Hi,
I am Mohammed Aslam. My Tata Docomo Mobile number is [protected]. I moved from Vodafone to Tata Docomo last month and this is my first bill that I have received from Tata Docomo. At the begaining they said my credit limit is Rs. 800, but now the bill amount that I have received is around Rs. 54000. I have not received any initimation in any means what so ever when I was using the connection. Even I called them multiple times to know the data usage, but no response from them.When I checked the unbilled amount also, it was showing Rs. 0. I raised complaints regarding this but there was no resolution. I feel that Tata Docomo has cheated me and now I am not able to make outbound calls as my outgoing is barred because of this issue. This is second time i am raising the complaint, It is giving me mental stress and i am not able to concentrate on anything. I didn't get any call from TATA DOCOMO. Please take necessary actions.     This is to inform you that I am Prabhat Kumar Roy of 70 years old a resident of Madhyamgram, Kol-129, one week back got a call from your end that whether am I interested to get the job information or not? I told him that I am a retired person and I am 70 years old, so I am not at all interested. Despite that on 18.10.11 I got a message from that you have been debited Rs.30 to give me the job information. There after I have tried so many times to contact your customer care officer but every time they had disconnected the line without giving any satisfactory answer and blocked my mod. no. for that day so that I can't disterb them again for that day.

      I had a Tata Docomo postpaid connection [protected]. I disconnected this service on 12 April 2011 after paying a bill of Rs. 1582. I received two calls asking me why I am disconnecting the service also. My outgoing calls were barred on the day. I was told it will be fully disconnected in 3 days. Now after 6 months, today I received a mail telling that I have payment due. I contacted the customer care and came to know my service is still active and I have to pay the bills. They don't have records of disconnection request, no interaction details, no last outgoing call status. Now I am asked to visit a Tata Docomo office and pay the money and get the service disconnected if I want.

      Sir,
      I have the honor to inform you that i submit my documents to got tatadocomo postpaid i didnt recive any sim but the monthly billing is coming to my mail .

      So, pls re-issue i need my documents back im select docomo number [protected]. send the documents to my mailling address or my email id. my mobile num -[protected]
      I am also facing a problem like this.I have paid bill for disconnect my post paid card.But they didnt have disconnect my connection.they have stop all the service from my card.But still i am getting bill at every month.I have also get notice from lawer.My docomo number is [protected]..Please check it.

        I have a taken a Tata Photon on 16/09/2011 from a dealer in shapur and the speed which was promised to me, i am not getting the speed and i want to disconnect the services or change my postpaid connection to the prepaid in which i can use the services as per my preferences... I want your response at the earliest,...

          1. I AM A SERVING AIR FORCE SOLDIER AND POSTED AT CHANDIGARH SINCE 01 NOV 2010. I AM RESIDING AT SECTOR-47A.

          2. ON 01 OCT 11, I HAVE REQUESTED FOR APPLICATION FOR MOBILE NUMBER PORTING OF MY NO. [protected] FROM TATA DOCOMO TO IDEA. ADDRESS PROOF, ID PROOF AND PHOTOGRAPH OF SELF HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE DEALER (SUPER SOUND, SECTOR-47C BOOTH, CHANDIGARH) ON THE SAME DATE.

          3. FURTHER AFTER 07 WORKING DAYS, ON 12 OCT 11, I WENT TO THE SAME SHOP BECAUSE NO MESSAGE FROM EITHER TATA DOCOMO OR IDEA WAS RECEIVED REGARDING PORTING. I CONVEYED THE SAME TO THE SHOP OWNER ALSO. HE TOLD ME THAT IT MAY TAKE 15 DAYS AS NOW A DAYS ITS SO.

          4. I ON COMPLETION OF 20 DAYS, ON 20 OCT 11 WENT TO THE SAME SHOP AND ENQUIRED ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY PORTING REQUEST. HE WITH INHUMAN BEHAVIOUR BEHAVED TO ME AND TOLD THAT HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY AND HIS DISTRUBUTOR/DEALER JOB IS THAT.

