TILL DATE I DID NOT RECEIVE RECHARGE FOR Rs. 2000/- IN MY MOBILE. THOUGH I HAVE CALLED THE MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER MANY TIMES THEY ARE NOT GIVIVG PROPER REPLY. I REQUEST YOU TO

    Prepaid TataDocomo mobile number [protected] has been loaded with Rs.59/= package (ISD calls to US at concessional rate ) on 05.08.2011 vide Transaction id [protected] valid for one month from 05.08.2011.
    The available balance on that date was Rs.168.63.
    The concessional charging was not extended but the balance was brought down to Rs.17.41 within few minutes of talk on 14th or 15 Aug,11.
    Again Top up with Rs.150 TT on 17.08.2011 vide Transaction id [protected] .

    Once again the balance has been brought down to Rs 0 with few minutes talk time on 26.08.2011. this made mental agony.

    I didn,t expect such a thing from a reputed company like TATADOCOMO .

    The verifiation with customer service on 28.08.11 reveals that is overcharging and a complaint will be registered and will be resoled within 24 Hrs.
    Till 30.08.2011 no redfressal has been made.
    Please look into this and resolve the issue on or before 31.08.2011.

      I had been using Blackberry internet plan of 299 since last few months with service provider being Tata Docomo.On 18th August 2011,i upgraded my plan to rs.399 from rs.299 for which my balance got deducted by rs.399 but the plan didnt get activated.Speaking at Blackeery technical support,i was told it would get activated within 24 hours.But the same didnt happen even after speaking to them regularly for 7 days ( every time they gave the same excuses).On 26th August they deactivated my plan without being asked to do so and now they are saying there is no plan currently active on my number,eventhough TATA DOCOMO is still holding the view that rs.399 plan is active on my number with a validity till 17th september,2011 and has confirmed me the same.

      All calls at technical support are reaping me no benefits and they are behaving like helpless and with no internet plan on my phone even after paying rs.399 for it is leading me to frustration with no positive result.

      BLACKBERRY technical department has behaved in a very irresponsible manner in all my conversations with them on this issue.

        sir, my no. is [protected]. This is the second time the games club service has been subscribed on my no. without any confirmation message that it has been activated..
        I have lost 30rs in my previous activation and now it cost me 7rs without my any conscent..
        Im really pissed off with all these stuff. I've called customer care but they are of no use..
        So can you all please swicth my games club off.. Please
        i am facing same issue. daily 5 rs. deducted from my account. please anyone help us.

          I had switched over to tata docomo recently. From day 1 onwards I had been requesting the service provider to address the issues with the network. (1) Networking issues (2) Activation of ISD facilty, regarding the activation of ISD facility customer care had informed that I have to deposit additional Rs.2000 which I had replied that at the time of switching over to the connection these conditions were not been informed and we were informed that all the services will be activated as and when requested. This mail dated 03 August 2011 still remains unattended and adding to above concerns the outgoing calls have been barred on 24 August 2011 stating that due to non settlement of outstanding with the previous network. I had setlled the amount on 25 August and had raised the issue via mail to the customer care plus through the support provider I was informed that the outgoing calls will be activated on by 27 August but since then the services were not resumed on 28 August IST 10:00 PM I had again contacted the customer care were they informed me they will not be in postion to help and I need to sent a reminder to customer care via email. It has been devastating experience from the customer care and after 5 days also you have not been able to restore the services. I would like to know why such kind of irresponsible service been provided to the customers. I anticipate atleast this mail will be taken seriously and promt action will be provided.             The E-mail id says "listen". Do you people actually listen???

            On 2/8/2011, I called customer care to enquire about Rs. 38 Juice up Pack (full talk time plan). The representative said about the details and asked me to recharge every time in special mode so as to get full talk time.After that i recharged for Juice up pack Rs. 38 (full talk time plan) on the same day.

