I am using Tata Docomo [protected], before some day I received a sms that If I recharged with amount 30 than I will receive complete balance. Rs. 25.20 at the recharge time and remaining balance after 72 hours. Then, I confirmed this thing from there Customer care, one man agreed from this offer and I also asked him that weither I have to recharged it from paper voucher or E-recharge, he replied benefits will be applicable in both terms. So I recharged by paper voucher, But when after 72 hours I didnt get my remaining balance then I again call to cust care, @ 10 a.m. 31 May 2011. A lady was there, she told me that I will receive balance near about 12 P.M., but I didnt receive than I again call to Cust Care than a man told me i[censored] recharged it by the E-recharge only in that condition u get yhe benefits, I told him about my confirmation, he replied SORRY on that and said If this answer was given to you at that time. My complaint is to the customer care that why these people provide wrong info to the customer, and just b'coz of there I was suffering. I know it is not a big amount but they provided me wrong information... I want my money back... Pls ADMIN, help me..

    An astro (panchang) services was subscribed on my mobile network without my wish and I was charged rs.10/- Per week,I called up the customer care executive of tata docomo and got that service deactivated and my rs.10/- Was also credited to my phone account,but the service contiuned and next week again they charged me rs.10/-, I again called the customer care and got it deactivated but this time my money was not refunded, and since then its been 2 weeks and they ae charging every week. Till now i have been charged 50 rs for it i just got 10 rs refund !!

    This is a very serious issue, for the last 3 months i have been facing it.

    Very month after i recharge there was a deduction of INR 10/- from my account as a sms said i had download from B town rock star. I do not use a gprs phone nor do i answer to any unknown sms or pick up any call which i do not know. how can the service get activated on my phone. after repeatedly complaining to the customer care, I decided to to port my no.i received a frantic call immediately saying the b town rockstar service would be discontinued and deducted money would be refunded and they did the same,
    Now again i refilled my account with INR 50/- and the next morning i got a sms from 543211 that i have download ishq ke naam and there is a deduction of INR 10/- but the account was deducted of INR 40/-.
    I do not not use my non gprs basic phone to download anything, only use it to make and receive calls.
    either your services has been hacked or you are fooling and duping the people by sending false messages of downloading and deduction thier account balance. please take immediate action, Tata service was supposed to be a trusted service.

    yeah, i am thinking the same, no doubt those docomo people are fooling us . And same happened with when i sent a message for mobile portability, after 2 days they call me n asked the reason of changing operator. So, i told them the problem that i am still facing. They told me we will credit you 50rs every month for next 60 month, and service will be deactivated immediately. But neither they credited me with 50 rupees nor they deactivated that rubbish ASTRO services till now. This happened 4 weeks ago. Since then i have been calling them every time when they have charged 10rs, every time they said "Dont worry sir, your service will be deactivated within 24 hours". Yesterday again from my balance 10rs deducted for TD-ASTRO service.Again i call them, still same response. So finally i googled about it and i found this forum. I learned that not only me but many of the tata docomo service user facig the same problem or something similar to this.
    wow this is bigger than we thought, the media should take it up and the people should know about this. lets see and try to write to the media tv and newspaper regarding this so that others dont get fooled like this
    hi i m saurav singh from bangalore..m using tata docomo from last 3 years but in dis recent month i face lot of problem from the service provider..unknowingly docomo cuts arround 100 rupees from m balanc and wen i call customer care dey told dat some service has been activated mistakely and dey wil deactivate it and d money il b refunded in few hours but dat hour hasn't came yet and its happening everyday and some servic gets activated everyday without my permission nd m balanc is deductin everytime.. plz help m out.. my no is [protected]

      The hackers have once come up with new ways to allow themselves as well as another millions o[censored]ser to have high-speed totaly free access to internet via their mobile phones.the hackers have some new proxies that will enable them to access internet free of charge the proxies,that I will be posting below,have been reported to be working in Gujarat as well as Maharashtra with both 2G/3G networks.the new proxies are:
      A) 121.241.249.212
      B) 125.19.233.102
      C) 203.200.118.92
      D) 10.124.72.171.server4.operamimi.com
      E) http://203.115.112.5.server4.operamini.com
      the above proxies are http proxies and therefore can only be used through the access point:TATA.DOCOMO.DIVE.IN as its an http access point thus allowing hackers to take undue advantage of it and exploit the services.In addition to the proxies the hackers have started to mod applications like opera mini,UCWEB,etc. that will allow millions o[censored]sers to have free access to the internet via their mobiles.I have also attached the download links to some of the above working applications for proof.

