I am Pradip Pokiya . My Docomo Number is [protected] has been automatically activated Vastu and Feng Shui service when my sim is out of mobile. and when i insert sim in my mobile that time msg in my inbox...Hi! You have subscribed to Vastu and Feng Shui at Rs 2 till 14/11/2011. To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP VAASTU to 155223(Free).. thereafter i call in 121 for this problem. he is not taking good answer... he say you send a sms to 121 for last three deduction. when i say i have this msg. but he has only one answer you send a sms to 121 for last 3 deduction...... second time i sms to 198 .... for complain... he answer me your mobile have activate a service so i would not return any balance which deduction.....
tomorrow i have same problem my other number ([protected])when i insert sim in mobile a sms is shown :Hi! You have subscribed to Feng Shui at Rs.30 till 10/12/2011. To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP FENG to 155223(Free). there after i call in 198 for complain.... so balance in my mobile has return.....but till date my no. [protected] has deducted 2 RS. but not refund my balance....
So, how can you activate service automatically..... please give me answer for this balance deduction.......

    Dear Madam/Sir,
    Congratulations for tightening your security and thus preventing any further exploitation,but does that mean that the company only care for its profits?.From the past one month I have been witnessing horrifible network performance-whether it be your network strength or Internet speeds.The network strength as advertised by you is even nowhere near the claimed performance I usually get 2 or 4 bars out of 8 most of the times.and the Internet performance is just well below in comparison to the other operators that provide similar services at equal or lower prices.the Internet performance of you 2G services is so low that speeds would hardly ever cross 10KB/S or 80kbps.I really feel very disappointed by your services.surely the High claims and poor quality services must be the reason why so many subscribers have switched to other networks.People don't mind the price unless you provide superior quality services.also there are a lot of sudden slow downs during the day when speeds fall well below tolerable limits like 2-4KB/s.I have spoken to your executives as well as filed innumerable complaints with them but to no-avail.so,I would really appreciate if you improve your services to provide are money's worth.

      From Authorised outlet of Tata Docomo at Piplani Bhopal, i take a recharge of 1000rs on 09/11/11. The execitive assured me that i am able to use the internet unlimited for a month. But after using a single night my internet stop working. On asking the same with the authorised executive he told me that he is helpless. Even in customer care i did not get any satisfied answer. This happned me 3 times. I spend more than 5000 rs on tata docomo 3G but still i am not able to use it. Over all TATA DOCOMO had very bad services. TATA DOCOMO HAD VERY BAD SERVICES EVEN AT THEIR AUTHORISED OUTLETS. I HAD NEVER SEEN THE WORST COMPANY LIKE TATA DOCOMO

        hello sir mam i really need ur help few months before i begged my dad and got a Tata Docomo 3g wi-fi hum for 6000 and i took a plan of 5gb unlimited usage with monthly rental 1000.According to company information we can use the device on speed of 7.2 till 5 gb and after that 128kbps and the usage is unlimited. But a month ago my connection was stopped and when i ask them why the told me that i have to pay 17000! (seventeen thousand rupees) because mu usage is high i asked him but i am using a unlimited plan he said yes that's right and took a complain but no use. Now i have called up several times to ask and get my net started i logged 2 complains complain number is 1st[protected], 2nd[protected]. But they don't care. I expect that you will not do this to me instead help me please.

          Hello Sir / Madam,
          I am Sandeep Kumar, Bangalore. I am TATA DOCOMO prepaid Customer with mobile number [protected]. I was enjoying free 500 sms /day from past 9-10 months. But suddenly from[protected], my free sms was reduced to 100 sms/day. I was said that it was due to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) Rules.

          But thankfully the limit was increased to 200 sms/day per sim from[protected] as imposed by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai). Now I am able to send only 100 free sms/day. The next 100 sms/day are getting charged at Rs. 0.60/sms which is not fair. When contacted TATA DOCOMO customer care, the executive told it was due to TRAI regulations.

          I would like to bring the below press release by TRAI (http://www.trai.gov.in/WriteReadData/trai/upload/PressReleases/843/press_releas... )

          “ The Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations provide a restriction that no Access Provider shall permit sending of more than one hundred SMS per day per SIM except telemarketer or transactional message sending entity. The Authority has received representations from some of the service providers and consumers to increase the limit of 100 SMS per day per SIM. The Authority has considered these representations and decided to increase the limit of one hundred SMS per day per SIM to two hundred SMS per day per SIM.”

          (I have attached the copy of press release by TRAI)

          It clearly states that it has increased the limit to 200 SMS per day per SIM. So It has never told that only 100 SMS/day are free are the rest 100 SMS/day to be charged. According to TRAI, my free sms per day has to be increased to 200 sms/day and I am eligible for that. Then why am I been charged for the 100 sms?

