    Dear Sir / Madam,

    First of all i would like to thank you for your kind consideration. Anyhow i wish that your action will be effective and speedy.
    I had also approached the consumer court and as per their guidence i am going to clam for the damages for loss , mental and physical strain.
    Yesterday one nodal officers team staff Mr. Vijay called me aroudn 6.20 pm and was trying to divert my action by crediting Rs.50/- talk time into my mobile account and was trying to convience me by asking for an apology and was stating that it was the miste of their customer care executives and on their behalf he was asking for apology. But he was nto in a mood to solve the issue. Wehn i asked him to reply to my mails and what eve he spoke to me should be sent through mail, he accepted to do so, but failed to do so. All their action shows their fradulant motive behind their each and every action.
    Hence i request you to not only solve the issue by revising the sms tariff, rectifying the signal problem etc , but also ensure that they compensate for all my loss and damages which could satisfy all my loss and expenditure. etc

    As discussed i am forwarding all the mails sent to Tata docomo customer care service and nodal officers.
    You can find different answers between each and every reply mails sent by different customer care executives.
    And you can also find that they keep on changing their stand and instead of solving or to reply my particular problem/mails they try to misguide me without any proper reply.
    Even on 26th Oct 2011 i had sent few messages from my mobile number [protected] and was charged 60 paise per sms. But after sending them final warning mail stating that failing to solve the issue will lead to legal action. But today when i had sent an sms from the above said mobile number i was charged Rs.1/- per sms as i am charged Rs.1/- from my another mobile number [protected]. This shows their fraudlent motive. Right from the begning they are keeping on harassing me by not allowing me to concentrate me into my business as still i am facing network(Signal) problem by which i am loosing most of my business calls by which i am l am into huge loss.
    You can also find their final email sent on 27th oct 2011 stating as:-
    Please be informed that as discussed with the concern team your SMS charges have been reversed for Rs. 1. Hence, charges have been levied correctly as per the tariff applicable for your number for the Rs. 1 per SMS.
    Again it shows their motive. If they are not willing to solve the issue,then they should have accepted my MNP request.But they are not willing to solve the issue or release the mobile number from their network.
    I had taken the Postpaid connection of the mobile number [protected] in the month of March 2011 in the name of my company `Magic Carpet Logistics` and the same was transferred into my name ( KUMAR) in the month of July 2011. Since i was not satisfied with the service and billing i had to migrate from Postpaid to Prepaid in the month of August 2011. But as i am still facing lots of problem with the network and service i preffered to move out of Tata Docomo network. But they had rejected the same. Now they have not solved the issue or accepted my MNP. Hence i request you to take necessary steps to accept my MNP request immediately.
    And regarding the mobile number [protected], previously i was charged 60 paise for the 1st sms and then after i was enjoying 99 free local and national sms per day. But after sending a mail on 27th of this month that i am being charged 60 paise for the 1st sms and if i send an sms from the mobile number [protected] i am being charged Rs.1/- per sms, they smartly changed the plan without my knowledge and without my consent. When i sent sms on 27th i am being charged Rs.1/- from my other mobile number [protected] which shows their fradulant motive. When i questioned about it they smartly sent a mail stating that the tariff has been revised. Henc i request you to take proper steps to get back to my previous sms plan ie.60 paise for the 1st sms and then 99 free local and national sms per day.
    I humbly request you to kindly go through the mails sent by them and see that the issues are solved immediately.I am keen on getting out of their network as i dont feel that i can relay on them anymore.

    I had sent lots of request mails and made so many calls but you never bothered to either rectify/solve the issue or release my mobile number form your network.
    I am still facing the same network problem and i am still charged Rs.1/- per sms. Yesterday ie on 24th oct 2011 i had sent 3 local sms and was chareged Rs.1/- per sms. But i was told that the charges will be 60 paise for the 1st sms and will be getting 99 free local and national sms. Then u r customer care executive had sent me e-mails stating i will be charged Rs.60 paise for the 1st 2sms and 99 free local and national sms. But u r still charging me Rs.1/- for each and every sms.
    Either you have not rectified the network problem or revised the sms tariff plan or refunded the excess amount charged by you, instead you have rejected my MNP request too. By doing all those i am facing lots of problems and loss.Failing to act immediately will lead to legal action and you are the sole responsible for all the damages and claims.
    I finally request you to accept my MNP request and relive my mobile number [protected] in order to avoid unwanted wastage of time. I[censored] still dont react then there is no other way rather than fighting legally.