          5. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE OF TATA DOCOMO AND THEY TOLD THAT I NEED TO CALL IDEA CUTOMER CARE AND GET IT DONE. WHAT IS THIS MEAN? I PORTED FROM AIRTEL TO TATA DOCOMO IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2011 AND THAT TIME I DID'NT CALLED ANY OF THE CUST CARE TO GET IT DONE AND WAS DONE IN SEVEN DAYS.

          6. I THEN ASKED ON THE NEXT DAY, 21 OCT 11 TO THE SHOP OWNER TO RETURN TO RETURN MY DOCUMENTS. HE ANNOYED AND SHOUTED ON ME AND SAID THAT THAT DOCUMENTS CANNOT BE RETURNED AS IT IS BEEN DEPOSITED. NO FURTHER HELP HE WILL PROVIDE AND SAID THAT IM SPOILING HIS TIME AND BUSINESS BY FREQUENTLY VISITING HIM AND TELLING MY PROBLEM IN FRONT OF OTHER HIS CUSTOMERS.

          7. DOCOMO IS ALSO SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENTS OF PORTING REQUEST BY ME THROUGH THE SHOP OWNER.

          8. PLEASE HELP ME AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE SHOP AND TATA DOCOMO IN SERVING THE CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A INHUMAN WAY AND IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER CARE....

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I have a Tata Docomo Postpaid connection vide Number [protected]. I am using the same number since one and half year in prepaid status and converted into postpaid before 4 months but I am not satisfied with the postpaid services so I need to migrate my number into prepaid again. For this purpose I made a request to customer care on 14/10/2011 after paying my all dues upto date (billed and unbilled i.e. Rs. 1425/-) and the time given by them for migration is only 72 hours but still not migrated into prepaid upto today i.e. 23/10/2011 (9 days i.e. 216 hours) . I called may times to customer care and nodal officer also but there is no proper response from them and there is no clear reason for not migration and my number is still into postpaid status. So, I would like to convert my number in prepaid because I am not able to continue the same in postpaid. I didnt make any outgoing call since 20/10/2011. So, I would like to instruct the company i.e. Tata Docomo to convert my number immediately otherwise I am not responsible to pay any postpaid bills if they are not agree for migration.

            Docomo — Prepaid to Postpaid:9032388699

            Hi,

            This is to inform you that I have a Tata Docomo Prepaid connection which I wanted to be migrated to Post paid. The Agent came and took all my relevant documents and it has been more than three weeks but my connection has not been migrated to Post paid. Called your toll free numbers many times and was told that it would be done within 48 hours but the 48 hours has not arrived since last 1 month. At last I spoke to an agent named Mazima who was a little bit helpful but she told that she is going to make it happen in next 48 hours and this was 1 week back. Today again I called up and spoke to the so called Team leader Syed, who assured me that he would make sure that the postpaid is activated in next 1 hour and if not I was supposed to call him and inform him the same. Well, it was not activated even today I waited for the whole day and tried calling him in the evening, but he did not answer or return my call. This has been an ongoing irritating process since last 1 month where you guys promise me that you would make sure that is done in next 48 hours and 1 hour but nothing happens, I have given you all my relevant documents which you asked ages back and your guys came to my place twice and verified and took my documents and have been making false promises stating that it is being dealt accordingly. I am forced to say that you guys do not believe in building customer relations. The agents on call are least bothered to answer politely or even speak appropriately and not only this, they blame me saying that I this is because I am migrating and not taking a new connection. I have spoken to Suman, Kartik, Nazeem and God knows how many more to no help!!!!

            Well, let me tell you that I am not taking new connection because I do not want to change my number and if I am doing that I don’t think that im doing some kind of sin. I would like to know once and for all that if it is possible to migrate my repaid to postpaid and if yes how much time it would take and please do not tell me 48 hours or 1 hour because I have been hearing this since last 1 month. IF it is not possible, I would like my documents back and I would no longer have Docomo as my Service provider for phone. I will make sure that this is reported to the consumer service forum and also on the social network to avoid anyone else being fooled.

