I IMMEGIATELY CALL 121 (CUSTOMER CARE) AND STATE THAT WITHOUT MY CONSENT YOU ACTIVATED THE SCHEME OF LOVE ALERTS & ALSO CHARGED RS.30/- FOR THAT.
THIS WAS HAPPENED NOT ONLY 1ST TIME , THE SEVERAL TIMES DOCOMO ACTIVITED THE SCHEME WITHOUT CONSENT...

I bought Docomo Sim a couple of days back and i am really very frustated with the poor network.There will be no signal indoors...Not even a single point....and it often shows no network area (Mylapore and Ennore ,Chennai are no network areas for docomo!!!).This is seriously disappointing and now i regret for switching over from my Airtel number.Hope to get the problem fixed soon....
