One month ago I purchased the Docomo prepaid number by paying Rs.200 then submitted the required documentation proofs (PAN card xerox, Phone bill, Photo). After few days when I check with the retailer they said they misplaced my documentation and asked me to resubmit them again. After couple of days (9/6/2011) I resubmitted the documents. Later when I checked with them they said the documents were already send on 9/10/2011 but still my number was not activated, and they don't have any answer where are my documents.
I took their supervisor's phone number and called him like not less then 50 times but never got response from him.
Now my situation is that I have paid for the service and also submitted the requested documentation twice but still unable to user the service.

    I Transferred my AIRCEL number [protected] to Docomo Before 5 to 6 months i use the number regularly but today morning it got disconnected and i visited docomo office they said that my number not in active state and customer care too said the same.

    how it can be possible i am using the number regularly

    in my number 46 juice up pack was active and i was having balance more than RS 25 and 2 gb data balance

    i can also tell the exact dates of my last recharges done and i have proof to

      As per my subject, this is complaint against tata docomo teleservices.

      I'm using tata docomo sim since February 2010 but still facing network problem as I've talked to customer care about 10 times but they are doing nothing and even won't write my complaint. But past three months I'm facing very high problem with the network as my blackberry mobile fights daily with it and which irritate me a lot.

        How can some one change my base line for my number without informing me.
        and the customer service is so damn pathetic that they themselves don't know what they are talking .

        Earlier my base plan was 1o paise for docomo to docomo and i had option of 300 sms local and national but now they have taken away from sms pack and they have started to charge me for sms...

        can some one provide an answer to this ..

        do not come back and tell me that you have applied this to every customer in Karnataka .. that's the biggest lie ... i have my friends using the same base plan without spending a penny for sms pack .. we had taken the sim from the same place and at the same time.

        any explanation on the same TATA DOCOMO .....

          Sir / Madam , My Tata Docomo Mobile Number Is [protected] (Ported By MNP) , i had a balance of Rs 84 in my mobile , i called a my friends number and suddenly call disconnected , i checked my mobile balance , it showed Rs 0.00 . And contacting customer care is of no use , i am unable to contact the custome care number .
          So , kindly check and forward my complaint and please order the company to refund my balance . I would be very greatful to you .

            Hi,

            My name is Amar Rajashekaraiah and have prepaid mobile service number [protected] of Tata Docomo. I had requested for Itemized bill for Mar 2011 till May 2011 and was charged Rs 25 for this service. The received bill did not have any details like my name, address and just had my mobile number. This itemized bill was not accepted as proof in my company. I visited Tata Docomo franchisee near CHM Road and it was not useful. There is no response to my mails requesting them to re-send the bill with complete details which can be accepted as proof. I am really disappointed at the service provided by Tata Docomo.

            The customer care is even more pathetic, while talking with the executive the call will get disconnected and per day only twice you can call the customer care. The executives will never call back even after knowing that there was concern and while discussing the call got disconnected.

            I lost around Rs 700 as 30% tax of the total spent amount was charged. If the correct bill was provided in time, then I could have saved this tax.

            I have complete mail communication with Tata Docomo customer care team and I would like to request for compensation from Tata Docomo for their bad service, because of which I have lost amount.

              I have purchased tata docomo 3g wireless broadband from Shanu enterprises, P.L. Sharma road, Meerut. The shopkeeper promised me 5 gb free usage for the first month. But my balance was 2048MB when I checked after activation. From that very day I have been going to his shop daily and he says that at the time when I purchased the device he had confirmed from the company that I would be getting 5GB free usage for the first month. I am very disappointed from this kind of cheating done by the company.

                  dear sir/madam,
                  Recently the internet speed on my mobile phone has dropped extremely beyond tolerable limits.first the speed used to be as high as 35KB/s-40KBytes/s but now speeds never cross the 8KB/s mark.why is it so? is the company upgrading or is on a maintenance or repairs? whatever the reason be i am experiencing this since the last one month.I hope you executives take it seriously and put in some efforts to improve the service to the level it was.I live in mumbai.
                  I hope you take this problem seriously and improve the service or else I am planning to switch to some other network operator thst provides better service.

                    SITUATION

                    I have a Postpaid Tata Docomo no [protected] of Haryana circle. I permanently moved to Gurgaon which comes under Delhi Circle. I have few plans like Free SMS, Internet running on my number. Plus I got a plan of rs 500 rental where I get 600 mins(approx,I dont remember exactly) every month. I want to continue with this number as its circulated everywhere.

                    REQUIREMENT

                    I want to transfer the no to Delhi Circle so that I can use it here without any problems.

                    WHAT DOCOMO SAYS

                    This is what they say when I request the same:
                    1) We do not have any service in Delhi. That means I have to keep my no in roaming forever.
                    2) For Number portability, we cant suggest you anything, you have to go to docomo store, which are not present anywhere in delhi. That means I need to go to Haryana for the portability which I tried earlier as well, and DOCOMO rejected the request without giving any clarifications.
                    3) My Billing month starts from 13th, even if i deactivate all plans today, on 18th, I will be charged for whole month. And those services you cannot use as you are in roaming already.

                    WHAT I WANT

                    If there is no service in delhi, is it my fault? Cant they provide any resolution to this? They simply cut the communication the moment I ask them for MNP. I am being charged extra every month plus I cannot use any of the plans activated. What should I do? I feel so helpless.

                      My mobile no is [protected] of TATA DOCOMO. The company somehow activated the "Weekly Personalized Horoscope Pack". I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialing deactivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated. Rs.10/week is deducted from my balance for the past 4 weeks. Kindly arrange to unsubscribe the same & refund of deducted amount.Otherwise service is awesome.

