My tata photon number is [protected].
I have requested through customer care that I wanted to disconnect the service of my tata photon but they are saying that they can not made any request of cancellation.
I am asking why they cannot take any request.
After I visit so many out lets and they do not take my request to cancel it and directed me to the head office. From hitech city to LB nagar around 50KM(to and fro).
I went there and registered the complaint with the complaint no[protected].
After registering I enquired about the complaint then they are saying so many process.
I have written one email to the custome care with the following comments.

I am going to abroad for long duration.
I don’t want anyone to come for field visit because I would not be there.
Please go ahead for immediate disconnection.

    My Tata Docomo prepaid number is [protected].
    I tried online recharge through my canara bank visa debit card of 56rs yesterday night and it showed recharge failure at the last stage. So i tried again but still the same result. So i dropped the idea altogether. But then after a few minutes i got a message from my canara bank account 2 times separately that 56rs have been deducted from my bank account and then i saw my cell balance there was no change (still 1.78rs). Either give me back my bank balance of 112rs or recharge with the same value or I might proceed towards legal action now. I've had enough!

    I'm not satisfied with your response. Even the representatives at tata's gallery in thane are very irresponsible. Hoping to clear the matter soon.

            I have a Tata DOCOMO 3g USB dongle for wireless internet (MDN no, [protected]). I had asked for a recharge of Rs 1000 for unlimited download. The retailer recharged for Rs 1001. After which I used the internet. After a download of 1 MB it was disconnected. I called the customer service center and was informed that the Recharge was a special pack and the charges are 1 paise per KB. And they refuse to refund the amount saying its already used up and asked me to do a normal recharge of Rs 1000 to get the unlimited internet access.
            I recharged for Rs 1000 more and started using. I got disconnected again after using it for less than 3 hrs. This time when I called the customer care, they claimed that this was a for another plan (which is not the unlimited pack i;ve asked for) and that I have used up all the available download limit for that plan.
            I have raised a complaint with DOCOMO customer care (complaint number 1838269), but they have so far not acted on the complaint and refuse to help me out saying I have used up the download limit.
            I have lost my Rs 2000 and am left without internet since a week,
            The tariff plans are not clear enough and they have managed to extract the money without providing me any service.

              I registered for 950 unlimited plan with the discount of Rs150 / month. I was told that this is for new customers. So, the monthly rental will be Rs799 + taxes. But I got a bill of 950 + taxes. How come tata photon make such a blunder and simply cheating the customers assuming that customers will not see the bill and pay for it. I sent a mail to cusomer care about this. Its almost 2 days but there is no reply from customer care / nodal officer.

              So, Guys, never go for TATA Photon + internet connection. My Account Number[protected]. Mobile[protected]. Inform this to your well-wishers as well.
              Further to add, I registered for e-bill but the discount of Rs.25/- was not provided...
              The above complaint is not resolved yet.
              I fogot my login password in MY tataphoton account.. My no is [protected]. and also i forgot my secret question. i am unabled to login in My account. Kindly help me needful..

                my mobile no[protected], are the people working in this organization deaf,blind,paralized or corporate beggars, when i have complaint that i dont need your horoscope service why you are not following it.
                i have coplained on june23 as well as june 28 now it is 11 of july i think 18 days is sufficient time for a service provider to stop the said services. dont beg in this fashion,beg properly i will give you more money.

                Tata Docomo — Subscription without permission

                On 08/12/2010, I received an SMS subscribing me to Call Me Tunes Service for 180 days deducting Rs 120 from my prepaid account without my permission. My prepaid number is +91-[protected].
                how have you activated daily horoscope for my number without my permission, you dont have to provide services unless and untill told so, tata group is well knowned , dont spoil its name. i dont need this service.
                how have you activated horoscope on my mobile [protected] without concerning me, tata group is well knowned , dont spoil its name for rs-40, i dont need this service,please deactivate it.
                my mobile no [protected] horoscope activated, i had given complaint that i do not want this service few days back, i was said that it will be deactivated, but still i am getting these horoscopes. your helpline service is not working properly. please deactivate it immediately.
                Personalized horoscope activated on my cell, without permission and you bloody beggers deducting 10/-rs for this noncense service every week.

                This service has been activated on my cell without my permission or without any request from my side. If I get any horoscope sms from TATA DOCOMO in future, then i will drag you in consumer forum and i will raise complaint in TRAI.
                You bloody beggers have again ignored my complaint and again deducted 10/-rs for Personalized horoscope service, Stop this immediatly.

                Tata Docomo — subscription of daily horoscope without my permission

                i have a tata docomo prepaid number [protected]. about 3 weeks ago daily hororscope pack has been activated on my number automatically even when i have never subscribed for any such pack. untill now rs 40 has been deducted from my account. this has been quite aheadache for me. i also lodged a complaint with number 352536. but no action has been taken.i tried to unsubscribe without any success. please unsubscribe the pack and restopore 40 rs in my account as soon as possible.
                i have been using it its good..

                      The above are the text message which i recieved from Tata Docomo and unfortunately my balance is deducted.
                      On, 12th May, 2011 i activated DND but still text message of subscription packs and balance deduction is been received.
                      same situation happened again..... on 2nd July,2011 ma brother called to customer care by dialing 121
                      at night around 11:30pm to 12am and DND is activated but still again i am receiving such kind....

                      i called up to customer care-121 many a times but still they told me that they will refund my balance and now onwards they are not picking up my call..

