On Last Month I Port My Tata indicom No.[protected] To TaTa Docomo After 2 week i get call from Customer care about Submission Of document .on next day i go to New Panvel gallery For submit my Document But Help Desk Executive tell Me That No Need To Submit The Documents. Now The disconnect My Number i go to Gallery For Help But they Tell Me That They will Not Start My No. What Should i do

    My mobile no is [protected] and i have applied for mobile no portablilty on 14th November. I have received the porting code TA313559 on 14thNov. I am now with Tata Indicom post paid and i want to migrate to BSNL. I have submitted the documents to BSNL for their services. They are sending the request for port in to BSNL one message is coming i.e service provider is rejecting due to UPC mismatch. the same message is coming to my Mobile also immediately . I have discussed the same with customer care and tata outlet also but nobody is resolving the problem. last i have approached the nodal desk they also not resolving the issue . the expiry date for the porting code is 29th November. so please look in to this matter and help me out in this regard.

    I wanted to port out of Tata Docomo. I have submitted my documents many times but till today Tata docomo has not let me port out. The customer care people keep giving promises that it will happen with 24 hours but it never happens.
    I request you to take up the matter and help me port out.

        I was charged rs.99 for data usage despite having an active free internet pack.
        On contacting the customer care they told me that I had made some download. They asked me to double check this by sending "data" to 121. I did this and received a message saying I had made no data usage.
        I called the customer care again and they put a senior executive on the line. He refused to accept that it was a mistake on their part. He agreed to refund the amount of rs.99 but also added that my requests would not be processed in future. He suggested that I was doing it on purpose implying that i was conning them. He asked me to check my usage on their website tatadocomo.in
        Even there it did not show that I had made any chargeable download.
        They made the refund but their behaviour was derogatory. If they make a similar mistake in future they say they won't make a refund.

            I have rechare my docomo number with the gprs recharge of rs. 48 on 4th of november, it gives me 1 gb data for browsing and download, but after 8 days inspite of my value recharge the general balance was going down whenever i use the gprs. At that time my balance of rs. 100 was lost. After talking to customer care they told me that total download of 1 gb has been completed. But second time i made recharge of rs. 65 which gives me 2.5 gb data. This time also after 8 days my general balance has became zero. After complaining to Customer caree unit they not even register my complaint and after that they not even take my call. The other compliant is that my old tariff of sms has also been removed without notification. So please regret my complaint and do me a favour. Thanking You. Gadalkar Ganesh.               It is submit that I am a subscriber of TATA DOCOMO and having mobile connection of the Tata Docomo. Now, I am very depress with Tata Docomo Service as the company install Call me tunes service in my mobile and charge/deduct the amount from my mobile balance without my permission or intimation and company has sent only msg on[protected] at Mid night that your service for Call me tunes has been renewed and deduct the amount from the mobile balance. As such, I read this msg in[protected] morning I immediately deactivated the service and call to the customer for refund of my amount but the customer care executive told that service was activated on[protected] and more than 48 hrs has been passed so the amount cannot be refunded as such I told I have received msg after passing 48 hrs it is not my fault. you have to sent msg in time and before renewed the service your company have to ask for permission whereas your company only sent msg after 48 hrs that your service has been activated and charged the amount from my mobile balance

                Tata Docomo Mobile No.[protected]. Earlier complaint partially resolved. 60 paise per day being deducted from by repaid balance. Received Rs.6/- as credit to my balance on 24 Nov 2011. However, deduction of 60 paise per day from balance is still continuing. Requesting to stop/deactivate any add on services (if any) and stop these unauthorised deductions. Please resolve with immediate effect. Otherwise planning to switch over to some other Mobile service provider. Regards. Rayana.

                  Hi,

                  [protected] Tata docomo is my no.
                  IVRS cuts the call half way and does not direct to executive.
                  I don't know, why customer care is behaving such... this is done quite often by tata call centre to trouble the customer even more and harass them. I tried putting an online complaint on the link, even that is not working i put my number..

                  i mailed [protected]@tatadocomo.com, still awaiting reply.

                        I have done easy recharge of Rs.99 on my TATA DOCOMO PREPAID Number on 13 Nov,2011 at 9.31am TransID:[protected] at Bangalore.The recharge has been made successfully but the plan was still not activated.When I called their Customer Care they told me that 5 PUP are already automatically activated to my number which was not done by me.I don't need this PUP's at all.I also called the Customer Care on 12 Nov,2011 but the guy who picked my phone didn't informed me about these PUP thatswhy I recharge Rs.99 on the next day.
                        I do many STD calls a day and I only wanted the plan 1paise/2sec to be activated on my number.They also told me that this plan which I have recharged on 13 Nov 2011 will be activated from 9 Dec,2011 which is really disgusting.....This type of rubbish thing I have never heard in my lifetime.


                        I have already registered 3 Complaints on their website:

                        But nobody is there to help me.1 Week passed but still I didn't received a single call from their side.They didn't have respect for their customers.They have a 3rd class service.When you call to their Customer Care they will try to make you fool by there rubbish plans.If they can't able to pacify you then they will advice you to take the refund from the Recharge Retailer from where you have made your recharge and you must know this that there is NO Retailer who will ready to refund your money back.He will suggest you to call Customer Care and take your money from there.This thing is really very frustrating.

                        They have a Slogan that there is no Hidden charges do you have then why I am facing such type of problems.They should change their slogans.

                          This is not fair, what is the pride on giving words to customers?

