Now a days Tata Docomo are showing many advertisments. on 13 th august i saw an advertisement of them in which the model Ranbir Kapoor insults the ancient science of Horoscope of India by calling it senseless.I think that without making study about it, they are making fun of Horoscope. I demand they should stop the advertisement quickly as it is insulting indian people.

    Hello, i am sunny..
    my mobile number is [protected]. horoscope alerts are activated on my cellphone and i am losing rs. 10/7days.. i don't need that service and i cant keep losing so much money every month!!!

    i tried calling on the number which docomo provideed in the message but they say no services are active.. Moreover, the call centre people dont interact with us these days, making the problems worse!!


    Please help me..
    thats their new trick man...same hapend to me also..i tried customer care 3 4 weeks..they r complete ..donno anything..then i went to customer care directly..n cancelled..

    find ur nearest customer care n tell them directly...

      i sent one messege already my self santosh sahani my no. is [protected] and as i told i m telcome shope keeper i m disturbe to service of tata docomo sim because my balance deducted many time and this time 23 rupees so what should i do i stop tata docomo sim or not.

      my name is santosh sahani from varanasi. i m the tata docomo user from long time but i m very disturbe to tata docomo service now beccause my balance deducted always from some month. so i send this message because this time deducted 23 rupees aproximatlly. and m very distureb so what can i do for this deduction. i think i dont should use tata docomo any more. i m the shope keeper also you tell what i tell to my coustmor if they come to ask about same deduction problem.
      i think i should say i am going to stop my docomo number and they should also stop ussing tata docomo sim. you tell me what should i say. i[censored] can do somthing then plzzz tell me.

        Your reaponce is good to first complaint.
        I have another complaint regarding my another no[protected].
        Firstly I have activated 51 rupee plan on my number.but I have to cancel that plan and want to active new plan of 94.so I me trying to recharge with special recharge of11 rupees.but everytime when I am recharges then the retailer got message"recharge is not available for your no".Till I tried 4 retailer this is suggested by your customer care.and they also give me complaint no.PER [protected] which would be solved on 7/8/2011 at 1.30pm. Then also I am trying to recharge but same problem persist. Every time after calling c.c.reaponce was bad.so please take action on this complaint as early as possible.
        Till 6 days are over.as usual docomo doesn't take nothing action.so please take some action on tata docomo

          I took a Ipad 3G service from Tata Docomo for 3G speed data connection. The plan that i took was for 1000 rupees where i was promised upto 21 Mbps connection. On the connection, i found that the connection was edge connection only and it does not go to speed committed in my office area. I paid two months of service with out getting any service from Tata Docomo.

          Post that, i wrote to their [protected]@tatadocomo to cancel the service as i am not getting the service promised and asked them to return the money i paid.

          They confirmed that they received my request via many emails but still i get the bill for the service though i disconnected this long back. Additionally, they are calling me every time for collection of bill (6 to 8 calls a day).

          My numerous interactions with the tatadocomo team has not yielded results and hence i request you take this as a formal complaint against tatadocomo for its practices and service behaviour

            I am having very serious complaint about TATA DOCOMO Service provider.As they are decting balance without any reason.Last week they deducted Rs 200 in one day without any usage of services.For that i have launched complant about this

            My complaint No:TATA DOCOMO COMPLAINT 327704

            They replied me after two days that your problem has been solved & complaint is closed without doing any action.And height of the sillyness is that now they are charging me 60 paisa per SMS, even though i am having facility of free SMS after 3 SMS.

            Please help me.

            i am looking forward for positive results.

              I have apply for MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY on[protected] to change my service provider to Vodafone. now the situation after 15 days is that TATA DOCOMO creating problem to change the service provider.
              Due to this inconvinence i am not able to use service of both the company.

              Bro. I would like to advise you that sticking to TATA is the better plan as they are the best. But different people get different experience. Though Vodafone is also a nice company. But TATA rocks.

              I want to port my mobile number [protected] from docomo to vedeocon. I gt uniqe code and submitted all the doccuments before 14 days , which they clarified that they gt before 11 days. But my old provider didnt send varification to my new provider. Now what to do? How many days will take to change? I am not interested to use the docomo connection anymore. They cheated me with activating national news then i requested them to cancell and they cancelled and sent massage that your 30 rupees refunding, but i dont gt it. (Only msg, no money)
              After that I asked customercare for free second voucher. I used 7500 sec free offer (Rs.55) 2 times and then asked for a big one to call to any mobile. they told to recharge with 58 for 2000 mins. But its only TATA to TATA. So their service are not proper and so I want to change connection. They cant give a proper answer and they are still trying to distrub me.