          Hence I kindly request the concerned persons that my free sms per day to be increased to 200 free sms/day instead of 100 sms/day

          Tata Docomo — 100 Adv SMS everyday

          Hi,
          I have been the customer of docomo from last 6 months
          they have such a poor quality service even i can not imagine, I called them more then 50 time to stop seding me unwanted adv SMS and calls from different vendor till the today its not stopped. When ever i call they take service request thats all no action taken on that i fed up with you guys.
          Actully u guys need to be punished then u will understand, but when u r owner him self in the 2G scam what more u guys can do

          on[protected], TATA DOCOMO Customer Care executive and asked me to contact the retailer for details about SMS pack of 200 sms/day..

          Customer Care Executive also informed that as per the process for the SMS packs the first 2 SMS alone will be charged. He also informed that as per latest directive from TRAI (government), prepaid customers will be allowed to send a max of 200 SMS in a day instead of 100 sms earlier. Customer who sends greater than 200 SMS in a day, will be barred from sending any more sms for the day. He will be automatically unbarred at 12 midnight on the day of barring.

          But this is not the solution to the issue I have addressed above.

          I am asking, why should i pay for the first 2 sms per day?

          I was having 500 sms per day for free even without any charges for any of the SMS everyday.
          Then TRAI restricted the SMS to 100 sms / day. Fine, i agree with that. But when TRAI has extended the limit to 200 sms / day, even my free sms has to be increased to 200 free sms / day. Instead of that, TATA DOCOMO is asking me to pay for the first two sms/ day or to pay Rs. 0.60/sms after finishing 100 sms/day. It is not fair from TATA DOCOMO side. This is nothing but TATA DOCOMO is misusing the TRAI rules.

          Hence I kindly request you to give back my SMS offer at 200 sms/day without any charges for any of the SMS upto 200 msgs per day as it was before.

          As per the process you will be charged Rs.0.60 per SMS after completion of 100 SMS per day.

            Hello !

            Tata Docomo's Voice Mail Box is having an issue since over 5 months.
            When I divert calls to Voice Mail Box and when someone calls me from BSNL Landline, the call does not get recorded.
            It gets diverted to voice mail and then voice mail keeps on just saying "Record Your Message" forever.

            This problem persists on all Docomo GSM numbers in Maharashtra circle and whenever anyone calls from any BSNL Landline.

            I am trying to fix this problem for over 5 months. I raised complaint upto Nodal and Appellate level. (Complaint No M5605944)
            They are giving very poor and inappropriate response. They are saying that issue is with BSNL. I have already called BSNL and they have nothing to do with other company's Voice Mail Box. Docomo's support is pathetic ever.

            When I diver my calls to Voice Mail Box, no matter who calls from which network anywhere from the world, it must get properly recorded. Ensuring proper working of VMB is responsibility of Docomo. But instead they are pointing out to BSNL and saying that end equipment (The Landline Phone) is faulty. This is the dumbest response ever.

            Hope you guys will do needful to get this issue sorted out.
            I also call for support from other Docomo users, they are also having this issue, they can try and verify.

I have submitted Documents along with security Rs 500/- (CDMA Security)For Switch to ( TATA DOCOMO GSM TO TATA DOCOMO CDMA ) in Tata Store, Baddi, Distt Solan Himachal Pradesh For Mobile Number Portability (MNP) on 24th October 2011. But Till today 8 Nov 2011 my number is not port in TATA Docomo CDMA. I am lodging so many complaints on Tata nodal desk but that complaints are useless and waste of my time.                 My Tata Docomo Relationship Number is[protected].
                Last month i took this postpaid connection in my office (Tata consultancy Services Thane).
                Plan name is Freedom 499 Plan.
                At the time of advertising representative told me that this is exciting plan. all over india roaming free with 84000sec of free local/std/roaming calls with 2 gb data usage free. So i took this plan.
                within 15 days i got my bill and the amount payable was 799.0. I was shocked. when i checked my bill i found that Tata docomo charged me with incoming calls for roaming (300rs). Even i have not completed my 84000sec quota. This was not acceptable so i contacted there customer service. but they also not ready to help and stated that bill generated is correct. Late fee was extra 100 rs so i paid that bill.

                But these kind of advertisement are misdirecting the customer and consumercourt should take strict action against these kind of companies.

