TATA DOCOMO's fraud services

I requested for my Prepaid bill from my mobile [protected](tata docomo no.)and for that it been charged
25Rs and after 2 or 3 day i got this Message that " you request no PPB[protected] has been closed. Thank you "
but i haven't got my Prepaid bill on my E-Mail i also checked Spam Box to..
then i trying 2 or 3 times in a week to call to costumer care and send email them but i got a same answer that your request is under process or we are forwarding it to response team..its been over a month now and nothing happens..when i request by my phone they say you will get that by 24 hr.

they charge 25 rs only but main trouble i got is stress and i really need that bill because i need to send that bill to Canadian embassy to show communication and contact between me and my wife..

Tata Docomo — Billing - Fraud & Network problem

Hello Team,

Tata Docomo is the worst in network coverage, the calls get disconnected in 2 mins time. Also, the
phone keeps on searching for the network every now & then. The people calling me complain that my phone was not reachable.

Secondly, Tata Docomo has come up with new Scheme - Recharge with 94 & get 1 GB internet Free every month for upto 12 Months.
I recharged my Phone on 13th May 2010 & i have'nt used more than 25 MB of Internet but Tata Docomo has deducted my balance for using Internet & my phone is running out of balance...

When I called customer care, they are not even able to express their own indentity nor they could answer my query..

I would like you to take strong action against them.

Tatadocomo — fraudulent billing

I am using tata docomo no [protected]. Even without our asking for services, amounts are getting deducted. It happened twice last week. Rs30 for kollywood alerts and Rs30 for jokes was deducted from my prepaid balance. Credit was given after I protested.

Today it has happened again. Rs 30 has been deducted for kollywood alerts. I just cant understand how this can happen. I beleive it is deliberate. I want other tata docomo users to be careful. I have sent mail to the company for refund. Will mobile operators allow consumers to concentrate on using the service, rather than be worried about such fradulent billing.

I was using Tata docomo mobile no [protected]. I activated 49rs Internet package (2 GB) and used it for 15 days. after that i got a bill of 6, 700 for using 2g Internet excess for package by data base. I only used 1.5 GB and my bill should by around 600. I am not going to pay this bill. I was cheated by docomo and how can i go ahead with this. pls help me.
docomo prepaid and postpaid are fraud network customers please dont go and fall on any plans and they will charge you in thousands...

I am a Tata Docomo Customer,

I have taken postpaid connection with unlimited calls(899) with GPRS and unlimited sms pack. paying more than 1300 but this month they have sent 3400 INR bill.

I got msg that your bill amount has crossed 3400 and when i called them and asked how it came 3400 INR then they said we have already sent you the bill on your email. I did't received the mail because it was updated wrong in their system([protected]@[protected]@gmail.com) then i called customer care ans asked how it came 3400 and updated my mail, they said your roaming charge was something around 2600 including gprs.but my question is how it came ? i was in sikkim for 5 days .i didnt get ur ntwrk, if maximum i used 10 mb of data and 10 mins of call, they said some tata dive in charges came around 1800 then roaming charges etc etc .they are thinking customers are fool and whatever they will ask we will pay .

you company may be facing problem in billing system .may be tata docomo backend billing code is not working properly .please your company need an audit of billing system else we customer will repeatedly face this issue .

I am not gonna pay a single paisa .do whatever you want?

There is a usage of 4GB on the above date/time. Can you let me know how it is possible to download 4GB!!! Data in 30 mins?

How can there be 2 entries for the same time stamp with the same timeline?
3. 02/10/2013 - 00:22:45 GPRS Internet 2399 435 4.35

There are numerous such instances in the entire bill.
Nobody from docomo are giving valid answers. Can someone help?

