Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I am using Tata docomo Prepaid connection & my number is [protected]. I am getting unwanted free SMS service and those services get automatically activated after certain amount of days, after that those services got renewed automatically, due which I am loosing my balance. Now, I have deactivated one service that I got from number 54321, however, yesterday that service got automated renewed and 11 Rs balance got deducted.
I request you kindly reverse that unwanted renewal and credit back that amount. Also, credit back the previous amount deducted for that service, I have not requested for same.
One more thing I would like your attention is your Customer service agents based in Pune are not helpful, I requested for refund and tried my level best to get it, but my 3 attempt got ruined. Even I requested to speak with Supervisor on floor, but he was busy singing some song ( I heard when speaking with Pravin, as he asked for his help) but did not bother to come online to solve my issue, later Pravin hanged phone.
I tried later but only got a response that server is down call after some time, I don’t think this would be the case.