              I have a complaint about tata docomo. i was running my no for the last 10 years from bsnl. but some days before i got a call from tata docomo representative. and i opt to go with tata docomo with MNP. but now my no. has port out by BSNL and tata docomo does not start their services. they have not the proper reasons for that. i am suffering without that no. i am a business man and i have so much of calls everyday. and tata docomo representatives are not giving e the proper response. so please try to solve out this problem as soon as possible. my cell no. is [protected]. and my alternate no is [protected]

              My mobile number is [protected] (TATA DOCOMO). Last week dated[protected] i had made a port in to BSNL such that my porting is accepted and informed me that after a week you can connect to the BSNL network. But as a week passed away still i am connected with TATA DOCOMO only.

              When I enquired with the TATA DOCOMO customer care they said that you can contact with BSNL customer care and so I went to BSNL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER and contacted with them but the response is without the disconnection of the TATA DOCOMO network access by them how can you access the BSNL services .

              Now I was not able to find out whose mistake it is . Please solve my problem as soon .

              i have sms my no to port to vodafone from tata docomo then their representative call me and i told my reason to shift to another network and he told me that i will receive sms within 24 hrs to go to another network but after 3 days i had call the customer service he told me to sent one more sms to port to 1900 and again told me i will receive sms within 24hrs but still more than 4 days have passed i have not received any information about my number portability .more than 20 days have passed

              Dear Sir,

              I am working as Area Manager, LIC Housing Finance Limited, at Hisar and I am having one mobile no. [protected] and I gave the same for porting it to TATA DOCOMO to Surbhi enterprises at Hisar(franchisee of TATA DOCOMO) and I submitted all the papers told to me for MNP and after 10 days I came to know that DOCOMO is demanding security deposit for the same.

              I am working in reputed organisation and for MNP they demanded security deposit, and later when I talked to Mr Surender at Hisar he told me that you talk to your franchisee, we cannot talk to you as you are not our customer and you are customer of surbhi enterprise, then I represented to Mr. Munish, and he told me that it will be waived and I gave another proting no to Surbhi enterprises on 16.06.12 which was valid upto 01.07.12 and after some time on getting waiver my no was sent for porting to reliance (for which I recd the message from 1901) and on 26.06.12 I recd message from 1901 that my porting request has been declined by reliance due to outstanding payment, I cleared the same on the same date and again requeted to represent the case. Yesterday on 28.06.12 I again talked to Mr. Surender at [protected] and he told me that your porting request has been declined by our company due to security deposit as the waiver has been declined. I dont know how my porting request was processed without waiver.

              I fail to understand that in this competitive field when companies are demanind more and more customer reputed companies like TATA DOCOMO is demanding security deposit from the head of one of the reputed organisation. Had this been the case I would have been told initially so that I would not have suffered. I request to look into the matter why the same has been demanded and please ask Mr Surender to give proper reply to the customer as franchisees are also representing the TATA DOCOMO and ask him to pick up the phones of customers as usually he does not pick up the phone. Moreover they do not give nos of seniors for representing the case.

              Please look into the matter .

              It has been twice I requested for mobile port out from Tata Docomo to vodafone.
              Tata Docomo is not releasing my number to vodafone.
              I'm tired of complaining to Call Center, Gallery & applet(email) , no one has an update whats going on my mobile portability request.
              People from Call Center & Gallery don't know why the mobile portability is not completed.

              Dear sir,

              I have a GSM (no.:[protected] with serviced by Uninor prepaid. The Uninor signal in my locality is very poor. Hence I approached a DoCoMo retail outlet of DoCoMo in KPHB Colony and another in Hydernagar, Hyderabad. Both the outlets refused to entertain to my request i.e. switching from Uninor Prepay to DoCoMo prepay. Both these outlets informed me that the MNP is possible when any customer is migrating to DoCoMo Post Pay. So this outlet in Hyderabad asked me to execute the documents for Post pay connection retaining my old GSM no mentioned above. This has happened on 03.04.2013.

              On 04.04.2013, I contacted the DoCoMo Customer Support Centre, and I was informed that the retail outlets are instructed to entertain any request regarding MNP without regard to the type of connection, whether it is Pre-Paid or Post Paid.

              Now the outlet says that they do not have stock of Prepay SIM Cards hence they could not entertain my request. All this is done to increase the Post Pay connections. In the process the customer is taken for a ride.