                  Respected sir, i have taken tata docomo sim ([protected]) in bangalore in the month of july 2011. i recharged for Rs 60 in the month of sept its validity is 3 months to get the low std call rates. I came to visakhapatnam in oct and i discontined the usage of sim of 20 days. now the sim is not working, so that i loose the tariff value and sim also.

                  i requested that pls give me back my value and i want to get working my sim as usual.

                    TATA DOCOMO DATACARD is the worst datacard in the world i guess. It spoilt the name of tata.
                    The customer service is worthless. I brought the datacard in banglroe and came to chennai and the speed is showing nearly 0 kbps. when i call customer care they are just playing saying to contact other customercare nbr. when i call chennai nbr they say call banglore and vise versa.
                    Such a useless customer care ihave never seen it. Some times when i call tata docomo, it is diverted to tata photon or tata indicom. These people has to be arrested for cheating the public. Network is very worst. Their service has to be cancelled first of all.

                      i have requested for port out request to tata docomo and i wanted to port in to uninor and i have fulfilled all the necessary formalities on 29.10.2011 but i am still waiting for it and when i asked to uninor then they told me to ask this to tata docomo and when i asked to tata docomo then they told me to ask uninor, so please tell me now what to do? and this is my 2nd porting request, 1st request rejected by docomo so what to do?

                        Dear Sir

                        The various docket numbers[protected],[protected] and[protected] relate to the same issue as below.

                        We have had the 10gb unlimited (1st 10 gb 3.1mbps speed and afterwards unlimited download on limited speed) corporate plan and subsequently made a request to upgrade to the 5gb unlimited plan (1st 5gb on 3.1mbps and afterwards unlimited download on limited speed) during the month of October 2011.

                        There has been an error by the Tata internet service provider and they got us on an incorrect plan which seems to be some 'limited plan'

                        We logged a complaint with the customer support person Srinath call reference :[protected] on the 25th October 2011 and were assured of a resolution with a wait time of 3 days and which ideally should have brought our account status up and running smoothly by 27th October 2011 when they had identified and acknowledged that there has been an incorrect mapping of plan against our account (an error at their end) and assured that the incorrect bill is due to this and that they will rectify and we will be billed as per our previous plan 10 gb unlimited plan for the month of October 2011. And said that they will map us to the 5gb unlimited plan in November 2011.

                        when this has not been resolved yet. It appears that the we are still mapped on to the incorrect plan which charges our account incorrectly and which inturn puts a bar on the service without notice. The customer service center guys make us repeat the whole issue each time we call which is intimidating especially when each person in the company provides different resolution times and most persons want to explain the whole thing from the start time consuming for us. They have never got to the crux of the issue and dealt it in a way a fair business body should.


                        When this is a torture at the service side of things, each time to release the bar, we have to call the customer services, explain from the first to our last breaths and only to be provided with a new resolution time and resolution number and using stereotyped responses, long pauses and rigid in having to escalate things to resolve quickly and effectively without having need for us to make repeat calls or long calls. We have repeated on this numerous occasions now and totally FED UP. This is not proper legal customer service procedure at all.

                        Ideally we have always chosen the unlimited plan which should not bring our bill to a monthly rental charge amounting to around 950 rs per month. We have lost mental peace over the scary bill , barred service and inefficiency of the organization to resolve the issue for us.

                        The process is sickening and intermittent net connection and no connections has interfered with our regular work plans and upsetting quite a few plans relating to work and study and personal connect and has not proved the moneys worth that we have spent. Our time and peace is more precious than money.

                        On the other hand, we also receive regular collections call from the organization urging us to pay the incorrect bill. The various internal departments dont seem to interact among themselves but rely on customers valuable time for information. We are busy in our own way and this amounts to annoyance and torture that we have lost peace and sleep over this.

                        The collections team doesnt seem to connect with the customer support in picking the account details and understanding the crux of the issue, the order processing team doesnt seem to map the customer against the plans that they have originally opted for, the system in itself doesnt seem to allow a fair treatment of customer in the service front and resolve any issues therein .

                        we are being ridiculously directed to email customer support after they have cut the services, asked to phone call some number which is a paid call and not toll free, asked to wait on extended resolution without clue, each call needs explanation from start and is too irritating, asked to go to the nearest center ( note this is not device fault, it is their fault to have mapped customer against a incorrect service plan) without proper direction of resolution. Why should we incurr some extra cost because someone in their organization has not done their duty properly. It is illegal business to harrass the customer without having to resolve the internal issues diligently. In driving us from pillar to post, they are only buying time without clarity to customers. For us not getting the service at the right time is as equal to 'no service' we have bought the product device and taken service connect since we have plans to use.
                        Have as well emailed nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com "Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in" and "[protected]@tatadocomo.com" with no response as yet. Not even an acknowledgement as having recieved the query email from us. This is too sick.

