i am not interested this serivces poor network, not use 3g it is third class serivce

      The service provided by tata docomo is hopeless.i have been subscribed to packs which i have not requested and without my prior knowledge my balance has been deducted ,and this has been repeated quite a large number of times without any successful redressal .i am extremely unhappy at the harassment that i have been facing as the customer care provide no useful service at all.i also am extremely unhappy and do not desire this kind of service.i have lost a lot of balance like this and i do not wish to lose that again. my mobile no is : [protected] please see to it that i do not have to face such problems in the future.

      Tata Docomo — Without Prior Information Closed My Number

      Sir I m using my no. from past around 6 year in Jan 2011 i have posrt my number from BSNL to TATA DOCOMO ([protected]). It was working well from 6 months then suddenly it turned off on 21/06/2011 without any prior information or warning. Then i went to TATA DOCOMO office for the same they said u have have not submitted the documents so it is now turned off. I submitted my documents they said it will start in 24 hours but then i called at customer care they said it will work in 24 hours after 24 hours it didn't work then i went to TATA DOCOMO office they said it is turned of permanently. Sir for god sake make some solution. It is BULLYING of company. Company can do anything without prior notice. Please HELP !!!

        ON 2ND JANUARY 2012 I GOT THE SMS FROM TATA DOCOMO THAT YOU HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO LOVE ALERTS AT RS 30/- AT 10.45 AM.
        I IMMEGIATELY CALL 121 (CUSTOMER CARE) AND STATE THAT WITHOUT MY CONSENT YOU ACTIVATED THE SCHEME OF LOVE ALERTS & ALSO CHARGED RS.30/- FOR THAT.
        THIS WAS HAPPENED NOT ONLY 1ST TIME , THE SEVERAL TIMES DOCOMO ACTIVITED THE SCHEME WITHOUT CONSENT OF THE ME .
        CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE MR. SURAJ GAVE ME THE DOC. NO.PSG[protected] AND TOLD ME YOUR ACTIVATED SCHEME WILL BE CLOSE & AMT. OF RS. 30/- ALSO REVERTED TO YOU WITHIN 3 HOURS.
        MY SCHEME HAS BEEN CLOSED NOW BUT MY AMT. HAS NOT BEEN REVERTED YET.AFTER THAT MANY TIMES I CALLED ON 121 BUT I DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE.
        SO THIS KIND OF DEDUCTION DOCOMO IS CONTINUING EVERY AFTER 1 OR 1.5 MONTHS. I DO NOT WANT SUCH A KIND O[censored]NLIKE DEDUCTIONS.
        SO YOU PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE THE ACTION AT THE EARLIEST.

        Tata Docomo — charging Rs 30/- without my consent

        I am having this Tata Docomo No. [protected]. Last month twice Rs 30/- was deducted from my Account without my prior knowledge. That time, after lodging complaint, I was assured by Company, that this thing will not happen again. Only after one month, today I got a message from No 52250 saying 'thanks for downloading value pack NatashaAngel" I have not downloaded anything, nor called any of your faltu numbers. Still I am charged Rs 30/- again. Stop this cheating, and refund my money. Otherwise i will throw 2 of your Docomo simcards and 3 Tata Indicom numers in dustbin and tell all my friends to stop using Tata simcards.

          Sir,
          I got a message from Tata Docomo in my mobile no. [protected] that stated that if I recharged with Rs. 18 than I will get Rs. 36 talk time. At the time of recharge I will get Rs. 18 and another after 3 days. I recharged with Rs. 18 voucher on 03/01/2012 But after 3 days when I did not get the Balance Rs. 18 talktime I contacted the customer care, the representative told me that after 11.59 pm of 05/01/2012 my account will be credited. On 6th Jan I again contacted customer care at that time another representative (Rashmi Ali) told me that after 5 days I will get the Talktime. Again that did not happen and on 9/01/2012 I contacted the customer care. Another representative (Arpita) told me that the offer is not applicable in my mobile number.
          In this connection please look into the matter

