Postpaid service not disconnected even after 6 months and still being billed

I had a Tata Docomo postpaid connection [protected]. I disconnected this service on 12 April 2011 after paying a bill of Rs. 1582. I received two calls asking me why I am disconnecting the service also. My outgoing calls were barred on the day. I was told it will be fully disconnected in 3 days. Marketing SMS Complaint not Taken By Supervisor of TATA DOCOMO COMPANY

no network in my area

I live in Kamalakar nagar area of Ambarnath (west). In our area there is no network of docomo for more than a week.
I am not able to receive and make calls while i am at home i am literally in distress

I cannot check my tata docomo 3g data usage

i am using tatadocomo 3g E-stick and its no. is [protected]
My problem is that i can not see my data usage.I have registered my account in " MY ACCOUNT"service on tatadocomo website.On it i can only see , my balance,validity,date of my last recharge.

Pathetic Tata photon customer service

On 5th Oct 2011 I raised a complaint #[protected] regarding my photon plus device which stopped working while I was out of station. I went to Shantiniketan (West Bengal, district - Birbhum) where the device was simply useless. I called up customer care immediately since I had to complete an important official work and the complaint was registered. GPRS activation

On October 15, 2011, I did EVD recharge of Rs.95 GPRS Pack activation of TATA DOCOMO. But even after two days, GPRS pack is not activated and Rs.95 amount is also debited from bank account.

I have purchased tata docomo 3g connection postpaid plan (7Mbps speed)

My local vendor promised that I would atleast get a DOWNLOAD SPEED of atleast 1-2Mbps (which is, comparatively not good, but still ok)
I stay in pune (kothrud area)

HOWEVER, AFTER USING THIS PLAN FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS, THE AVERAGE DOWNLOAD SPEED THAT I RECEIVED SO FAR IS ONLY 150-200 Kbps (MAX BEING 1.5Mbps)...