        On 18th of may i got a sms from tata docomo in that sms they written that i[censored] recharge with 29 RS then u will get 29 RS balance in 96 hour and also your call rate will be changed to 1p/2s. At the same day I recharged for 29 RS.I got my call rate changed but I still not get my balance.
        I call many times to CC but they are making fool each time with a new reason.Finally I lodged a complaint in CC but they also not taken any action so what to do.(i have the SMS in my inbox which came on 18th MAY named as TD DOCOMO)
        plz help me.

          To the MD of TATA DOCOMO,
          Please close your business .I have not seen such a bad service, such a bad customer care l centre from any other company.
          First I had a post paid data card. Within 10 days, I got huge bill. The Customer care people, at Richmond road, gave explanation;, which they themselves were not convinced. Then one of your guys suggested to take pre paid connection; so, I bought a new pre- paid connection. The connectivity is so slow that i got fed up. Some how, i used it for two months. Then there was a technical problem in the data card. The area office told me to go to the Richmond road office. There they made me to wait for more than 45 minutes. I got fed up. I came back and bought a new Reliance card. i am happy for the last 5 months. Very fast connectivity. No complaint. I saw so many ad for Tata Docomo GSM service. i thought of buying one. Service was OK. Then I got a T24 free SIM at Big bazar. I started using this, as well. After the free charge was over, I went pillar to post to get it recharged. Then I found out that recharge is ONLY possible either at Big bazar or at Tata Docomo area office. This is bad. Now, today, i lost my mobile, i wanted to bar my calls .i did not had the customer care office No. of Tata Docomo . I tried form my T24 mobile the Customer Care No.. The guy says he cannot do anything for barring calls of Tata docomo. With difficulty I got from just dial, the customer care no. as [protected] .This no. does not work at all. Although the same is also given on Tata Docomo website. Then, i got another no. [protected]. This goes to a computer voice call service; where there is no option of talking to a customer care rep .I will be thankful to any body, who can give me the TATA Docomo MD's address ; so that I can send him a present of two Data Card & two SIM card with oath certificate that I will never use in my life the TATA Docomo.           This is Prasant here, My Docomo number [protected], "Docomo Babes Sub" Service has been activated on my mob from last two weeks with out my knowledge. It's deducting Rs 2 every day. I tried to disconnect from *191# service. It says that service has been deactivated but still then its deducting money from my account. I tried to call to customer care 121 and tried to disconnect but all went vain. As you all know catching a guy from Docomo Customer care is more difficult then talking appointment from Precedent of India. First U need to waste hours for the same for keep-on dialing numbers even though u are being charged to talk customer care, Then If you get connected by luck. They will answer very horrible and stupidly to ur questions.

          Similarly they said to me as expected that her Server is down so she can't help and requested to call me back and this type of talks they have been saying to me every time.

          So I am really an unsatisfied with the kinda service. I want my service needs to deactivate and want the amount has been deducted should be returned to my account ASAP.

          I have few queries for Tata Docomo Service Provider:

          1. I am not the only one customer has given this complaint, As lakhs of customers are giving complaint as money has been deducted without their notice??? Why this happens? Is this how Tata Tele wants earn money ???

          2. Is this represents the kind of service provided by the grate Indian brand TATA Varsity ?


          3. Docomo Network is worst compare to other service providers, Still why u r saying as best network of india.

          There are a lot of complaints like this, But I dont have time to keep typing like this.

          I knew very well that no one will respond to my complaint. But still wants lets see how long it goes??

            My mobile no. is [protected] (pre-paid) which was originally in UNINOR but under MNP scheme converted in to TATA DOCOMO on 4/5/11. But suddenly on 24/5/11 my out going & incomming services were stoped without any prior intimation by phone call or SMS. I have Rs 90/- (approx.) credit balance as on 24/5/11.