              Hi,

              My name is Himanshu Aggarwal. On 06/01/2012 at around 01.30 a.m., I subscribed for a GPRS pack of Rs. 65/- online in which I get 2.5 GB internet with 30 days validity. I got a verification code on my mobile phone( Number- [protected]) which I was supposed to enter to activate the pack. I entered the code and after that what I found was instead of Rs 65 the amount deducted from balance was Rs 130/-. I tried calling the customer service whole day but nobody picked up the phone. I even complained it online but did not get any response from them. I request you to kindly take a note of this and help me getting back the deducted amount.

                i have recharged my cellular no-[protected] with Internet service pack amount Rupees 95.00 on 03.01.2012, and the transaction number is [protected]. but the net is not access in my mobile from 03.01.2012 to 06.01.2012. i have again recharge Rupees 10.00 in main account on 03.01.2012. the transaction number is [protected]. again i recharge my number with Rupees 50 in my main account of cellular number as specified above for talk time on 04.01.2012,the transaction number is [protected]. I have already made so many calls to the customer care of TATADOCOMO. but yet they hasn't activate my Internet access facility. yet i am unable to access Internet in my handset . they told me every time when i made call that the problem will resolve in couple of hours or within 3 or 4 hours. but nothing happen. my problem still remains as on 07.01.2012. please do the needful.

                        Dear Sirs,

                        On 20.12.2011, I purchased a Docomo SIM no. [protected] from M/S Kalpana Associates, next to M/S Das Glass Company, Grand Road, PO/ Dist- Puri (Orissa)
                        Pin- 752001, submitting all documents demanded by them, such as, photocopies of my PAN and SBI Pass Book. In fact, I had taken some more documents like, Gas Book, Adhar Card, but they termed all these as useless and accepted only the PAN & the PB. Incidentally, the franchise owner and his employee demanded only SBI Pass Book as no other pass book was acceptable to them and fortunately, myself being an ex-executive of SBI I had SBI Pass Book of Badasankha Branch, code 06944, my pension paying branch.

                        After close scrutiny by an employee, Mr. Bibhu by name of documents submitted by me and on payment of Rs30/-, one receipt was issued to me with much reluctance along with the SIM.

                        Things went on smoothly for three/ four days when I received repeated messages urging me to submit documents. Despite all my prefixed appointments and commitments, I had to visit the SIM issuing centre to know the purport of the message. Mr. Bibhu told me that, as my application was rejected by their Bhubaneswar authorities, I should submit one fresh application with fresh enclosures.

                        I never said no, but wanted my old application and documents back before submitting a fresh set. But, Mr. Bibhu told me that the rejected applications were never returned. However, he told me to come the next day with the required documents after my repeated insistence.

                        To my good luck, Mr. Bibhu was ready with the old forms the next morning and the fresh set of documents was exchanged. I also charged Rs80/- worth of rechage vouchers which swelled the balance in the SIM to around Rs100/-.

                        A day after the recharge of the vouchers as above, I found to my utter amazement that my balance was cut down by Rs80/- without mysel[censored]sing the SIM any further. Similar messages urging me to submit documents started coming which bothers me now even after ten days of resubmission and re-verification of documents. The SIM is now as good as dead with no balance to support my call and I have not been courageous enough to recharge it with more value based on my ongoing experience.

                        Hope my woes would be redressed.

