    Over last few weeks it has been continuously getting disconnected and this month I dint even experience the increase in bandwidth at the end of monthly cycle.

    And the speed is so slows of now that I am not even being able to use it.

    What is more irritating is the low IQ design of their web interface. When I try to register an online complaint in Tata Indicom site, it says "Please enter a valid email ID" while there is no place to enter the same.

    At this rate I do not see any point in paying up their next bill.
    If Tata people are seeing this... Do let me know if you can sustain a decent service quality or I will look for some other options.

      I stay at Jamshedpur in sidhgora. There is a great problem of Tata Docomo networks..
      i`m very much angry with such a problem... i cant talk clearly with my loved ones.. and not only me all the colony members are facing this problem..
      please i m begging the concerned authorities to solve this problem as soon as possible..

        Tata Docomo launched 3G on Diwali in 2010.
        At that time service was very good.
        But now its getting degraded (3G signal strength).
        When i set my phone in dual mode,it takes 2G network 99 % of the times,whereas the concept of dual mode is if 3G is available then phone gives priority to it.Also internet does not work in dual mode,signal strength has become extremely poor.
        All this is happening in shivalik nagar phase 3,haridwar,uttarakhand.
        When i called Docomo's customer care no. about the problem i was asked to manually select the network every time.If we have to do this then whats the use of Automatic operator selection.

        Facing all this i am going to MNP service.
        My advice to Tata: It takes hell of time to build the image but it may get bad in seconds.

        TATA/Docomo — DOCOMO MISCHIEFING CUSTOMERS

        Hi my name is Prakash iam uasing TataDocomo Sbscriber. But the dirty guy's are deducting my amount with out my permission. they had activate themself like Magic SMS , chat buddy , kk regional news.. with out my permission..

        and deducting money. if i call to the customer care and asked to those people they said that due to some technical and server problem it is happening. u r amount will be refund with in 24hr's but it won't happening...

        i loss 30rupes 3 times ,10 rupees 1 time.. daily happening the things my mobile no [protected]..

        This is quite sameless and impotency of the TataIDocomo.. Their Technical things are too bad. so it's better to remove docomo connections..So People be alert and cut off these bludy and dirty sbscriber...
        My Tata Docomo's no. was [protected].Now i have converted the same number using MNP service to Idea.I can be called at the same number.

          I requested sevaral times in Tata Docomo cuastomer care to deactivate Channel 99 renued, customer care responded it allready deactivated these services, and no other services activated in your account. 2 days before Igot a message that channel 99 is renewed to your mobile. But I have not activated that service. Tat service got automatically activated & I lost Rs.25 from my balance. What can I do? Plz deactive my avobe service as soon as possible.

              My name is Seenivasan. Health tips service was automatically activated on my phone number [protected]. I recieved a message from docomo saying that the service was successfully activated. and RS 30 will be deducted from my account. When I try to deactivate the service it says you are not subscribed to any service.
              I have been trying to call the customer service but there is no response.once they were deducted amount from account . they wont credited again . they are cheating the customer . this incident was happen second time to time .

                  i was using airtel, suddenly one day a call came from tata docomo sales person.
                  they told me about their schemes which were better then airtel.. so switched to tata docomo from airtel. now bill came which is unexpected.. then i came to know they told me all wrong infomation. now they are not leasining to me... please help me out.. i need your support..

                  65116122. couple of days before my walky was not working I call to customer
                  care and they send one person to me name Ajit [protected] he said that walky is
                  Not working you have to buy new or I can bring new one for you so I paid him
                  1800 rupees and I ask for receipt but he say he will give receipt tomorrow with
                  New walky don’t wary I m from Tata docomo, and I trusted him and now from last
                  two days he is not answering my phone call. I called customer care many times but they say
                  keep calling on Ajit’s number we can’t help you. I don’t know what to do now.
                  But I think this is not a good service from Tata docomo.