                          I have subscribed for Tataphoton TV. They charged Rs. 75 towards my bill. But Tataphoton TV is not working.
                          I tried to contact their customer care, but it always come engaged.

                          TATA PHOTON +TV — Tata Photon + tv not functioning properly

                          Sir/Madam,

                          I have purchased a tata photon+tv No [protected] on 30 Aug 2010 and subscribed for all channel to see but service is very poor. Either it is not being connected or if connected than intruption is too much by way of surch ,sound is not comming .Spoken to the customer care but no gain. Hence submitted to you.

                          May I hope now?
                          I too have subscribed for Tata photon TV. But it is not working. It takes a long time to launch, sometines even 30min. Once started, the TV runs only for few seconds and then buffers for 30 secs thereon for each minute. Can Tata photon resolve such issues?. I have updated adobe AIR and phton TV application. But no use.

                          I too subscribed for tata photon tv and it stops working in between or shows errors and stops working.it takes time to launch, sometimes even 15min. if it continues to work like this i will stop this connection and encourage others to discontinue this service, and appeal a case in court for this worst service and stop this service in whole world. Iam not joking i will surely do this.So it is better that tata photon service providers improve this woooooooorst service and make it best. My id is [protected]@rediffmail.com.

                            Tata Docomo — Weekly Personalised Horoscope

                            Sir, one package of Personalised Horroscope has been started nearly about 4-5 months back without forwading any request bt the Tata Docomo company. Due to this weekly Rs.10 is being deducted from last 4-5 months. My cell no is [protected]. On contacting web they instructed to call customer care on number 155223. The message of deducting the amount is coming from the no. 53300.
                            We tried by contacting customer care several times but could not succeed.
                            Sir, on complainting on the website of the company it is not accepting the complaint. So please kindly help us to stop this weekly package as we are not using it & also not interested in it.

                              yesterday i have requested through internet & icici net banking for mobile prepaid refill of Rs.125 ( Tata Docomo no.[protected])transaction id[protected]. Payment debited from my account but mobile not recharged yet
                              I also tried to recharge my mobile no [protected] from their online recharge option, payment was debited from my PNB Debit card but my account was not recharged. I complained a lot of time to them, but w/o any resolution.


                              This company is really proceeding towards a
                              everytime they ask me about transaction ID which was not provided to me while I was rechrging. They debited Rs750 from my account.

                                I had made use of my Tata DOCOMO number the last time when I made a call around 9 p.m. on 12-Jun-2011 and noted the A/c unbilled amt was Rs. 101 as per their website. However, though I haven't used the phone for the past 2 days, my a/c shows the unbilled amount as Rs. 130 (checked at 8 p.m. on 14-Jun-2011). Though I tried to seek clarifications from their Customer Care about the same, they seemed to be clueless (they usually are !!), and asked me to write to their Customer Care email ID - listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com.

                                I have written to them about the same but am not hopeful of a proper response as they refuse to acknowledge the inflated unbilled amount without my having used the phone during the interim period ( around 9 p.m. on 12-Jun-2011 till about 8 p.m. on 14-Jun-2011). I had heard of "incorrect" billing by certain other telecom operators from my friends and contacts, but never expected such a reputed Tata Group firm to deceive customers with such arbitrary billing. I had ported into DOCOMO recently, hence monitor the usage often (usually after prolonged long-distance calls) to report any incorrect charges, if any.
                                Hi,

                                I have already tried to have the same clarified by your Customer Care (Helpline) and also tried to have the same done over LiveChat, but the CCE in both cases didn't have a clue how to resolve the issue. Hence, have written to listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com yesterday and got Ref No.[protected]. Hope you can trace the same in your system and address it as appropriate.

                                By the way, wanted to check the status of it now, but am unable to login into My Account on www.tatadocomo.com though it doesn't give any specific error.

                                    sir, i forward my complain to tata docomo care by 3G network problem since.09.06.2011 & But they register my complaint and say you are not alone Who is suffering, All consumers are suffering because of technical problem. They talk rudely name is "AJAY SAGAR" AND "RITU SHARMA" and have blocked my number on 121. The executive"AJAY SAGAR" AND "RITU SHARMA" said Internet users have been accrued suddenly,That’s why company is unable to tackle with all and our Infrastructure is not able to handle huge Internet users. This reason is just implausible, & information me you do not right use tata docomo network if you doing your mobile network setting manul than no network problem, Sir you kindly information me than my outdoor is 1 of 2 network bar than indoor how many network? Than if network setting is manul in indoor so network come my mobile. than possible you sent network technician in my home & check this, & I said many time this executive not close my complaint but SHE/HE don"t hear my word & close this complaint .

                                      I got a message from 52250 at[protected] at 9:30 that i have been activated for Dance Clib service and 10 Rs has been deducted from my account. Previously also i got same complaint and resolved as it. Revert my balance as soon as possible and stop these type of head ache works. Already i am having lot of works to do, i can't complain repeated every time my balance deducted.And i am getting msgs from [protected], [protected] that i dont have sufficient balance to make this call.What the hell happening with me. My number is [protected].Get back to me asap.

                                      This is all the Bull ..U r juz sucking the balances o[censored]r valuable customers..This is not to 1 and not once..Only the balance of the customers is important to u and u know how cleverly u deduct it..keep gng TATA DOCOMOoooooooo
                                      Which vas dude..my mobile doesn't support gprs and i didn't used any of such services. Ok i[censored] don't want to revert my balance then it's ok dont blame me that i have used any services.Except sms and call service i dont use any other services and one more thing i vl msging to my frnd not any special numbers.ok. Fully Satisfied with ur services and response. Good keep going...
