Frequently Asking Address Proof - I have submitted the proof 3 times already

Nearly 3 months ago i have purchased a new TATA DOCOMO sim card for my use. I have purchased a sealed sim card and i have activated the sim card after my purchase with my PROOF and with my PHOTO only and it was used for home usage purpose.

1.After activation with 10 days TATA DOCOMO customer care called my number (Call attended by my Maa) and verfied my address and instructed to submit my proof again to whom i have purchased....

DEREGISTER DND

Sir/Madam, One of the Tata docomo customercare representative registered my Mobile No.[protected] at DND without my willing, as I asked them about the amount os Rs.30/- was deducted from my account under Songs book without my notice and not to repeat the same in future. Generating Bills after cancellation

TATA Docomo becoming expertise in providing worst service to their customers,

I have disconnected my service in the first week of June, 2011(REF: SR[protected] after paying the bill amount.

Status of SR[protected] Completed (Account Disconnected).

but still the collection agents calling me for august bill...:)...TATA Docomo has useless contact center. They never ever help you...
