several time i talk to customer care to stop this chanell 99 service but no result found. and every month rs 30 deducted from my balance. plz discontinue this service from my cell no.                 Dear Forum,
                I have procured one TATA DOCOMO SIM CARD from PRADHAN COMMUNICATIONS , Ainthapalli Chowk, Sambalpur, Odissa (PH: [protected]). one months ago . I had submitted the relevent documents to the retailer but my SIM card SERVICE had been terminated due to non submission of the same by the retailer to DOCOMO outlet or service provider. While I enquired at DOCOMO portal they informed me regarding the same. I had recharged with 150 rs to this card which has also I could not use due to termination of service of my sim card. The said SIM card is not activated till date after repeated follow up the retailer. MY SIM card SR NO is : [protected] and MDN no is: [protected]. Pls find the scan copy of the relevent documents as attachment upoload and take necessary steps against the retailer.

                  This is Dr.Sathya narayanan, in possession of my vodafone number for the last 5 yrs. Asking for a friend's number from another friend, i wrongly got the foll no of a prankster named rajesh from madurai-[protected]. I was forwarding medicine related messages(which i suppose were decent) thinking it to be my friend's. One day this guy messaged me tat its some other person after which i deleted the number. Now today he gave missed calls and sent abusive messages asking my name

                  Eg; Dai ###, tel da. I also having work da. U oly send message to me first.

                  K , i'll leave u, can u give your lover no or your......?

                  Tel your detail da. Else ll ask too about your family da ......

                  Hurt and not able to bear his nuisance i finally revealed my name. I was taken aback by such an educated fellow using so abusive language. I am writing this with lot of anguish and hope you are able to sense that seeing the intensity of his words. Today its me and tomorrow its someother person. So pls take steps to atleast warn that guy and make him understand the use of telecom services.

                    We would like to inform you that we are unable to process your request of providing PUK 2 code, hence we request you to purchase a new TATA DOCOMO number in order to avail TATA DOCOMO service. Also be informed that you need to visit Tata Docomo outlet with passport size photograph along with your proof of identity and proof of address to purchase duplicate SIM, and the cost of duplicate SIM is Rs.49. And also be informed that as per the process we would unable to refund the amount of Rs. 49.

                      Hi, I have take TataDocomo SIM last tuesday, submitted the documents (Rent agreement and DL) and got it activitated on Wednesday (01-Feb-2012). Today (06-Feb-2012) I got a message saying I have to submit the documents for continuation of services.
                      FYI, I purchased the SIM in RT nagar area in a mobile vendor shop. My number is [protected].
                      I want to know why I am asked to resubmit the documents again?
                      Have the documents not reached the TataDocomo? If so, why should the company not confirm with the vendor whether the documents have been submitted to them or not? Since the company knows from whom the request for Activation of the SIM came, they should first question the vendor why the documents have not been sent to them. The vendor can not say that he did not recieve the docs from customer, because, without docs, he is not supposed to send the request for activation.

                      So, this issue has to be resolved between the company and vendor. The customer should not be asked time again to submit the documents. After all, every document is a paper and we all have responsibility to save the environment.

                        i was using a tata docomo no.[protected] by my name "abhishek dalvi"
                        six months back my this no. was blocked for exceeding of credit limit. i went up to the relationship center near my place in pimpri.
                        the people asked me to make a payment of 1500 twice,and there was no responsible guys or manager to whom i could talk!
                        then i give an application for shut down the number.
                        and even then tata docomo are call me and asking me to pay the outstanding bill .of Rs 3000
                        and i have told this to many tata docomo Representative over time !
                        and i am sick of tell them again n agian.
                        and i have all the receipt of all the payment i have done !

                        I am Manjunath writing in this regard against TATA DOCOMO mobile services, wherein I had purchased the sim card from the same.

                        Due to very bad signal strength I was not able to connect to my clients and I had a very bad experience from my client aswell, as I am working in a healthcare division and in a very respectable position.

                        When I enquired about the same with the company I did not have a acceptable answer, for which I asked them to cancel the services from the second month after paying my first month bills in full.

                        Now I am using Airtel which I am satisfied, But I am being pressurized to pay the bills from the second month till date for which I am not using. But the company staff is not in a position to listen the same and just asking for payments.

                        I have deposit of Rs. 300/- with the company which I have to clear the same.

                        i wish I get a descent judgement in this regard from the forum.

                        I need a speedy response in this regard for which I am not able to work in the organisation. I cannot use two numbers now as now I am already using AIRTEL as I told you.