    As per your mail you state that the mobile number is new number and has not finished 90 dyas. Then can you clarify me that when the connection was taken some 6 months back and do u think the connection is still new. And the main reason to get out from your network is purely due to u r poor network and worst service. After raising so many complaints and issues you never bothered to rectify the same due to which i am badly affected. Since the number is my business number i am missing lots of business calls and am loosing my business due to u r poor network. And another issue is still i am charged Rs.1/- per sms which is totally against u r commitment which was told that only 1st sms will be charged @ 60 paise and then after i wcan avail 99 free local and national sms free per day. But its totally false. u r chargig Rs. 1/- for each and every local sms either if i send sms from [protected] or [protected]. And each time i have to shoot a mail to u and u will have to refund the excess amount charged by u. I had never experienced such an worst problem with any of the operators before an. And regarding u r customer care executive, they dont even care for the customers instead they misguide the customers,they give false commitments, they speak in a rude manner.
    As per u r customer care executive`s guidence only i had submitted the documents with the other operator, but now your story is some other thing.
    Now, i just want you to accept my MNP request release my number from u r network as i am facing lots of problems and loss of business due to u r poor network, bad signal etc to avoid further damages, or else u will be the sole responsible for all my losses right from the begning and u r suppose to compensate all my losses,mental and physical tortures etc.
    I once again request you to settle the issue in an amicable manner without further delay/ Underestimating the opponent and avoid unnecessary arguments,and avoid unwanted waste of time and energy and further damages for which u will have to pay heavily.

    As said earlier, i am not at all satisfied with your service or network. I has so many complaints against your u r service and network and hence i prefer to get out o[censored] r network without wasting my time anymore as the number which i am using is typicially for business purpose and i am not able to use the above said number due to network and clarity problem. neither i am not able to get proper network inside my house or could listen from the other end when ever i receive or make calls from u r network. there is lots of disturbance and poor clarity by which i loose my business. I would like to question you who is going to compensate for my loss?
    When you had rejected my MNP application from Reliance communication, then will u compensate my loss which i am suffering for the past 6 months? You had rejected my MNP request against my application submitted with Reliance Telecommuinication bearing UPC TT485135 generated on 15/10/2011 around 8.19am and the same was submitted on 15/10/11 and had received an sms from reliance on 17/10/11 around 16.8 stating my request to enroll mobile no.[protected] in reliance network has been rejected by your operator ( TATA DOCOMO) due to port request within the new connection threshold period...
    I had called your customer care @ 121 ns one MR.G.Ramanathan(Customer care executive) around 19.40 and explained him everything, but after lisiting all those he assured me that he will send me an sms stating my complaint number but its already 3hrs passed and he had failed to do so. Is it the way tata docomo staffs tries to fool the customers?
    when u cant satisfy or fulfill your customer`s need or request,its your duty to atleast satisy them by releaving them from your service in order to avoid further damages o them,by which in return you are supposed to compensate their loss and damages.
    Now i would like to request you finally accept my MNP request without out any further delay or compensate until i am with your network.
    I request you to reply to this mail without any further delay, and failing to reply or solve the issue may result to take legal action.

    On 17th october 2011 i had sent an local sms around 19.28 and i was charged Rs.1/- per sms.
    I would like you to go through the email sent by you stating that i will be charged 60 paise for the 1st two local sms and then can avail 100 free local and national sms.. Do u want me to waste my time by sending u mails and keep calling u r customer care numbers and keep on requesting u to refund the excess amount charged by u? Do u think that i dont have any other work? Or do u think u can fool the customers as they are not aware of all those and will not pull u legally.
    Anyhow i would like to refund the excess amount of Rs.2.40/- back immediately and then see that again those types of mistakes does not occur here after or else i will not mind to waste my time to take legal action.
    Its better i[censored] act atleast by now.

