Respected Sir,

My mobile Number : [protected], Dated :10/12/2011 Time : 10:15 to 10:37, Wrongly Deducted SMS Charges, Per sms Rs 1/ deducted by company after 100 sms.

I am not satisfied with your company's reply

Tata Docomo Company have dual policy for customers.

MNP Customer not get 200 sms per day per Rs 1 while while tata docomo Customer gets 200 sms per day per Rs 1.

Dual Policy - New Way of Cheating MNP Customer

Company has wrongly deducted Rs 80/- by imposing Strange rule for MNP Customer.

I request Tata Docomo Customer care to give me Refund of Rs.80 wrongly charged for such kind of dual policy

If Our SIM card is of TATA DOCOMO & we are tata docomo customer than how company can deduct sms charges for MNP CUSTOMER not for Tata Docomo customer

No information given from tata docomo company of such kind of rule at any where.
Neither on website nor by customer care department &
not even when we join tata docomo company through mnp

I request Tata Docomo Company to take steps against such kind of Rule & Give me Refund of Rs 80/- wrongly deducted

It is a lesson & alert for customers who wish to JOIN TATA DOCOMO COMPANY VIA MNP.
Company have dual standard & dual policy for MNP Customers & own customers

    Sending us bills from past 2 months as we have asked to surrender the connection 2 months before: As 100s of times we have written the same to you but people at tata ducomo just don't want to hear and asking only for the payments against your fake bills.

    We are again stating you the entire scenario once again to you all.

    We have a tata photon connection having connection no.:[protected]. We have made a complain on 22-Oct-2011 asking to terminate the service of this Internet connection due to issue in speed. Based on our complain we have been asked to make the payment of our earlier invoice and we have done the same on 24-Oct-2011.

    Now many of the times the service engineers used to call us to check the speed of the connection and also asked to provide the screen shots of the current speed. During this trial process of the technical / support team of tata docomo, they have not surrender our connection and send us with one more invoice. When we have asked about this invoice, we are shocked to hear that due to the usages of this connection, we have to make this payment.

    Moreover the support team have added that the photon operate at an average speed of 256 kbps to 400kbps and also added Rs.150/- in the invoice for on-site visit of the engineer, where there was no prior information for any of these.

    People from tata docomo used to call us on daily basis and harassing us for making the payment of there such fake invoice and torture us by stating that the connection will only be canceled if we will make the payment of all the invoices. We do not understand the following:
    1. Why we are forced to pay such bills for the worst service and inefficient of the tata.
    2. Why don't you provide the fresh copy of the invoice for the period end as on 21-Oct-2011 and clear the outstanding.
    3. In spite of repeated reminders why you do not disconnect the connection.

    All such practice of tata is just to cheat the customer.

      Hey dude contact customer care for PUK and PIN because if you wrongly enter for more then 3times sim will block and you have to buy duplicate sim. Its not consumer complaint papa.

          Sir, I am using Tata Photon+ for more than a year (right from Aug, 2010 approx). It was getting more or less 600Kbps speed (more than your so called average speed). But for the past 3 to 4 weeks, I am getting very poor speed as low as .1 or even lower than that. The speed is 600Kbps at the morning times but in the evening the internet is connecting with this very low speed as I mentioned.

          I visited the TataDocomo Shop (Radha nagar Main Road, Chromepet, Chennai 600044.) at my area and made a Complaint over there on 5th DEC 2011. The next day a lady called me from Tata and told the service person would come to my home and also she asked for my time of convenience. I preferred 8 PM since the speed is terribly slow at that time. She agreed but they sent the service person next day (7th DEC, 2011) morning around 11 AM. As I mentioned earlier, I am getting better speed at the morning time, the service person comes in the morning and closed my complaint as the speed is average.

          He came to me and took some test in speedtest.net website and he closed my complaint as I am getting 400kbps and it is the average speed. I insisted that I am getting very less speed. Also I showed him my speedtest.net screenshots I took at the last night. But they were not ready to hear me. And the arrogant service person is not responding to my words but tellingme that he doesn't know anything about my queries. All he knows is I am getting 400kbps speed at that time. If I said I am not satisfied with this service, He replied that he can't do anything for that.

