This Services Provider has found another Way to Cheat on Consumers,
Recently there has been Prohibited any Advertisements on cell phone and Calls,
Few Days Earlier I was on the go and Noticed on my Cell Phone that has Keypad Lock..
notice this "KEY PAD LOCK" WAS ON and while trying to use my phone i saw some Flash Message so, I had done Key pad lock off and there Was a Message Telling That

To ACTIVATE XXXX Scheme 30rs Month, Click on "RED BUTTON","BACK BUTTON" OR "CANCEL BUTTON"
what then i Had to do..??? they are Force fully enabling the Unwanted schemes.... How to Prevent this... and Whom to Complain for these .

    I had recharged my docomo nos [protected] &[protected] with Rs. 65 & Rs 111 respectively on11th oct at 10:41 am. As advertised by the co., it gives talktime of Rs 70 on 65 and Rs 122 on 111, but I got only Rs 65 & Rs 111 respectively. On contacting the CCE ,they said that do not worry the balance talktime will be remitted within 72 hrs as per the co's offer. On completion of 72 hrs ie on 14th after 11 am, again they said me to wait for sometime while they are remitting the balance. Again on contacting them today, the 15th oct, I get the reply that the recharge that I have done is not a special one , so I won't get the balance. I am unable to understand that what is this "special recharge" because I 've been recharging with the same amount for the past sometime now. When I asked for explanation they said that they have no explanation and can't do anything to help me out. On top of that "YAHAN PHONE NAHI KARIYEGA" were the last words of the concerned CCE.

    tata docomo customer care is the worst service provider i have ever came across.unwanted debition from my bal have took place & during calling the cust care service highly unexperienced & careless representative came across who shamefully disconnected the line without providing any solution..i feel docomo company have started hiring Road Chaap people for providing service to custs.who never provide solution and secondly keep the call on long mute..i have placed a complaint in consumer forum regarding the false promises made to the cust towards their service..i m really dissoppointed by the docomo..

      My docomo connection num is [protected]. When I bought the 3g stick from ConnectIndia aka Vriti I was told that I will be getting downloading limit of 5 gb and after crossing the limit the downloading speed will reduce to 128 kbps but the browsing speed will remain the same ie. 3.1 mbps.

      After crossing the download limit my browsing speed has also become 128 kbps which is very frustrating. I called docomo customer care [protected] and they said that it is expected and my normal browsing speed will only resume after next billing cycle. ie, after 22 days.
      I asked them to take back the 3g stick and refund my amount. They displayed unavailability of any such scheme in this regard.
      And ask me to contact vriti ie from where I bought the connection.

      All I want now from TATA is take back my docomo 3g e stick and refund my amount. Its very frustrating to work with this device even with full connection speed as the signals doesnt come in half of my flat and I have to adjust according to the signals.

          Today i.e.on 12.10.2011 , i have recieved a Legal Notice from Advocate Jaipur regading non Payment of Post paid bill of Mobile no. [protected] and [protected]. As i have informed to Sh. Dilip AREA Manager- JAIPUR that i have already shown the reciepts for payment to your Ajmer Branch office incharge Sh. NItesh on 22 June 2011. And the said matter was settelled at Ajmer Tata Docomo branch, and Sh. Nitesh assured me that i will never get harrasing calls and Notices in future.

          Even after my several requests i have recieved four notices till date. Please see my previous correspondence with Tata docomo in this regards

And he agreed for the same and assured me that i will not get these type of harrasing Phone calls from court. I request your kindself to interviene in this matter. And instruct the callers not to disturbe me in future, as the payment is already is done.

          Please be informed that Yesterday on 22nd i visited your TATA Docomo Service Office at KC Complex, Ajmer & met with Sh. Nitesh (Mobile NO.[protected]) and discussed the issue. I had shown him the details and paid receipt for mobile No.[protected]. And he accepted that there is no issue pending from my side.

          Hence i request your kindself to instruct Sh. Sunil Sharma (Advocate) - Jaipur to cancel the legal notice immediately

          Also I am being harrassed by recovery agents of Tata Docomo for the payment.

              Lemme introduce Tata DoCoMo's new plan:

              Promised:
              ARP 500 plan for 4 months and you will get a SIM with your choice number that will be activated within day..
              1. 300 mins (LOCAL+STD) per month.
              2. 100 SMS (LOCAL+STD) per month.
              3. 1 Laptop bag free.

