I did an online recharge on my Docomo number using my Citibank credit card. The transaction was successful from Ciibank's website but on Docomo website it said "Session Expired". I did not receive any recharge amount nor a refund for the recharge amount.

I registered a complaint on the Docomo website (Complaint number 309420) but it was closed without any resolution. I even gave them all the transaction ids and approval ids from Citibank's website for it. It has been 4 days since the failed recharge.

Oh, I also tried with my ICICI netbanking thinking it must be Citibank's problem. The same thing - amount deducted, session expired, no recharge give, no refunds made. Complaint number 309428 registered on the website closed without any communication to me regarding the same. This also, after I gave all proofs of transaction (reference number, bank statement, everything!)

    hello sir,
    My name is Guneet. I have a Tata Docomo mobile connection (No.-[protected]). I registered for activating my Blackberry Internet services of Rs399 per month on 13th June 2011. Rs399 was immediately deducted from my account but the services had not been activated since then. I have registered many complaints of the same with the special blackberry help line number ([protected]), 5 to 6 times, details of which are provided below. I have also got a refund, but of Rs 120 only.
    Sir, 24 days have passed since they had deducted balance from my account and have not activated the services for which i have already paid. I am getting very much troubled as I am of not able to check my e-mails & can only talk to my colleagues only through calls (which costs me money) instead of blackberry messenger.
    The last time I made the call to the customer care, they assured me that the problem would be solved but did not defined any time limit, and said that it could take some while. Sir, it has been almost a month and I am in great discomfort.

    Following are few details of the complaints made by me to the blackberry customer-care service center beside other number of complaints:-

    2. 25th June 2011 - Reference No.: NWK[protected]

      I want to inform you that on 3rd July 2011 Rs. 120 dabited from my TATA DOCOMO Pre Paid Mobile [protected]. when I noticed then I call your customer care no. [protected]. they said that caller tune has been acitivated which I had not active. therefor customer care Executive give me 2 complain number ( BL[protected] and CRT [protected] ) and said credit will be given till 05th July 2011, But I had not received Rs. 120 credit my prepaid mobile [protected] till date.



      I request you to please give credit Rs. 120 in my prepaid Tata Docomo Number [protected].

      i wanted to port my number Airtel to Tata Docomo so tried to port my number through a Agency which work for Tata Docomo...
      I paid them 899rs to port my number and also for plan.
      but some reason porting couldn't happened. i tried to refund my amount but they guys told to send mails to Tata Docomo. I sent many mails but after it problem still same.

        Iam Happy,i live in Indore(M.P.) ,sir/madam i am facing a problem regarding abusive calls from unknown Tata docomo number [protected].A guy calls me and talk all rubbish he keeps on calling till the time I switch off my mobile.He is been disturbing me from past one month now i cannot tolerate this anymore.Since I cannot change my number as it is been used for my official works and will create more trouble if i changed my number. So i am sure that you will send us the better result over it I will heartly request you to please help us.

        Well noted your suggestion towards the complaint.I would like to inform you that my sister happy is doing her training in indore and i am living in jhansi.Since asking her to go and file complaint against the number at Indore police station seems to be very uncomfortable.I would appreciate it much that if you can call your customer and ask him to stop these kind of activities may help out the situation.

          I am using tata docomo sim prepaid card.On 2nd july 2011 at 11:00pm my balance was 87.00 but at 6 am the next day, it went down to 17 without any usage of sms ,GPRS or any other service.

          The mssg from tata docomo read- " you have been charged with 70 rs for using internet services".
          To cross check the above, i opened my call and data log, and found that thr was a GPRS connection made without my knowldge to '(no number)' and 7MB of data was transacted at 12.45 am. I do not have any access points for internet on my phone as i delete them when i do not have any GPRS packs to prevent accidental usage.