This is my official as well as personal contact number, all my official and personal call was coming on this number but this number’s services was stopped in December 2014 from your side, due to which my personal as well my official work is suffering from Dec2014, I have contacted many time to your customer care official by call and email but didn’t get proper response.
I was mailed at [protected]@tatadocomo.com regarding this issue, in reply of my mail Ms. Swati called me from[protected] and discussed the issue, I told her that I have 1299 plan on my number [protected], which is roaming free but here in Rajasthan no network available of Tata Docomo so should I change the plan then she told me that no need to change you just don’t worry you can use roaming network, we will provide you the adjustment in bill, then she sent a mail also to me regarding the adjustment, and apart of this I have the recording of my conversation with Ms. Swati, But now you are denying for bill adjustment and has stopped the services of my number.
This is not good sign for your customer satisfaction goal. I am totally harassed from the lingered behavior of such a giant ISP.
Me and my work have faced aprox 70-80 Lakh Indian rupees loss coz of this and I think I don’t have any other option except consumer court.

    I have faced the same issue many times regarding gprs services by TATA DOCOMO.i usually do a 15/- or 48/- pack.last time after having used youtube (mobile - pc connection) i checked my balance and 30/- was deducted from my mobile.I called in to the customercare and the officer simply said that you tube is a chargeable site which was completely a new information to me.somedays later i called in to make a querie about this and another officer said that youtube isnt a chargeable site may be you have exceeded the usage limit.Anyhow i thought it would workout sometime later.Finally im struck again with the same issue. i was downloading themes(www.zedge.net) worth 4mb max with a 63/- bal and remaining 50 mb gprs bal.i just checked in for the balance while downloading the content and now i saw that my account has been debited and i'm left with a balance of .55p.i called in for the customercare and the officer(Allsec communication,chennai as said)tells me that i downloaded a chargeable content and which is a game pack of which he's unaware of but he has a link which states i downloaded so called content.when i asked him for the link he simply rejected and i asked him about the contents i were downloading prior to the call but he said that your account will be debited much more since i fell short of balance.i asked him for the refund and he simply rejected.when i stated him that i'd been provided such refund in a similar issue long time back,he told me that it is solely due to my luck.i requested him for escalating the call to a higher official or support or parallel officers but he said that he didnt had any one like such.This is how a customer care works.i also asked him for the current communication id so that i can get in touch with other officers but he said docomo has nothing like such.And finally as expected he hanged up the call and now i'm not able to get in touch with the customercare section.So authorities please let me know if this is how an office works and should i continue recharging my account for such a gprs connection which ends me up with such a mess.

        Dear Sir,

        This is Nitin Goel and working in TCS Company. I have taken a photon connection form your Tata representative (Mr. Kalid). He gave me TCS corporate scheme and take 1500Rs for Tata photon postpaid connection where he gave Tata scheme, if I pay 1500 Rs then device and 2 GB uses will free for 3 month.
        I gave him 1500Rs cash in hand and he did courier my photon device where he gave 1000 Rs bill with device. I asked to Mr. Kalid, why you gave me 1000Rs bill. He told me this is device bill that Tata Company gives for every user. This bill will not impact to your scheme because it’s a corporate connection. After some time I called to customer care for device information they told me this is post paid plan and you don’t paid 3 month advance and you have taken 450 Rs 1 GB usages per month scheme and your account is not showing any advance amount.

        Dear sir I have called several time to Mr. kalid but some time he says I will discuss with his manager and there should not be any problem, your scheme still same but we called again after some time on his number, he told me he has left Tata company so he can’t do anything.

        I raised this complain to Tata customer services. They are not giving any positive response and as per customer services Mr. Kalid is still working in Tata Company.

        Sir, he has made a fraud with us. I am Tata TCS associate and if any Tata associate will do fraud like this then this is a very shameful thing for Tata Company.

        I will send a mail to Rutan Tata/top level management and will complain in consumer court also about my fraud.

        I am in TCS from last 8 year and am Tata reliable associate. So request you to please, take an immediate action on my case.

        I hope you will give me better response within 24 Hr.

            I observe two issues since 4 months and have already reported it multiple times to Tatadocomo callcenter.
            1. If the mobile is switched off or in no range area, the person who calles me get a response as "It seems u have dialed a incorrect number"
            2. Increased crossconnections (on dialing a contact even before the rining tone is heard someone else talks and am being charged for the call.

            I am continiously being complaing the call center executives and even the nodal officer of Maharashatra and Goa seems none is having the capability of solving the issue.