    As i told earlier that i was told that i will be charged 60 paise for the first sms per day and can avail 99 sms local and national sms free. But again you are not trying to clarify that. and moreover as i told u in my earlier mail that i was unnecessarly charged for two local sms at the rate of Rs.1/- per sms.And u have not answered for that.
    I[censored] want to repeat the same whatever u r keeping on repeating, i have no other way rather than moving to another network like Relaince who seem to be very freindly,cooperative and genuine with the customers.

    Its high time to act as enough time had been given to you for u r reply and to solve the issue.
    Today morning i was shocked to know that i was charged Rs.1/- for local SMS. i thought that by mistake u might have charged it and again i sent another local SMS and was charges same. When i contacted u r customer care initially one o[censored] r customer relation staff spoke to me and was repeating the same thing what ever she told me. Then i asked her to connect me to her Sr.Officer and one Mr.S.Baskaran( Floor Supervisor) spoke to me today morning around 8am and even was doing the same. He says that the above said numbers was activated on sept 3rd 2011 and the tariff plan for those numbers would be Rs.1/- for 1st 3 sms and then i can avail 750 sms free. When i questioned him that i was told that i was told by u r staffs @ chetpet branch as well as by u r customer care executives soon after migrating from Post paid to Prepaid. Even Mr.Prem kumar told me the same what other said, ie. the call charges would be 1 paise per second for local, national and to any network/landline. And Sms would be as: 1st SMS will be charged 60 Paise for the 1st SMS and then after i will be getting 99 SMS free for Local and National. But u r floor supervisor Mr.Baskar was totally denying and was further trying to hide the real facts by saying that i was not at all charged for the SMS right form 3rd sept and was charged Rs.1.50/- on 12th sept 11 for sending national SMS. First of all i would like to say that i was charged 60 paise for the 1st sms and then was availing 99 local and National sms till last week. And it was really very irritating to hear all those rubbish as he was trying to make all the false things true. More over how can u r staffs misguide me? How regarding deactivating my mobile number [protected] twice i had to fight with u r chetpet branch staff one Mr.Wasim and even he was speaking in a rude manner and asked him the reason for barring out going calls daily in the night? he said the details was not updated, when i told that i had submitted all the documenrts to Mr.Satish in the month of August itself and again last week to Ms.Sharmila. She assured me that the number will be activated within 10 minutes but failed to do so.
    I had sent you so many mails and none o[censored] r officers or staffs bothered to reply, or call or solve the issue rather than Mr.Prem kumar (PRO) Kandhan chavadi office. Only he was the real person to solve the issues once i call him and request for his help. But rather than him, none o[censored] bothered to reply my mails for which you will have to pay the loss/ damages, mental harrasment, waste of time, etc.
    Finally i request you to act by now and try to solve the issue amicably and take action against your chetpet staffs who had failed to update my records as per Mr.Wasim who told me when i called him yesterday that Mr.Sathish had misplaced all my documents and what he could do for that?
    Once again i request you to rectify / solve the issue immediately specified below:-
    1. What for the plans for the above said numbers had been changed without our knowldege.
    2. Repaly the excess amount of Rs.1.40/- for charging Rs.1/- instead of 60 paise and charging Rs.1/- for the send sms sent today morning aroudn 7.45am.