              Actual:
              After paying Rs.500 you will get a deactivated SIM ([protected]) and number will not be activated. Do what ever you can do.

              Moral:
              If tata docomo selling 1000 SIM per day... friends can you calculate business. e.g.
              500 X 1000 = 500000

              Friends see the magic...

On inquery, not even from Nodal officer, till date i have not received proper reply,or not got the card activated again.                     I have done recharge of Rs 100 on 01.01.2010 for TATA DOCOMO NO - [protected] from Perfect cellular Dahanu mobile shop. The recharge message not received.When it was enquired at TATA DOCOMO customer care cell, they say E - recharge message not confirmed.Neither DOMOCO Customer service cell nor mobile shop is responding to this regards.

                          Sir due to lost of my tata photon device no[protected],I submitted a written aplication in the month of june2011 to stop my connection billing w.e.f as I have lost my photon device. After submission of my application,I paid last bill of Rs320/- vide bill no52914 of dtd 7.6.2011. Afterwards i once again received a bill of Rs485/- for the month of July&Aug. I immidiately rush to the office of tata photon,vashali nagar,Jaipur and asked them that I have already submitted an aplication to stop my connection in the month of june.They essured me that due to oversight it happened and they will wave of the billing amount. Sir but no action was taken at there end after my several requests.I then launched a online complaint in consumer court and after conversations on mail they waved of the billing amount of July & Aug. and assured me it wil not hapened again.Sir now in the month of sept,once again i received a bill of Rs125/-vide bill no[protected] of dtd27/09/11.                           yes tata photon is a snaching organization. In our indian lot of theafs are snaching the public money as the same way tata company choose the same way. so dont believe tata product its a waste service.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I am a prepaid customer of tata docomo ( [protected] ), I am facing a problem for which I have allready register a complain but it has not been solved.
                                I have forwarded a text sms to arround 25-30 people(including 5 to 6 std numbers) and 165 rs has been deducted from my main balance.
                                customercare representative has told me that the charge has been deducted for MMS and not for SMS,tough i have send SMS.
                                Then i have registered a complain in TATA docomo against this, today Ms Anuradha from chandigarh has called me and told that the charge has been deducted for MMS, i request her to check again as i have not forwarded any MMS.
                                after being kept on hold for 15 min she confirmed that it was an SMS but she told that I have forwarded it to all STD numbers, if so as per docomo default scheme 100 sms is free after first sms, so this charge should not be 165 rs
                                I have already registered a complain to nodal officer my complain no is : GBL [protected]
                                Please look into this matter

                                    when i port my no. from reliance to docomo,they provide me 10rs talktime and 1gb data,and they also promised me that they will provide me 1gb data/month for two month,but i got gprs data only for first month and not for second month,as they didnot completed their promise, so i m porting my no. to docomo to another operator......

                                      myself Pratik More my number is [protected] from last month i am complaining regarding regarding my unbilled amount that every time system give information your unbilled amount is zero but at bill execution it come more than thousand. bill is correct but if i know previously that my bill is going higher i can regulate it. even now unbilled amount is showing zero . I don,t know my unbilled amount is 200 or 2000Rs how can i regulate.
                                      i told executive if i know my unbilled amount if it is higher i will avoid calling is its lower i can continue calling.

                                      Docomo also done mistake in my first bill my creadit amount is 800rs but bill came 1512rs i ask them how bill came more than limit they wont respond properly.
                                      even i told them to put compaint in consumer forum as well as in police station but no proper response from them my recent compliant in docomo care is[protected] i have whole detail regarding it. till date unbill showing 0rs how could i pay more than rental charges.

                                      please take care of my complaint because in docomo nodal desks i called 10 to 15 times

                                        This is Kundan Kumar. I bought a TATA DOCOMO 3G e-stick from Mangalore and the estick was working fine then. Last month I shifted to Pune and I recharged my E stick with 1 GB (Rs. 601) plan online (from Tata Docomo's officicial website). But even after recharging it shows the 'connect failed' error. I talked to Tata Docomo customer care and even got my account balance checked. Everything is fine according to them but still I am facing the same problem. And now the Tata Docomo people asks me to contact the executives in Mangalore but none of them are addressing my concern.