          As I said, there is a Docomo store is near by my house and they are getting more than 2Mbps speed connection. The service person himself told that repeaters are kept for them to get such speeds. I asked to keep the same for me but is said it is not available for the customers. I suppose, you people are using repeaters only for the store to cheat people with demos and wont serve the customers at all. Right?

          And again, the lady called to me to get the feedback about the service. I told them that I am not satisfied with the service. She told that I am getting average speed if the problem persists i am going to make a complaint once again with the screenshots. Also she told I will be charged 150 Rupees as the service charge which will be added to my bill amount. I don't know why you people are charging for the unresolved service even the mistake is from your side but not from my side.

          The same evening I was getting terribly slow speed and disconnection of internet very often. I made a call to the customer care number[protected] which is mentioned on the Photon Dialer software. And made the complaint once again. I explainted everything to him and he said he has taken this complaint as a serious one and it will be resolved by 8th DEC 2011(today). He also said they will send the service person on this day. But No one came here and the problem is not yet resolved. Yes, I am taking the snapshots and gathering evidences that I am not using any background download softwares, download manager, torrents etc. After making two complaints, the problem is still persisting and I am making my 3rd complaint here.

          What I need:
          1. Resolve my low speed issue (use repeater or whatever)
          2. The problem is from your side and I am getting charged 150 rupees for service person attending. Make sure, It is not going to be added to my Bill for sure.

          If my complaint is not resolved and the problem still persists, I think I can sue you with my evidences. So, Please take appropriate action and try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

When i made an enquiry about this at the customer care centre, an Amit kumar told me that the balance would be reversed within 2 hours ...and still no response ...

                Hi I am an unfortunate cust of this docomo...but thankfully m with airtel as a postpaid cust from 2 yrs which really m happy about.....and about docomo they are really cheap.....i have anum [protected] which i alwaysrecharge for 150....and i had 116 balance i activate 5 rs 50 mb pack....and hardly ive used it for browsing done any browsing and the balance is 0.49 paise.....shameless thiefs....shameless than any congresss politician....and if i call cc he places me on hold for 22 mins ....and still running next to me this is what you are F--king SERVICE....YOU HAVE LOST ME FOR LIFE I WILL ENSURE NOBODY IN MY FAMILY USES CHEAP SERVICES OF YOURS....BE HAPPY WITH MY UNUSED 111RS....AS TIPS...AS YOU ARE A CHEAP COMPANY...UNFAIR RULES IS SOMETHING THAT U DO AND M JUST EXAMPLE.....2DAY I WILL WAIT IF YOU DONT RESPOND ME BACK ON MY AIRTEL NUMBER [protected]....TRUST ME YOU CAN EXPECT A LETTER TO DOT.COM FROM ME AS WELL I WILL MAKE SURE

                DoCoMo Prepaid — no activation of sim yet

                I purchased docomol Prepaid SIM () on[protected]. The dealer said, 20-June-2009 mornings, would activate. But the whole day not activate. I am waiting for activate. At the day 21-June-2009 I called to dealer, he said we are activated your number, you will get SMS. Then I told, no SMS came to my number. I checked with *111# that results was "Your account has is barred". The dealer says, I called to customer care that the docomo server was in problem. So it will take time or today night will be activate. ... But today is[protected], it not activate. About that where I will submit the report? or What I do now?

                DoCoMo Prepaid — Arbitrary deduction of balance

                My Number was switched off for some days as their was some issue with my mobile, after some days when i switched on my number again around 70 rupees was deducted from my number.when i called to customer care they are not entertaining. this all is not acceptable.Telecom regulatory should take serious action against these Mobile Service provides, my mobile number is [protected].