    After sending you so many mails you had failed to reply to my mails or to solve the issue. Yesterday ie on 15th Sept 2011 morning i was trying to make calls from my mobile number [protected] and found that the out going had been barred without any reason.When i called u r customer care and asked the reason , they were not able to explain the exact reason, instead i was aked to go to chetpet branch. When i visited u r Tota docomo branch at chetpet and explained Ms.Sharmila and asked for the reason for barring the out going facility to the above said number,she told it could be because the details has not been updated. And she asked me to submit another application along with my photo, phot0 ID and address proof and i did so. But all the relevant documents for the above said numbers was submitted by me on 23rd August 2011 to Mr.Satish ( Chetpet showroom). Anyhow instead of arguing all those i had submitted all the documents to Ms.Sharmila and collected the acknowledgement for the same. When i asked how long it take to activate the outgoing calls, she said it could take around 10 minutes. But after waiting for 4 hours it was not done.Finally i had to call Mr.Prem kumar (Tata Docomo- Kandanchavadi office) and he immediately activated the out going calls. But again today morning when i tried to make calls form the above said number again it has been barred for making outgoing calls.
    I would like to question you few points?
    Are they making fun on us?
    Do they think we customers are fools so that they can play foul play with us?
    Do they assume that all the customers are coward to fool?
    And finally how come you dont reply or take action after sending you so many mails?
    What do you expect form me? want me to take legal & Criminal action against your staffs?
    Finally i would like to say that if proper steps take by you to solve the issue immediately, its ok, or else i will have to take necessary action against your staffs at chetpet showroom.

    This is regarding mobile number [protected].
    I had taken tis connection in the mont of may 2011 in the name of `Magic Carpet Logistics` No.8,Gangai Nagar 1st main road, velacherry, chennai-42. I am one of the business partner of this compaany. As i am already using four other mobile numbers and due to bad signal strength we had to cancel few numbers. As the above mentioned is used by me i had requested your representative to change the number into my name. But i was told to wait for 3 months if i want to go for the ownership change or migrate to prepaid connection. On July 27th 2011 i had been to Tata Docomo showroom located at chetpet,chennai for ownership transfer & prepaid migration. First i was asked to get the ownership transfer and then for prepaid migration. Beliving this i did so. But after ownership transfer i was asked to wait for another 3 months as the number cannot be migrated to prepaid connection unless three bills are generated.
    If this is so, then why should they misguide me?
    And on 20th of this month i called on te customer care number and one Ms. Chunky spoke to me and i explained her everything. I also told that i am one of the Business partner for Magic Carpet Logistics. She asked me to wait for a while and after few minutes she asked me to pay Rs.3500/- if i want to get the above said number into prepaid connection.
    I was really shocked to listen that. I asked her to connect me to her subordinate and she connected me to one Mr. Vikas Togore who seem to be the Team Leader. Even he said the same.When i questioned him what for i should pay and told him that i was not told about it at the time of obtaining the connection and was also not informed in the welcome letter. He was keeping on repeating the same. Finally i asked him to raise a complaint for the same and he told the issue will be solved by 23rd august 2011.The complaint number is[protected]. But none of them bothered to call me or solve the issue. I ad also requested him to send a mil or letter stating the same, but he was not willing to do so. Finally today evening around 9.30pm i called your customer care number to check the status and again i got the same reply.
    Now i would like to question you if this the fact then why did not your representative inform me the same at the time of obtaining the connections? And why did not the same was mentioned on the welcome letter?
    Beliving this i had surrendered my previous number which i was using for the past 5yrs. And the above said number as been updated with all my bank/ credit cards etc. And now unfortunately you are asking me to pay Rs.3500/- which is not at all fair.I had already paid four months rental amount.
    Even though I had made so many complaints regarding the poor signal(Network problem ) and none of them bothered to solve the issue till now.
    I request you to take proper steps to change the above said number into prepaid connection.
    I wish to get te issue solve in an amicable manner without further delay

    i would like to bring to the notice of the concerned officials that i was charged 60p for every local SMS i sent on the 18th of November 2009 from my TATA DOCOMO pre-paid connection, [protected], registered in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. the scheme under which my connection is registered, promises me 100 free local SMSes daily, after charging me for the first 3 local SMSes of the day. This day also happened to be my birthday, so is it that DOCOMO has a policy of stopping all schemes on the birthday of the card-owner?
    in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
    without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
    marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just
    to recharge our mobiles.

