Hi,
First am using the service of Tata Indicom then later I have shifted to Tata Docomo.
I have completed 90 days in Tata Docomo as per norms I want to switch to another operator, from last 45 days I have been communicating DOCOMO customer service for generating UPC code, but there is no response from your end nether from node desk.
I believe there is simple step for taking a code i.e., ( PORT [protected]) and send to 1900 and we receive the code in handset, every I have to send the sms were I have been charge every time but still no response.
Later I came to know the code have been taken manually were I done the same but still I never get response from the customer care nether from nodeldesk.
Let me know for this solution, and pls let me know how soon THEY people work on this
