Dear Sir,

1. I have portability my “RELIANCE” PREPAID CDMA no- [protected] to TATA DOCOMO (PREPAID GSM) with all documents on[protected]& get a TATA DOCOMO sim card (RSN NO.[protected]).
2. My TATA DOCOMO No. [protected] Activated on[protected] & Deactivated on dt.[protected].
3. My no. works four months in TATA DOCOMO.
4. I Called many-2 time from my other no. [protected] to Costumer Care but costumer care always Says we have not found Your Sim ([protected]) connection record '

" How possible my no. [protected] Still works four months in TATA DOCOMO, But TATA DOCOMO have no record of my no. "

    Respected sir,
    i still remember the TV add in
    which ranbeer kapoor says 'why
    to waste money, when u have
    free miss cal alert for life time.
    Keep it simple silly.'
    tu to do DOCOMO.
    But recently the company has
    started applying charges for that service and that too without prior notice.

    I had raised this question before, but there was no responce from the company side.

    And one more thing is that i don't want to know the current charges in this complaint, i want to kno why they started applying the charges to that service.


    Please help me.

      I have portability my “RELIANCE” PREPAID CDMA no- [protected] to TATA DOCOMO (PREPAID GSM) with all documents.on[protected], I have received a TATA DOCOMO sim card from TATA DOCOMO Retailer “Sachin Communication, Rly Road, Hapur-245101 (U.P.)” My no is activated in June -2011 from TATA DOCOMO prepaid distributor “ JAIN ENTERPRISES, Rly Road, Hapur-245101. & My no. is Deactivated by TATA DOCOMO on[protected]. I have Submitted my Second ID on 30 Sept. 2011 to TATA DOCOMO Distributor JAIN ENTERPRISES, HAPUR. But till date the sim card is not activated. when i called TATA DOCOMO customer care, they are replied we have no record of your no. [protected] & your documents are not received for update. I Compliant TATA DOCOMO Customer care on[protected] at 10:32 AM from my other TATA DOCOMO no. [protected] there executive Miss. (S…..) Attend my call she said i check your compliant but TATA DOCOMO cannot solve your problem, i said transfer my call to your senior staff but she cannot help me I said, I will be complained for your negligence to consumer court. & she replied do it i also says i have record your call she replied do it what ever you want.

      Sir, I afraid from TATA DOCOMO Distributor JAIN ENTERPRISES, HAPUR -245101 they misused my ID & I have used this no.[protected] from 2009 to[protected] due to this, I face lots of problem and my business get lots of loses who pay for this.

        In September 13 I saw one msg for VOV service rs 5 is deducting from your account . Every day they deduct money from my account for the unwanted service. I never activated that service. i registered complaints in ,19 sep(ref no:353432), 20 sep (ref no: 354249), 22 sep (ref no :355443) in tatadocomo website. But that was another disappointment nobody responds to my query.today also they deducts money and still deducting.Today is oct 4, even after two weeks nobody is taking the matter..My no is [protected]..And I hate this Brand for there Costumer relationship and this kinds of services....

        My Tata indicam no. is [protected]
        I have samsung mobile in which mobile service is there in that some channel are shown free of cost and some channel are paid.There is skim ( Service) of all channel per month for Rs. 99. I have made recharge of Rs. 99.Then also the service is not activate thee I went to TATA Docomo gallery at New Panvel, they havent give resonse just say go to the samsung gallery they When i went to samsung gallery they says there is no problem in phone and tell to called customer care I called customer care but he said that there is no problem in SIM cardand told to switch off mobile for 15 Minutes and service will resume but service yet not not started and also customer care does not give response to my call.
        When I started mobile TV function for paid the message comes " Registration Faild"
        Please activate my service as early as possible.

          Sub: Amount transfer of recharge by mistake to [protected] instead of correct no.