                    My number is [protected]. I a using Blackberry 399 plan on my handset with Tata Docomo. It is a unlimited plan for browsing. But now i keep on getting some amount of data charges deducted every 10-20 mins. When i checked for the last data transaction Through DATA to 121 , i received no transaction has been made and still my balance is deducted. I called the customer care, they give a solution to call BB service. When approached them they say your settings are fine contact customer care.
                    Again called to customer care and they say send CAN GPRS to 121, but still this is happening.

                    Is there anyway that i can charge the tata Docomo services, any regulations we can pin point through TRAI?

                      I have been a regular susbscriber to tata photocn plus for one year([protected]). After being fed up with excess billing every month, I opted for unlimited connection under advance payment scheme with yearly rental being payable in 3 instalments (this was clearly explained to me by the customer serve rep of the co and can be verified by recorded msg). However, I was sent a bill for advance payment of the entire amount for the year in one instalment. On raising a complaint with the co, it was advised to me that I pay the same in three monthly instalments and the service wiill be continued(the same can also be verified by the co through the recorded msg of customer service rep).I accordingly paid the first instalment of rs. 3144 before the due date. However, I was utterly surprised to find that the company subsequently disconnected my service. Beinga frequesnt traveller, I have not been able to take up the matter in time with company nor could make any alternative arrangement causing undesirable hardship. This abrupt disconnection after a misleading inmformation is totally undesirable from a company of tata group.

                      My previous payment record has been impeccable without any instance of non-payment or delay in payment. However, the company does not have any system of checking the antedecents of customers before taking a drastic and unjustified step

                          I have purchased Tata photon in the month of August 2010 for unlimited downloading facilities. But people made fatse statement and had provide me with some other limited offer. Continously i had been reminding and requesting to the tata photon people to correct the offer, but none of them took interest and now they are charging very high .Speed is very poor and the other facilities provided was terrible.Presently i am not using the internet still they are charging.

                              Personalized horoscope activated on my cell, without permission and bloody beggers of TATA Docomo are deducting 10/-rs for this noncense service every week.
                              my mobile no is [protected], are the people working in this organization deaf, blind, paralized or corporate beggars, when i have complaint that i dont need your horoscope service why you are not following it.
                              i have registered complained on july12 on docomo site and complaint_id is 312745 and .
                              This service has been activated on my cell without my permission or without any request from my side. Bloody beggers of TATA Docomo have again ignored my complaint and again deducted 10/-rs for Personalized horoscope service, Stop this immediatly.

                                  I had bought a Tata Docomo Postpaid Sim Card ( [protected] ) on 7.7.2011 after submission of all the documents as mentioned. It took them 2 days to activate my number. After a couple of days without even informing me they blocked incoming & outgoing from my sim. When i checked with the office by personally visiting them they said you need to submit some more documents. I submitted the mentioned documents and was told that the number would be activated by the same evening. I waited and waited but there was no progress. After getting frustrated I called up the customer care and they now quote that the sim can only be activated by the 20.7.2011.

                                  1. Why didn`t they inform me what all documents are required at the 1st place itself.
                                  2. How can they block my sim card without informing me.
                                  3. Why was I not told that it takes so long for activation other wise I could have chosen sum other service provider.

                                  4. Who will pay for all the business that i have lost because of my blocked number.

                                  Request you to kindly look into the matter & check whether these people follow what they advertise.
                                  I want you to take strong action against sum bogus companies who mislead the people into such vicious traps.

                                      I had serious issues with my TAT DOCOMO SIM CARD ( [protected]). Two weeks back, suddenly my SIM card got deactivated. I had to replace the SIM card and i did that. Now, another issue has come. I can make outgoing calls but i dont get any incoming calls and messages. This has been there for 1 week now and i have complained tehc ustomer care. But i havent received any help from them. It is extremely annoying and disgusting. Please help.

                                        This is Siva, I have done online Prepaid mobile recharge for Rs.150, but still now no confirmation is made and the recharge amount is not added, but my amount was deducted from my Bank A/c.
                                        I have reported to DoCOMo customer care, but no proper response as the same reason repeats every time: "System is down..!!!!!!!"