                        I have purchased tata Indicom photon plus.The speed and the customer service is pathetic. i had posted my request for cancellation before my bill cycle period. But they had accept my after my bill cycle period. my total will was something around 800 rs. i used to pay my bill online. and that time also i was accessing my A/C online but these people blocked my number and deactivate my service. so i had called the customer care regarding this issue that i can't access my A/C and i need to pay off my bill they said ok we have noted down your query will look forward to this. after 1 month a lady call me from tata photon costumer care she said your 1000 rs amt bill is pending pls pay your bill . i said how come 1000 rs it was 800 she said no this is the due date charges amount i said i will only pay 800 rs cause i have already registered my complaint regarding my A/C deactivation she said ok just pay 800 bugs only i told them to sent some executive to receive the payment from my office she said ok i will send some one... 2 days passed away but no body came to receive the payment & she continuously calling me for the payment and i always say pls send somebody to my office i'll nt be here for nxt week so pls send someone in this week only and asap. she always say ok i will. Now after 1 month somebody else is calling me from tata photon and saying the madam your payment is due pls pay your bill otherwise i'll send you legal notice. i mean this yaar.. they are torturing their customer. Now i am out off town i don't have Internet access and he is speaking very rudely and nonsense ... "no find some place where you can have the Internet access otherwise I'll send you legal notice"..

                        Now what should i do.. this such big companies act like so nonsense.. I'll recommend everyone not to buy Photon it's pathetic..
                        I have disconnected my Post paid connection this month. and already paid my all due bills But still getting Tata docomo bills. And called to customer care but their is no proper response
                        Please help me regarding this situation.

                        I HAVE BEEN USING YOUR SIM CARD PASSED 4-5 MONTHS. I USE A POSTPAID ACCOUNT AND ON THE 12TH OF LAST MONTH I ASKED ONE OF THE COUSTOMER CARE MEMBER TO ACTIVATE AN INTERNET 3G PACK OF RS.99/- BEFORE WHICH I WAS USING A RS.99/- 2G NET PACK AND THEY ACTIVATED THE 3G ONLY OF RS.45/- WHICH WAS A ONE DAY PACK AND THEY FAILED TO INFORM ME. THE COUSTOMER CARE MEMBER SAID THAT HE WOULD DEACTIVATE MY 2G PLAN.HE SAID TO ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 72 HRS TO ACTIVATE THE PACK. AFTER 72 HRS ALSO THE PACK WAS NOT ACTIVATED, SO I REQUESTED THEM TO DO SO. THEY INFORMED ME THAT 3G CANNOT BE ACTIVATED ON MY SIM AND HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE MORE TIME TO ACTIVATE AND IN THE EVENING WHEN I TRIED TO FETCH INFORMATION IT WASYET NOT ACTIVATED, SO AROUND 10pm I REQUESTED AGAIN FOR MY PACK ACTIVATION. ON 14TH AROUND 11pm I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THE COUSTOMER CARE REGUARDING THE ACTIVATION OF THE INTERNET PACK. TWO DAYS LATER I GOT THE BILLING DETAILS OF MY ACCOUNT WHICH WAS OF A GREAT SHOCK TO ME AND WAS COSTING RS.2500/-. LATER TO ENQUIRE ABOUT IT WHEN I CONTACTED TO THE COUSTOMER CARE, THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE INTERNET USAGE.
                        WHEN WE ENQUIRED FURTHER THEY SAID THAT DUE TO YOUR BILL RECYCLING WE COULD RECHARGE ONLY OF RS.45/- AND NOT RS.99/-.
                        MY OUT GOING CALLS WERE STOPPED WITH OUT ANY PRE INFORMATION. WHEN WE CALLED THE COUSTOMER CARE THEY REPLIED SAYING YOU HAVE CROSSED THE BILL LIMIT AND SO YOU’RE OUT GOING CALLS ARE BLOCKED.

                        Hi,

                        I have used post paid sim for 1 year, i am getting too much bills, so i decided to close that i have call to the customer care and given compliant that i want to close this sim, they replied pay the last bill and call me, we can close here she replied, i have the same thing.

                        After 1 month i received a bill of 200 rupees, actually after last bill i have not used that sim, not even single outgoing and single incoming, but still they started billing, i have called them i asked the question, they replied no porblem we will close, same happens in the next month, after 4 months my bill around 1950/INR, i shocked, they are telling pay total bill other wise legal process on you.

                        They keep on sending legal mails from last 3 days.

                        I have not even used 1 single day that sim, why these guys are doing like this games to get money and commisions.

                        I also taken this serious whos ever running this, NANDINI (OWNER), the recovery third party doing some hidden market underway.

                        Please suggest me, help me to close these kind of guys in the market.

                          Google applications will not work on TataDocomo. Error is that there is not a working data communications link. Also RSS newsfeeds do not update. These applications worked fine with Aircell. Why not TataDocomo?

                          I have contacted TATA photon internet customer care[protected], on Friday 26th oct.
                          i placed a request for a new modem based tata photon internet connection.
                          my contact details were taken by customer care executive and i was told that their representative will contact me and visit my place with said modem on said timing, next day..
                          i kept waiting..but no one contacted me or came to me.
                          i contacted the customer care again on Sunday 28th, the representative apologized and told me that their executive will visit me on Monday 29th and my contact details were again confirmed..
                          again on Monday i kept waiting for their representative but to my agony only...

