my mummy number is [protected] and on this number we get sms from TD-ASTRO about todays panchang.this service is not activated by us and i have requested to deactivate it 8 to 9 times before but still it is not deactivated,and our balance is deducted.and today also we got the sms from 53300 that the service will be renewed in 72 hours.
Pls help us

      i already complaint to the custmer care over 100 times in last 3 months to deactivation of portfolio manager. But no one take it seriously. Each one ask me every time your problem has been solved but problem was not solve. Every 4 days charge me Rs.10. In last 3 month more than Rs.500 total charge me after i will already give a complaint. So please stop this service portfolio manager and refund my total balance in my account.

        I'm continuously being receiving messages from a unknown TATA DOCOMO no. [protected] from about a month. When I tried to locate the user i found that someone from College Street, Kolkata is doing so. I don't know this person. I will be highly obliged if you can sort out the problem. It will be the best thing ever if you can please block the above mentioned no. eagerly waiting for your reply.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is to inform you that I am using Tata docomo Prepaid connection & my number is [protected]. I am getting unwanted free SMS service and those services get automatically activated after certain amount of days, after that those services got renewed automatically, due which I am loosing my balance. Now, I have deactivated one service that I got from number 54321, however, yesterday that service got automated renewed and 11 Rs balance got deducted.

          I request you kindly reverse that unwanted renewal and credit back that amount. Also, credit back the previous amount deducted for that service, I have not requested for same.

          One more thing I would like your attention is your Customer service agents based in Pune are not helpful, I requested for refund and tried my level best to get it, but my 3 attempt got ruined. Even I requested to speak with Supervisor on floor, but he was busy singing some song ( I heard when speaking with Pravin, as he asked for his help) but did not bother to come online to solve my issue, later Pravin hanged phone.

          I tried later but only got a response that server is down call after some time, I don’t think this would be the case.

            Dear sir,

            I am a customer of Tata Docomo ( [protected]) , i purchased this number on 3rd August 2011.
            I submitted my ID prof as my Election Voter ID card +1 passport size Photo.

            unfortunately, Today(20th August 2011) in the evening it has been blocked because the reason of ID prof.

            There is no information received before Tata Docomo block the number.(they are No:1 to make unwanded calls and SMS at all time,but before blocking a call they can't make single SMS)

            If they do, it may help me to use any alternate connection.

            At its the time of weekend (Saturday 5.00pm) .they block the number.
            i have to wait to activate for two days to submit the document again.

              I purchase DOCOMO Prepaid Sim from ASK Agencies Anthiyur and give my photo & address id proof.But DOCOMO CC calls and tell me this mobile no([protected]) is not in your Name & id. Lot of time i call a dealer and ask this problem. he says "call DOCOMO i am not responsible for this".I ask CC also.They no proper answer.Who use my id? i don't know. In this time DOCOMO Take amount for caller tone without my knowledge.IF any one use my ID proof for illegal purpose who is responsible?Dealer or DOCOMO.Why Network providers ask Id proof?Why they register ID proof to others.if any problem or misuse who get problem.                 I would like the Rajnikant jokes to be deactivated. If I called the Toll free provided to deactivate the same. The IVR said 'YOU HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBE THIS OPTION' but still I get message from Docomo every few weeks saying that my Rajnikant Jokes will be renewed @ Rs.10. Then , I call the toll free to deactivate again listen to the same message. Also there was no option to talk to a live person/operator. Then , another message will follow in few days confirming the Rajnikant Jokes has been renewed. This is very frustratating. I never activated such service. So I don't know why suddenly it got activated out of the blue. Please Deactivate the Rajnikant Jokes ASAP from my number [protected].

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I ported my Reliance GSM prepaid connection([protected]) to Tata Docomo GSM Prepaid on[protected].

                  As per the rules, I submitted the new CAF filled with all details(Porting Request Code RE426748), my passport size photograph and xerox of my passport to Gajanan Communications, Power House Chauraha, Aashiana, Lucknow.