              Sir,
              I am having Mobile No.[protected] of TATA DOCOMO service provider.Automatically a personalized horoscope pack has been activated on my number without my notice which costs Rs.10/week.After a week,it also got renewed ,the service.My Rs.20/- balance is lost because of that.i tried to deactivate it many times but failed.I have already registered a complaint on company's website but the problem has not been resolved.
              Kindly arrange to unsubscribe the same & refund of deducted amount.

So far I think Rs.40 or 50 has been deducted. I tried many times to unscribe, but failed.                     Dear Sir

                    I was a post paid customer for Tata docomo and on 19th april 2011 I had filled a online cancellation request to tata docomo ref no[protected]. and it was confirmed that the request is in process and they will disconnect the line and temporalily they stop out going and inform as soon as process done they stop incoming also. hence I received a bill for the month when I contact customer care they told as they not able to contact me they suspend the request (but no one called me where as I had clearly mentioned my alternative mobile no.) I had to again raise the request. Then I contact nodel officer and from them I got another request no[protected] and very clearly nodel officer mention that he is applogised for the incident and he waived the amount and asured that the cancelation requst has been taken care, I not received any bill for the month of june sudenly July month I received a copy of bill with all fine and customer care is harrasing by calling every now and then to my alternative no and asking money. I am attaching all the corospondent for the justification and also ask you to please help me to over cum the situation

                      One of TATA DOCOMO channel partner (SERCO - Hebbal,Bangalore) had called me to buy a TATA DOCOMO postpaid connection, his name is Zubair (ph no[protected] and he sent a TATA DOCOMO representative to my home and he collected 300 rupees, two photographs , ID and address proof on 23 of July 2011, till date the SIM is not activated and the representative is not giving the reason for not activation, nor refunding the amount (Madhu [protected]) Have made Several calls to this person, but he hardly picks the call. Calls to your call center is of no use.Pathetic Service, feel shame that consumers get this kind of pathetic service and response from TATA DOCOMO, Planning to go to consumer court if the matter is not solved immediately. In my personal opinion friends don't ever buy TATA DOCOMO Connection.

                      Don't Get harassed and Bullied by theses kind of companies who care a damn for their customers.

                        I wanna complaint on ur workers becs they r unable to solve my problem from 5days.
                        I'm getting charged unnecessary of rs 3 everyday, if I call to cust care they just say I have some service activation n they deactivated my subscription now. But till today i'm charging for it. If it continued like this den i'm gonna change my network soon. So pls deactivate it n try to keep ur cust's happy . . Thanku

                          I have booked numerous complaints with my service provider tata-docomo during last 2 years for my contact number [protected]. The issues of complaints are-
                          1. I am not able to make calls from my contact number, even though i am having sufficient balance (over Rs 200) in my account. This is when i am having over Rs 100 in my account.

                          2. I am not able to recieve all calls. The error message given to the other person is "The Docomo customer you are trying to reach is unreachable at the moment". This is when i am having over Rs 100 in my account and i am getting full signal.

                          3. I am not able to send messages from my number. This is when i am having over Rs 100 in my account.

                          I have already tried using around 6 different handsets, so that any possibility of issues with the handset can be overruled.
                          What surprise me is that still after 2 years u r going on with tata docomo.Dude in the TATA brand except TATA STEEL nothing is fine and this is fact.Sorry i can't help you on this matter.
                          Actually man...the call charges fr std calls r least on docomo...nd my call durations in the day r like 70-100 mins, most of which r std calls

                          I would have had no problem bearing with you for a little period of time. What surprises me is that I have borne with you for more than enough.

                          Another fact that surprises me is that I am unable to make calls or send or receive all the messages on 1 hand despite having over Rs 200 in my account, which you term as network congestion. On the other hand Tata DOCOMO is releasing over 100 sim cards every day in my area. Will it not add to your network congestion??????

                            in the way of maduranthakam to cheyyur road , chithamur village is located ,in this area docomo tower is not placed, it causes a signal problem for docomo sim users....so pls kindly place the tower as soon as possible......we r eagerly waiting for service .......