                      I AM GETTING DISAPPOINTED BY THIS KIND OF SERVICE AND CARE BY TATA DOCOMO

                      I did not activate any subscription packs from TATA DOCOMO and losing certain amount from my balance.

                          I use TATA DOCOMO GPRS regularly for using internet & downloading files . Though the speed was fluctuating always i still used it because i got a 2gb internet monthly pack for 48 Rs. and 4gb pack for 95 rs. this was good compared to other service providers OR so i thought .
                          I got the shock of my life today . I was planning to download a 175 MB file today morning , so prior to that i checked my GPRS data balance and found to my relief that there was 256 MB left . So i proceeded to download this file , thanks to the "awesome" speed it took 8 hours to finish the download . When the download was completed i got a message that "FOR THE LAST INTERNET BROWSING SESSION RS. 216.50 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT "..... I was hell shocked by this message .
                          On checking my balance i found that it was less than 40 rs from the near 300 rs i saw in the morning and my data balance which was 256 MB in the morning was now 0.00 MB.

                          I went to the TATA DOCOMO SERVICE CENTRE at high court junction in the evening . The fellow there was telling that they dont keep any records of the data usage only call details of the last 30 calls were kept there . Moreover the manager was absent . The guy told that the even if the company made a mistake the maximum they can do was refund a paltry Rs.30 /- ..........

                          The loss i suffered is in terms of both data balance and talk time balance.

                          data balance loss =[protected] = 81MB
                          talk time loss = Rs.216.50

                          for calculation sake lets take the price of 1 MB= Rs. 1.00.

                          So according the computer calculations and records of this company i have downloaded 256MB +(216.5 /1)MB =472.5MB

                          So for every 175 MB i downloaded the TATA DOCOMO computer systems have recorded 472.5MB .

                          Which means that for every 1MB that a TATA DOCOMO customer downloads using GPRS the company registers 2.7MB.

                          So for every 1MB i download the company is cheating me by 1.7 MB .

                          Now you know why TATA DOCOMO is so profitable :P

                          The TATA company sells itself by calling itself a honest , paragon of virtue . Even i used to be carried away by the loud claims of national service by this company . But after the my brush with the disgraceful fraudulent underbelly of this corporate giant which blatantly manipulates the data usage of its clients I have decided to boycott all TATA products ,
                          Hell yeah , thanks to globalisation i have got loads of better options than TATA.

                          So it is TATA to TATA from me .
                          yeah ..i also faced same problem i used 11 rs (150MB) and download only 9 MB+17 MB video n some sites gmail yahoo n facebook nathing else but i @ evening i found only 6 MB remaining n loss of some money also but after complaining i got 9 rs back which was deducted but not got any free data usage.
                          when i purchased free 2GB internet was promised but not get any free usage when i complaint i got to know that i used that free usage in 2 day but i didnt use docomo card even i tried many time to get solution but its around 1 week over but not get any satisfactory ans from costomer care or ratailer.. ...

                            I talked to a customer care executive named as Mr. Dushyant nagre any many more on 08/07/2011 but all of them are just good for nothing.

                            21 days ago they also have activated the internet plan of 48 rs three time and deducted about 146 rs from my account.
                            I had also made a complaint about this but at that time they didn't provide any solution.
                            An another thing they usually done is that they clearly say istead of providing any solution that " Do Whatever You Want We Can't Help You"

                              I bought a Tata Docomo Post paid sim. For same they charged me 800 Rs for one time activation and 300 Rs for nano sim card. Its been 7 days the sim has not been activated. I told the agent to return my money as i couldn't wait any longer for activation. I havent used the connection at all as it dint get activated. Now after 8 days he is insisting that i have to use the sim and he will not return my money and will not close the connection.

                                      I ordered TATA Photon from tata.adsxcell.com on 06-July-2011. It was delivered in noon. Delievery guy (Mr. Rajesh) promised me that it will activated within day.

                                      Now it's more than a day my device is not activated. None of the tata.adsxcell.com is receiving my call.

                                      Today noon tata photon device ([protected]) is activated, but "tata.adsxcell.com" persons just spoiling TRUST of brand TATA. They dont know how to serve customer in this comepetitive enviornment.

                                      They are selling product without giving any bill and receipts and the worst thing they are making false promises.

                                      If activation is not possible within 24 hours than they should tell the customer in advance. I was filling croocked when nobody is there to serve me. I don't think this is the correct way for marketing.

                                      If you are concerned with your brand than you should take action against them, just for the sake of brand TATA atleast. As whenever anybody buys tata product they thing they are getting a quality service.

                                        I had taken a Tata Photon Plus Broadband connection. I had paid the money for 5 GB unlimited plan and after 5-7 days o[censored]sing my service , Tata Photon barred my services telling that i had exceeded my 5gb. I querried that i paid for unlimited plan and then they told me that they need to rectify their update as it was only 5gb plan and change it to 5Gb unlimited plan. Now i have paid them 3 months advance and after 25 days also they are not able to give me the connection. No body picks up the call and when i call their executives they state that they will call me back and they never call back. It has done a huge proffesional damage as the photon connection was taken for proffesional purpose. They have even mailed me stating that issue has been resolved but i dont know which issue are they talking about as i am not able to use the photon plus connection.