    & it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.

    Tata Docomo — WORST GSM service

    I am Jay Kumar Belani holding TATA DOCOMO GSM number [protected] since the launch of its services in Hyderabad had submitted my proofs but on January 20th, 2011 these people have blocked my connection saying that my proof was not showing in their system and inspite of my repeated calls to the Customer Care after a long hold of approximately 4 mins I get to talk to the associate but fail to get any information in vain. I have a big concern if proofs were not accurate and duly submitted why does the company continue the connection till date? Also I have 4 connections on my name and if this was the case it would even reflect on other 3 numbers...!!!! I even don't know if my proofs were misused or something. I request a strict and stringent action in the regards.

    Tata Docomo — MNP Transfer

    Hi,

    I transfered my mobile no.([protected]) from Airtel to Tata Docomo(MNP) but when i inserted Docomo Post paid SIM it says "Limited Access". I was told by Tata Docomo guys that the number will be active through out the MNP process except 2-3 hrs. that too early morning to avoid any inconvenience. I called Docomo customer care and they said that the complain has been registered and it will take 2days to rectify the issue.

    I applied for porting to Vodafone, but my port out request from Tata Docomo was rejected twice

    (01/06/2011 & 14/06/2011) stating that this number is already being ported out into another

    operator at same time. But I have not applied for porting to any other network. I want to know

    what they want ? I am free to go any operator. I have competed more than 90 days in this network.

    Tata Docomo — GSM Service Failure

    Having a lot of problem with connections with my Tata Docomo GSM Number.
    All my outgoing calls are getting dropped, telling me "Network Busy"
    Also, though my phone is switched on and showing Network, people calling me are being informed that the "Number is not available"

    I have tried getting help from the Customer, who responded with two solutions at two different times, neither of which worked.
    Thereafter, the Customer Care is not even getting connected, saying "All executives are busy, please send us an email"
    Tried raising a complaint with the Docomo website, received an email saying will be contacted in 6 hrs, which i am still waiting for since past 24 hrs.
    I have also sent about three emails to various options listed in the Customer Care website.

    I am really getting irritated with this now. and really want to understand what the issue is and whether it is gonna get fixed or not.
    The negligence faced here, from the so called Customer Care is absolutely pathetic.

    I Prabhakar.K Subscriber of Tata Docomo number with [protected] from last 2years. As i would like to bring this Complaint infront of you regarding giving incorrect information not supposed to provide details on my number for De-Activation, Now, The number was De-Activated on 25-october-2012 without giving Prior information. And i was complainted to the customercare by dailing 198, later after 72hours that my number was blocked because of having incorrect information with Tata Docomo. and also i was mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com and on 05-november-2012 a mail was sent regarding this complaint to appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com, After that i didn't get any kind of response. As i need to know, How tata docomo came to know that the provided information is incorrect after 2years of Activation, Without any intimation how come Tatadocomo De-Activate the sim which i am using since 2 years and even they are requested to provide the proof of ID before De Activating the sim., though the proof of ID details are correct but on what bases the service is De-Activated as incorrect. And i keep on suffering with the inconvenience of calls on that number and this shows negligence of TataDocomo Service. As I requested you to take necessary action and please provide the same number with Tata Docomo.

I couldnt pay my bills over a period of time since I was out of town and my number got de-activated. I genuinely asked him whether they would send a mail before deactivating, he had the bloody nerve to laugh and taunt back! Worst customer service I have every seen!

        I have Tata-Docomo Gujarat number, 8866XXXXXX and my complaint is on 31-Oct-11 after 11:00 pm, I had recharged with 12 Rs. online on tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx to Start the plan of free Docomo to Docomo 72 free minutes. The transaction was successful completed and also they cut 12 Rs from my online bank account. But, not getting benefits of those free minutes till now after 2 days. I had already talked with customer care executive on Mobile and online care chat with regarding this situation, but they also given negatively reply to me. I have no problem that this small amount is debited from my account but its a honer of the company that customer get panic to recharge online with high amount..Thank you.. help me out.. Sir..