          I submitted request through emal on 5-2-2012 and 6-2-2012 with request to send my recharge amount 135/- which is by mistake sent to another number, (Actual no.is [protected] and by mistake gone to [protected] ) and I given the retailer name and his number ( Mubeen communication, recharge done by cell: [protected]-and also informed you that I talked the owner of the number given above about the problem, he assured me that he doesn’t have any objection and if docomo authorities will take back the recharge amount from my account, but I think that your intention is not to help customers who have connected with you even after your contineous teasing by unauthorisedly cutting amount from the account on the name of different service which we not interested. But even after your disc operate service with me I continued your service, as I mentioned earlier that I have lot of tata connection under my family members and I connected with tata group and advised to my concerned group to take tata service, but now I think that I was wrong to judge your company, it is your duty to rectify the mistake done by customer and in spite of several request you are not doing anything to transfer the amount to my account which is already I charged and it is only for internet purpose and it cannot use for talking purpose, I think that the owner of the number recharged by mistake is also cannot use it for talking purpose, and you know that I am continuously recharging the 135/-Rs amount by every three month for this number .
          Further you are replying me that you cannot do anything in it regarding money transfer if by mistaken recharge, already it is the system to rectify the mistake but intentionally you are doing like this, and you are leaving me on the mercy of a retailer shop keeper, so what is for your duty, and use.,
          By your shrinking responsibility you will lose not only me but I have so many tata number under me that I will immediate disconnect the connections and also I will bring the matter in public, through internet to all consumer and I will alert them not to take tata connection as it is not fruitful to public and the authorities are also not doing work honestly and benfitable to customers as well as to company,
          I am unable to understand why tata company is bearing such type of inefficient persons on the such important posts..

          TATA DOCOMO SERVICE IS VERY BAD SERVICE, EVERY TIME THEY DEDUCTED OUR AMOUNT ON ANY NAME OF SERVICES WHICH ACTUALLY WE DONT WANT AUTOMATICALLY THEY SENT A MESSAGE BY PAYING THANKS THAT THEY 10/- RS OR SOMETHING AND INFORMED US AND WHEN WE TRY TO ASKING RETURN AMOUNT THEY DIDNOT RESPONSE US AND NOT LIFTING OUR CALLS, AND THROUGH 12525 AND 121 WHEN WE TRY TO CONT WITH CUSTUMER CARE THEY TOLD THAT 9 NO. IS DIALING IMPROPER, THEY ONLY GIVE ADVISE TO CONTACT 9 NUMBER FOR CUSTERMER CARE AND 9 NO IS EVERY TIME NOT ABLE TO CONNECT..
          I ONLY BY MISTAKE RECHARGE MY AMONUT 135/- RS TO OTHER NUMBER AS MY ACTUAL NO IS [protected] BUT BY MISTAKE I CHARGED [protected] AND VERY AFTER A MINUTE I TOLD TO RETAILER TO CORRECT IT BUT NEITHER THEIR RETAILERS ARE AWARE ANY THING ABOUT IT, HE TOLD ME TO INFORM TATA ON [protected]@TATADOCOMO.COM AND WHEN I SENT COMPL ON IT THEY TOLD ME THAT ONLY RETAILER CAN CORRECT IT WITH IN 24 HRS BUT NEITHER RETAILER NOT BY COMPANY NO ONE CORRECT IT AND MY 135/- THEY DIGESTED..I M UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHEN IN A BANK IF BY MISTAKEN WE SEND OR RECEIVE WRONG AMOUNT, THE BANK AUTHORITY MAKE CORRECT IT BUT IN DOCOME, THEY ATE LIKE THEIR " BAAP KA MAAL "

            Nearly 3 months ago i have purchased a new TATA DOCOMO sim card for my use. I have purchased a sealed sim card and i have activated the sim card after my purchase with my PROOF and with my PHOTO only and it was used for home usage purpose.

            1.After activation with 10 days TATA DOCOMO customer care called my number (Call attended by my Maa) and verfied my address and instructed to submit my proof again to whom i have purchased. I HAVE SUBMITTED THE PROOF AGAIN.
            2.After 1 month again a verification call came to number (call attended by my wife) and verfied my address and instructed to submit my proof again to whom i have purchased. I HAVE SUBMITTED THE PROOF AGAIN, now this time i scolded the customer care people and the customer car people said ok your address is correct and said we won't verify next time.
            3.Now 4 days ago call to my number (call attended by my wife) again verified my address and asking proof now.
            IAM GETTING IRITATED BY THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITIES. PLEASE HELP ME TO STOP THIS CALL FROM SERVICE PROVIDER.

            i have submitted address & everything but after a month number is deactivated
            i have dissopinted alot by chaning in to docomo it os very worst network in the world i have submittted 3times my adress proof but they still asking it and my number is now deactivated, please dont buy docomo sims and make fire in TATA asssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

                Tata Docomo — Signal Problems

                I was really wondering when Tata annouced the partnershp with Docomo and surprised with sec pulse and definetely thought they are the real Market openers for such initiative.