            When I contacted 121 (customer care no.) I was told that my documents have not reached their office. When I tried to understand from the Customer Care Officer that how come it is possible to activate MNP no. w/o document reaching them & then suddenly they realize this fact after 20 days of activation, I did not get any clear reply. I was told to submit a set of documents once again to TATA DOCOMO franchizee.

            But I have not submitted because they have misplaced it once.

            I want to know the facts why my no. was disconnected that also w/o any prior intimation ?

            When I contacted the dealer, he said that company rep. had collected the documents & w/o recieving docs. it is not possible for the new service provider to activate any no. under MNP.

            I have lodged complain ( Complain ref no. 290942) on 25th May in TATA DOCOMO ; I gor immediate responce (computer generated) that in 24 hrs my problem will be addressed but after 5 days also there is no action.

              Hi,

              I want to activate DND for my number [protected]. I have been trying what everybody else is trying under the sun to get rid o[censored]nwanted calls for DOCOMO service. Why is it that this "START DND to 1909" thing doesn't work?? Its all around the net and yet of no good. None of you people give a about it. I called up CC and this was the obvious solution even then. Then why the hell is this not working!!!!
              I receive the same message everytime, telling MY REQUEST CAN'T BE PROCESSED...WT[censored]
              You have no idea how pathetic this is. I get a dozen annoying calls everyday and messages all the time, and there is not a I can do about it. This is not just my problem. Everyone out there is facing the same problem. This is soo not done..TATA!!! So not done..!!
              I warn everyone abt this, seeking an advice!!!
              It might cost you folks big in a long run, if this is not handled properly on time.

              Hi,

              No offense meant, but is there any simpler/effective means like sending SMS or something, so that everyone can follow it, without taking the pains of pouring their frustrations on forum like this. You see, it will not only save everyone's time and energy but yours too.. Innovative thought, if you wud like to call it..!!

                Iam an old customer of tata indicom mobile service provider . I am currently ussing mobile no 84469***** . I have used postpaid service for long time for my previous number so i new all prices of service by the company . on 26th may 2011 i with my friend went to tata gallery at Virar West [ Dist- Thane ; Vasai ] for applying new sim card for number 72767***** . i provided the person with nesseccary document and he provided us the loss sim card asked us for Rs 100 . I was knowing the price for new sim is Rs 50 only . I told him to give us the receipt we are ready to pay on that your employer told that no such receipts are given to any customer . For that i told him i have received receipts earlier for sim change .their your employer told nothing so i had to ask him again for that he told me come after 2 days you will be given recipt . I told him to tell him his name i want to complent about him for that he told " ja je karayche te kar ani atta ter recipt milnarch nahi " . I have earlier have got changed sim card for my father number 80873***** for which i have recived recipt . I had asked your employer his name but he didnt disclose it to us . after some time the watchman told his name is " Satish" . may be it may be fake . My friend Vinit Jain who has mobile shop told me the employes charge etc money from customer and at the end of the day they divide the exta money between themselves which is illegal. I hope you will take some action agianst your corrupt employer.

                  On 8th of May my mobile got a message at midnight saying that I have downloaded some game 'CaptainComet'(which I am not aware of and never did download) from that day onwards I am losing Rs.3 everyday from my account. I have informed about this within 2 or 3 days to TataDocomo customer care without much help. The message comes from number 52250 stating the following everyday:
                  "Hi! You have been successfully renewed to MVC. You are charged Rs.3.0."

                  I also receive frequent message from 52250 to download wallpapers offered by TATAMVC.
                  I want to make it clear that I HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED ANY GAME or subscribed to any other service voluntarily. Hence please make sure my mobile be deactivated from such service and make arrangements for the refund of whatever currency I have lost till date.

                  I totally disagree with the comment by Tata DOCOMO Customer Care's response.

                  I am not aware of what VAS usage actually means.

                  I have mentioned that those services are activated without my knowledge, and hence I demand that those services to be deactivated.

                  My next steps if I don't get a proper resolution for the multiple attempts i'm making to get this resolved, I would be suing Tata Docomo along with numerous other users who have already lodged their complaints. This deserves a law suit since Rs. 3 from every user, everyday is like a fortune for the service provider.