          Docomo dongle number: [protected].
          I have recently purchased a Tata Docomo 3G connection from Connect India.
          The plan promised was:

          Tata Docomo 3G Card Amount- 1650/Rs.

          Unlimited Data Plans for 3G 3.6 Mbps Don 5 GB @ 1000 Plan 1000 Unlimited 3.6 5 GB

          Also, discount offer is 200rs. for 9 Months in All unlimited Plans.

          It was only activated on Last Saturday.
          Now, Imagining that mine is an unlimited plan, I have downloaded 10GB of data.

          However, today, I get a message saying that "Your e-stick usage has crossed credit limit. Please submit a payment of Rs.7105 to enjoy continuous services"
          When I called customer care about this, I was told that the plan active on my account was:

          2GB free at 7.2 mbps speed for rental of 750.

          Moreover, I asked person in customer care to activate the unlimited plan (service request no.[protected] , I was told that I am no longer eligible for discount offer of Rs. 200 for 9 months.

          This is UNACCEPTABLE.
          I was promised a different plan and the plan activated was different WITHOUT my knowledge or confirmation.
          No comments from Tata docomo? HAve nothing to say? Its been 3 days and no resolution yet.
          I tried to call the persons in docomo care and no body bothers to pick up their phones...
          Absoluteyl disgusted by Tata services. Never expected such a reputed company to be so lousy at customer service.

            I recharged my friend's tata docomo mobile from www.tatadocomo.com on 29th october 2011. i entered amount rs.200/-, made payment via my bank,amount was deducted from my bank account and then appeared a message saying error and "we are unable to process your transaction. please try again later". after few minutes, i again tried and this time entered rs.100/- and the result was same as before-no recharge done but amount deducted from bank.
            till yet there has been not any refund in my bank nor any recharge done.
            i want the refund as soon as possible.

            same thing happened with me when I was trying to recharge internet service on my docomo no... twice i didn't get any confirmation and finally for the 3rd time it confirmed.. but they deducted 120 Rs ..i.e., 60rs for each time... tatadocomo is pathetic... never expected such thing fom TATA group

              I requested for "PORTING OUT" from Tata Docomo services for my mobile number [protected].

              It was due on 27-OCT-2011 4PM but till today (31-OCT-2011) it's not happened. If I call customer care (121), executive says
              1. "Its in process, they cannot give any reason for delay and might 48hrs more"
              2. Also asks me contact Airtel (where I'm trying to switch to)

              When I call Airtel, they say... Docomo has not yet released the services.


              I would like to know when Docomo "Releases Services" and also procedure to approach "Consumer Court" regarding this.
              ( Complaint Revised ) I am having prepaid connection with Tata docomo CDMA having requested to port out on 10 th of Dec.2011 having unique Identification No. TZ131124 . As informed the same will be done on or before 25 the Dec. 2011, sorry to say till date nothing has been done except assurance to do in 24 hours and 48 hrs, under process etc.

                  on 26 oct 2011, I used the net for more than one hour. I checked my facebook account only.
                  After this I found that my balance is less than Rs 1/- and was not able to use internet on the next day.
                  Company has deducted Rs 80+ from my account without my knowledge.
                  Their customer care centre is saying that this is chargerd for some movie

                    After putting all my visa debit card details including card no.,name,exp.date,cvc code and text code when i clicked make payment option, message came"Payment Unsuccessful from Billdesk".
                    i tried a lot but same message is coming.
                    I am facing this problem only with Tata docomo online recharge only,because i successfully recharged my another mobile no. with it's mobile operator's online recharge portal using the Billdesk by providing same details of my visa debit card.

                        TATA Docomo has been deducting 10 rupees per week for an SMS service called GENERALJOKE_10_chota .