              The purpose of MNP is misused by the service providers for the disadvantage of the customers.

              I wrote a letter to TRAI seeking their directions to DoCoMo.

              I urge you through this forum, to make DoCoMo change my post pay connection of DoCoMo, which is forced on me and it yet to be activated as on date, into Prepay connection.

                Yesterday, TATA DOCOMO recredited my account balance with Rs.24 which was deducted over a period of 3 days. Today again I see balance deduction of Rs.10 for reason only Tata Docomo or God knows. Do you guys like to do this often? Stop messing around man. Don't harass your customers like this. Its not about Rs.10 Its ruins your goodwill among the people and mostly your loyal customer base. Just look into the matter and replenish my account with deducted balance.                   We have been continuously troubled due to the unsatisfactory services by tata docomo.it has been highly disgusting to use this product.Even after calling the customer care executives and the senior executives like senior supervisor and group leaders, we have been highly dissatisfied.they use foul languages,cannot answer queries and reply rudely.Out of 20 times of call 18 times we were told the server is down or we cannot solve your problem.
                  even after talking to your senior executives and getting a rude reply yesterday i had a deduction in my balance for Rs140, then Rs 39, within 10 minutes.Before that a total amount of Rs 67 has been deducted from my other number.i have been facing this problem since past 6 months,even after DND service activated on all my 4 numbers.
                  Every 15 days there has been a deduction in my balance for unwanted services,even after DND services being activated.if you have some courtesy levels do provide a good response and if you have some guts and humanity left call on my number and apologize for the same.
                  there has been continuous deduction in my balance since 26th may 2011
                  i have 4 tata docomo prepaid sim cards and i wish to change the same if i do not get a proper respond.
                  and i plan to take strict actions like approaching the consumer court for redressal, print media and news channels.

                  Since last 1 month i called docomo customer care twice a week for unwanted deduction but they are not stopped annoying me. Every 2 days after i am getting sms you subscribe this and charged 30Rs. If i haven't enough amt of bal they charged me 3Rs.
                  Every time when i get msg i called customer care they told me onward we assure you, "we will definityl solve your problem" but till date i didn't get any result.

                  One more thing wants to highlight i already started DND service but no effect.

                  I request to tata docomo please stop this nonsense stuff and give me a positive result.

                    i have purchased 3 g estick 4 months back by switching from TATA photon to TATA Docomo with hope wil get upto 7 MBPS speed.
                    from the day i purchased i never got sped more than 0.30 mbps. which i tetsed on sppedtest.net
                    i made complaint to customer care . many times. once after several follo up 1 person came and made a comment that use dongle without cable(dongle i was using with cable provided) as same is defected. i agreed and tried to use saem but having no results , so i mailed to customer care of tata docomo. than nodal ofiicer . 5 times. all times i am getting answers from nodal desk.

                    now i stopped using tata docomo. as it i found worst of worst company i ever used product.

                    can i get email id of ratan tata sir or md of tata docomo.let him know wht there company exactl doing.

                    its the hieht of complaint resolution that from last 1 month of compalint made i have never recieved a call from any tata docomo represantative. and even in mail nodal officer replying answers evry time."same standard format".

                    now i already decided nevr to use any tata product bcz this company doesnt deserves good customers.

                      My Cell Phone No [protected], i requested to Tata Docomo Co by mail on 18th May 2011 to deactivate the service of B Town Rockstar, for which they are deducting Rs. 10/- for ten days.
                      I received the reply from the Tata Docomo that your Cell No [protected] has benn downloaded the B Town rockstar, which does not belongs to me, i quoted clearly my cell no is [protected]. further they suggested me to call their consumer care where i have received no responce, as they said that the facilicy of B twon rock star can not be discontinued by they as it is beyond their control.
                      i hereby request you to take this matter, as charging daily Rs.1/- for me is not a very heigh value, but the company Tata Docomo raise funds from consumers using unauthoriesd way to collect this amount from the Prepaid amount of recharge amount
                      Guys you can unsubscribe by dialing the customer care no. 121 and select the options 322221 and even blast the customercares because even it got activated for my number and for 6weeks it got debitted and there was no proper responce from them and even they say that they cannot deactivate also.
                      Just change the operator because they will not hear you... I done the same...