          Please check out the cause immediately and report. I am shocked with Docomo's service! Please refund AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

            Hi,

            From last 15 days I am experiencing worst (Could not remember the worst word than worst) network of Tata docomo. For every call after 10 to 15 seconds some noise will come and then call got disconnected. When tried contacting customer care of Docomo and asked them to transfer to the senior person I have been asked to wait and after 13mins call got disconnected.

            Really this is a worst network of docomo. If it is impossible to handle cutomer services then I will advice them to stop the service. Even they are unable to take the complaint and asked the cutomer to wait for 13mins and disconnecting call, it clearly shows their lack of service unavailabilty.

            Tata Docomo — worst network ever

            TO start with... DOCOMO sucks big time..... first of all u do not have enough sim's to satisfy the demand... and you sell the rest in black for 200 and make big money.... after paying 200 all i get is zero network coverage, call drops, messages failing...your network is so bad that even aircel has started to look better infront of you.. And your staff at the office are so arrogant that even adolf hitler is ashamed..... In short RATAN TATA your reputation has become MUD with DOCOMO... i suggest that I[censored] CANNOT HANDLE THE MARKET JUST.. JUST GET LOST...AND LEAVE IT TO OTHER GOOD PLAYERS..

            Tata Docomo — Worst Sim

            Shame on DOCOMO.........................i buyed a docomo sim few days before...........but when i put docomo sim my mobile is getting stuck & i cant send SMS.......where ther is nice signal & full range............i cant make calls from my phone not only from my phone.........when i switch off my phone & switch on i can make 1 call but not any more calls & if i want to make another call i have to switch off & switch on my phone....................


            SHAME ON TATA DOCOMO SHAME ON YOU............................a sim that that's for cheating the public..............no one should buy this worst sim.........................
            in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
            without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
            marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just
            to recharge our mobiles.

            we want such sites like www.babuchak.com

            & it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.

            Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online

            1. www.babuchak.com (Free of cost)

            2. www.ezrecharge.in (takes Rs.6 for recharging Rs.100 & takes Rs.18 extra if you recharge your cell in night)

            I think www.babuchak.com is the right choice without any extra fees & it also has a 24hrs call-center

            Tata Docomo — worst network

            Tata docomo in spite of having complained 5 times have not done any thing to improve network.It continues to be worst network
            They say they are leader in 3G services. I agree with you. They have very poor services in Himachal Pradesh too and worst GPRS services. I will not recommend anyone to take this connection. They are spoiling the name of Ratan Tata who knows for delivering quality services.

                  I am using TataDocomo internet service on my mobile, from 01/072011 there is problem to working on yahoomail, what is the problem, I am able to only read the mail when I am going to trying to reply, forward, Compose E-mail or edite mail on my saved draft mail this all tabe are not working, I can't able to send any mail on newest yahoo mail, on old version I able to send e-mail. Till date this problem.

                      i have purchased tata docomo sim card on 24/01/2010
                      and no. is [protected].
                      I contact to customer care of TATA DOCOMO for service failure then he tell me that you have to pay some amount and tahe another simcard of same no.
                      it is not fair.
                      simcard service get failed due to their network problem but NOW THEY SAYS TO PAY ME FOR NEW SIMCARD OF SAME NO.

                        I HAVE PREPAID TATADOCOMO SIM OF NUMBER [protected]. ON 1ST JULY I TOP-UP OF RS.100/- THROUGH SBI MOBILE BANKING OF TRANSACTION ID -MB[protected]. FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT ALREADY DEDUCT RS. 100/-. BUT SHOWING BALANCE ZERO AFTER THREE DAYS.

                        I TALKED CUSTOMER CARE ON 2/7/2011 AND HE LODGED MY COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS AND SAID AFTER 36 HOURS EVERY THING OK. BUT TILL THE DATE I DID'NT GOT BALANCE.

                          I am Abhishek Mishra. I bought my Tata Photon Device ([protected]) on 11th June, 2011. As I am working in Tata Consiltancy Services(Hyderabad), this is a corporate connection. And for a new user of Tata Group they are providing (5 GB + 5 GB) extra for initial 2 months.

