    I had been using Tata Docomo 3G dongle since March-2011. Initially it had been giving an average speed of 3Mbps or more for my plan 3.6Mbps and 1250/month.

    but since Sep-2011 It started giving me trouble and the scenario become so pathetic I use to get speed less than 1Mbps,
    and peak hours like evening 7 to 11PM(as working people we only serf during this time being at home) I use to get less speed ranging ( 0.1 Mbps to 0.4Mbps).

    So I raised customer care complained and sent them mail too.

    In response Docomo technical team visited my place 3 times in one and half months, but in vain they couldn't rectify the problem and they told because of heavy load you wont be able to get this point of time same as Sat and Sunday whole day. and this took me around one and half month to come to conclusion from technical team. and they closed the call without informing me.

    After this I decided to close the connection so I placed request and they canceled it in 2nd month. So even if I am not able to use the connection they have charged me with a bill of RS- 3052 for last 2 and half months.

    During this course of time few personality called me from DoComo for taking the connection back and they will give me discount of from the amount 3052, and they assure me in Koramangala, signal strength become good nowadays. I got assured for next one month rental free service in that I'v shown interest and they told soon they will get back to me.

    But so far none contacted me except once they sent recovery agent to my house. and now a legal notice from

      I have made recharge to my mobile no [protected] for Rs 150.00 on 26.12.2011,, for which the recharge is unsuccessful.But the amount is debited from my account,and it is not refunded, Sofar I had made 2 complaints,and called the costumer care regarding the same issue,but still it is not sorted out.
      The following are the mails I received as confirmation of my complaint .

      I have made recharge to this mobile no [protected] for Rs 50.00 on today(27.02.2014).At last i gave my bank credentials and click submit.The page was displayed as "Service is Unavailable". So i thought recharge is not success full.But that below message is received from my bank.

      "Thank you for using your HDFC bank DEBIT/ATM card ending 0490 for RS 50 in SBIPG at TATA DOCOMO CDMA_BD on[protected] :12:27:12."

      Still now i did not get recharge on my number as mentioned above.

      Could please look into this?

        I Mr. Alikhan Merchant. I am a user of Tata Docomo service. Two weeks before. I have purchased the new sim card. My Mob No. [protected]. Since I have purchased this Sim Card. I am facing an Network issue. I have ample of times tried caling to customer care but I am unable to contact with them. Every time I am hearing the same that "all our agents are busy with other customer. Plz try after some time". I mean what is that Am i not a customer of docomo.
        So the main issue is after trying to call them ample of times day after tomrw cal got conectd i have raised an compliant regarding netwrk and the complaint number is NWK[protected]. And the resolution timing ws til today 2.35pm but stil my problem is the same no resolution is provided.
        So i request you guys to solve my issue otherwise. I have to take so strict ation against this.

        I m tata docomo ([protected]) user since company came in market..my problem is related to network i have been register three time complain regards my network problem to the customer care and nodal desk of tata docomo.every time they give different resolution about my complain .first resolution what i got from them "in ur area network is weak so we have to new network tower...but if i was not facing this before 20days its no a matter of new site plan"

        "due to network conjunction u r facing this problem and our technical team is working and u'll get network improvement day by day but IN reality zero % problem has been solve from there side,just an bluff the customer..
        3rd time..
        "i gt call from backed department they told me sir our technical team is working in your area so your problem get solve as soon as..
        the thing is that no one give me the exact timing or resolution date when my problem going to solve..no coverage network past 20days..they are not bother to solve my problem..i want compensation from tata docomo company...

        I am Deep Pawar , an engineering student at Indus University. I am using a docomo sim card for more than 1 year continuosly. I had no network problem uptill now bt since 8th of this december , I have faced a lots of problem related to Docomo network. And not only me, my friends & other colleagues are also having same problem. We all have called customer care for more than 20 to 25 times but there is a poor response from their side. We all are frustrated now. They are not giving proper answers and they delay the resolution time. We have also visited the nearby docomo tower of our area but people residing there say that there is no security for the tower as well as no maintenance of the tower is carried out.