            i have bought data docomo postpaid number by giving 500 rs on 15/12/2012, because that is silver number it seems, then it was activated on 07/01/2013. now i want to convert it to prepaid, i submitted my request and customer care told to submit my proofs to nearest docomo office but data docomo office s not doing and they r saying we have to use it for 90 days, can u help me plz
            Just Make as much as possible bill in post paid and leave without paying the post paid bill. These dirty waste fellows don't do things proper. even i have the problem with Post to Pre paid conversion problem. They will say all the non-sense.
            I had submitted a reuquest for migrating my postpaid phone to prepaid on August 5th. Till date the same has not been done and there are no details / status forthcoming from their call centre / helpline. All they say is to contact the store directly. This is too much as i havbe already paid the unbilled amounts as they asked me too and had also submitted the form along with the documents. Details as below:

              My TataDocomo GSM Number is [protected]

              Recently I transfer my Reliance number To Tata Docomo through MNP. My mobile number is registered in DND when I activated my number(Before 3 & half year) & still today, we can check this number is in DND list on ndnc Registery(http://ndncregistry.gov.in/ndncregistry/saveSearchSub.misc).

              I continue receive marketing purpose sms hence I called to Tata Docomo Customer Care. Customer Care Executive refused to take complain than I request him to transfer to Supervisor, Supervisor named Rohit Patil heard me & reply that My number is not in DND. If any one transfer mobile number via MNP than he has to register his number again & than one sms received with Request no. DND[protected], This new DND request was taken by TATA DOCOMO Company Without any kind of confirmation from my side. My number was already in DND List in NDNC Registery before 06 Oct 2011 with Partial Block Category.

              I am surprised. NDNC registery data base is maintained by TRAI & there is no such a rule that if a mobile number transfer via MNP than he has to register for DND again.!!

              He refused to take complain for Marketing SMS & Reply me that after 7 days, Your dnd request will be activated!

              I request you to take my Complain for Marketing SMS as my number is already in NDNC LIST,

              SMS Detail is as follow

              As per my inofrmation there is no such rule that if a mobile number is transfer via MNP than he has to register DND again.

              DND registration list maintain by NDNC Registry & nothing to do with company's change via MNP.


              One more problem with TATA DOCOMO is when anyone dial 1909 than if mobile number is in DND list than automatic it will be deactivated from DND & if not in DND than TATA DOCOMO automatic add that number in to DND List. No Confirmation they take !!

              Please solve my following query.

              1) I request you to give me my number to Partial Block Category which is before date 06-Oct as I haven't request you for fully block category

              2) Take complain of False sms received before dated 06-Oct for which I called & talked with your supervisor & he denied to take my complain

              3) If you cannot take my complain than please provide me rule & regulations of TRAI where it is mentioned that A Number transfer through MNP require to register again.

              Hope For Best solution From you people as my complain for above marketing sms was not taken by Tata Docomo Supervisor (Called at 2.00 PM Dated[protected] & talked with Mr Rohit Patil -Supervisor Tata Docomo)

                Hello Team,

                On 13th Oct around 10.30 am, i received call from Tata docomo's representative and he informed that all the given charges are correct and they will not refund on paid bill for the below amount. He was very rude and was not ready to listen me because of which i got bit highper. The person was sticked to his point and was trying to pove me wrong. After the conversation and without solving my issue he directly send me sms that the complaint has been closed successfully.

                I need your assistance, can any one help me out for the same. you can reach me on the same number as i am currently using it ([protected])

                Hello On duty / Mr. Rama Chettair,

                My name is Gaus G Shaikh. I have post paid connection with you.
                Connection number is [protected] and Relationship Number is[protected] . I have been using this connection since more than a year.

                If you reconcile my billing account, it never exceeded more than 200 INR. From past few months I am using a simple calling cell, so there is no question o[censored]sing internet. Unfortunately you have charge me 1154.31 INR for using Tata docomo Internet which is not used by me.

                More over if we go through the statement, it is showing that the internet has been used on 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th Sep of 2011. Where as I have logged the telephonic complaint on 15th, 16th and 21st Sep of 2011 for the same, that "I am not using Tata docomo internet" as soon as I received sms that I was about to complete my credit limit. Then too there is no action from your end and I was told by your telephonic officer that "It is system error and that is the main reason you are getting such sms, all my charges will be waived out after
                24 hours and I will receive the correct bill."