                After having changed my Vodafone to Tata Docomo, I have saved LOTS of money not by pulse billing it is by NOT LETTING ME MAKE CALLS because of crappy network. You will find enough dead spots in all important areas in bangalore.

                TATA DOCOMO pls do not sell your sim cards any more....until you have sufficient coverage atleast with in CITY LIMITS
                Iam using tata docomo prepaid number from past 4months. there is lot of signal problem. when ever iam giving complaint customer care executives are telling it will be resolved with in 2working days. but till now signal problem has not been rectified.
                in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
                without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
                marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just
                to recharge our mobiles.

                we want such sites like www.babuchak.com

                & it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.

                Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online

                2. www.ezrecharge.in (takes Rs.6 for recharging Rs.100 & takes Rs.18 extra if you recharge your cell in night)

                I did get signal at my village "moolaikaraipatti" in "thirunelveli (dist)"

                i am a resident of dilshuknagar,hyderabad.5 mnths back i bought a docomo prepaid sim,there is no proper tower in dilshuknagar,no signal at all,facing problem with this network

                Tata Docomo (also INDICOM) signal was dead at 2-00pm on date 15/10/2012 at Visalaxi Nagar, Adarsh Nagar, Old Dairyfarm area VISAKHAPATNAM, after 30 hours it was not rectified, from last few months
                TATA service was very BAD, We will recomnd to vizag people to know about bad service ...
                I am facing a lot of signal problem. Rectify as early as possible. My mobile no is [protected].
                Now I know why people treat me as a low grade mobile consumer, being a tata docomo subscriber.
                I was an Airtel customer based on Bangalore, And was attracted by the most compelling Tata Docomo offer.
                My plan is approx 900 Rs monthly postpaid for all outgoing /call/sms/Roaming free.
                I still dont have any complaint on billing and very happy about the low monthly bill, though making lots of calls.

                But Is it all a customer needed? I am put up in the heart of Bangalore city, and am getting lots of no-signal area and pissed off when not able to make a call when urgently needed. I had called customer care and they just made the ticket but no resolution. My request was to boost signal at least near my office .
                If they dont change their strategy to make signal strength, there wont be any doubt when Docomo will be left with 'low-grade' customers :)

                sir, my mobile number is [protected](TATA DOCOMO) .yesterday i subscribed to a internet pack for 7 days, the problem is -- internet is not opening correctly and it says "temporary problem" and "service is not available".I also gave a complaint about it but there is no response.And the problem is not resolved.And the signal are also low in my area, many of the people are suffering about signal problem.My area is "godavari gattu down", majeti vari street, main road down, rajahmndry, 533101, andhrapradesh, india. Please solve problem sir.
                This is regarding Tata Docomo Walkie Talkie.The battery gets discharged very fast, in fact in less than 8 to 10 minutes. This problem has been there for nearly eight months but I was not able to contact any of the staff.

                  I am using Tata Docomo prepaid service since the inception of the service. Since one month I am being charged for the unwanted services, just like Munnabai Jokes, Home Remedies etc., and certain amounts are also deducted for the service even though I have not sought for the said services. After placing complaints certain amounts are credited to my prepaid balance. I have requested the customer care officials to stop such services. The services are not stopped. Much inconvenience is caused. The prepaid balance is being used by the advertising agencies, which are allowed by the Service Provider TATA DOCOMO. Can you advise me in this aspect?

                    Sir/Madam, One of the Tata docomo customercare representative registered my Mobile No.[protected] at DND without my willing, as I asked them about the amount os Rs.30/- was deducted from my account under Songs book without my notice and not to repeat the same in future. So they registered my No. under fully Blocked.Now from 24th September 2011, I am not getting any Sms which are Important for me.Kindly consider and take necessary action

                      I Have charge rs 125 top voicher for my mobile no [protected] & got worth Rs 125 full talk time. But imediately every day they started 5 rupees deduction. I have been repeatedly request to Tata docom Coustomer care officer & asked him reason behind it. actualy withou my permission & withou my any sms they comulosory active some robusih service & started deduction of 5 rupees per day. Oftenly i requested them to stop it, but they refused my request. please look in the matter & give me justice.

                      any day started internet, my balance automatic reduced Rs-5, but I recharge the internet pack, complaine the many time but no any improvement, so i thinking change the network,

                      tata docomo is becoming worse these days. earlier it is good. so i took 3 cards for my family. these days balance reduction is done and it is not refunded for several issues. i didn't browse atleast they, custumer care people said u downloaded, such a stupid answer.