                        I would want to decide for another service provider and the situation demands urgency in that we have work commitments and study and their intermittent service and the extensively endless delay in resolution is affecting our work pathetically. We are at loss.

                        I have already spent a lot of my time trying to work with their customer center and totally exhausted. I have been unnecessarily spending on alternate arrangements due to disconnect services on my tata photon device and their inefficiency in resolving this issue and have tested our patience to the utmost limit now. I consider that the organization has cheated by selling a device which is not worthy to provide a requested service during times o[censored]tmost need and since I have already invested on this device, I am done with my budget and unable to seek assistance of another service provider until they return my money and collect back the device.

                        It is illegal business to intimidate customer on paying for a service which they have not ordered and equally illegal is mapping us on to a plan to bill and in the name of charging pro rata, disconnecting the service as and when they like without prior notification and each time that we want to estabish the connection we have to explain that there is a credit limit exceed on the bill which is due to their incorrect bill and which is inturn due to the fact that they have not been able to correct the change in plan as per our request. This is a viscious cycle now and we would like to put the company on strict explanation to this. They have not even acknowledged the complaint emails that we have sent in this regard.

                        I seek resolution in simple terms, either provide me proper service with immediate effect or collect the device back by returning my money without having me walk up and down the various support centers and any further delay in resolution of query I might have to seek compensating for my losses as well.

                          hai i am manjunathan. Today i play one online game ra one. This is 1.60mb size and free game also. It downloaded from nokia ovi. But 91 rupees deduct from my account. I never expect like this fraud activity from tata group of companies. Customer care people are not responding properly. Please solve immediatly. And also they are not respecting the mobile portablity customer.

                          also they have deducted Rs-42 for no reason. when i spoke to the customer care the said that they will refund Rs-91 &Rs- 42 within 24 hrs. but untill today the didn't refund my money. after speaking to customer care they have refunded only Rs- 30. the have not refunded the balance of Rs-103. Again I cant believe that the fraudsters is going on in tata group.

                          i request the public who are all are using this network please change your network to some other else network. or say goodbye to your money!!!

                            Hi...i used wifi in my mob on Oct 4 morg..aftr tht the network remains in my mob..tht day evening itself I called to customer care and said tht internet s getg access in my mob ,kindly check and deactivate it nu..but tht customer care representative said tht its not an issue and Dn worry u wl nt b charged for ths nu..but aftr a month today thy keep on deducting my balance ...my balance s actually 102 but now my balance s around 60...its very bad of them....nw thy sayg some reasons for reducing my balance...even no information regarding the balance didn given to me..thy didn send any sms regardg balance deduction...its all too much...am using docomo from past two years.i ws proud abt ths network...but nw thy doing things lk ths and getting thr proud down.. Actually my entire family s a docomo user..but if no action s taking against complaint..sure it wl a very loss fr them....kindly take action against ths ..and get my balance back..

                            Tata Docomo — deduction of balance Rs 102.00

                            tata docomo has been deducted an amount Rs 102.00 for data usage on dated 15-12-10 & 16-12-10. after complain they give me a complain no-GBL[protected] and told balance will be credited in my account on dated 20-12-10 till 12.am. i checked the balance on that day but the balance was not credited in my a/c. so i call to customer care again. on that matter an employee name Goutam Kumar Singh, Mob. No-[protected] from Jharkhand cound not solve my problem but after some time he send me a abuse message.

                            "Abe balance nahi hai to internet use karega!!!!!!!!!!!!!"


                            Kindly solve my problems as soon as possible.

                            Kindly treat the matter as urgent..

                              Sir,
                              My tata docomo no is [protected]. An automatic personalized games value pack
                              has been activated on it on 04/11/2011 without my notice.I had checked my balance in the morning and the amount was Rs. 42.47 on 04/11/2011 and when i checked the next day Rs.42 has been deducted from my account. Now my balance is only 0.47. I tried talking to customer care several times but it was of no use. Please deactivate it at the earliest and arrange for the refund.

                              The charges have been levied correctly for the Game pack. Hence, we are unable to refund the amount. Also be informed that VAS pack for your number has been deactivated.