                  On 1st July my Docomo connection got activated and i was using the service. But on 22nd July, i found that my incoming and outgoing calls and SMS were barred. When i called the customer care they informed that the documents were not submitted by me, so the services were withdrawn. I contacted the retailer from where i applied for MNP she told me that the documents have already been submitted on 28th July. Retailer gave me the contact number of Tata Docomo TSM Mr. Prasad(Mob No. [protected]) who is responsible for handling the customers documents. I contacted Mr. Prasad and he admitted that its a mistake from their side because the documents submission status is not updated on the system and he assured me that service will be resumed shortly.
                  On 25th July my service was resumed.

                  On 1st Aug again my service got disconnected and sim card registration failed message was displaying on my mobile.
                  I called to the customer care they told me that my documents have not been submitted. I again contacted the Docomo personnel MR. Prasad he told me that service will be resumed on 1st Aug. When the service didn't resumed on 1st Aug i again called him and he told me that he will check the status and will call me back in an hour. When i didn't got any call from Mr. Prasad, i tried calling him many times but he didn't picked up my call. With no option left on 3rd Aug i went to TATA TELESERVICES Ltd. MG Marg, Lucknow and resubmitted the application form with my passport size photograph and xerox of my passport. On 4th Aug my service was again resumed.

                  On 17th Aug again my service got disconnected so i contacted to the customer care by web chat and i got the information from Docomo represantative MR. Krish that my documents are not yet submitted. I informed him that i have resubmitted the documents at the TATA Teleservices outlet. He assured me that some represantative will call me within 24hrs but till now no one from DOCOMO side has contacted me.

                  I am amazed by the fact that even after submitting correct documents, twice and that to at the TATA gallery, why are they not able to start the service. The barring of service was their mistake at the first place itself.

                  All I want to ask you is this the way Tata Docomo deals with their customers. Instead of helping they are throwing the balls from one court to another putting me in trouble, if this is the way you tackle the problems of your customer I will not hesitate to leave your services and opt someone else but don’t you think a single customer will snatch hundred along with him if he is right so that others cant face the same problem again?

                  Now i am completely fed up with the TATA DOCOMO's unethical and irresponsible behavior, this has caused me a mental harassment and i am feeling handicapped due to unavailability of the service and now i regret why i switched over from Reliance to Docomo atleast they were giving me uninterrupted services.

                  Please do the needful.

                  As i have already mentioned in my complaint that i have resubmitted the application form and documents (passport size photograph and xerox of passport) on 03-08-11 at TATA Teleservices Ltd. MG Marg, Lucknow and i have the customer copy of same, so how can you say that the documents are not submitted by me.
                  So, please check your record once again otherwise i have to file a complaint in consumer court because it is a matter of total negligence by TATA DOCOMO.

                    i am a prepaid customer of tata docomo. i have done special recharge of rs.59 on my mobile no. [protected] on 14/08/11. according to that i am supposed to have call rate 1p/sec to u.s.a, canada. but when i made call to canada, i have been charged standard call rates 11p/sec instead of 1p/sec. i called the customer care and told the problem on 15/08/11. they gave me complaint no. GBL[protected] and to wait till 18/08/11.today on 18/08/11 i received a call related to my complaint. but they could not gave me any sure reason for wrong call charges and told me to wait again. but they didn't call me any more and closed my complaint. i called 198 again. this time they told that this special pack facility is not valid for yukon(canada). even yukon is in canada then why i have been charged more call rates than mentioned. in ads they says call u.s.a, canda at 1p/sec with special pack of rs.59 and on other side they do not mention that special pack is only valid for some special areas in canada. i have been charged 180rs instead of 15rs.please help me.