                        I have been using the tata docomo 3g stick, postpaid plans. All went well for a couple of weeks and now it just stopped working. Whenever i try to connect it, it says access to remote computer failed. I tried calling customer care for about 8 times and there were no response from them whatsover. I tried re-installing them and restarted my system but the result was the same. Walked up to the office and wanted to hit my head against the wall....too much for your ads, too horrible for your service...

                          Myself Sunil Mukati , using Tata Docomo (Mob No. [protected]), My SIM is Blocked without any Prior Intimation Now because of this Irresponsible Activity Of DOCOMO I Endure a lot of Trouble, Is this the way to Provide services o customer what is Customer according to your view "jo cust seh seh kar mar jaaye".
                          As well as my money is deducted daily,I have complained to Tata Docomo Customer Care but thay are not taking it seriously & their response is very Negative. This is not only my problem many other people also facing same problem.

                          Now I want a Solution Till 10/08/2011 otherwise i will go to Customer Court/ Consumer Court OR i have other Choices also i can also switch to other operator.

                          NOW it's up to you what you want to do.....!!!!!!

                            Tata docomo 3G connection is not revealing or giving the details of internet usage (how much used and on what date), My plan is 15Gb @21MBPS later the speec is 128KBPS. from past 10 days my speed beacme 128 kbps and i am sure i haven't used my 15GB and customer care not helping me to get the right details and even they are not caring about my problem, speaking carelessly thats what we can do (and from 1 week they are saying i have used 19GB no changes in the usage of data after 1 week of browsing either)

                            It's really cheating the customers, please take action against them

                                this is rajesh. i am customer of tata docomo prepaid service. my mobile is [protected]. I gave request to customer care on[protected] to provide my prepaid bill for the month of june 2011. they said that please type PREPAIDBILL and your email address to 121 you will get last 2 months prepaid bill. i done this. but i get only one month prepaid bill. in previous 10 days i called them more than 10 times but they did not respond in proper way. and they dont tell how to get the prepaid bill for june month. i also send an email to their customer care. they replied we will solve your problem but they did not till now. again i send sms that but i recieve a reply "we will provide you last 30 days details only. they charged me two time Rs 50( Rs 25 for each time) please solve my problem sir. my email address is [protected]@gmail.com

                                ...bust only sum error msg is only came. wat should i do... for it..!pls help me its urgent...!
                                my number is [protected] of docomo. as told by customer care to me that i will get my prepaid bill till 29th june but today it is 30th june and i have not received my bill today when i called customer care executive one of the senior executive named lajwanti disconnected my call and behaved badly with me. first thing i would like to share that now i have to directly approach consumer court and TRAI for harassing the customer. as i am fed up with the services of docomo being working in airtel and using docomo i was feeling proud till date but now i am ashamed with the quality o[censored]r customer care executives and the services. also as because the company was not able to provide me the bill on time i want my balance refund and also the bill.
                                the balance of Rs. 25 was deducted on the day the complain was given i.e 24th of june and at the time of giving bill thay failed. so they have to refund my balance. nahi to maan haani ka case i have to do against them.

                                  Cannot access FTP

                                  I m using tata docomo 3g e stic i have 1500 per monthe plan. I had this video uploaded on ftp but from some times i unable to access my FTP as it never connects.ftp does not open
                                  pls tell me what i do

                                  I had this same problem but got this resolved after contacting the Tata Docomo technical help.
                                  This is what you can try -
                                  1. open Tata Docomo 3G connection wizard
                                  2. click on settings option
                                  3. select preference in the settings popup
                                  4. select "3G only" among the options (I have 3G preferred, 3G only and 2G only - previously 3G preferred option is selected on my connection settings)
                                  5. click on apply button and then close the settings popup
                                  6. now restart the computer
                                  7. after restarting - connect to internet and try ftp

                                  Hope this resolves your issue.

                                    I am having over Rs 200 in my account having mobile no [protected]. Still i am not able to make calls, receive calls, send sms, receive sms. Out of the 10 calls i make, hardly 1 call actually hears another person's dialer tone. I, sitting right next to my docomo no receiving over 80% signal strength, when make a call on my no from my other phone, get either an error in connection or message stating that the docomo no you are calling is unreachable.

                                    I have made complaint with docomo customer care. They say that it is temporary network congestion. On the other hand Tata DOCOMO is releasing over 100 sims everyday in my city. Is this not adding to their so called "Network Congestion"??

                                    The fact is that they dont want to resolve my complaint.

                                    Please guide me through the legal proceedings that i can make in order to sue my network operator, as i want them to pay due attention to the problems of the customers, rather that just making money while their customers suffer.
