Fine u can do this by taking to customer care. One thing i advice u that this docomo seems cheap but it takes all our money by charging unnecessarily for services.
please deactivate this hollywoodsizzlers service from my no.[protected] please i am very disapointed with docomo

    Hello tata docomo,

    Iam T.chandrashekar, bangalore customer of tata docomo no.[protected], this is a huge big problem iam not receiving any sms from airtel & other tata docomo numbers. i had called to tata docomo customer care but no help from them. they said reomove all your old messages in your inbox & did everything they said. Nothing is happening. problem is not solved. still not receiving the messages. very disappointed from the bad service like this from tata docomo. can you solve this incoming sms problem permanently or tell me how to cancel your connection. Waiting for the answer. Thank you.

      Dear Sir, I want to activate DND for SMS as well as voice calls to my mom's Mobile No: which is a TATA DOCOMO connection. I requested for the same more than 4 or 5 times through customer care service. Each time they will tell we are sorry this & that. But till today they hadn't do that. My request ID is DND[protected] which i registered on 13th Jan 2012, before this we request for the same on 31st Dec 2011 & that was the second request. Today also i request they are telling the same that, it will take a weeks time.

      Sir please advice us for the same at the earliest.

            I had a Docomo sim bearing No.[protected] since August,2011 and in the initial stage by the advice of the Docomo outlet at Sambalpur it was recharged @ Rs.220 twice though I hardly used this number.After few days It was noticed that the balance was reduced to Rs.0.28 though I had never opted for any of the VAS packs so I decided not to recharge further.But unfortunately on 24thJan.2012 I recharged this number with Rs.110 and on 25th Jan the balance reduced to Rs.80.28 and immediately i lodged a complain to the customer care ([protected]@tatadocomo) and Rs.30 was adusted. But from 26thJan they started deducting Rs.5 daily in the name of cricket score ,which i had never subscribed.In spite of my repeated complain nothing changed.

              Recently i have been ported to TATADOCOMO On 12th January 2012
              During PORT Process i submitted Photo and EPIC Card.
              But on[protected] Mid Night My Outgoing calls are stopped
              I called back to customer care 121 and they requested to Submit Docupments????
              If You Dont Got Required Docupments How you PORTED Me from previous company.
              OK Although I Again Submitted Docupments(Photo &EPIC) on[protected].
              From[protected] My Incomming calls are also Stopped from Service Provider.
              Why????
              Whats my Mistake?
              I have lot of contacts on this no From 2 Days I Lost Lot of MOney Who will Pay me?
              If You want Confirmation open My incomming Call Log for My No [protected].
              Customer care Executives are Not giving the good response?
              Will TRAI Help the customers like Me?

                        i am using tata docomo prepaid service. from last 3 days tata docomo has stop its 3G services as well as 3G network. So now its network is very poor. now i want to make a video call which require #g network not the 3G internet plan. when i tried to clear it with customer care of tat docomo they told that i must activate any 3G internet plan to make video call though video call doesnt require any 3G data. so they are making us forced to us their 3G internet plan evenif we dont require it to make 3G call. Please Provide such solution. my tata docomo number is [protected](Guj).

                        Same here buddy i am using TATA docomo since last 6 months but since last 4 days i am unable to use 3g services as the 3G network is not available here in Ahmedabad too. Referring your complaint i would say they are making us fool by making us forced to choose 3g data plan as it is not required for video calling. If there is anyone who is listening i would say doing that so will surely reduce your subscriber base as there are many competitors in the same segment.