                              i have paid my previous months bill and as per my internet scheme 5gb data can be downloaded with 3g speed upto 3.1 mbps but i am not geting the desired speed its like so slolw that i cant even work for what i have got this connection so please kindly help sort out this problem and make my connection speed better thank you

                                Hello,
                                I purchased a Tata Docomo 3G e-stick from your agents at Tata Croma. He made me buy it from Vijay Sales since Tata Croma did not have the device in stock. The agent collected required documents and the device started to work.
                                After 2 weeks; the device stopped working and never allowed me to recharge it online.
                                Hence I visited Tata Docomo Store in Fatima Nagar in Pune, Wanorie area.
                                They made me recharge for Rs. 750/- and after that - to my surprise told me that the SIM is faulty and I'll have to pay Rs. 50/- for a new SIM. I agreed against my wish and then they said that they cannot issue a new SIM to me because the SIM is not registered in my name but in some Nalini's name!!!
                                Tata Docomo is NO GOOD.
                                You misplaced my documents, registered the SIM in someone else's name, made me recharge and what I am left with is NOTHING.
                                Your call center person called me and I explained the story to him on 20-June-2010. Till TODAY he is sending someone to collect a new set of documents and handover a SIM card.
                                I have wasted Rs. 2000/- + Rs. 100/- initial recharge + Rs. 750/- latest recharge and have no device to connect to the internet since past 2 months.

                                Very bad on your part!

                                  i am a tatadocomo customer. my no [protected]. on 22th july i recharg STV24 for my mobile to deduct my T2T callrate 1p/6sec for 1st 500 min. at that time my balance was Rs 22.62 as per service provider msg. today after calling my mother i checked my balance and found that my callrate not deduct.when i contact customer care they info that 500 min finish. but now my balance is Rs 9.32 without any additional recharge. in my point of view to complete 500min minimum balance Rs 50.00 is required. so how it possible
                                  i am one of the customer of tata indicom since2004 and till now. at present i have three tata docomo sim (wb, bangalore, & m aharastra) and two tata indicom sim (wb & wb kolkata) in active condition. till now i cannot face any problem from company service. but today after faceing the problem when i contact customer care first time they received my call and gave wrong information(mr.rahul) .afteer that they cut my call to say all customer care member are busy. so u tail whay i am not angry

                                    Hi I am Hemant Goyal having this number Tata Docomo [protected] I am not Satisfied with your customer service today i called to your customer Service Around 8am for resolve my problem about balance rs. 123 which deduct from my account but your caller were fun over there and holding me for 20 mint. also i am not able to use Internet and they said you use internet.. and my internet pack already activate, then how could deduct my balance.and your customer Money deduct From my Account Sir if your are not able to deliver a good customer service you should shut your customer service otherwiae refund my money back

                                      I am from Varanasi and i face many problem in Tata Docomo always my balacnce dedectated by thi compnay. When call to custor care the employee dont behave well as they should. my balance dedected many time. i tell you once event i call four five time and diffrent employee tell me diffrent rison. once they said u use many site that's why balance dedected, for same problem i called second time then other employee said u use chargable site then i called again for same problem then other employee said your deta was finised that's why they charge from my main balance. so can u tell me who is honest and who tell me ture. even i said that, diffrent employee said diffrent thing but they dont care. most important thing for me first two employee said to me u have left 3 mb beta but we dont have the detail why deddect ur balance u just hold we are checking the problem. and some time they said we dont have detail call agin after 4 hour.
                                      so can i know that should i use tata docomo. or should portable my number. me and my many friends very uppcet and disturbe by tata docomo please tell use what should i do?
                                      i m using four sim of tata docomo and in my circle 25 people use tata docomo so tell use should use portalbe our numbers?
                                      i am doing complain after having many problems.

                                        TATA DOCOMO have billed my number [protected] for illegal reasons. It had sent me an sms stating "Your subscription to Supermodels Club Pkg on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP Service has been auto renewed. You've been charged Rs. 10.0/-."....which I have never subscribed..By the way I have complained immediately but they didn't contacted me or even solved my problem. TATA DOCOMO made tall claims about not having any unauthorized activation of services on any number.

                                        No contacts have been made regarding this complaint..