                Below are the details for my telephonic complaints,

                1) First complaint logged on 15/Sep/2011 at 18.11 Indian standard time and had words with Mr. Shailesh Chaudhary. Interaction Id is[protected].
                2) Second complaint logged on 16/Sep/2011 at 19.29 Indian standard time and had words with Mr. Avinash Uttekar. Interaction Id is[protected].
                3) Third complaint logged on 21/Sep/2011 at 12.07 Indian standard time and had words with Mr. Amit Pawar. Interaction Id is[protected].

                From the above details the main part to be noticed is "if I have logged a complaint starting from 15th Sep, Why the internet service were allowed after it." You must have investigate for the misuse.

                Kindly find the attached copy of my current bill for your investigation.

                Do revert with my revised correct bill amount which need to be paid before due date so that I can pay it out and continue the service.

                  I am not able to receive and make calls while i am at home i am literally in distress

                      i am using tatadocomo 3g E-stick and its no. is [protected]
                      My problem is that i can not see my data usage.I have registered my account in " MY ACCOUNT"service on tatadocomo website.On it i can only see , my balance,validity,date of my last recharge.
                      I talked with customer care executive.They suggest me to send email. I checked each and every option in my account service.please help.

                        On 5th Oct 2011 I raised a complaint #[protected] regarding my photon plus device which stopped working while I was out of station. I went to Shantiniketan (West Bengal, district - Birbhum) where the device was simply useless. I called up customer care immediately since I had to complete an important official work and the complaint was registered. I was promised that I would get a call back from them within 24 hours (! quite long turn around time though the problem was serious). But they never bothered to give me a call back though I waited till next day. Next day again I had conversation with them and that time I was told that the service engineer will be visiting me and check the problem with the device. Again the same old story, no one turned up. I had to run around the city and fortunately could manage an MTS data-card which worked absolutely fine. I stayed there for three days but I never received any service from photon. On 8th Oct I came back to my hometown Kolkata and the device started working. From 10th Oct I started receiving several calls from Photon customer care for the complaint which I had raised. They closed the complaint without my permission as the device started working in Kolkata. The complaint status was changed to "Resolved". Now my question is who rectified or resolved the issue ? Why did not I get any service from photon even after requesting customer care so many times. If outside Kolkata I had to use some other datacard and pay for that, then what is the use of keeping photon plus.

                          I am using the TATA DOCOMO prepaid simcard (Cell No. [protected]). On[protected] the company peoples called me and asked me, am I want to set caller tunes. I said no I don't want. But within 10 minutes they activated some caller tunes and charged Rs. 120/- and sent an SMS. They have said in the sms that I can deactivate the caller tune by calling 155223. When I called them, they instructed me to press few numbers. In few minutes I got a message that the caller tune is deactivated. But the charge was not re-credited in my balance. As per the TRAI regulations the mobile operators should not give value added services without permission of the consumer. The deactivation procedure is also not easy. Please take necessary action.

                          Same problem faced by me.. without customer willingness they should not activate or provide worthless offers. Once after deactivation the amount should get refunded to the customer.

                            Hi,

                            Mobile number: [protected].

                            On October 15, 2011, I did EVD recharge of Rs.95 GPRS Pack activation of TATA DOCOMO. But even after two days, GPRS pack is not activated and Rs.95 amount is also debited from bank account.
                            I am not sure, how company like TATA DOCOMO do that? Please look into the matter ASAP.

                            Tata Docomo — GPRS Activation

                            Hi,

                            i am a Tata-Docomo sim card user for Kolkata which contact no.[protected], want to use with a dongle for internet. for that i recharge it with Rs 65 for 2.5 gb. but i can;t activate the GPRS settings through Custmer care.Its a horrible experience during last two days, none is there to help me. if i want to contact with some person reply is 'contact through 52222. this not a user friendly number like other services. Kindly send me the GPRS settings with profile management setting & Network settings and APN etc. by a mail. I shall be obliged . Please don't request me to call again customer care.and rectify the customer care line for connecting a person who can on answer all these questions on proper menu. Thanks with regards.