        My name is Ashok from Ramanagara district. Sir am heard by the network Related Problem, we are facing the network problem at the Beginning and some of our region docomo costumers are lot of complained with these kind of problem self but no use that network problem still not yet to resolved in docomo side. some docomo costumers are port out docomo to some of other availed networks.
        Am request you to sir please establish the docomo network on our region. In my village 4 networks are attached in 2 towers (idea Airtel Vodafone and BSNL ) and these networks are coverage above 25 villages and above 5000 users are their. So our instruction is please insert the docomo network on one of that our village towers. And all fecilities are their in our region, so please sir don’t neglect our request. As for soon resolve this problem and insert docomo network with high frequency on our region we are all support your docomo network.
        Just assume sir when network are not available who are taking the sim and why did the buy it and use the services, these are all the problem on docomo. see in docomo Service is best, & offers also best but why the networks are worst. If the networks availed in all region the costumers are really reedy to buy it, otherwise no one can use the services without networks. In ratio 55% o[censored]sers are available in villages side so improve your networks on village side. See In any networks like Airtel Idea Vodafone these are improved day by day because of that providers are launched lot of networks on village side so.
        So please I/we request you sir please launch the docomo network on our region

I recharged my number with 50rs and after sum hour when i check my balance its was minus by 30rs. I didnt use any vas or else. Its happen many times till now. So i want refund immediately, its head cracking thing, i am fed up of this thing so pls refund me soon. Or else i'll lodge new complaint same as it is.

          this is to say that the named company tata docomo wrongly deducted my balance from my mobile no [protected].and to add more pain they even blocked me from calling the customer care.everyday other day new services are activated on my phone nd as soon as i recharge my phone they deduct the balance.initially some buddy chat was started,then comedy zone.and now that is on 2-8-11 some songbook.nd if i ask the customer care(whenever they unblock me) how to port my no furthermore he gives an irritating reply.do solve it fast.otherwise i'll approach consumer forum

            I tried to do online recharge, but it showed error. So I tried it multiple times. There was no sucessful tansaction screen or recharge msg on my number, but my balance was deducted three times.

            1. I tried online recharge from tata docomo's official site for GPRS pack of Rs. 39 that gives 2 GB for 30 days.
            2. After I entered the veriication code sent to my mobile, an error was thrown, the creenshot of which I have attached.
            3. So I tried it again, but the same result.
            4. I again tried from different PC but again the same result.


            My money has been deducted three times and no successful transaction details on internet or thru msg.

              on februuary 14th i did a recharge worth 30 to my main account.on 12am the same night i activated the GPRS pack for Rs 5 which is accessible for 1 day.on february 15 morning around 7.30 am i logged on to the net.after a few minutes it was shown that my last call cost some amount around 2Rs and your current balance is .5paise.

              i tried to call the customer care and it was not responding.kindly help me with a better solution or else refund the amount that i lost.please help me.

                  Company called me & asked for caller tune I was denied to activate but Without intimation Caller tune activated,
                  100 Rs. charged for Caller tune,
                  When Called up Customer Service Executive informed No charges applied for this service but when I received bill it is charged Rs.50 per no.
                  Now company person asking when u called & when u deactivated all silly que asking to me.

                      I, Venu Madhav bearing Tata Docomo Phone Number [protected] bring you the following few lines for your necessary action please.
                      I have raised a request with Tata Docomo in Sri Varsha Technologies situated at Vijayapuri Colony, Tarnaka, Secundrabad for Prepaid to Postpaid migration on 28th January 2012 with a resolution commitment within 1 week. The Agent by Name S. Srinivas has taken the activation charges of Rs. 350/- and has provided a new SIM card. The new SIM card got activated on 30th Jan, 2012 to which I got a request number RID No.[protected].
                      From 30th Jan to till date my connection to Postpaid has not been migrated. I have approached the agent Mr. Srinivas, telephoned care numbers [protected], [protected], 121 & even raised a complaint over mail to [protected]@tatacocomo.com but no proper response has been provided.

                      A complaint number GPPM07146892 has been generated but no there is no status of the complaint. I have been using Tata Docomo from the date of launch of this Network. I never expected such a poor show of Tata Docomo and is deeply disappointing.

                      Please look into my request and provide a solution.