                    No, i have been charged 11p/sec. But according to special pack of rs.59 it should be 1p/sec. Make sure again.

                      i took a new Sim connection from tata docomo and its not activated from past 15days, and the exec are making fun of me i spoke with exec named thamana and she was the person who sent the exec to my place and i took the connection and started playing with me when ever i call them they use to tell me that my Sim is going to get activated tomorrow ,tomorrow and tomorrow,3 days back i spoke to some other exec names thamreez and the way she specked with me was as if am begging her,i payed money and they are behaving very badly. when ever i asked them to connect the call to manager of their agency they use to disconnect the call or they use to tell me he is in a meeting how long can he sit in a meeting he goes for meeting daily, and i really don't no weather that stupid manager daily goes to meeting or matting, this was the

                        I purchased a Tata Docomo Sim attracted by their GPRS plans especially, [protected]@8gb/month plan.Wnen i actually use it, the speed is worst.I am not even getting 30kbps browsing speed.Forget about downloading.They should increase the speed and should not cheat customers by attractive ads.Compared to this, Airtel is far better and provides good speeds (upto 200kbps).Even if the plans are relatively costly, they are worth.I did nt expect this from TATA group.My 50Rs(sim cost) and 149Rs(8gb plan) are a waste i feel.

                          SUB: CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER - DEFECIENCY OF SERVICE

                          Dear Sir,

                          1.Vide the Welcome Letter issued from Tata Photon dated 4th April 2011 (Order No:[protected] against Tata Photon Number: [protected], TATA PHOTON says very clearly that the plan is called Monthly of 5 GB at Rs 950. Extra usage beyond 5 GB is charged to Rs 0 / MB. I go with this contract, where TATA PHOTON is bound to provide satsisfactory service beyond 5 GB at Rs 0, without any speed restriction.

                          2. TATA PHOTON has a track record o[censored]nsatisfactory service, where it is promised to provide up to 5 GB best speed up to of 3.1 MBPS. But actually it is not provided. This is nothing then false promise and cheating with the customer.

                          3. Now when some body has crossed 5 GB, Tata Photon reduces speed at 0.15 MBPS (115 KBPS) . When Tata Photon is unable to provide better speed prior to 5 GB, then where is the right of TATA PHOTON to restrict speed at 0.15 MBPS. Then what is the meaning of free usage at Rs 0/ MB after 5GB. You never disclosed this thing clearly, in your welcome letter when offer was taken, that you are going to provide poor service after 5 GB.

                          4. These are nothing then cheating with the customer, as 0.15 MBPS is useless for me. I am determined not to pay you the money for such defective services. I am also warning other consumers on internet to remain alerted from TATA PHOTON malpractices. Tata Photon is collapsed . The products are worthless.

                          I need speed and nothing else. Please let me know whether TATA PHOTON is going to resolve this thing or I should move for legal action under Consumer Protection Act.

                          Dear Mr Balasinorwala.

                          Your people are misguiding you. Either they are not aware with the law or they want to play with the law. The speed restriction is the contingent contract as defined in Indian Contract Act. Which can't be invoked untill or unless the first part of the contract is not existing ( Speed at 3.1 MBPS ( as word "up To" is violative in TRAI guidelines with Data 5 GB). When guaranteed speed is not existing at 3.1 MBPS, how you can invoke the contingent part of the contract, where speed is restricted at 115 KBPS. As TRAI, formulated Broadband Policy of 2004, where minimum download speed is 256 KBPS ( 512kbps from Jan 2011).TATA has admitted in a mail to me that it is providing me speed at 115 KBPS. IT is nothing then fraudulent tactics of the TATA PHOTON to cheat the customer by violating TRAI guidelines.


                          2. I have no other way then to fight through Legal action. I am also using RTI ACT against TRAI, to know TATA PHOTON status, whether TRAI guidelines have been implemented or not in TATA on speed?

                          You are requested further Please do not communicate me through phone but contact me only through Email.

                          A copy is also circulated on internet to warn other consumers.

                              I m the regular user of internet nd I use it only with internet pack of one month. Bt today on[protected] wen I recharge my account with Re.20 nd after one hour my whole balancel was deducted without any information ..regarding thi complaint I talked with customercare nd request to make my complaint regarding this bt also frm there I didn't get any satisfying answer.. I am fedup with the service of Tata Docomo nd I have only the last option..by changing my number...I m using this network just bcz it introduc gud schemes bt nw scheme doesn't matters ..If my problem solves then only I will use this number..otherwise gudbye Tata Docomo...