                          before i travel to singapore inquired with ur customer care office at docomo centre at chetpet,chennai. they had confirmed i can use the docomo sim in singpore then i had purchased a new sim.after reaching singapore i was not able to call to any phones or receive any call when i sent a mail to your customer care in accordance with the below mail. they replied as sorry for inconvenience blah blah some stories. then i had very fed up with your service not able to give right information else i would have gone to some other network like airtel,aircel, vodafone etc which can provide better than you. i was receiving only text message to [protected]. so i just left when your customer care said no coverage for singapore.

                          But now the disappointing is without any notice you had deactivated my number ? this is ridiculous how come you can do this? since i am using my number? i had linked my [protected] to few bank accounts for some of business activities also i will be getting message to that number.

                          now i need a responsible answer form you people, i need my number to be active else i will complaint against yours..

                          i need a solution to this.. i don't need a simple mail sorry for inconvenience all these stories at any cost my number has to be activated soon.

                          do u need me to fax any of my address proof i can..but i need my number active why you people not able to understand a pain form a customer?

                            Over the Past One and A Half Year I've been swindled by the Tata Docomo of nearly 450 bucks citing in valid reasons. When contacted the Customer Care Executives They say that I've downloaded a Game through Tata Docomo 3G..... Its always the same game.... But I've told them Time again and again that Tata Docomo 3G has not yet arrived In my hometown of Puttur...... Some of the executives have been very rude to me and some of them have been Arrogant....All my complaints so far have fell on Deaf ears... Its like Justice has been denied to me..... I always resharge my Account with 48 Rupees Internet Pack with a Validity of 20 days with 1GB worth of download free... I have not visited any pay sites so far..... Its Youtube, Facebook, WWE and Gmail only...They also say that if such problems arises in future they'll take stringent measures..... But so Far no resolutions have been Passed

                              Respected sir

                              I am Renjith, working with Thomson Reuters, Bangalore. I had taken a personal postpaid tataphoton connection ([protected])
                              Since I got a wireless card from office, I requested to disconnect my personal one on 23rd of Sept 2011 after paying my 22nd Sept bill.
                              I was promised that the phone will be disconnected in 7 days and there will be no charge on my connection.
                              After one or two weeks i received a call from tataphoton customer care asking whether i really need to disconnect or do i want to keep it in safe custody.
                              They said again that there will be no charge during the time i keep it in safe custody. I kept asking whether there will be any charge on my connection. They promised there will be no charge. Then I asked them to keep it in safe custody. Then they cancelled my disconnection request and made that to a safecustody requeest.

                              But it was so irritating when i received a new bill after one month. And now the customer care people are calling me again and again to make the payment. They are saying they received the request on 6th of oct (where i gave the request on 23rd of sept) some amount had been discounted from the actual rental. But I dont understand why should i be charged when I have given the disconnection request on the day after the bill was generated.

                              Kindly look into this issue and provide me a solution. Just to let you know, I have anyway made the payment what they were asking. But i think Tataphoton people should know that it was unfair to ask money for nonusage. It would be better if they can refund that amount.

                                  I have a tatadocomo sim and when ever I am recharging with some amount they
                                  are deucting it by saying that you have subscribed some paid plans.But I have not
                                  subscribed to any plan. Like this they already had deducted about Rs150/-.

                                  When I am talking to customer care they are straightly lying that yes you have subscribed
                                  to any plan or you have downloaded some game or anything. If I am telling them to unsubscribe
                                  those plans then they are saying that we can't do it and giving some numbers to call.
                                  When I call to that number it hangs up after some unnecessary chattering

                                  This is not a problem only with tatadocomo. All the leading mobile service providers are doing this.
                                  They are stealing people's money and there is no action against them.

                                  If any law is there please give me any advice to take action against these daylight stealing.

Two days ago I again got a message saying "Thank u for subscribing call me tunes and you will be charged after three days". Why all these plans activating automatically.I am not anymore recharging for my main account balance because the next day it will be deducted automatically.

                                  I am residing near the college-bypass area of Dhenkanal town. I am using TATA DOCOMO both for telephonic perpose and for internet access having numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected].But the internet speed is very very poor such that i could nt be able to send an email, pages are not opening and the connection is getting cut-off during important downloads.
                                  please take necessary actions to overcome this problem as soon as possible such that me along with my locality customers will be ever grateful to u..

                                      Tata Docomo Mobile No.:[protected] - 60 paise per day is being deducted per day from my prepaid balance without any reason. I have not activated any add on services. Kindly stop these deductions or disconnet the services. Not interested in continuing with Tata Docomo prepaid mobile services.
                                      My complaint has been partially resolved, in the sense Rs.6/-(which was deducted @ 60 paise per day) has been credited to my prepaid account on 24 Nov 2011 at 11.11.01 AM but deduction of 60 paise per day is conitnuing which
                                      is irritating to me. I request you to kindly find and resolve permanently by immediately stopping deduction at the rate of 60 paise per day, if you have activated any add on services, please stop the same.                                         I,Ashish Kumar,acc no[protected] of tata photon no-[protected] would like to inform you that I have made complaints to the concerned authorities of tata photon more than 50 times yet they are not taking any interest to solve my issue.I also provided them all the required details about wrong charges being made on me. Sir i am attaching files where you can clearly find that at several places the end time has become the new start time which i think is not at all possible as the re connection will atleat take 15-20sec and at places you can see that the start time has occurred before the actual time which is not at all possible. so i request to kindly take interest in my problem and help me get out of this problem.