                          my tata photon dongle no. is [protected] . I had recharged it on 27 june(at evening) 2015. but I have no access to Internet. I had call to customer care no. 5 times. but my problem is not solved yet.
                          I had recharged dongle with 249 rupee.
                          I did not use this dongle for 2 years. but before recharge I confirmed that my account is activate. I confirmed it from call centre. Now if I try to call to service centre than they did not accept my call

                              This is regarding Tata photon USB this connection was taken before three months and while taking this connection all the require documents was submitted to the retailer (Danish [protected]) and this documents was also submitted by the retailer to tata photon within seven days and same ,has i had word with the retailer also . I was provided with the tata photon nodal office by the customer care people assuring i will get the solution over their i spoke to Sneha and suhas in nodel desk they said that i have to submit all the documents once again has they don’t no were my documents are.This was also inform to them that i had a word with the retailer that we has submitted the documents, but still they kept on same that we need the documents once again , this show that day dont want to search the documets
                              My question is is the retailer have submitted the documents were is my documents second question if Tata Photon have not received my documents they should contacted me within one month instead of blocking my service i have got the assaurement from the retailer that he has submitted all the documents (pan card copy ,electricity bill, ration card copy,2passport size photo )now this the duty of the Tata Photon to search the documents is its misplace by them .Is cannot be done by them then they will have to refund me the connection charges of Rs 2000.00 and recharge which i have done of Rs 1000.00 or else activate my service , as i will not submit my documents again.

                                i purchased a new tata docomo gsm sim , coz you guys blocked ma 2.5yr old docomo sim last month. . .
                                n i gave ma clean printed id proof copy n passport size photograph to that shopkeeper/dealer or whatever . .. He said, ur sim will get activated within 2hrs or max 12hrs. . .but nw itz been past 48hrs..
                                So,, may i know what the hell is wrong with tata docomo sim activation team.. Or whatever those people sitting here.. ..
                                I got exausted ba asking that shopkeeper when when that sim get activated he say ask at tata docomo regional office..
                                So do i have to go there just to please them n say i beg you do activate ma sim.. Do i got nothing to do,.. I do call your customer care they also not so co operative fellas.. I m telling you if ma sim not get activated within next 24hrs. . I'll do drag you guys in consumer court.. ..

                                Itz enough man.. If you cant give best service to general people then dont yell out in your t.v ads that you are so great .. No1 in customer satisfaction..

                                  From last few months i have continuous balance deduction problem,

                                  Yesterday[protected] they had charged me 10 rs for vGames renewal which i had not activated or not used,

                                  On[protected] they had charged me for the same 10rs

                                  When i give complaint about this they said on[protected] u will neverr b charged again

                                  But they had charged me just one day after this on[protected]

                                  Before this on near about 15 October 2011 (did not remember the date exactly) they had charged me 99 rs on the name of Rascal movie download, which I'd not downloaded and even i had never use there site www.divein.com

                                  Before this one day they had charged me 30rs for game downloading but, same i had not downloaded.


                                  Every time when i told them that your company(tata docomo) had charged me wrongly and give me my money back,
                                  They all always say like an tape recorder, that sir all fault is yours and we will not give you your money back.

                                  And the all balance deduction had been done when ever i had recharged my account by more then 100 rs.

                                  Because of this balance deduction i had faced so many problem,

                                  I want to fine them for there this improper balance deduction, not supporting on customer care and online support,

                                  I want my money back and also want fine from them, for there miss-behaveiour.

                                  Please sir help me, if need of filing an complaint in consumer court, i can do this also.

                                  Help me, and Guide me to right path.

                                  today they have also deducted 21 rupees from my balance...u can check out not a single request for any service activation has been asked from my side... already i have complaint about deduction of 14, 23 and 4 rupees in last 10 days. what u people are doing. this are continuously auto deducting my balance... they are fraud, cheater and choor.

                                      I'm using TATA DOCOMO sim from a year.
                                      Before one month by mistake i've activated HOLLYWOOD SIZZELERS pack on my number [protected]...
                                      To deactivate that pack i've called TATA DOCOMO customer care more than 20 times.but no use..
                                      Each time when i called they were telling pack will be deactivated within 4 hours and get confirmation message.
                                      Untill now i dint get any confirmation message and that pack is still active on my number.
                                      Please help me in deactivting that service.

                                        I have been using TATA DOCOMO network from last 2 years. There is one service preloaded in every sim card called as '"M-wallet or M-check. Whenever u insert sim into mobile and switch on every time an automatic service command appear on screen and ask for free registration of M-check service. This asks "Do you want to register on M-check?" with 2 options 'OK' and 'BACK/CANCEL'. Now the point is that even if Registration is free whether you press OK or BACK. BUT FROM[protected] TATA DOCOMO DEDUCTING 3 RUPEE EVERY TIME M-CHECK AUTOMATICALLY APPEAR ON SCREEN. NO MATTER YOU PRESS 'OK' or 'BACK/CANCEL BUTTON. I frequently change my 2,3 SIM cards and lost 3 rupee every time on all sim with different handsets. 121 or 198 helpline is useless. This may happen with you also so post here and give suggestions