                              I am Rajan Narang from Ambala city(haryana). I have used the airtel no([protected]). I want to port my no on tata dokomo. for this i have given all my documents inclding ration cary copy, pan card copy, 2 snapes and porting no from airtel to the tata dokomo executives. I have given all my documents on dec-4,2011 and tata docome executives said that we will port your airtel no upto dec-15 to dec-18.
                              Sir, today in dec-29, my no is not converted in tata docomo. Even from the last one week from dec-24, my no is showing switched off, it is not working. Is is not converted in tata dokomo and showing switched off.
                              Sir, I am doing the job. this is the closing time and my no is not working from the last one week(dec-24). Now i am regularly cantact with the tata dokomo for the last one week, but he is not giving me the any response for solving my problem. Even i talked lot of times with DEPUTY MANAGER OF TATA, MR ANIL LANKA([protected]), but now he is not pick my phone. I also talk with the TEAM LEADER OF TATA DOKOMO, MR ARVIND([protected]), he is also not solve my problem. and still my no is not working([protected]) for the last one week.
                              Sir/Mam, now can you please help me resolve my problem. even at the time of christmas and new year my no is not porting and showing switched off. I am personnaly harassed because my no is not workingand suffering alot.
                              Sir/Mam, plz take the matter on urgent basis and help me to resolve my problem.

                                  i recharged my mobile online. Money got deducted from my Credit Card. But nothing got recharged on my number. It took me 24+ Hours to connect customer care. Even i tried to connect them in mid night also, still the customer care is busy and call get disconnected.

                                  Even i tried to write a mail on [protected]@tatadocomo.com, but nothing happened. It reflected that the mail is written by some human computers.

                                  TATA DOCOMO has Pathetic Service.

                                  My no is [protected], I have activated Rs 81 GPRS plan on Nokia 112 on 21 dec 2012,
                                  Saved settings .switched phone off and then on.
                                  But still I am not able to connect to internet saying "subscribe to packet data first"
                                  Contacted customer care executive he asked me to delete and again save settings
                                  I have done same but then same error message is coming.

                                  And worst thing of TATA DOCOMO NETWORK is that when again I tried to connect customer care, I am getting response that all customer care are busy with other and on same day I tried to contact executive 20-30 times but then also getting same Busy response.
                                  Next day I tried 40-50 times then also same Busy response I get.
                                  It's pathetic and cumbersome .
                                  Hell tata docomo service.
                                  Please deactivate my Rs 81 GPRS and refund my money as soon as possible as I haven't used single bit of 1024 MB
                                  WORST NETWORK.
                                  Airtel is costly but it's services to customer care is much greater then DOCOMO.

                                      Again, for I don't know how many times this has already happened, I got a call from this number [protected] while I was on another call. I was another call and hence did not pick it up. It went on voicemail. Then I automatically get a message saying that I have been charged Rs.120 for subscribing to the caller tunes service and that I have downloaded a song.

                                      When I registered a complaint online, I specifically mentioned, that I recently recharged my mobile to keep my balance over Rs.399 to keep my Blackberry services on. At no cost did I want my emails to stop. So I asked this issue to be resolved on urgent and top priority basis. Instead I was given a time of 3 days for the resolution. Today, 11th February, my BB services have stopped because my balance came down to less than Rs.300 because of this massive balance deduction. Now I cannot use my BBM services and cannot send / receive important mails. I do not have money to make another recharge on my account. So, till 13th, I am completely handicapped.

                                      This happens with me every month! Tata Docomo is the worst service provider! If you do not pick up their automated call, you can be automatically charged for any service. I suggest no one to buy or switch to a Tata Docomo connection.

But Unfortunatly before 3 month Ago They lost it. Exactly from December The Downloading and page Opening Speed Turn to 3-5 kbps from 30 kbps. And after Evry 30 minutes its forced to Remove Connection from Connection Maneger. If i avod to Remove active connection and start again we are not able to surf anything. Gradualy Network availablity also taking a Bad Position. When the Tower is only 400 miter away from my Home. But this is not only my home nearest area. In the whole Region.
                                        Area is - Sujapur, Block - Kaliachack I, Dist - Malda, State - West Bengal.
                                        Several time i try to connect with Customer Care. Maximum time get end call without response. If some time success to reach them but not get suitable Answar. Many executive reffer me to anathar Number and when i attend the Reffered number, get similar respose for anathar Number. Its make me like a fool.
                                        When i ask them to forward me to higher rank officer, never they did it. Even i asked for my complain id. They refuse to provide it. Whats happening?

                                        Now a Days we have a smarter choise for our service provider, that is MNP. So finaly i decide to Port my Number to Voadfone and I Do evrything which is neccessery. But they did not transfar my number to Vodafone Even after 15 Days.
                                        I lose my 44 Ruppess of MNP Prossecing charge for Unsuccessfull Transfar.