            On 8th of August, 2011, I called Customer care( check it in your database too) to ensure whether Rs. 24 Juice pack (half paise per second) will work with Rs. 38 pack. A lady spoke to me and said this is the ONLY Juice up pack which will work with Rs. 38 Juice up pack. After getting conformation from your side I recharged it for Juice up pack Rs.24(half paise per second).

            On 24/8/2011, I recharged for Rs. 50 in special mode, I got debited with Rs.41 only. Then I called up customer care and they asked me to do it in normal mode hereon to get full talk time (YOU ASKED TO DO IT IN SPECIAL MODE AT FIRST).

            On 26/8/2011, I recharged for Rs. 100 in normal mode. But I got Rs. 88 only. I called customer care on the same day and asked the reason I got credited with rs.88 only when I'm in full talk time plan. He said you have to do it in special mode and when I shouted at him because every time you people say if I do in Normal, you should have done it in SPECIAL. if I do it in SPECIAL, you should have done it in NORMAL and he silently and cleverly escaped by saying there is TECHNICAL PROBLEM, so call after sometime. When I called today (28/8/2011) to customer care, they said because you have recharged Rs.24 juice up pack, Rs.38 juice pack got cancelled.

            Earlier as I mentioned one of your representative said this is the ONLY Juice up pack which will work with Rs. 38 Juice up pack. Because of your wrong information, I lost Rs.59 (Rs. 38 on juice up pack+ Rs. 9 on recharging Rs.50 + Rs.12 on recharging for Rs.100).


            Is this the level of the knowledge you have updated about your tariff plan?

            Dont you feel ashamed of having such untrained staff?

            The customer care executive says "SORRY FOR THE TROUBLE. I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM". Understanding the problem alone wont work. What is the solution for this? It was me suffered because of your wrong information.

            Giving a sorry cut face alone wont be the solution. Whether are you going to refund my amount or not?

            PS: You can check my call records to ensure whether I called to customer care on the above mentioned dates.

            Hello Sir,
            My query got rectified. They refunded me Rs. 39 (for full talk time juice up pack) and I have them the suggestions. Being a good service provider with best offers, dont let your goodwill go down by giving wrong information.

              This is Tushar. I want to bring to notice the harassment and mental agony that has been caused to me by a reputed company like Tata Indicom. I bought a Tata photon connection-[protected] two years back and paid my bills regularly. However,when i requested the buggers sitting in the customer care department to get my connection disconnected in February this year, after paying my January bill, they gave me a complaint number[protected] and said that their representatives will get in touch with me 'shortly'.

              That 'shortly' never happened and instead i was sent the complete bill for the month of February, even when i did not use my connection at all. I was ready to clear my dues- from the time i lodged my request for disconnection till the time it took to disconnect my connection, which i assumed would be for a period of 7-10 days, but never got a call from TATA Indicom representatives.

              Hence i did not agree to pay the bill. The company kept sending me bills every month till August, and i was harassed by calls from their call centre to pay my bills, with me explaining them everytime the scenario, over and over again. They just won't listen. Then one fine day i got a dubious looking LEGAL NOTICE on behalf of the company, threatening me to a legal cae if i don't clear my bills immediately. I never responded to the mail.

              Then a couple of days back, i got a call from someone from Tis Hazari court that my file is with him and i have a date in the court...this is disgusting...Tata Indicom harasses its regular customers, who payed their bills on time with such things. I know there are many people like me who are facing the same situation with this company.

              I would like to know if there is any way i can file a complaint/case against the company for harassing me, and many other customers like me.

              I paid my bills online through debit card on the tata indicom website. My last bill was paid in January 2011. Will check on the website and see if any reciept is availaible.

                Daily deduction of Rs.3 from the account and junk services activation

                On 24th of August, 8:07am my mobile message from TM-56363 to download wallpapers offered by TATAMVC. They deducted Rs.49/- from my a/c I want to make it clear that I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED OR DOWNLOADED VIDEO, WALLPAPER OR GAME to any other service voluntarily. I am losing Rs.3 everyday from my account. I am unaware of this daily deduction of Rs.3/-.