                                I am using TATA DOCOMO service. before doing the prepaid recharge, i called the help line number and he guided me to do the the recharge of
                                Rs 94. The exceutive told me the different plan and the plan actually was different. so i did the complain to there noodle desk they called me back and said that the exceutive had given wrong info and sorry for the inconvenience caused and we have taken the action on him. but are not ready to refund the money. the complaint number they given to me is PGSR09377377. my mob number is [protected]

                                this company is bogus . first time provide half sec plan me in 3month then nothing this plan repet now my plan is costly so i quik into tatadocomo
                                On 29th September 2013, I recharged my Tata Docomo GSM number [protected] online with transaction id [protected], special recharge of Rs.499/- with a scheme for 2gb 3G & 500 talktime . But tata docomo provided me only with talk time of Rs.441.11. Before recharging i confirmed with there website also, same scheme was available at there website & no were it was return its not available at vadodara . Even i confirmed this at there customer office in vadodara with my friend couple of days back they also mentioned me about this scheme . after recharging when i got only TT of Rs 441.11 i enquired & call there customer care there they told me its not available in my area . & they r not ready to even take complain of it nor they r allowing me to talk to there HO .

                                  some unknown person is disturbing me with different unknown numbers from 4 pm date:16 october 2011.He says that he is from Ananthapur and has my number alreasy with him but how is it possible i dont know any one in anathapur as i am a resident of Hyderabad .                                     My Tata Docomo 3G Dongal number is [protected] and Relationship number is[protected].

                                    I'd taken this dongal from from a Tata docomo dealer who used to come infront of my office (KPIT Cummins, Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra) gate everyday in the month of July. Late July he stopped coming there and neither i knew his name nor his office since i felt anything suspicious till then.

                                    As he explained me the Bill plan is as follows; Total amount payable during activation was Rs.1999 and I shall get 5GB usage @3.6MBPS for a monthly rental of Rs.1000. First month 5GB will be free usage and there will be a discount of Rs.400 on bill for 5 months after that (i.e. 2nd to 6th month). I took the connection and got it activated in the month of July somewhere around 15th July to be precise.

                                    Later in the month of August I received a bill of Rs.448 after deducting a pro rata basis discount of Rs.400 for July month. I do not wish to pay this 1st bill because as per the dealer it should have been waived off.

                                    I've paid the 2nd and 3rd months bill.

                                    I dealt many time with customer care and Nodal officer regarding this but couldn't get any resolution for this. I feel like cheated by Tata Docomo and its dealer. Now everyone is refusing of any such plan and forcing me to pay the amount by third party collectors and then discontinuing my connection.

                                    Please Help !

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                      I have a Tata Docomo service for the number [protected] in Bangalore for the past few months. In the last one month or so I have had utter frustration and wasted a lot of time in trying to get my issue resolved from the company. In the process I have not only spoken to several people but also raised several complaints about their service and the frustration I have to face. This has however not worked out and I have totally given up now as none of my complaints have ever received any responses. Here is some information about the issue:
                                      1. I have been having issues with the network connectivity and 3G connectivity with Tata Docomo for a little over one month now. The reason I moved to Tata Docomo is because they assured my o[censored]ninterrupted services versus competitors in the market and at a much reasonable price. However even after logging complaints I have not received any responses.
                                      2. I called up the Customer Care when I first started facing this issue and spoke with a lady called Sameena. After explaining my problem with great difficulty (she was not able to interpret my issue) she gave me atoll free number to call on. She said that only the technical team will be able to help and the number she gave was [protected]. I called this number and spoke with more than one person and each time they said that this number deals only with E-stick 3G. I realized that I have been given misleading information - I have been speaking about post paid connection - why was I given the number for the e-stick department? I also had no complaint number provided by the agent Sameens.
                                      3. Sometime later I called the customer care again and spoke with Nazneen. She apologized and said she will sort it out. I asked her to first log a complaint against Sameena for providing misleading information and give me a complain number. She gave me the number[protected]. She also took another complaint for my connection and 3G issues and said the complaint number is[protected]. She said before 12:00 noon of 5th Oct this will be resolved. However this was not resolved. I waited for another week and finally decided to go to their office.
                                      4. I went to their office on Kormangala Road / Near Forum Mall and spoke with Prashant. I had to re explain the whole issue and the frustration I had to go through. He checked the settings on my phone and said everything is fine on it but there is a technical issue from their end. He apologised to me and sais he will check with one of his technical team members. He spoke with a gentleman on the phone and then re took another complaint. he gave me a complaint number[protected]. He assured me that someone will visit my home within 72 hours and that the issue will be resolved "soon".
                                      5. Nothing has happened still, no one has visited my house, no one has called me and no one has shown any level of accountability in resolving this. So this morning again I called the customer care and spoke with a person called Pradeep. He said his supervisor - Anju will call me in 30 minutes. This happened at 10:15 am today. It is 12:15 pm and no one has called me yet.