                          I have taken a sim for my wife Trupti Patra bearing No.[protected] since 25.08.2009. During this period company has deducted (looted) a huge amount in the name of different service which was beyond our knowledge. Even if this type of activity of the Company created misunderstanding among us. Then I monitored closely and could know about this type of illegal deduction by the Company.During 2nd half of November, I reported the same vide complain No.[protected] and after that a balance of Rs.50/- was refunded by the Company with an assurance not to repeat the same in future. Again on 29.12.2011 a message was received that "you have subscribed to Love Tips at Rs.0.00 till 28 Jan 2012. On 30.12.2012, I recharged Rs.50/- and got message that "Recharge of Rs.50 is success full, current balance is Rs.44.19". On 31.Dec. I received a message that "Your subscription to National News has been renewed at Rs.30 till 29.01.2012. To stop dial 155223 (Toll free). On same 31st Dec I received another message that "Your subscription to Cricket Combo has been renewed at Rs.l3.19 till 13.01.2012. To Stop dial 155223(Toll Free).
                          To day on 3rd January I tried to contact Customer Care personnels to report these matter and after an effort of 2 hour some one received the phone and told that "all these are system generated. I will look into the matter and revert back. Your complain has been registered and the number is GBC [protected].Further today about 11.15 am I rang to [protected] more than 10 times but no body attended the call. About 5 pm a lady called me back and asked me about the reason of calling. I reported the same thing to her also. She told "already DND has been registered against your number since 13.12.2012 and you should not have received this type of message. Still if you have received this type of message kindly forward it to this number. There after we shall look into the matter." Accordingly I forwarded 1 message of 31.12 regarding deduction of Rs.13.19 and for this Rs.0.60 was deducted from my balance.
                          Hence, I demand that Company (1) to provide me a statement of calls and recharge since 25.08.2009. (2) to refund the entire amount of hidden deduction (loot amount) since 25.08.2009.

                            I bought tata docomo card within 24 hours card was active. i submited the car licence & Photo. i was using my card on 5 days. after 5 days outgoing was closed. i am going to my shop he said ur photo not good so u give me another photo ur card will start. i have some work prob. i was submited my photo after 20 days. in this period my incoming calls aslo closed. when i was going to customer care he said ur card was canclled because the shop my had told us thats y i am start ur card without docs clear (They have permission to Start card on shop man having guarattee). I told them how can u cancelled my card becaused i am using this card 1 week..& send ing some messges to my freiend. So he said u r not submitted ur docs that y canclled ur car. I told them i was submited my car licence & photo but photo had some scrach so i was not khow that photo was submit u wihin days... so they said i cound't do any help for u...

                            My question is any shop man how can the star ur card without docs clear & how tata docomo right to without intimation u can cancelled any cards....they can call customer for verious offers but any required docs they was not call any customer............This is very big issue for our security also becase any one buy a new card & shop man permittion to start the card & then after one week card automatically closed... this is very big issue...

                              I bought Docomo Sim a couple of days back and i am really very frustated with the poor network.There will be no signal indoors...Not even a single point....and it often shows no network area (Mylapore and Ennore ,Chennai are no network areas for docomo!!!).This is seriously disappointing and now i regret for switching over from my Airtel number.Hope to get the problem fixed soon.

                                I used to receive bill of only 800 to 900 per month. We asked them to cancel the service but then the very next month we received a bill of 3914 rupees and we were threatened saying that we would be dragged to the court if we fail to pay the bill and many complaints given by us to them were unread and unattended. So we have paid the amount of 4014 rupees on 3rd January 2012.

                                  This is the worst connection.It has horrible customer service.People in customer service are least bothered to solve the issues.even google doesn't open with this connection
                                  Speed is very very slow.. not more then 40 kbps..not worth waste of money.. big company with bad service.

                                  I have recently shifted to Tata Photon Plus unlimited plan....no.[protected]
                                  My complaints are manifolds...

                                  1. All I can say is that their speed is nowhere close to what they claim. For first few days I got decent speed but after the allotted limit (5GB) exceeded, it became insufferable.

                                  2. More importantly, once I paid the bill for the next month, the speed should have increased till I use my next 5GB. But it never happened. Even the low speed fluctuates and at times fails to open some sites. If this is the situation in Mumbai I wonder how it is in remote places.

