internet signal

i activated net pack at 3 o'clock n could use net only for 2 hours... later the internet signal out evn though i had full network. when i called the customer care there was no proper response. i called 3 times and later my call was being cut saying that all the customer care people are busy on other call. even now i am not able to use internet on phone. when asked to send the internet setting they did not send and told to message INTERNET...

ONLINE RECHARGE AMOUNT DEDUCTED BUT RECHARGE NOT DONE

I had done Recharge of Rs. 100 on 17 th Nov. 2011. money deducted from my icici bank account but recharge not done on my mobile. Unwanted Activate Service

This is inform you that my docomo mobile no is [protected] and Docomo Service Provider activated unwanted service and simultaneously balance deduct without my knowledge. On enquiry on Docomo Customer Care they reply that it has activated accidentally by me which is absolutely false argument.

I have purchased Tata Docomo SIM card from Divya Electricals, T.C. Palya, Bangalore - 49 on 16th Dec 2011 (Friday). On Monday I had come again to Divya Electricals and asked the person as to why my SIM Card is not been activated till yet. I saw my Documents were lying over there, He told me that the agent didn't come to collect.

Deduction of amount for auto-generated Personality pack

On 19 Dec 2011 at 1448 hrs I got a message that " Your subscription to Personality Pack has been renewed at Rs. 30 till 18/01/2012". It was not known to me that when this pack was activated. Also neither I have given any willingness nor DOCOMO has asked any option to activate such pack. It was totally auto-generated service pack and that's how they (DOCOMO) deduct the money from customer's account.

No net connection

I took an unlimited net connection from tata tele services.at the time of giving connection they forced me to have a fixed land phone with internet and informed me that they have some free calls also available from that land line.since i have mobile phone i never used to do any call from this phone.i even don't know that telephone number since i never had used this.not even for incoming calls.for the last one week i am not getting the...

I am Riny gupta, lucknow. I am TATA DOCOMO prepaid Customer with mobile number [protected]. I was enjoying free 500 sms /day from past 9-10 months. But suddenly from[protected], my free sms was reduced to 100 sms/day. I was said that it was due to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) Rules.

But thankfully the limit was increased to 200 sms/day per sim from[protected] as imposed by the Telecom...