                Also i received message on the 27th of August, 02:03pm from no.:55435 saying that I have downloaded some game from Gameloft for Rs.8/-. When i visited the Gameloft site, i came to know that there is no such game available for this amount of Rs.8/-. This confirms that the service given by TATA DOCOMO.

                On the same day evening i can't browse internet, so i checked balance and i was shocked to see Rs.0.42/- left in my a/c. When i worked out my account i came to know that they deducting Rs.3/- daily Until then I am unaware of this daily deduction of Rs.3/-

                So i topuped with Rs.100/- and i checked balance it was Rs.81.42. And next morning (28.06.20011) when checked the balance it was Rs.32.42/- once again they charged me of Rs.49/- for TATAMVC which i didn't receive any confirmation message or link. I have informed about this to TataDocomo customer care without much help.

                Hence please make sure my mobile be deactivated from such service and make arrangements for the refund of whatever currency I have lost till date.

                Sorry i totally disagree with you, in my inbox i have message from your TA56363 that Hi! Your subscription to voicegaming will be renewed on 04.09.2011 at Rs10 for 10 days. To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP vgames to 155223(Free). Which i have not at all subscribed.

                When tried to unsubscribe it using command sent by you i received message from 155223 9#Not Subscribed. This differs with your own message above that i have never subscribed to any such service. By crediting Rs.10, which you are claiming that you are giving good service to your customer.BUT YOU ARE NOT. This shows that without the confirmation or knowledge of the customer you are activating addon services. I lost couple of hundred rupees because of your negligence. I do not want to go in detail.

                Once again i thank you for stopping addon services which i have not subscribed. I hope that stopping o[censored]nnecessary service is permanent.

                  I am a international student in Lovely Professional university. tata docomo withdrew 30 rs from my balance in excuse of daily health tips alert n news. this can't be legal. plus the stop option is not working. when i sms them Stop rhtip and send to 155223 like they instructed on the canceling option in their sms , i receive a sms saying "you have not subscribed to punjabi health pack". the sms came yesterday, 26th august and today it won't return my money. i have lost 70 rs in balance before this incident for god knows what . I can't take it anymore.

                  what nonsense! U people again took my money (30 rs) again -this time in name of a personality pack. Did not bother to return it even after network acknowledged my cancel orders yesterday. even the online chat is making me wait 4 days, .(5th sept) .

                    I purchased a TATA DOCOMO 3 g dongle in Dec 2010. It was told to me that there are no roaming charges and you can use it anywhere in India. The plan was an unlimited(Rs. 1400/-) plan. Everything thing was fine till March 2011, I used the Dongle in Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, etc. But in the month of April, they charged me a a bill of 6,600/- stating that the charges are on account of roaming.

                    If this was the case, then why was I not charged for the first three months where I roamed extensively?
                    Why did the executives did not inform me about this while purchasing the Dongle?
                    Why is Tata Docomo claiming roaming free in there Ranbir Kapoor ads?
                    And,
                    Why are they reluctant to resolve this issue after repeated complaints and still continue to send me arrear bills? Today I got a msg asking me to pay 8,700/- against the bill?

                    TATA DOCOMO is unprofessional and incompetent organization. Right from the executives to the Top level are incapable of their jobs, and still they get away with all such acts....why????