This is really ridiculous of them to charge unnecessarily and even after complaining several times they do not stop those services and just credit the money temporarily.This is a kind of fraud. I am planning to change docomo .Its network is also very bad;
                        And they are making false advertisements showing their network is everywhere. You can call customer care and give them the number from which you receiving messages for unnecessary services then they can unsubscribe you from that.                           I have disconnected my service in the first week of June, 2011(REF: SR[protected] after paying the bill amount.

                          Status of SR[protected] Completed (Account Disconnected).

                          but still the collection agents calling me for august bill...:)...TATA Docomo has useless contact center. They never ever help you...

                            This is Aijaz Quraishi. I am 58 years old and Tata Docomo by itself subscribed me to a beauty pack of 30rs on 27th Sep. Since then i have called them 42 times from my mobile and never got connected to the service. Every time i call them it says "All our customer executives are busy on other calls". On 29th Sep I called from other peoples' Tata Docomo no then their calls immediately connected to the Customer care but they still said their systems are not updated. Then i even mailed them to solve the problem. To which i did not get any response. My mobile no is [protected] from Maharashtra Circle.

                            dear friends,

                            Tata docomo is swindling money from the poor customers, often it is reducing my balance by activating some vas on my number. Last Thursday I received a call it was telling that full talk time for rs. 95 normal rc. when the retailer did that it showed the message rs. 95 recharge is successful. but the balance is not credited with my account.

                            When I called the customer care, they said yes madam recharge is done but it was a special recharge bla bla bla so your gprs internet is activated, you can avail some internet service with your number.

                            if you want the talk time please go to the retailer they will convert it into a normal recharge one, but when i asked the retailer he said i did it on normal recharge only, i can't help it, so again given a call to the customer care, they asked to wait for 48 hours, yet nothing happened, when i literally shouted with them, a lady told after 4 hours your balance will be get credited, waited, waited, but nothing happened, in the mean while i received a sms (weekly i receives so), rs. 5 taken from my account for devotional alarm setting, etc. I kept on calling them at last a guy told that we cant do anything on it. you have to used the balance on gprs only. Why they are there, I don't know, they are simply sitting and chatting, i suppose, If i take 100 rs from them will they be happy about it?

                            It's so paining that I am fooled by unworthy prepaid service called tata docomo.

                            I am having the same problem - you get a message that Rs 30/- will be deducted and that you need to call a 'said number' within 2 days for it not to get deactivate. The answer is - you CANNOT connect to the said number even within a month. I wonder how they intend to retain customers if they want to continue business in this manner.

                              I am, vijay chavhan . I am using tata docomo from 2 yrs My mobile number is "[protected]". A service is activated in my cell, named "bollywood actresses" around 2 months ago. Due to this service, my balance is deducting, continuously. When my balance is more than 5 rs , my balance is deducting , in the rate of 5 rs/ day.
                              Due to this condition I am not recharging my cell. I called customer care several times but they did'nt listen me . They used to promise me that they will deactive this service but they did'nt . Due to this service I lost many rupees .
                              So I want to do a complaint on "TATA DOCOMO" .

                                I have been charged unnecessarily by docomo thrice consecutively of about 75rs. Without me activating any of the services. When I call up the customer care, each time they come up with a different answer and say some subscription has been activated and that is why the amount is deducted. This is ridiculous as I have not subscribed anything and if I go to the un-subscription option to check if I had done something by mistake, it also says that I don't have any service active. And this time when I called up the cust care they said that I have been charged because of some Games pack service which I hav not at all subscribed for. And now if I send the UNSUB msg to 55435, it says some error in the process. Please help and avoid this daylight robbery that is happening. Now I’m planning to move to the consumer court if this thing persists.

