Lost money (Rs.2000) in charging and no service

I have a Tata DOCOMO 3g USB dongle for wireless internet (MDN no, [protected]). I had asked for a recharge of Rs 1000 for unlimited download. The retailer recharged for Rs 1001. After which I used the internet. After a download of 1 MB it was disconnected. I called the customer service center and was informed that the Recharge was a special pack and the charges are 1 paise per KB. And they refuse to refund the amount saying its already used...

Beware of TATA Photon Billing

I registered for 950 unlimited plan with the discount of Rs150 / month. I was told that this is for new customers. So, the monthly rental will be Rs799 + taxes. But I got a bill of 950 + taxes. How come tata photon make such a blunder and simply cheating the customers assuming that customers will not see the bill and pay for it. I sent a mail to cusomer care about this. balance is getting reduced

FRAUDULENT DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

TATA Photon

I ordered TATA Photon from tata.adsxcell.com on 06-July-2011. It was delivered in noon. Delievery guy (Mr. Rajesh) promised me that it will activated within day.

Now it's more than a day my device is not activated. None of the tata.adsxcell.com is receiving my call.

It's really very irritating situation.

If anybody have any solution please suggest me what should i do....

Online Recharge - Amount Deducted from Bank - Failure on Docomo Website - No refund received!

I did an online recharge on my Docomo number using my Citibank credit card. The transaction was successful from Ciibank's website but on Docomo website it said "Session Expired". I did not receive any recharge amount nor a refund for the recharge amount.

I registered a complaint on the Docomo website (Complaint number 309420) but it was closed without any resolution. I even gave them all the transaction ids...