                  My no is [protected], I have sent sms "TICKET" to 52121 on Dec-5-2011 and received a ticket also received a sms as "For jeet Ki Ghanti contest Participants only - Get Rs 130 on Recharge of Rs 111". I call Customer care about the recharge and they said me yes you will get the talktime on recharge by Just e-top-up of Rs 111 (Please Note - It is Clearly mentioned by them that no Special recharge is needed). So I recharge my no [protected] with Rs 111 but I got Rs 100.63 talktime only. I call customer Care after the problem at 198 but always got reply all our customer care are busy kindly call after some time, I try to call them from today morning but always get the same reply, So I mail the Problem to at "[protected]@tatadocomo.com" but no reply Yet..
                  Please Give me the balance talktime. Hope I will Get the Talktime Soon...

                    daily deducting Rs 5 without my permision. Even they are not giving any positive response while calling customer care. They ask to dial some numbers to stop any service 155223 but i am not getting any support on that also...                       I recharged 40 rupees e recharge on 1740hrs on 2 DEC 11 and i made two local calls. I found on 3 rd marning i found that the balance was Rs 10 why? I contacted your customer care center, one lady attended my complaint and said that call after 3 hrs, when I call after 3 hrs one boy was attended and said that 'be on line' . I waited long time but no response from your company.
                      my complaint is write. now and then it happens to many. I am facing problem, please take necessary action

                        I am a TATA Docomo customer having mobile no as [protected] registered in my mother's name Ansari Sadrunnisa.

                        On 2nd Dec 2011, Rs.20 got deducted from my available balance.When i called up Tata Docomo customer Care he told me that it is deducted because u have downloaded something.
                        But i did not downloaded anything plus currently my GPRS pack of 2GB is active which i got from recharge of Rs 39.
                        Also i had not visited any paid sites for the balance to get deducted.

                        I requested to please look in to this issue as the Customer Care of Tata Docomo is very abusive they don't listen to me plus they say that complaint wherever u want & they put the call on hold for long time without even taking permission to put on hold.

                        Because of such small balance deduction in the end Tata Docomo will only suffer a loss of many new customers as u know what Mouth Publicity will do if i kept informing all my friends & relatives who r interested in taking up Tata Docomo connection about such bad service i am receiving from Tata Docomo.

                        Kindly look into the issue asap.

                        Tata Docomo — Daily amount deduction from balance

                        I am a TATA Docomo customer having mobile no as [protected] registered in my mother's name Ansari Sadrunnisa.

                        Daily Rs.2 getting deducted from my available balance.When i called up Tata Docomo customer Care he told me that it we have some technical issue, kindly call after 1 hour. But when i call them after 1 hour then also they are saying we still have some technical issue call after some time.

                        Because of this unsupportive attitude of customer care i am getting frustrated & my mobile balance is getting deducted every day even though i have not activated any services.

                        I request u to please look in to this issue as the Customer Care of Tata Docomo is very abusive they don't listen to me plus they say that complaint wherever u want & they put the call on hold for long time without even taking permission to put on hold.

                        Because of such small balance deduction in the end Tata Docomo will only suffer a loss of many new customers as u know what Mouth Publicity will do if i kept informing all my friends & relatives who r interested in taking up Tata Docomo connection about such bad service i am receiving from Tata Docomo.

                        Kindly look into the issue asap.

                                Money is being deducted from my prepaid account without information or my consent and it is extremely difficult to contact the service provider who has purposefully made the system so that it is almost impossible to reach the operator.
                                Most of the time the line cuts cut off saying the operators are busy. If we reach the operator, he/she first says that we have subscribed for some unheard of service, hence the deduction. When this is denied strongly, he tells us to call back after 1 hour or so, but again it becomes very very difficult to contact the operator and we have to go through the same process again. I am sure that thousands of subscribers are cheated this way with losses running to several lakhs.

                                    I am Anubhav Verma from Uttrakhand (Roorkee) , I am using vodafone service provide for my mobile calls ,I was planning to change my number so ,On 23th-Jan-2010 I went to Docomo retailor shop for changing my number from Vodafone to Docomo service provider as per their words this activation will take 7 working days but sir my number is still in Vodafone ,No action has been taken for me while i have given 30 rupee for MNP docomo SIM .
                                    Now shopkeeper says that your SIM might not work or like that ........i am not getting understand that why docomo is not taking an action on it ....

                                    I have requested the MNP for DOCOMO to Airtel ([protected]). I spoke to Airtel customer care, they have confirmed My number has been activated from Airtel end. However DOCOMO number still in active mode. As per there confirmation, once existing network deactivated, then only the new network will activate automatically.
