Hello Sir,

This is to express my dissatisfaction towards the bad service from Docomo prepaid portability to Airtel prepaid. My first request placed on 11/6/2011 with the unique porting id as TL 471484 the expiry date was on 11/6/2011. Nothing happened until the said date. Then I have contacted the Airtel office and they advised to place a second request. Placed the second request with the unique code as TL 862871 which was expired today 28/6/2011. I talked to the Docomo customer care and Airtel and they blame each other without providing a valid reason. Could you please look into this as a sense o[censored]rgency and fix my request at the earliest, as I am tired of submitting the requests every now and then.

    my name is anil vohra and i bought a tata photon connection in july 2010 and my plan was rs.750 per month.for the first one month the speed was o.k. but then i observed that the speed was getting bad day by day.i called the customer service so many times but there was no improvement.i was always given stupid excuses.i finally decided to get it disconnected.the day i asked for a disconnection the next day i recieved a call from tata indicom that my outstanding bill was around 9000 rupees.i told them that when i have paid all the bills then how can my bill suddenly come to 9000.they said that what i was paying was the billed amount and rs 9000 is my UNBILLED amount.i was extremely surprised to hear this term and said that there was nothing like this term UNBILLED that i have ever heard.there was no call for some time and then suddenly i received a call one day from delhi.a man said that he was speaking from tees hazari court new delhi and that a case of fraud was being put up against me.he said that if i do not pay the amount in the next one day then i will have to come to delhi to fight my case.he also said that he can make a settlement and only six thousand has to be paid by me and then the company will close my account.to avoid all the hassle i deposited 6000 in the next one day.after some time i again got a letter from tata indicom saying that i still have to pay them rs 3000.when i told them that i had already made the settlement by paying rs 6000.now they are saying that they are not aware of any such settlement and i have to pay more money.
    my only question to tata indicom is that are they there just to cheat people.how much money do they want to cheat from their customers.are they not tired of cheating.

    This is with reference to my (Ph: [protected], Post Paid connection) Bill No. [protected], [protected].
    You are charging me extra quite frequently for the so called VALUE ADDED SERVICES, MISSED CALL ALERT which is Rs 30/- Month, but I am charged Rs 60/- and God knows where else you were able to make Extra bucks by manipulating the bills of the customer.

    FYI, when this service was activated it was Rs 15/- month, then there has been whopping 100% Hike making it Rs 30/-. And now I am being charged 4 times. I am not sure where and how many times else this kind of tampering happened.
    This is a case of Cheating and Fraud. By this Unprofessional Act of yours, I have totally lost Faith in your Services.

    You can wash your hands saying it was Technical glitch for the Extra charges but it never happened the other way around!!

    I have mailed these details to the customer care but no response.

        the hackers have once again come up ith a new way o[censored]sing the internet for free9-this trick applies to both TATA DOCOMO 2G/3G services.so please ban this trick.as usual this trick originates from http://www.frendz4m.com I have tried talking to administrators to remove the 'GPRS TRICKS' section but to no avail.
        so here is the trick:
        First the user has to download any handler appliccation like handler UCWEB.OPERA MINI.etc

        then the user has to put this FrontQuery(shortened to fq): divein.tatadocomo.com.php.flyproxy.com/nph-proxy.pl/010110A/http/

        there is no proxy setting for this trick and its reported to be working on high balances i.e the user of this trick doesn't loose a single penny

        this trick allows the user to do both Download and Browse unlimitedly.also this trick works through INDIA.So please I request you to ban this trick.

            I have been automatically subscribed to SMS service of 54321 dated Jun 23 '11. My Bal : 20. I quote the sms as follows :

            ' Hi! You have subscribed to Feng Shui at Rs 19 for 19 days.To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP feng to 155223(Free) '

            At first I ignored this subscription though it had cost me the amount. Recharged to 20 again, Bal:15. But Today I got auto-subscribed to another such service and left me with balance of Rs.1. I quote it here :

            ' Hi! You have subscribed to Keeda Pack (Keeda) at Rs. 14 for 14 days. To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP keeda to 155223(Free) '

            I'm Annoyed by this service idea of tata and its like just taking away my recharge amount-1 by activating such useless services. Its my hard earned money which is getting wasted by activation of these silly sms stuff. Please look into my problem and unsubscribe me from this 54321 service completely. And i want my money back. I was comfortable enuogh with docomo untill now, don't make me change my provider.
            Same happened with me...

            They deactivated it 5-6 time but still my balance is deducting.
            For first couple of time they credited balance but after that they just sent mail os deactivation and balance credition. But nothing happened.

            Hope that thay will resolve it.
            Thank you Docomo Customer care for reading and accepting my complaint ... please resolve it at the earliest so i can get back to normal status with my phone ...

            I've received a credit of Rs.60 from docomo and would like to thank the customer care for responding and aiding to my request. I hope in future not to be pested with any o[censored]r sms packs automatically such as this 54321. I was happy enough with docomo service and would like to be a good customer o[censored]rs. Hope this would be my First and Last complaint.
            my mob no is[protected] same problem and many other problem example- I can't call customer care and my network frequency to low resolve this problem..

                    First am using the service of Tata Indicom then later I have shifted to Tata Docomo.



                    I have completed 90 days in Tata Docomo as per norms I want to switch to another operator, from last 45 days I have been communicating DOCOMO customer service for generating UPC code, but there is no response from your end nether from node desk.