                                  3. Even placing a complaint is difficult. I tried to post this comment on their complaints forums but they were showing random errors everytime I tried to post.

                                  I am a user with Tata Photon Plus, [protected]. For over the past 6 month, I have an issue with the service provider with the speed which has been promised by the service provider is 3.1 Mbps anywhere in the country. The speed at my home hardly fluctuates between 60 Kbps to 150 Kbps, which is not even 10% of speed promised. Despite several complaint, the service provided to me was of no use. I have been damaged with my work and have been losing my incentives with the false promise of the service provider. The last complaint was registered on 01/04/2011 and the date and time of the resolution was 02/04/2011 at 11:00 a.m. The complaint number is PTC[protected]. I would like the Service Provider to fulfill the promises made with the speed or would pay my damages at any cost.

                                  On March 1st week, I enquired a guy who is sitting outside my office for this Tata Photon + reg plans and package. He told me I have corporate benefits where I get discounts and device cost less than getting outside outlets. So I gave him 1500 bugs to get the device, he asked me a residential proof, I got a letter frm my hr and gave him the necessary details. He told it wil get activated in 24 hrs, but tht didn happen, so I called him n askd abt the activation, he told it wil get activated by tomoro...thn I again I waited till nxt day but still nt activated. He keep disconnecting my calls, thn on 4th day a call from Tata photon saying that a welcome call, thn they activated it. Also they told me thy wud cme 4 verification. meanwhile I recevd 10 welcome calls stating my plans, I patiently attended every call. Aftr a week they send me a bill stating they billed for 2 days, as per the billing cycle.I paid that too....later on i waas nt able to connect to internet, I called customer care..they told me they barred my service..I ask y..they told me ur address verification is not done...bt I told, none of thm came to my hme for verification...n hw can u diconnect my service without my prior concern. they apologised and told tht they wud send a person latest by tomoro...i waited..bt tht guy didn turn up..I again called cust care..this time I approces nodel officer..they told they wud def..wil send the guys for verification...then a guy cme to my hme 4 verification..askng my address proof...I told him i already submitted the proofs...he told me thts different dept..u need to submit again...i spoke to the cust care again n told him I already submitted..so y shud I submit again. He told its alright u need nt submit to him...u sign those docs n give to him. Thn my conection was activated, the next day ..they again barred my service.. I called cust care and they told me tht I didnt attend welcome call..so they barred my service(hw silly it is)..i told him..i hav attended 10 welcome calls n even tht day morning i attended a call..I was so irate..he told Ill activate my service...its activated...the next day..again my service is barred..with all the hope ..i called cust care...they told me this time..my address verification is negative...my goodness...a guy cme to my house and did all verification...nw they say its negative???(its totally crap)..i spoke to the nodal officers...n they told me it wil get rectified by nxt day.....this was last friday evening(apr 1st 2011) still now I havent received a call frm anyone...n my service is nt activated.....i totally went out of control...i lost my patience...pissed off with their service...n the reason they gimme for barring the service.....ITS TOTAL CRAP...u won have peaceful life....i[censored] get their device. I donno abt others...bt its my practical exp..im new to blr...so i donna any lawyers to sue Tata photon....else I wud lodge a compliant.

                                  Tata photon is ia useless service. They slowdown your speed delibratetly so that u cannot use much download facility. Generally for 4-5 days in a new billing cycle speed is ok but it reduces drastically threafter. I had even complained to their M.D. but of no use. better dont buy their connection. its a .
                                  I've logged calls 4 to 5 times..none of you bother to escalate the call nor give me a call back. Now you are telling me you are commited to resolve my issue to my satisfaction...what the heck is that...My service is barred on March 30th 2011 and still now my service is not active(April 11th 2011) none called me back about this issue...where is your customer satisfaction gone..I've recorded all the interaction I had with you lousy representatives...so dont fool around people for heaven sake...PEOPLE BEAWRE OF THESE PEOPLE...they will do all sorts of these...but you will not be benefited of any!!!

