My Name is Raghunatha Reddy, I have applied for TATA DOCOMO postpaid connection in Infotech Enterprises one month back by giving all documents to TATA DOCOMO agent AYAN and I have selected the numbers [protected], [protected]. At that time, because of non-availability of SIMs the agent told he will give it tomorrow. From then I didn’t seen him. After few days I received a call from TATA DOCOMO for normal enquiry and said your SIMs are activated on 7th DEC, I have told them I didn’t received the SIMS yet.
Dec 23 2011 I have received the SIMS from one of your agent. I have registered online on 26th Dec 2011 and checked the generated bill, It is 1128 RS. I didn’t called anyone after receiving the SIMs, then how this amount has come.
I have raised lot of complaints against this to tatadocomo customer care and wrote mails to the specified mail ids also. Still the problem is exists.