                    I believe there is simple step for taking a code i.e., ( PORT [protected]) and send to 1900 and we receive the code in handset, every I have to send the sms were I have been charge every time but still no response.



                    Later I came to know the code have been taken manually were I done the same but still I never get response from the customer care nether from nodeldesk.



                    Let me know for this solution, and pls let me know how soon THEY people work on this

                      poor network coverage
                      i am using tata DOCOMO GSM for past 13 months. i'm getting inside my home except docomo. i am unable to make a call due to poor network coverage and also i cant recieve a call.always busy or network failure error i am getting while dialing a number.i have to come out to road to make a call.i already called customer care and told network problem but there is no proper solution for this problem.

                      please take any action for this serious issue

                      To Whom so eve it may concern,

                      TATA Docomo network problem is not at individual level. For all customers who are unfortunately got trapped by the name of "TATA".
                      It is very specific network coverage related issue which TTML is not resolving. Is there ia ny mechanism to let Mr. Ratan TATA know about it, then please do the same.

                      TATA is th emost trusted group and most of the consumers went ahead trusting TATA group. But shame when TATA SONS is not taking any action on the TTML for providing useless services to its customers.The kind of network services being delivered to the consumers are pathetic, worst, third class, useless, unreliable...Following are some of the major issues which I am sure all customers must be facing.
                      1. Call drops - This is the right of TATA DOCMO network.
                      2. Indoor coverage - Cell phone doesnt works from home because of no indoor coverage. (It is not even poor). TATA DOCMO should not use term cell phone or mobile phone. They should start brand it as "ROAD PHONE" because it works only when you come on road to talk to some one. This is disgusting.
                      3. Third class customer support (121): All executives are arogand, They dont understand the problem correctly. Sometimes they even refuse to register call drop problems.
                      4. Shameless services: People/Engineers working are shameless and simply blame TATA DOCOMO for the network issues saying that " Sir kya karein, upar se order hain, new site deployment band hai. Haiemn pata hai network problems leking sites na hone ke karan service issues hain"
                      5. Any complaint registered for network issue is automatically closed without any action within 48 Hrs.

                      I am sure any TATA DOCOMO user must have faced all or either 1 of the above pain points.

                      I dont have mail ID of Mr. Ratan TATA and your new MD Mr. Mistry. Otherwise I wish I could let them know hos name of TATAs is being spoiled by TATA DOCOMO services in India. If you could, Please forward the same to them. Let them also understand how TATA DOCOMO is doing.

                        from Vodafone that my mnp request is
                        rejected by TATA DOCOMO due to there are subsisting contractual obligation from the subscriber agreement. I am not getting what is the problem as the porting.So now i can't port my mobile number to new service provider.Therefore I request the concerned person to look into the matter and do the needful because MNP is a customer rights.                           my balance was deducting daily 5/- without any subcription, i didn't expect this type of fraud from tata docomo guys and there is no proper response from customer care too.so, i need immediate srious action on it.
                          y will tata docomo cut money as soon dere s a recharge? n my 100 rs s cut.. n customer care s nt responding to the calls! is dis d way yu treat d customers????????????????

                                  I have recharged 50 on 25-04-11,Rs 50 on 05-06-11 ,Rs 50 on 12-06-11 .Without any activation of special subscription like streess buster, astrogy, vastu Tata documo has deducted amount , left 1.42 rupees every time.                                     My husband Praveen Abrahm has taken new 3g Connection on 18th June 2012.
                                    MDN - [protected].
                                    Representative named Biju came to our place and delivered the device. He told this will be activated immediately. Then 9 PM he called and said he has placed his device in the box instead of our device by mistake. On 19th we collected our device at 11 AM. We used this device for 45 mins on 19th in the evening. After that we were not able to use this. We called Biju and spoke he said there suppose to be 300 mins free on this device. When checked all these were use on 18th when device was with him.
                                    He asked us to call customer care. when called got to know that he has not submitted our documents yet. I asked customer care people to help on this and they gave me phone number - [protected]. I called on that number they said verification will be done in 24 hours. Next day when i dint have any one coming for verification called again that number today and they took the connection number and said have a check on the same.

                                    Could you please tell me whether DOCOMO is going to take action on this representative who is cheating customers in the name of DOCCOMO company.

                                      I was given 2 free Sims with life long validy for shopping with Big Bazaar Ameerpet Hyderabad.I recahged one of them with Rs 200 but after two day the outgoing was blocked. I checked with my sales rep Ramesh & he said that the docs were not clear so i emailed a clear copy again the same day but later my outgoing was also blocked. I spoke to his Supervisor Raj & he said the docs are good but as its Sunday so it will take 48 hours to get activated ..its been 4 days but my connection is not activated...My numbers are [protected] & [protected]. I spoke to customer service they said the CAF is not submitted they gv me a complain # [protected]. But i still cannot use this service. Please fix this .

                                        One month ago I purchased the Docomo prepaid number by paying Rs.200 then submitted the required documentation proofs (PAN card xerox, Phone bill, Photo). After few days when I check with the retailer they said they misplaced my documentation and asked me to resubmit them again. After couple of days (9/6/2011) I resubmitted the documents. Later when I checked with them they said the documents were already send on 9/10/2011 but still my number was not activated, and they don't have any answer where are my documents.
                                        I took their supervisor's phone number and called him like not less then 50 times but never got response from him.
                                        Now my situation is that I have paid for the service and also submitted the requested documentation twice but still unable to user the service.
