My name is Vijay Rakholiya, i am from Gujarat and my docomo no. is [protected], i have been registered in do not disturb on 8th august to stop message and call but still i frequntly received call and message and flash message from you which i do not want to receive. i call several times in customer care, they only give answer that we enter your no. and you will not received call and message but it will not happen till the date and some time...

First thing is that Tata DOCOMO have activated "VOV" service on my number out of my knowledge which charges Rs.5 every day & when i came to know about it, i called customer care to deactivate that service the gave me a number to deactivate which was not responding. again i called customer care, they said that service will be deactivated online in 1hr. but it didn't happen.

I Satish Kumar singh,a customer of tata docomo mobile phone has purchased a coupoun but the coupon didn't work,and I got loss of 30rupees.I also complained to there customer care but none of them,has given any good response.

Therefore I request you to take proper action against them,so that my loss will be compensated.

I buy a tata docomo Estick MF 631 from retailer ,its working fine , but suddenly the problem occur ,
i reinstall the Os and when i inert the dongle in my laptop i find that there is no drivers or auto run file detected in my docomo estick device then i check with my frnd laptop there also the plug and play not work .and when i insert a 1 gb memory card in the device it is not detected also . i logged a complaint in customer

I am getting unnecessary many SMS-s from 58888. They are charging Rs.10/- every week. I want to stop it immediately. I have already tried to cancel this service using *191# customer care and but it is not deactivated yet.

Daily I receive nearly 10 - 12 messages from 58888 loosing money like anything. Please stop them ASAP.

I am one of the the victim of deduction of amount without the notice or consent of the customer. One thing it is not clear that even after all the deactivation services in place in the system, they are not able to solve the problem and it is persisting more than 6 month or 1 year. I fear to use TATA DOCOMO and to reacharge some amount. For this reason I recharge only a minimum amount so that I should not lose money after that.