                    I have been using TATA DOCOMO services since Nov 2013 on the number . [protected]. My post paid bill was coming hardly 500 to 600.
                    Last month i activated the 3G services to my number which accounted for 750 MB of 99 rupees. The customer care did not told about that after consumption of this 750 MB there will be huge charges incureed to it, they now say it would be 1 paisa per kb, means for 100 MB its 1000 rupees, my current bill says the value of Rs 5396. Such a huge amount seems unbelievable, in between also i inquired the customer care that why the value of my account is increasing and how much have i used the 3G serevice but they told tht only after bill generation they could say anything and never replied to my compliant, now bill has been generated with this value

                    I had got calls from Mr. Shahid and Mr Phalguni Chateerjee from TATA DOCOMO concerning excessive bill complaint filed by me. Also Shahid told me tht they will waive off Rs 3800 from my Bill which had came due to unaccounted 3G service tht tata docomo had lent over me without prior initimating me the heavy cost of this service (Its seems unrealistic wherein a company is giving 750 MB for 99 Rs and 250 MB for around Rs 3000 without initimating prior of such a crooked policy, also on asking several times to the customer care people no one told why is this bill increasing so heavily). Now on several mails to TATA DOCOMO no one is listening so that i could tell them that as per shahid the bill seems to be around Rs 1600 now, but people behave like there is no shahid or Phalguni chatterjee working there.
                    Whom to say and wht to say, i am totally messed up.
                    I need to get the clarity on mail the amount i had to pay finally

                          once i got a call from docomo regarding some daily horoscope activation but i disconnected the call.
                          Still the service got activated and they are deducting my 10 rs after evry 72 hours.
                          an when I try to call customer care all the customer executives are busy.
                          So I complained to customer care online there they credited the amount of rs 10 to my mobile and gave assurance that my money won't get deducted again but that did not stop deducting my money.
                          this is sick. I am so irritated by this

                              untill i will go for MNP servise.
                              Still not solved. Portfolio manager got renewed. Seniour customer executive promised me to unscribe my no from Portfolio manager but harsh he failed to do so. And one cutomer care executive misbehaved, she said thnks n cut the call - she was in hurry and not ready to Listen anything. The guy i talked recently was very good. But still no one has been able to help me out. DoCoMo still my Best service provider except this DiveIn Portfolio manager+.

                              I want to keep it subscribed forever now. I agree to pay 2 rupees every week only if the service stays forever at the same cost. I know 'm a student and I have no use of it, but may be in future.

                                I C.Elangovan have post paid connection in TATA DOCOMO bearing mobile Number [protected]
                                In the month of June-11 the service provider started sending SMS In respect of Santa Banta and the pack name is Santa Banta Jokes pack. The changes for the same pack have been observed in the bill. When it was enquired about that to the costumer care that the pack is not activated by me (i.e, C.Elangovan) then the costumer care executive expressed his regret and informed the procedure to stop the Joke Pack. But, the same is unable to do as per the procedure and informed the same to costumer care executive to do the needful from your side only by me (i.e, C.Elangovan)
                                In the coming month bill (i.e. July’11) again the charges have been noticed and informed the same to the costumer care executive and he had informed he will do the needful and requested to activate “Do Not Disturb” pack and the same has register on 21st July 2011 “with registration number TTLDND[protected]
                                But, in the moth of Aug’ 11 Bill the pack charges again noticed and the intimated to the costumer care executive and registered the complaint on 06th Aug,2011 with reference number:- [protected]
                                But, till now the action has not been taken for the complaint registered and when ever informing the costumer care executive about that they are telling some excuses and promising to the do the needful

                                  I am sirisha. I was doing online recharge for 30RS using Tata Docomo online recharge facility around 4pm 26th july. The mobile number is [protected].

                                  Then I entered my sbi Debit card details to do online payment. After submitting all the details the 30RS has been deducted from my account but mobile has not been recharged. MSBI[protected]IGK4748520 TRANSFER TO[protected]
                                  Kindly look into this matter and either refund back my money into my account or recharge the mobile.

