I bought the tata photon device through, vriti intercom as they called me nd offered me for 1400. So they sent me the online link through which the amount has to be paid. So I followed the instructions and wen I was trying to pay the payment has done twice the payment reference ids are

so I called them up and requested for the refund of second paid amount.So they said it takes one week to refund the money.Its been almost 20 days since I paid the money. I been trying to cal them and sending e mails they r not responding.

Here am attaching the conversation with them through mails.

I found so many frauds of vriti on the net.

So please kindly take action against them. I dont mind not getting my money back but they should be jailed for all these frauds.

    I would like to inform you that there is a deduction of 0.60 RS per day from my account as a name of buddy net service.I already request you to deactivate that service.I don't want that service.I never request you to activate that service.Deduction of money takes place around 3.30 AM.And I request you to pay back my money as this service automatically activated to my number without giving proper information to me from your side. Earlier I already inform you about the details of deduction by email & previously written complaint.But the problem not resolved.
    Hoping this time the problem get solved.

      My name is Vijay Rakholiya, i am from Gujarat and my docomo no. is [protected], i have been registered in do not disturb on 8th august to stop message and call but still i frequntly received call and message and flash message from you which i do not want to receive. i call several times in customer care, they only give answer that we enter your no. and you will not received call and message but it will not happen till the date and some time they disconnect call in between conversion. 5 rs. deducted on 16th September due to call from you and automatically deducted amount for devotional alarm activation so i want to stop that type of message and call

        Honorable sir,
        First thing is that Tata DOCOMO have activated "VOV" service on my number out of my knowledge which charges Rs.5 every day & when i came to know about it, i called customer care to deactivate that service the gave me a number to deactivate which was not responding. again i called customer care, they said that service will be deactivated online in 1hr. but it didn't happen.

        From last 3 days i am calling TATA DOCOMO customer care & requesting them to deactivate that service but they are not doing it & continuously charging me Rs.5 every day.

        I want a strict action to be taken against them so that this should not happen again with me nor other consumers.
        the service has been deactivated by customer care after 5 days when i informed them that i have launched a complaint against them, the service had been deactivated but the money that was deducted ( Rs.5/day) went waste. this complaint i launched just because they were not listening to my request & forced me to launch complaint.

        my tatadocomo no is [protected] i have activate 3g service on this no and i have recharge it with 3g internet recharge of 1gb of RS255/- but i doesnt getting the 3g speed the speed of internet near about 12 kbps it is too slow .i have call the customer care and told them about this problem many times but they are not solving my problem also they are not registering my complain. this complaint i launched just because they were not listening to my request & forced me to launch complaint.
        i am requesting you to solve my problem as soon as possible

          Myself Himanish Roy, mobile no. [protected]. Right now I am staying at Viveknagar, Jadavpur, Kolkata-700075, W.B. I have been facing problem in browsing internet in this locality. I have recharged Rs.15/- for 3days mobile internet but the speed was extremely poor while I was surfing in my Mobile & PC. But the speed is much better in other areas in this city. I then contacted to the customer care but though the problem was not fixed.

          tata indiccom intenet connetion — internet speed

          i got a tata indicom plug2 sur[censored]sb sungil modem just 1 months back...
          it is not working form the 1 day.....
          it is alway dead slow browsing .... and it is taking the 10 minutes of time for opening the yahoo home page...... god sake no b0dy take this hell connetion in the feature... i am very much worring about this internet connetion ..... at the booking time the marketting guy said to me it will work at the speed 153 kbps.. i think it was enough for me.... then i can agree to buy that thing... when i taken that hell thing (p2s)it is not yet installed in my operating system windows vista basic editon... i tried to contact the cust care of tata indicom but even the cust care persons are also not having any idea of windows vista operating system... they are blindly reading a list of steps on the phone and that number [protected] is charging me 1 Rs per minutes....and finally ofter 35 minutes they said that " the problem with u r operating system .. please change the operating system to xp" this is not a resolution for my problem .... ofter all these issues i installed the drivers and started using .... then also it is working very slow... please thouse r reading my message don't take any connetion form tata indicom..

