wrong deduction of balance

respected sir/madam,

My name is Tausif jalgaonkar and my mob no is. [protected], my complaint is against wrong deduction of balance. I recharged my number with 50rs and after sum hour when i check my balance its was minus by 30rs. I didnt use any vas or else. Its happen many times till now. So i want refund immediately, its head cracking thing, i am fed up of this thing so pls refund me soon. Or else i'll lodge new complaint...

I tried to do online recharge, but it showed error. So I tried it multiple times. There was no sucessful tansaction screen or recharge msg on my number, but my balance was deducted three times.

deduction in balance

on februuary 14th i did a recharge worth 30 to my main account.on 12am the same night i activated the GPRS pack for Rs 5 which is accessible for 1 day.on february 15 morning around 7.30 am i logged on to the net.after a few minutes it was shown that my last call cost some amount around 2Rs and your current balance is .5paise.

i tried to call the customer care and it was not responding.kindly...

Without intimation Caller tune activated

Company called me & asked for caller tune I was denied to activate but Without intimation Caller tune activated,
100 Rs. charged for Caller tune,
When Called up Customer Service Executive informed No charges applied for this service but when I received bill it is charged Rs.50 per no.
Now company person asking when u called & when u deactivated all silly que asking to me.

Unable to Connect Customer Care Executive

i recharged my mobile online. Money got deducted from my Credit Card. But nothing got recharged on my number. It took me 24+ Hours to connect customer care. Even i tried to connect them in mid night also, still the customer care is busy and call get disconnected.

Even i tried to write a mail on [protected]@tatadocomo.com, but nothing happened. It reflected that the mail is written by some human computers.

incoming issue after port
