Money being deducted unnecessarily

I am using tata docomo sim prepaid card.On 2nd july 2011 at 11:00pm my balance was 87.00 but at 6 am the next day, it went down to 17 without any usage of sms ,GPRS or any other service.

Worst Network ever in main city locations

Hi,

From last 15 days I am experiencing worst (Could not remember the worst word than worst) network of Tata docomo. For every call after 10 to 15 seconds some noise will come and then call got disconnected. When tried contacting customer care of Docomo and asked them to transfer to the senior person I have been asked to wait and after 13mins call got disconnected.

TOP-UP BUT BALANCE ZERO

Charges for services I didn’t ask fo

Co. has charged me for unauthorized activation of services. Details:

1.Yuvraj Cricket Tips : Rs.10 * 5 or 6 times

2.Caller Ringback Tone: Rs.30 (Comp. No. GBL[protected])

Out of which Co. has refunded me Rs.10 *3 times.

Now Co. Customer Care saying that we cannot go further to resolve the matter. And...