                        I am a student and I have been using tata docomo sim over a year now. Recently, they have started deducting money from my balance(always in Rs.10). When I call up the customer care they say that I have activated"bollywood mirchi"and that is the reason of my money deduction, where in reality, my phone is on Dnd and I haven't received anything as such. For the first few days, they refunded the amount but now they dont even do that. This is entirely processed"theft"in my opinion and deserves punishment.

                        The tata docomo services always subscribes the unwanted services and ducducting the money.
                        Customer care responses are also not good because some of them refunds the money while other rejected to do so.
                        This thing not happen only once or twice but more than 5 to 6 times.
                        And i completely fed up with there activities of tata docomo.

                            Tata Docomo forcefully activate their value added service (VAS) without our consent. What they do is sending a prompt (Not a message) Regrading activation of VAS. We can only press "OK" which will do the rest for those Cheaters DOCOMO. They suddenly deduct Rs. 30/- or more.

                            Recently I got 2 such prompts ( 1. Fengshui and 2. Health Service ) and one stolen my Rs.30/-

                            Another trick of them, when we call customer care to Deactivate the VAS, we are directed to press a key. When we press the key for deativation, call ends up!!!!!!!! I tried it from different mobile phone if it was caused by problem with my mobile. Surely I think it is their trick to mock us.

                                I had changed the service provider from Vodafone to Tata Docomo. the services provided by Vodafone was very satisfactory and there was no problem on roaming. However, Tata docomo services are very poor out district or even within state. I had communicated many times to the costomer care but nothing has come out. Whenever i go out of district i face the problem of network. Every time it ask for search network. Unlike other services which does not need any setting and displays name of place wherever it is being roamed. The network does not work on roaming anywhere in India. After every six to seven minutes i have to manually search the network which is quite cumbersome. At the critical situation, it goes off. I was unable to contact the needy person or vice versa. It gave me lot of pain during the service period. I wish my well wishers and friends not to go with Tata Docomo. All other service providers are very good. I am going to change my service provider when i visit to my home network. Please do not believe on Tata Docomo, it gave such a ridiculous services that i can not explain here.                                 Agree with you ...they suck ..i roam INDIA wide and they have worst network coverage..You know they display ad that they have seamless network .. infact my himachal MNP number[protected] that i ported in docomo dosnt work at Delhi and Jaipur.it selects Idea network by automatically or manually even they have their own network in such states. Honestly first fraud case needs to be register to them as they claim they are always Fair, ., , Tata is so famous in providing quality services and their docomo division is spoiling their goodwill.                                 I am using Karnataka Tata Docomo. When I came to my home town - Kerala, I was not able to receive a call or make a call. The range status is showing as no signal. I tried many times calling the customer service from other network, but all the time they are telling that "Our executives are on a call with other customers. Please try later". There is not even an option for call wait. We need to call them again and select the options and at last, it repeats, as they never hands over our call to customer executives.

                                PLEASE DON'T GO FOR TATA DOCOMO. THEY ARE FRAUD.

                                  Most respectfully I would like to inform that Yesterday on 25.10.11 I purchased new Tata Docomo pre-paid sim (+91-[protected]).
                                  After that I send a request for activating Internet Pack of Rs 69.00 (2.5 GB/ Month) dialing the code *141*1001#. At first It wasn't a success as my phone displayed an error message saying "request cant be completed. Try after some time". Calling Customer Care they explained of error in server and told to activate pack after some time. I called at approx 3.00 pm

                                  As directed by customer care I, At 4.00 pm approx I tried it again and now it was success.

                                  But instead of deducting Rs 69 once they deducted it twice i.e 69 X 2 = Rs 138.
                                  Approaching customer care today, they explained that I ACTIVATED THE pack twice so i am deducted more.
                                  I requested them to resolve the problem as It wasn't my error I did what them explained, But they were not satisfied. So I further plead they cannot sell same pack twice to a customer. But they very arrogantly didn't resolved my problem. Kindly help

                                    This is Tauqeer Eram, a Tata Docomo prepaid customer o[censored]P (East) circle with mobile no. [protected]. Even though I have not placed any request for caller tune activation, Docomo have activated the service on my number. This has resulted in deactivation of Docomo call service itself as deduction of caller tune charged brought my account balance amount in negative. This is sincere case of cheating customer by forcefully charging for value added service and which in turn have resulted in blockage of my Docomo number in my case. I might have missed some important calls because of such irresponsible service by Docomo. I want to drag this to consumer forum and get the things done rightly. This is the 4th time I am facing this situation, earlier also I called up customer care and they told you must have logged request, that time i did not responded that strongly but this time it is a high time for me it has crossed all limits and my number itself got out of service !!!