                                  Tata Photon+ — low speed

                                  tata photon does not give the desired speed. i have taken the prepaid plan. i rechared with rs.750 for unlimited download with a speed of 3.1Mbps for the 1st gb and 64kbps afterwards. but the post speed was only 10-15 kbps. i complaint a lot to photon cust.care but they dont take seriously.they only give useless opinions. surely and certainly the are eating the consumers money.
                                  they does not provide the difference between KB and Kb at the time of schemes,plans.
                                  so, clearly know everything before u want to take.

                                  i (shivkumar r.b.)bought the tata photon+ data card (no:[protected])two months before &i activated the 700 rs unlimited plan,but i get speed of 3-4 kbps at all,no customer support is available for that,so guys dont buy the tata photon data card,its just waste o[censored]r money..........my problem is not solved yet.

                                  Tata Photon+ — slow speed

                                  The photon plus device that I am using is so frustrating that i feel like throughing it or flushing it. The mobile number for the device is [protected]. To load a simple page like google.com it takes ages. I have already complaint twice but nothing has happened. Infact the speed has only gone down. I know its a capped thing but not even getting a speed of 1kbps once I have reached 5gb is pathetic when they call is unlimited usage for the month at the highest speed.

If not or you want to make excuses dont even bother calling as the last time you called, you just made excuses n fooled me by telling me to change a few things which showed a different thing than what your representative said.                                   NEVER GO FOR TATA PHOTON, THEY ARE JUST CHEATER, SPEED WHAT THEY SHOW NEVER COMES.
                                  I am Rajesh Kumar customer of tata photon whiz. My photon whiz number is [protected]. I have recharged my photon whiz on 13-jan-2013, for Rs.199 (home zone offer). But on 15-jan-2013 my photon whiz is very slow, the speed was between the range of 0-0.5 kbps. when i contacted customer care they did not responding well. When i took this photon whiz to nearest i care center there it working fine, but in my home area it is not working from the above mentioned date. The person from i care center insisted me to make a complaint to customer care about the network problem in your area. so i called to customer care and requested to make a complaint regarding this issue, but they neglected to make a complaint regarding this issue. With this speed i can't load a single page. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  ta ta photon+ one say that when GB will over in unlimited plan you will get a speed of 153 kbps but i am getting speed of 2 to 20 bps and sometime it reaches to bites.when my GB was not over i was getting a speed of 100-150 kbps and they say you will get a speed of 3.1mbps.

                                  It is repeatedly complained to the department, still no body is resolving my complaint.
                                  Since last Month TATA photon Max Wi-Fi connection giving the slow speed, instead of promised 2.4 to 6.2 MBPS I am getting hardly 0.05 to 0.7MBPS speed, some times it is giving up to 1.1 MBPS average (Rarely) speed.
                                  May I know what is the way forward to resolve this speed issue permanently?
                                  Earlier I had TATA Photon+ connection due to slow speed of that I had to change to TATA Wi-Fi connection. Still I am facing same problem. No body from company seems to be compatible enough to address my issue satisfactorily.
                                  I felt I have been cheated with this.
                                  Please guide what is way forward.

                                    Myself Darshan Avasare, using Tata Docomo service (Sim No. [protected]), receiving unwanted SMS from the service provider Personalized Horoscope Pack and my balance is reducing @ RS.10/- after receiving every SMS. I have complained to Tata Docomo Customer Care but thay are not taking it seriously. They are expressing sorry but doing the same mischeif time and again. As per customer care the amount which was deducted earlier through SMS (like Keeda Pack, Joke etc.) will be credited as these are unwanted to me but nothing happened. Inspite of complaining they are sending this type of SMS and debiting regularly. This is not only my problem many other people also facing same proble. My question is where to complain against TATA DOCOMO and how to get back my money which they have deducted by malprictice. From where i will get JUSTICE?