          LG 5130 — Wrong Deduction

          this month on[protected] there is extra deduction of Rs. 99/- and which is also confirmed by your's local(Jamshedpur) relaince office.
          And this deduction continued each and evry month.
          Now I want to know under which catagories this amount should be deducted by you people

          Sir ,i asked customer care to activate gprs recharge rs 15 and i recharged i got balance 12 rs.then they told special 15 recharge for gprs. Then i recharged once again.for settings i send msg . After i asked they told wait for 1 hour . We will rectify u r problems.after 2 days has been gone still now iam not able to access the gprs

          sir i am using nokia 5130 in this model there is no option for setting home page manually
          u r rite.. i have another problem.. when i try to send any email from my w800i sony ericsson, it asks for the server.. i called tat docomo but it says that there is no such thing called server in the inbuilt email facility in sony ericsson..
          I am using tata docomo srvices and I have purchased a mobile phone LG GM200 which is having GPRS facility now I want to use docomo net service on my cell I've got all the GPRS settings done but then too it is not working. Docomo call centre is unable to tell me the exact reason that why it is not working. I have called them 12-15 times in two days but every time they told me to call up after 15 to 20 minutes without solving my problem. Please help me out.

          DOCOMO is having GPRS booster back at Rs-95. This plan is having one month validity. And we can download 200MB during day times & 4GB during night times.

          Now my complaint is, the downloading speed in docomo is below 8kbps only. By this downloading speed, i never can use this total 4GB download offer. They had cheaten me...

          They have to increase the downloading speed. then only, i can full filled with this booster back.

          I am using Tata Docomo GPRS Serivce since April 2010 with Pack Rs.94. But Docomo not give proper Service for GPRS. There is no proper Network Coverage. They don't care about Customer's satisfaction. I have call to Customer care more than 70 times within 4 months about GPRS Network. Still GPRS working very very slowly while Network strength shows 2 sticks. I am so bored to call many times to Customer Care. They did not give proper reason. They only send Network ID my mobile. I have paid Rs.94 for this scheme. Many customers will have paid as me. Pls do the needful. Only advt ka dikhava hai; Service is not proper. Please do the needful.

I am from Udaipur and I recharge my Tata docomo account with 48 (GPRS pack) on 29/12/2010 and my internet speed too slow I am using internet on my N73 handset on PC its didn't load any page in one time I have refresh the page many time. Its only load Google home page fast but not other.
          I also use IDEA internet from a year and I have no problem with idea internet but my friend said me that Tata docomo has cheap plan of internet and also has fast internet now I suffer from bad speed please do something otherwise I switch my internet connection from TATA to IDEA.

          Hi.... I am a tata docomo prepaid customer. This morning, at 10:45 a.m., there was an sms from company that you've activated gprs daily pack, though i didn't send any requst for this.. While i was telling this to customer care, at 11:00 a.m. an another msg received on my phone about same thing & total rs. 10 were cut from my phone without sending any request about activation of this system. there is no satisfactory response from customer care. i want justice. what shoud i do now??

          Tata Docomo — indoor internet surfing prob

          I am Kanai Lal Bose. This is my 3rd complaint regarding this matter. I owe a mobile no- [protected] Whenever I am using internet in my home as well as outside its showing LINK NT AVAILABLE or CONNECTION TIMED OUT / PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED . I made complain here as well as to the customer care but all my regards are in vain . Out of 10 times 8 times I cannot open the Google page also . This sort of customer service I am getting from a reputed company . I request to take deep concern regarding this matter else I have no other choice than to switch off this number. I just can not understand instead of making repeated complain how can this issue continues...it feels me embarrassed .

          Hi,

          Firstly I'm really harrased by using one the awful internet services by DOCOMO . Despite being a cheaper 2g plans comparatively, it sucks a lot in many aspects . Say for example, whenever I try to turn on the data on my phone it gets connected on 15th or 20th attempt literally or sometimes it connects in no time without any hassell . Seriously an annoying service I have ever experienced . Initially I had a sony phone & I assumed it's an issue with my cell but later after changing to iPhone 4 & 4s respectively, I understood only my phone got changed & not the service I'm experiencing . So, Before I could burst out to the customer analyst, I wanted myself to make sure that it wasn't my sim or the phone issue & checked with few of my office colleagues & friends who are the Docomo users & shockingly everyone are facing the same issue . I have also spoken to a few reps from the customer support who couldn't do anything promising & also few reps have released the call without giving a complete resolution . What I feel is, there is no point of establishing customer resolution centers & wasting money unnecessarily in a lavish way & I too don't feel like bursting out on those innocent reps who have not much control & knowledge . So who ever the CEO or whatever you are for the DOCOMO please listen you suck & you have failed in maintaining a good customer relationship . Providing a cheaper internet service makes no sense when it doesn't work when the requirement is there . Now, I'm all set to switch to airtel & I'm praying this won't be the case with them .