                        I had registered a complaint earlier on NCH. I was told that the complaint will be resolved by 4th March, 2013 but it wasn't. On contacting customer care, they were rude and misbehaved. ComplaintID: PNG3G12007146
                        The details of the complaints are as follows:
                        I subscribed a plan of Rs250 in January where I was suppossed to get talktime of Rs 300 and unlimited Internet. I got the talktime but my 3G/2G is deactivated. I contacted customer care 5-8 times and they directed me from one number to another but nobody activated my Internet.They refused to direct me to their senior engineer also. I am facing the same problem when I got the plan again. No Internet connection.Kindly look into the matter. My registered number is [protected]. Email: truly.[protected]@gmail.com

                          I am tata docomo customer since 2006 onwards. Know Iam having two numbers i.e. [protected], [protected]. in thee bothe mobiles when we recharge high amount next day automatically theey are deducting amount. withe out any reason. we are not activating any otheer services. In [protected] theey activated service reply every after call which is not required by me and I lodged an complaint on 14the Jan. customer care persons told theat withe in 7 days it will be disconnected, but upto theis time theey are not done so. and daily near about Rs.10 is deducting from my balance.

                            I am existing Vodafone Prepaid Customer ([protected]). I want to switch my Vodafone Prepaid Number to TATA DOCOMO Postpay (BLAZE99), for which I have submitted all related documents to TATA DOCOMO Galary at FC Road, Pune on 2nd Jan 2012.

                            12th Jan 2012 I called at DOCOMO Galary at FC Road, they told me that it will take 5 more days to number to get switch to DOCOMO. My port out code is going to expire on 18th Jan2012.

                            I submitted new Port Code on 20th Jan 2012 at Paud Road Galary Kothrud Pune when first code expired.

                            I had mailed this issue at 'listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com' on 13th Jan but didnt get any revert. Then I mailed to 'nodaL.[protected]@tatadocomo.com' and still waiting for positive response.

                            It seems that TATA DOCOMO and its employees are not interested for new customers.

                              Dear sir,

                              I am not happy with your tata docomo service provider. On Sunday[protected]. my balance were get zero. and then i called to your customer care service they were confirmed me that a SONG BOOK pack activated. I request them to cancel the request and refund my amount to my mobile no [protected]. As per request my amt were recd.

                              After that may 1 or 2 hours I were received a message that SONG BOOK pack activated and rs. 20/- charged. I were again called to customer care at nigh 10.00pm and told to canceled the song Book pack and refund my amount. The person who is attending the call told me after 3 hours i will get my amount back. but still it is not get.

                              Yesterday night at 10.30pm to 11.00pm I call to Customer care no 111# & I asked about the balance were not refunded what happen. Your customer care Executive named amar Singh or sameer Singh talked very rudely and tell me that do what you want your refund will not get you in this case that song book activation.

                              Now you tell me what to do

                                Hello, I'm Shubham Arora, having a Tata Docomo prepaid connection having mobile no. [protected] (UP EAST, Allahabad).
                                My Complaint is that i'm not able to use GPRS since last 6 days. I Get a Error that 'Could not connect to Remote Computer'.
                                When contacted the customer care on 18th and 19th of January 2012 i was told that it is a server problem and it will be solved in 4 Hours.
                                I'm still not able to use it till now. I Have even lodged a complaint on Tata Docomo website (Complaint No.415796) but still there is no response. Please Help.

                                Thank you, GPRS is now working. But i have one more complaint, my friends complain that my number [protected] does not connect in first time they hear "This Number Does Not Exist or This Number Is Busy (actually even being not busy) or the number is switched off or just some beeps".
                                If you solve this (and last) problem i will be very happy as my friends are asking to port out because of this and i dont want to switch to another network.

                                        Hi,

                                        My Name is Raghunatha Reddy, I have applied for TATA DOCOMO postpaid connection in Infotech Enterprises one month back by giving all documents to TATA DOCOMO agent AYAN and I have selected the numbers [protected], [protected]. At that time, because of non-availability of SIMs the agent told he will give it tomorrow. From then I didn’t seen him. After few days I received a call from TATA DOCOMO for normal enquiry and said your SIMs are activated on 7th DEC, I have told them I didn’t received the SIMS yet.

                                        Dec 23 2011 I have received the SIMS from one of your agent. I have registered online on 26th Dec 2011 and checked the generated bill, It is 1128 RS. I didn’t called anyone after receiving the SIMs, then how this amount has come.

                                        I have raised lot of complaints against this to tatadocomo customer care and wrote mails to the specified mail ids also. Still the problem is exists.