                                  My name is Jerry Thomas. I am customer of tata docomo from maharastra. I made a recharge of 62 as shown below to lower my std bill as per the topup i shud get a call rate of 2p/3sec and that is valid for a time span of 90days and i made this recharge on 17th august 2011 thru my bank and it worked for one month and after one month they started charging me 1p/sec and when i called the customer care at first they dont know abt the plan and its validity and when i told them its written on there website and i have recharged after looking at the same they said that there server is down and then the nextday i started calling them whenever i ask them abt my plan and why am i getting charged everytime more there server goes down i called them many times however the response was same and the customer service is more pathetic there customer service agents dont know how to speak to customer its seems that i have went to some sabji mandi where atleast the person selling his product know's about the product and know how to address there customer
                                  Now after a month i made recharge of 410rs on which i shud have got 450rs balance and i made this recharge on 27th september 2011 and i got a balance of 370rs and when i called the customer care these guys dont even know that this kind of recharge even exist and when i told them that this is what is said on docomo website they said that they dont know abt it and when i asked to connect to there floor leader they got me connected and the floor leader said that there server is down and whatever balance is cut wud be send back to the account now its almost 2hrs now and still i havent recieved the balance so i made call to the customer care they r again telling the same thing again that there service is down and floor leader was in so rush that he is not even ready to explain what happened on my recharge is thereany complaint that they made or anything. "Its absolutely pathetic customer service where the agents that sits there dont even know about there product and there communication also is very pathetic and on top of it everytime their servers r down i dont understand how they r runing there service when so many times there server is down. I understand once in a blue moon there servers are down but not everytime when u ask them anything and they dont know there servers goes down ". To support this i have send snapshot of the plan that is shown on the docomo website.

                                    When I made enquiry about this in nearest Tata Docomo service center, they told me that some value pack activated and charged for it repeatedly.

                                    I did't activate any pack, this value pack was activated automatically.

                                    Kindly refund Rs. 200 and also deactivate that value pack.

                                      I have purchased a Tata Indicom Photon Plus post-paid product
                                      customer of (Photon Plus Account Number:[protected]. I'm in monthly
                                      rentel paid Rs. 850+ (tax to you ) plan.

                                      For the last few days, I'm getting only 50-60 kbps download
                                      speed whereas the promised download speed is 200 kbps & above

                                      That means that, the speed is 4 MB per MINUTE (68 kbps) download
                                      speed whereas as per the service level agreement (SLA), the promised
                                      download speed is 10 MB per MINUTE (200 kbps) download speed.

                                      IF TATA INDICOM PHOTON PLUS DOESN'T ACT ON THIS COMPLAINT, I WILL
                                      STOP PAYING THE TATA INDICOM PHOTON PLUS BILLS TILL THE TIME THE
                                      SPEED IS RESTORED TO THE PROMISED SPEED OF 200 KBPS &above
                                      DOWNLOAD SPEED (3.2 MBPS BROWSING SPEED).

                                      BECAUSE OF THIS, IF TATA INDICOM STOPS MY PHOTON PLUS SERVICE,
                                      I WILL SUE (TAKE LEGAL ACTION) AGAINST TATA INDICOM FOR CHEATING
                                      ME ON NOT DELIVERING THE SPEED AS PER THE SLA (SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT)

                                        I have taken Docomo# [protected] connection for 3G purpose. I already had the 3G tongle of Docomo so I was told to take new card and do the recharge of INR 299 after the card is activated. I will then be able to use the net for my laptop.

                                        I did the required recharge on the same day. When the executive at their F C Road, Pune gallery tried using the inetrnet on my number, it was working there. But when I came home and tried using internet, it was not working. I called customer care and got surpising answer. They told me that no internet is activated on my number. Then how come it was working in their gallery???

                                        Later on I was told that I have not done the recharge of INR 299 (which I did immediately after the card is activated). I again did a recharge of INR 299. When that recharge was reflected in their system, I was told that the recharge was done wrongly. So they will not be able to activate your internet facility. When I raised the complain for this inetrnally within Docomo, I got a call from another team who told me that I can't use internet for this even though I made a recharge of INR 299. This is not acceptable to me at all.

                                        I am tired of calling the customer care of Docomo. Appreciate if you could help me on this. If you are not the right person, please forward my complaint to the appropriate authority.

                                        My issue is resolved now and my internet connection is working fine.
                                        I am facing the same issue in different manner. Till 7th Oct'11, I was getting good speed. But from 8th Oct'11, the speed I am getting is 1 kbps which later on decreases to 0 kbps. Please look into this.