                          I bought this device for Rs 1500 and as suggested by Tata Photon sales person I opted for 2GB plan at the monthly rental of Rs 450 as it is a postpaid connection.

                          Sales person told me that now on the consumption of 7 GB (2GB + 5GB extra) I have to pay only Rs 450 at the end of month. So, I used 6 GB within 1 week. Still I am left with 1 GB to use then also I got a bill of Rs 2435.

                          I several times talked to customer care, visited service center, raised complaints and even talked to corporate officer as well as nodal officer. But they are saying bill is right and they are explaining different rules for bill calculations which were not told to me earlier.

                          Even if the bill is upto so called calculation. It was not at all told to me earlier by anyone. The sales person didn't give me whole information and even sales person is saying that bill is wrong according to his knowledge.But Tata Photon person are not listening anything.

                          Either sales person had not given me complete information or they have problem in there bill calculation.Whatever may be the case, it's a mistake from there side and not from my side. They are troubling me by calling everyday to clear the bill. And they are not ready to correct the bill.

                                  I HAVE A TATA DOCOMO SIM (NO. [protected]) ACTIVATED ON 21/06/2011 AT 18:18:11. I USE THE SIM SOLELY FOR INTERNET PURPOSE USING USB MODEM, NO VOICE CALL IS DONE. BUT ON 30/06/2011 AT 13:40:59 I WAS ASTONISHED TO FIND ONE INCOMING MESSAGE SAYING "Hi! You have subscribed to Sweet alerts at Rs 14 for 14 days. To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP sweet to 155223(Free)" AND RS.14 WAS DEDUCTED AT ONCE. I DID NOT CALL NOR ACTIVATED ANY SERVICE. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND HAD CONVERSATION WITH "PRACHI" ON 30/06/2011 AT 2.30pm BUT WITHOUT ANY RESULT. THEY EVEN DID NOT LODGE ANY COMPLAINT.
                                  THIS COMPLAINT IS JUST TO STOP SUCH TYPE O[censored]NAUTHORIZED BALANCE DEDUCTION TO MAKE PROFIT OUTSIDE THE CALL PROFITS.
                                  THIS IS BEING DONE BY EVERY MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDERS IN INDIA AND TO THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS.

Many of the Mobile service providers are doing these type of activities and i too had the same problem with tata docomo Chennai. First time they reverted my balance but after that many times they have deducted my balance and when i contacted the customer care they were telling that they dont have the option of reverting the balance. The service is too horrible but in advertisement Ranbir Kapoor is telling that "No activation o[censored]nwanted services from TATA DOCOMO" and he must be paid very high to say such a big lie..Great going TATA DOCOMO..india wide you are deducing balance means u will be profited huge..oh my god..
                                  Ha ha ha now they received your complaint and they will resolve it soon..may b in seconds..gud joke na hahahahahaha

                                    I've never shown my interest in any chargeable services , but any how a chargeable service ( keeda pack ) has been activated on my number.
                                    that pack was activated nearly 3 days ago and the pack was activated without my permissible directions also it is unwanted to me
                                    due to this pack , my main account balance was debited with rs. 30 , which is duly shameful as no satisfactory answer was provided by customer care executive till the date of filing complaint.

                                    please do something , because its like a mental tension to me , also it reduces the goodwill of tata docomo too

                                      Co. has charged me for unauthorized activation of services. Details:

                                      1.Yuvraj Cricket Tips : Rs.10 * 5 or 6 times

                                      2.Caller Ringback Tone: Rs.30 (Comp. No. GBL[protected])

                                      Out of which Co. has refunded me Rs.10 *3 times.

                                      Now Co. Customer Care saying that we cannot go further to resolve the matter. And I am now frightening to recharge any more.
                                      How can i get Incoming and out going call details for docomo prepaid line.