          Note : Your internet speed is good in 2g & I loved it browsing & also you need to understand that it doesn't make any sense when it won't come for use when there is a high requirement despite being a sound speed,

I have been automatically subscibed to TD-Astro Service and every week i get a msg saying your Astro pack will be automatically renewed in 24 hours to unsubscribe call 155223 when i call this number they never respond.Since last 2 months docomo has being deducting 10 rs every week.I just want to know how a service can be activated and renewed automatically every week.Tata Docomo just Suckss.Is this what you people call "Keep it Simple".I am going to change the operator very soon.Why the hell should i pay rs 40 every month to them for no reason .Once again Tata Docomo Sucks....

                I have one tata docomo No [protected], I got a message a couple of weeks ago saying 'Thanks for subscribing to TATA DOCOMO Daily VOV Subscription.You've been charged Rs. 5.0/-'. But i have not subscribed this service and I don't know what is VOV. After that daily I received a message 'Your subscription to TATA DOCOMO Daily VOV Subscription has been renewed. You've been charged Rs. 5.0/-.' I have called the number to unsubscribe, but it is saying you have not subscribed to any services. It is reducing Rs. 5/- daily and Please deactivate the service and refund my deducted balance.
                Hello Sir, myself Manoj Narsingh Dakua, I have one tata docomo No. [protected]. I got a message on 24/9/2011, saying "You have subscribed to TATA DOCOMO DAILY VOV SUBSCRIPTION on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP at Rs 1.0" and Rs. 1 deducted at same time.
                But i have not subscribed this service and I don't know what is VOV. After that daily Rs. 5 is deducted from my account balance. I have called the number 155223 to unsubscribe, but it is saying you have not subscribed to any services.
                Please I request you to deactivate the service and refund my deducted balance.

                  Hi! your subscription to personalized horoscope pack has been renewed at Rs. 10 till 29/29/2011.

                  Afer fillowing this message, and after deactivated the scheme, then on regular basis from last 2 months my money has been deducted by compnay, after making several complaints yet they havent deactivated this service.

                  Please do the needful.

                  M suffering from the same problem they deduct at least 20 rs a month from me without any reason their excuse being either that i have activated a service (which i havent) or i have used internet access which is just a stupid excuse because i always use a 1gb gprs data pack ... What's worse is not only are they charging us for services we have not ordered or use but even after charging us the services are not being provided...
                  strong action should be taken aganist such companies
                  All the telecom companies may compete against each other but they have formed a Syndicate for lobbying with the governent :-( No one can touch the Almighty telecom companies not even the TRAI or the CBI after the builder mafia, sand mafia, Car parking mafia, citizens have to deal with the telecom mafia

                    I buy a tata docomo Estick MF 631 from retailer ,its working fine , but suddenly the problem occur ,
                    i reinstall the Os and when i inert the dongle in my laptop i find that there is no drivers or auto run file detected in my docomo estick device then i check with my frnd laptop there also the plug and play not work .and when i insert a 1 gb memory card in the device it is not detected also . i logged a complaint in customer
                    care then are making me fool that i have to compltely remove the device software , but i know how to uninstall the thing and reinstall as i am a software engineer ,

                    when i plugin my device again then noting happen even memory card is also not detected.

                      I am getting unnecessary many SMS-s from 58888. They are charging Rs.10/- every week. I want to stop it immediately. I have already tried to cancel this service using *191# customer care and but it is not deactivated yet.

                      Daily I receive nearly 10 - 12 messages from 58888 loosing money like anything. Please stop them ASAP.

                          I have Tata docomo's gujarat circle's number starts with 8866XXXXXX, My complaint against this company is this comapny is good but, its cutting my balance upto 100 rs. in every month, by activating some juse up(In docomo's language) packages or service, when i am tring to stop this service by calling customer care number, the care says we have not authority to stop your payable service, and gave me the another number, which is 155223 to stop this service, its ok, when i call this 155223 number(toll free), the menu language is of out of state, means not getting the procedure to stop, if I understands then the massage says "you have not subscribe any package". but, still the package is not stoped, and after the closing day of that package, it cut another of that package charge, now sir you say what can I do?

                            I am one of the the victim of deduction of amount without the notice or consent of the customer. One thing it is not clear that even after all the deactivation services in place in the system, they are not able to solve the problem and it is persisting more than 6 month or 1 year. I fear to use TATA DOCOMO and to reacharge some amount. For this reason I recharge only a minimum amount so that I should not lose money after that.