                                      I am totally frustrated. I did not take the mobile connection to use only inside my house, There has not only been negligence from Tata Docomo in resolving this but also lack of accountability. I feel cheated as a consumer and have lost any faith in the company.
                                      I still do not have 3G and have issues with the network. Its over a month and I do not uunderstand what the problem is.

                                      They seem to advertise about great customer service but in reality there is no customer service at all. The staff at the call center does not know how to speak with customers, they seem to have poor training and no empathy at all.

                                      I request you to kindly help me with this.

                                        I have purchased tata docomo 3g connection postpaid plan (7Mbps speed)

                                        My local vendor promised that I would atleast get a DOWNLOAD SPEED of atleast 1-2Mbps (which is, comparatively not good, but still ok)
                                        I stay in pune (kothrud area)

                                        HOWEVER, AFTER USING THIS PLAN FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS, THE AVERAGE DOWNLOAD SPEED THAT I RECEIVED SO FAR IS ONLY 150-200 Kbps (MAX BEING 1.5Mbps) WITH INTERMITTENT DISCONNECTIONS

                                        THE FOLLOWING ARE THE SEQUENCE OF EVENTS AND ACTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY ME

                                        1. APPLIED FOR CONNECTION. REQUIRED ALMOST 10 DAYS FOR ACTIVATION. NO HELP/RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE (TRIED BOTH VIA MAIL AND PHONE)

                                        2. COMPLAINED TO THE LOCAL VENDOR. HE SUGGESTED TO CONTACT TATA DOCOMO3G CUSTOMER CARE. NO HELP PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER CARE AND NO TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS PROVIDED. THE REASON GIVEN "YOUR NUMBER HAS NOT YET BEEN ACTIVATED, HENCE WE CANNOT HEP"

                                        3. I RAISED A COMPLAIN WITH TATA DOCOMO 3G CUSTOMER CARE, AFTER ACTIVATION AS STILL I WAS GETTING POOR SPEEDS (10-150 Kbps, WHICH IS SAME AS A DIAL UP STD INTERNET CONNECTION, AND PATHETIC)

                                        4. THE CUSTOMER CARE MAILED SAYING THEY WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH 48 HRS

                                        5. NO PHONE CALL OR ANY EMAIL HELP RECEIVED

                                        6. AFTER 48 HOURS, THE CUSTOMER CARE REPLIED SAYING THAT I NEED TO CALL THEM

                                        7. AFTER ABOUT 1 WEEK FROM THE ABOVE (POINT 6), THE CUSTOMER CARE CLOSED MY COMPLAIN SAYING THAT THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED

                                        8. THE ABOVE 7 STEPS TOOK ALMOST 1 MONTH

                                        9. RAISED ANOTHER COMPLAIN WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE

                                        10. THE CYCLE IS REPEATING AGAIN

                                        Dear concerned,

                                        WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?????

                                        THIS IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND I THINK THE TATADOCOMO3G HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

                                        THIS HAS BEEN AN EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.

                                        Dear concerned,

                                        I HAVE SPENT RS 4000 FOR THE DATA CARD

                                        I AM NOT GETTING HELP

                                        PLEASE HELP AND ADVISE

                                        I HAVE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH TATADOCOMO MOBILE CONNECTION.

                                        I THINK TATA DOCOMO WILL PHASE OUT OF THE MARKET IN A COUPLE OF YEARS IF THIS CONTINUES