                                hi my name is vinod kashyap from 2-3 months my balance is deducting continuosly a message comse to me "Your account does not have
                                sufficient balance to make this call -
                                TATA DOCOMO". and when i check my balance, it goes to 0.
                                customer care also dont know why my balance is deduction , i have no subsribcription pack active. please do something they have eaten 200-300 rs in these 2 months, i am a student and they are deducting my balance. thank you. my number is [protected]

                                  I WAS A SUBSCRIBER OF TATA DOCOMO 3G INTERNET SERVICE ON DATACARD WITH NO. [protected]. I HAD SUBSCRIBED TO A FIXED RENTAL PLAN . DUE TO POOR CONNECTIVITY AND VERY SLOW SPEEDS I THOUGHT OF GETTING THE SERVICE DISCONNECTED AND VISITED THEIR OUTLET IN THE FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER WHEREIN I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE NEW BILLING CYCLE HAD ALREADY STARTED I WOULD BE AT A LOSS AND SHOULD COMPLETE THIS MONTH'S PERIOD. MY BILLING CYCLE WAS FROM 3RD OF A MONTH TO 2ND OF NEXT MONTH. NOW WHEN I SUBMITTED A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR DISCONNECTION ON 01.11.2011 AT 5.12 PM AT THEIR SECTOR 8, OUTLET IN CHANDIGARH THE TATA EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT IMMEDIATELY DISCONNECT MY SERVICES AND AFTER 3 DAYS I WOULD GET A CALL FROM THEIR RETENTION DEPARTMENT AND THEY WOULD ONLY DISCONNECT THE SERVICES AFTER THAT AND THAT TOO WITHIN A TOTAL OF 7 DAYS PERIOD FROM NOW. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THIS PERIOD. I ASKED THE TATA EXECUTIVE TO SUPPLY ME THE COPY OF THIS RULE OF THE COMPANY WHICH HE DECLINED. I ASKED HIM TO GIVE THIS IN WRITING ON PHOTOCOPY OF MY WRITTEN REQUEST FOR DISCONNECTION. AT FIRST HE FLATLY REFUSED BUT AFTER MY PROTEST AND ARGUMENTS FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES HE RELENTED AND GAVE ME IN WRITING THAT " THE CONNECTION WOULD BE CLOSED WITHIN 7 DAYS" REQUEST NO.[protected] DATE 1/11/2011, ALONGWITH STAMP OF TATA TELESERVICES LIMITED. I HAVE STOPPED USING THE DATACARD AND HAVE NOT USED IT AFTER 2ND OF NOVEMBER,2011. I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED BY THE COMPANY FOR PERIOD BEYOND THE BILLING CYCLE ENDING 2ND NOVEMBER, 2011 AS I HAVE REQUESTED FOR DISCONNECTION MUCH IN ADVANCE I.E. ON 01.11.2011 ITSELF AT 5.12 PM IN THE EVENING. THIS ILLEGAL ACTION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY IN NOT DISCONNECTING THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY WRITTEN REQUEST OR AT LEAST WITHIN A PERIOD OF 24 HOURS AFTER MY REQUEST AND TRYING TO FLEECE ME BY INFORMING THAT I WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE EXTENDED PERIOD BEYOND 2ND OF NOVEMBER FOR WHICH I AM IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE IS AGAINST ALL ETHICS AND IS TOTALLY WRONG. THE TELECOM AUTHORITIES SHOULD LOOK INTO THESE ILLEGAL POLICIES OF THE PRIVATE COMPANIES AND STOP THE CONSUMER EXPLOITATION AT THEIR HANDS.

                                      I have also received a bill on 28 October 2011.

                                        dear sir,i m receiving s.m.s from two numbers-[protected] and [protected].I dont know any of the following numbers and also they are not receiving my calls.I am so much disturbed from theses s.m.s.
                                        please sir take prompt action.
                                        My mobile number is [protected]. I am keep getting 40 to 50 SMSs per day regarding a mobile no. [protected]. The mobile belongs to me. In this regard, I have given compliant No. DNDO[protected] dated 03/09/2010 at 11.32 hrs regarding receiving unnecessary cricket sms and amount for sending sms is debited in our top-up account. I have top-uped for Rs.75/- for usage of phone. All amount of Rs.75/-was debited immediately without my knowledge. Please take necessary action and deducted amount of Rs.75/-may be re-credited in our top-up account.

                                        Today i have received a message (12.10.10) at 12.27 "you have beenh successfully subscribed to yoga tips alerts. You have been charged Rs.30`` (balance was Rs.86.17)

                                        Please note that I have never requested for any of your alert service. But to my surprise by sending the above message you have actually irritated me besides incurring a charge of Rs.30.

                                        When i send a sms informing i am not interested such alerts i have been informed by a message at 18.59 that `you have been unsubscribed from tata docomo yoga tips alerts. But the charges recovered not credited.

                                        I am a regular customer recharging whenever full talk value offered from the day one when i purchased the number. Without my request and consent you have charged the amount.

                                        I request you to credit the amount recovered.