                            The customer care executive’s reply is not all acceptable and they are saying the mistake is purely on the customer side only. They are telling the reasons may be as:

                            1. In mobile phone some options are open
                            2. The SMS for activation sent by the Mobile operator accepted by the customer

                            I have lost more than Rs.200/- for the past 4 months.

                            I am using the DOCOMO Sim card for the purpose of browsing only. In this regard I have to keep a minimum balance of Re 1.

                            When I recharge for this reason, they are continuously deducting Rs.5 or some amount immediately.

                            In this forum I request the operator to look into this and solve this immediately unless they will lose the operator status and usage very soon.

                            Also request to refund the deducted amount immediately.

                              tata docomo keeps scamming me by charging me due services I do not ask for and not notifying me after they unfairly and without my consent start charging me for the services also the service they charge for is never made known to me or provided to me nor are they willing to clear dues of over a 100 rs that they have unfairly charged me so I can move on to a better more fair and friendly service provider.my docomo mobile no is [protected]
                              yup... this is done by them on a regular basis... i got pissed of to such an extent that i decided to keep my docomo sim in my wallet and switch back to vodafone... i ve called them 'n' number of times and i ve just come to one conclusion... either the customer care people are deaf as they constantly disconnect the line on listening to my issue... or else docomos entire system is corrupt and should urge users to switch to some other more stable network... i am sure if they check their history about the number of times i ve called they would surely feel guilty... presently i ve ripped of my docomo sim...
                              I had previously complained abt how docomo had deducted rs 40 over a period of a week from my account for various services i was made aware yesterday by docomo that these amounts were duducted as data charges but i have a gprs data pack that is valid till 8th october and has 980 mbs of data usage left in it so how can u seperately milk out money from my account under data usage when i already have purchased a pack for it at rs 48 which is valid till 8th october.If a data pack doesnt cover all data charges then docomo should have mentioned it clearly.i would like a refund of my deducted amount or of the data pack
                              When did i activate anything??When was i even asked to activate anything???get your costumer service in order.One tells me the charges are for some cricket services which i never ordered, for which i never got an activation message telling me that i had ordered such service nor any message telling me how to stop it ??Then i get a message from tata docomo telling me you have charged that money for data usage, but i have a valid 1gb gprs data pack so you cannot deduct data charges from my main balance deduct it from the 980 mbs of data usage is still have left ???This thing had happened before i was refunded the amount and promised it wouldnt happen again.Give me one good reason why i should continue with tata docomo after this stuff keeps happening to me again and again and ur not willing to compensate??

                                I am subscribed to a scheme called Maano ya naa maano without prior information to me on 5th may2011and deducted amount Rs10/-. Then i called CC to unsubscribe and refund,CC said ok I have booked your complaint and will refund and deactivate it but nothing happened. after one week on 12th may 2011,they renewed it when i was on roaming and again deducted Rs10/-. When i came back on 18th may 2011,i again called CC for refund and deactivation. I talked to senior exe. of CC and he said we can refund only Rs10/- and you have to call 155223 to deactivate it. Ya he refunded Rs.10/- out of Rs20/- but the scheme still is active becoz there was nothing activated on my no according to 155223. Now On 22nd may 2011, they again renewed it and deducted the same Rs.10/-. when i called CC,he said sorry sir,i can't help,you hav to deactivate it from the website you have activated it. I told him did not activated it. Please tell me the name of web sothat i can deactivate it and pl refund my amount. He again said sorry,you have to do it at your own.

                                Then I went to Orissa from hyderabad to submit the documents.

I have been constantly complaining to Customer Care at Tata Docomo to deactivate B-Town Rockstars which service I had not asked for but I am charged Rs.10 each month for the past 4 months. Tata Docomo customer care service have been callous in their attitude and have not yet deactivated this service.I have been following up with my complaint all these months but it seems Tata Docomo by its attitude have become "Chindi Chor" i.e. Penny wise Pound foolish.                                 In month of may i have receved the massage that you have been sucessfully subscribed to music mall service which i had not opted and i cost me 5 rs per day and to deactivate this service i had called customer care for 10 to 15 times to deactivate the said sevice they said that in next 1hr you will be deactivated from the sevice but i didnt receive any notification and deduction from my mobile is as it is... and in a day the customer care executive will be available to us only once if we call 2nd time then therer is no response or they are busy and call is ended automatically....