                                I am Alka on 13th of August around 21rs from my prepaid gsm (tata docomo) account was deducted and when i called the customer care they were claiming that I have made a data usage of 21rs but its not true I haven't made any data usage and I even asked to check them logs but they didn't.

                                I want you to please check into the issue, because deducting customer's money is not at all right.

                                i am a 12th class student. i am really disappointed with your tata docomo service. whenever i recharges there occurs a balance deduction with out any cause.
                                i did so many complaints to your customer service number, had a conversation with you customer care executive, but it all gone waste because they also dont help me.
                                They always says that you have activated this and this service on your sim card and they can't refund my balance.
                                1st time i lost my balance of Rs.100 but i said nothing and asked them to deactivate my service but it didn't get deactivate and again and again my balance kept on deducting but your customer care executive kept on saying the same things that now they can't refund my balance.
                                Truly speaking sir i am really disappointed with your service as i have lost my balance of over Rs.200 but you are doing nothing.
                                Today also my balance is deducted, so i decided to write you complaints because your customer service is worst.
                                i hope you will help me and refund my balance other wise i will change the service and you will loose your customers like this only.

                                  I receive daily many unwanted calls from the following mobile numbers ........[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],... n 66064680.Besides,Tata DOCOMO without any authorisation has activated ''call me'' tune n charging one rupee per day.It may be noted that I have neither called nor sent nay message to activate the call.Kindly look in to the matter n warn them to refrain from this unfair trade practices.
                                  They adopt unfair trade practices charge much more for roaming n deduct more from one's balance for calls than actually agreed.

                                  TATA DOCOMO MOBILE SERVICE — unfair trade practice

                                  I have neither sent any message nor called for the ''call me tune''.But Tata DOCOMO has activated the call me tune n r charging one rupee per day.I want the tune to be discontinued n money debited from my balance for the same be returned n credited to my balance at the earliest with intimation to me.

                                    I have a very urgent and serious complains.

                                    Some how one of the service "sweet alert" is activated in my account some time back.
                                    I wished to deactivate it......... i called to 155223 (actually calling for more than a month) but i found customer support has been set to some other language beyond my scope or a person residing in madhya pradesh is expected to know....... i was shocked how DOCOMO executives performed a genius act . Leaving all expectations from call center, i went to one of your customer service center at DB CITY MALL of bhopal.......... executive told me that server is down and he can not process the request even his phone to talk customer service support was out of order.

                                    This is history of more than a month. My talk value was deducted on 09 August and i got another SMS on 13 August mentioning renewal of "sweet alert" and its charge will be made 30 Rs withing 72 hr.

                                    In conclusion i have following request to you"
                                    1. Deactivate "Sweet alert" services and all other paid services immediately.
                                    2. Refund my talk value deducted owing to this service.
                                    3. Put my number to DND services.
                                    4. Provide me complain number for each of my complain to trace the status of the same.

                                    Kindly look into the request made above and respons me asap.

                                      On 14th august 2011 at 8.32 pm i made a recharge of rs 65 for 2g gprs on my no. [protected] . getting a balance 2.5gp plus my last 114mb of last recharge . Then around 9.10pm i called costumer care and asked about 3g gprs and how can i try it . the person in charge told me different packs and there details . I asked him that i already use 2g gprs . Then i asked him how can I try 3g or activate a low cost plan and he told me to use *141# but did not tell me that my 65rs plan which i activated a few min before will lapse down and i wont be able to use it any further , no information was provided regarding this any where else neither on net or on any retailer's shop . When i called the costumer care , they told me that it has lappsed down and they cannot do anything about it , i told that your exceutive did not provide proper information regarding the lapse of my 65RS pack and its not there fault at all . Its is total fraud as a normal balance is carried forward even a msg balance is to carried forward and no information about gprs is provided any where .

                                        Respected sir,
                                        Now a days Tata Docomo are showing many advertisments. on 13 th august i saw an advertisement of them in which the model Ranbir Kapoor insults the ancient science of Horoscope of India by calling it senseless.I think that without making study about it, they are making fun of Horoscope. I demand they should stop the advertisement quickly as it is insulting indian people.