                                    Please take this a serious action and get customer justice. I need refund for my unwanted service charges..

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,
                                        I am Sandeep Kumar, Bangalore. I am TATA DOCOMO prepaid customer ([protected]) from more than 1 and a half year.
                                        As my talktime balance was less (approx. 10.00 Rs.) I got my mobile no. [protected] E-recharged for an amount of Rs. 510/- on[protected] at around 10:50 AM.and the Transaction ID is "[protected]". My current balance showed as Rs. 472.57 after recharge.

                                        As per the assurance given by TATA DOCOMO in their official website "http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx" If I do Easy Recharge for Rs. 510/-, I should have got TALK TIME of Rs. 585/- with unlimited Talk Time validity. But I have got only Rs. 462/- instead of Rs. 585/-. It means that I am under loss of approximate Rs. 123/- for the mistake done by TATA DOCOMO.

                                        Immediately when I called TATA DOCOMO Customer care at 121, they asked me to wait for few hours and the bonus talk time would be credited to my account. But it was not credited. When I again tried to call customer care, the call was forwarded and I was asked to mail my complaint to “[protected]@tatadocomo.com”.

                                        So on[protected] at around 05:35 PM, I sent a mail to “[protected]@tatadocomo.com” requesting them to credit back my loss amount of approximate Rs. 123/-.

                                        On[protected] at around 2:19 AM I got a reply from TATA DOCOMO customer care that, they regret for the inconvenience caused to me and would like to inform me that the bonus talk time will be credited within 72hrs to my account. Also requested me to kindly bear with them until such time.

                                        As per my interaction with them, my TATA DOCOMO number [protected] was to be credited with the difference amount of approximate Rs. 123/- (bonus talk time) within 72 hours. But unfortunately it has not yet been credited.

                                        When I again contacted 121 (customer care) on[protected] at around 7:10AM, Customer Care Executive said that no complaint has yet been updated and asked me to wait for one more day. Is it not enough that I waited for 4 days for the mistake created by TATA DOCOMO?

                                        But when I told to register the complaint, she forwarded the call to the TEAM LEADER and she also refused to register complaint. What's the problem to register the complaint when the customer insists to register after waiting with patience for 4 days?

                                        It is clearly mentioned in the official website of TATADOCOMO (http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx) that with the "E-recharge Voucher" (note: its not Special Tariff Voucher) of Rs 510/-, the TALKTIME benefited is Rs. 585/- with Unlimited Validity. But the TEAM LEADER of TATA DOCOMO Customer Care argued that I should have done "Special Recharge" of Rs. 510/-?

                                        Is this the way to mislead the customers? Is that the information given in Official website of TATA DOCOMO wrong? Is that the knowledge the TEAM LEADER has? Don't she know the difference between "E-recharge Voucher" and "Special Recharge Voucher" ? I never expected this from them.

                                        What so ever it is, I am very much disturbed. I want my difference amount of approximate Rs. 123/- (bonus talk time) to be credited to my account immediately.

                                        Hence I kindly request the concerned person to solve the issue.

                                        After many conversations, atlast my bonus talktime of Rs. 120/- was credited to my account.
                                        Thanks for all the concerned person for attending and solving the issue.
                                        Tata Docomo is a cheater. I have also made online recharge of Rs. 75/-. Transaction was successfull. But the amount was not credited. Customer care also refused to lodge any complaints. Ultimately, I lodged complaints online. Their customer care is worst.