                                    My name is Nagesh Kumar Jaiswal and my tata docomo no. is [protected],,,, I'm using tata docomo since one year...i was quite happy with the service until july'2011 ...but since then my view towards the company completely changed. In just around one month, almost 400 rupees have been deducted from my tata docomo number for various downloads which i have never ever done,,,.the details of the deduction are as follows:

                                    16 July- RS 3(Brilliant chick wallpaer download)
                                    18th July- Rs 99 (Valuepack : Ad_Racing_Games_99)
                                    18July - RS 99 (JavaGame : GamesValuePack21)
                                    24th July- Rs 99 ( Valuepack : Ad_Racing_Games_99)
                                    1st August-Rs 67 (i dont know for what)
                                    9th August-RS 3 ( Valuepack : TimepassGames30)
                                    13th aug- RS 10 ( Valuepack : TimepassGames30)
                                    21st August - RS 10(Javagame)


                                    all these were informed to me by messages from 52250 ,,,,,,the customer care service is hopeless and says that i have opened chargeable sites and downloaded the above.....BUT i dont even know any of those sites...moreover i have an android devicce(Samsung Galaxy 5) ...the wat the hell shall i do with those bloody java games????????
                                    One more interesting thing to be noticed- when my balance was above Rs 100, then they charged me for downloading apps worth Rs99...and so i decided to recharge my mobile with just Rs 20...then i was charged Rs 3, 10 n so on....for the nonsensense downloads!/....also that such games have never actually been downloaded to my cell ,,for which the company had heavily charged!!

                                    Also i have sent messages as "STARTDND" and also "START0" to 1909 to stop all those company's messages... but the reply comes as "your req. couldnt be processed futher..."

                                    Such unreasonable deductions have completely shocked me,,,,and i cant tell whether such deductions will take place in future or not...

                                    400 rupees is not a small price,,,,,nor im so rich to ignore it anyhow... I want all my money Refunded,,,,or else i shall seriously be taking actions against the company.

                                    Hi,

                                    My name is Mohammed Ansari, from Bangalore. My docomo number is [protected]. I had recharged by cellphone for 150 rupess ( full talktime) and also 95 rupees for internet pack. But within 2 days 99 ruppes was deducted. I called up customer support and it sucks. The rep was rude and told it was some value added pack that i have activated. Bit I told him that I did not do that and want my money refunded back to me. The guy told that we cannot do that because I activated that. Then he asked me if I am using some smart phone. I told him I am using a galaxy S2. The docomo guy that we have these problems in smart phones only. If this is docomo's problem then they have to solve it.

                                    99 rupees is not a big amount. But atleast came to know how Tata docomo cheats.

                                    VERY DISSATISFIED WITH DOCOMO.

                                      I have to complain against above named official that i have given my explanation regarding reminder for outstanding Bill Payment received on 19/05/2011 as per instruction mentioned on the reminder letter(i.e. through email to his mail id sandip.[protected]@tatadocomo.com) on 21/05/2011 & all the matters were explained by me in this mail.
                                      But when no any response reasulted from his side after expiry of many days I have forwarded mail to him again & again but there was no reasult.
                                      After expiry of three months they have arranged to serve a legal notice through his lawyer Amitava Das,L.L.B.(Advocate of High Court) & now they have imposed extraordinery dues as rental without providing any outgoing or incoming services on my no. [protected] since 30/03/2011. All the payment was settled by his officials on 05/05/2011 & I have already paid the settled amount.
                                      There is not any mistake done by me regarding payment,all the matter has been lingered by Mr. Mondal & he & only he is responsible for the matter arise today.
                                      So, you are kindly requested to lodge my complain & I will provide all necessary documents in support of my complain whenever required.

                                        My docomo number is [protected]. This is Mumbai number. At present I came to Chennai for an emergency treatment for my female child and for the purpose of communication which is mandatory, I recharged my account for Rs. 200/= for which I received message as "Recharge successful". But when I saw my account, it showed nil balance and I am unable to contact anyone at an outstation location. I am also a working woman who has come for the treatment of my child and if this is the case, what is the use of having a mobile number. I hope the concerned will look into the matter very seriously and take up emergency action in view of the situation. This mail is being sent through my brother.