                                myself Prathamesh patil i have used tata docomo dongle for 8 months and applied for deactivation on December which was not been registered. i also called on[protected], [protected], [protected] and[protected] respectively which happened to be the BPO numbers respectively and they had no idea how to deal with it they were just transferring from here to there but the complaint was registered on 19th Jan, 5th Feb, 22nd Feb according to them how come the regional offices had no link with the online services??? the kondaol laxmipuri office ph-[protected] and kolhapur head office at Venus corner had treated me unprofessionally, they were pathetic dealing with the complaint. it has been 70 days after i first lodged the complaint and the dongle is yet to be deactivated what the heck?? is this a national level company where activation is done in 30 mins and deactivation takes more than 60 days even when the complaint has been registered numerous times.it has been very UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGLECTING AND CARELESS ATTITUDE FROM EVERYWHERE. i have received a 2 months bill and might get a 3rd bill as well for the unused services they even declined to take back the dongle the plans were also been changed from postpaid to prepaid without informing me. i came to know about it through customer service center. are they trying to fool or just playing around??
                                so please advise me according to law of consumer protection act or do the needful

                                    Have bee charge every month Rs.30 for some SMS Subscription/Renewal ( have put request for discontinue this subscription still from last 4 month this is been charge)

                                    No Network in Ahmadabad! compulsory mobile goes in to roaming services with vodafone, just 2 moth back i used to get network in Ahmadabad but as soon as i went for room free plans i did not got network in Ahmadabad, i could select network of TATA GSM but without Network coverage

                                    In Gandhinager fortunately had TATA docomo network , i had work with Customer care network twice and he suggested me to select aircel, IND 810 or IND 827 from my network search mode but every time it filed to get network and had to used rooming network in Ahmadabad

                                    I feel like we have bee cheated form TATA docomo services, please consider this as final notice else i will move for other service provider and will not suggest any one for TATA docomo

                                      I have one tata docomo No [protected], On 14/9/2011 I got a message saying 'Thanks for subscribing to TATA DOCOMO Daily VOV Subscription.You've been charged Rs. 5.0/-'. But i have not subscribed this service and I don't know what is VOV. After that daily I received a message 'Your subscription to TATA DOCOMO Daily VOV Subscription has been renewed. You've been charged Rs. 5.0/-.' I have called the number to unsubscribe, but it is saying you have not subscribed to any services. It is reducing Rs. 5/- daily and Please deactivate the service and refund my deducted balance.

                                      I purchased a new tata docomo connection last months but from couple of weeks started getting message from 54321 saying that you have been successfully subscribed for some service and for the same you have been charged rs 10.I talked with their customer care but they are not answering in proper ways.this has been happen with me more than 4 or 5 times.

                                      Hello Sir, myself Manoj Narsingh Dakua, I have one tata docomo No. [protected]. I got a message on 24/9/2011, saying "You have subscribed to TATA DOCOMO DAILY VOV SUBSCRIPTION on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP at Rs 1.0" and Rs. 1 deducted at same time.
                                      But i have not subscribed this service and I don't know what is VOV. After that daily Rs. 5 is deducted from my account balance. I have called the number 155223 to unsubscribe, but it is saying you have not subscribed to any services.
                                      Please I request you to deactivate the service and refund my deducted balance.

                                      It's been over 2 months I guess but still I am paying
                                      For these VOV services which and I don't even know
                                      what it does. I have tried deactivating it by dialliing
                                      155223 as written in the VOV messages but there is no
                                      Option for deactivating VOV. This is completely opposite
                                      to what you show in your advertisements. Your services
                                      cut money unnecessarily from the consumers and dont
                                      even repay them. Please stop VOV on my number [protected]
                                      as my entire balance is getting consumed unnecessarily
                                      everyday. I hope you will take quick steps as I had already
                                      Logged a complain earlier.

                                        My self saurav batra s/o sh sunil kumar batra i have an sim of TATA DOCOMO
                                        with mobile number [protected].
                                        Yesterday i was using service portal of above given service provider that is *191#
                                        this service portal is only for knowng abt spl packs nd they provide us no 4 activang
                                        any type of pack or service like *141*xyz# yesterday around 6:35 pm
                                        i was using *191# services i request them to provide me details of sms pack Rs 54
                                        but they activated my pack without any confirmation nd without providing me no for activang
                                        my pack like *141*xyz# and send me a msg that ur req has been accepted for activang the
                                        pack i request them to provide me details of above given pack but instead of giving me details they activate my pack then i caal at 121 there custmer care no they told me to refund my money as soon as possible
                                        and then yesterday i again call them at 121 from my 2nd tata docomo no because they black listed me fom my 1st no and in that call they was that we cant refund your money back
                                        i have no need of 10000 sms so why i ll pay for that nd from wrong procedure like fraud with subscriber
                                        sir/mam plz refund my money back as soon as possible