                  Consumer Forum would be my next step!

                    Since last 2-3 weeks I have noticed that many times some unwanted value addedservices are getting activated and I have been charged for this. For this reason every day I need to call them and get the refund.
                    on 25th Fengshui Service has been activated and rs 30/- has been deducted from my account.
                    For that I called the customer care and informed about the unwanted service.They said they will deactivate the service and refund my money with in 3 hrs. but nothing happened in 24hrs. So I called customer care again and told about my problem they said it will take 2-3 days some one from there team will call me to refund my money. but That also never happned.
                    I did not understand on the TV Commercial Docomo is saying no unwanted service but forcefully we are getting charged for unwanted services.

                    When I asked the customer care why it is opened since a long time they are saying back end team is not working on it. When I asked to take a complain on the back end team he said he can not do it.

                      Tata Photon — SLOW CONNECTION SPEED

                      I bought TATA PHOTON PLUS two months ago. Before purchasing to TATA PHOTON usb stick i was promised to get the internet speed of 3 mbps. After purchasing it i came to know that it was false promise. I don't even get the internet speed of 30 kbps.
                      I called to customer care and they sincerely noted down my complaint but no body came to my house as yet. I got very frustrated all about this.

                      I have only one advice to all of you that "PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE TATA PHOTON".
                      i have baught a prepaid tataphoton data card . the dealer takes from me 100 rs more for giving me extra 3gb. and after that when i take it to my room the speed of the net is very slow. i have complaint many times on customer care as well as dealer but they refuge to do any thing. they told me that we are establishing new towers. from last 2 month. they can 't give the speed and network as written in there pump late. when they can not give the speed and network in delhi so how they can chalamge for aa india.

                      You actually get their proper speed. They're actually running a fraud business. Me too use Tata photon+, when I was buying it, they told me that the speed I could get is 3.1Mbps. But its fake!
                      I got something like 0.13 Mbps and the latency of net is too high. Tata photon provides the worst internet connection in India and they're also fraud.

                            We had a TATA- Walky Landline connection in my wife’s name. Non- tech senior citizens like us find it easier to use simple pre-paid mobile phones for communication and hence avoid the burden of post-paid connections. We have been trying to get rid of the Walky for some time. We got a call early this April to inform us that my wife’s name has been chosen by the computer to get a Docomo mobile SIM with 350 minutes of free talk time. On the first day I turned down the offer. But after several calls my wife agreed and finally on 23rd April two people came home to get the papers signed and hand over the SIM card. The card was activated after a couple of days. I got rid of my Walky too. But my logic and reason told me that there can’t be just a free talk time and there has to be some rent somewhere. I made numerous calls to the number given to check for ‘other’ charges and was reassured every time that there was none. However, I received a bill yesterday with the following details:
                            Relationship No.[protected], Bill No.[protected], Tariff Plan- GSM 199 pht 350lx plan, Amount due Rs. 161. The 350 minutes free talk-time hasn’t been exceeded according to the bill.
                            Not only, I am stuck with yet another post-paid payment, TATA hasn’t given me a copy of the document that I signed or any receipt till date. Their responses to telephone calls are pathetic and this is unnecessarily adding to my woes and failing health. I am shocked and want them to be taken to task for this kind of cheap marketing gimmick and this deliberate, premeditated cheating and harassment o[censored]nsuspecting senior citizens.

                            I say to your legal department officer Mr. S. K. Dube on 23/03/2013 & 03/04/2013 that send me legal bill ( which I used and according my plan sheet ) but they angry on me and say don't pay any amount.
                            If I was wrong then why not send me any legal notice? My credit limit Rs. 1300 then why making bill so high.

                              My name is hareesha tatipaka..I am using tata docomo prepaid mobile service.Before some days i got a msg that i have successfully registered to Hot and sizzling models.Actually i did not give any confirmation to activate that service.Tata Docomo automatically activated that service for me.After that for every week they are deducting 10 rs from my account sending a msg that i have successfully renewed that service.Till now i gave complaint to customer care 3 times.They did not take any action.Totally

                                    my mobile number is [protected]..i was using this number since last day.when i got up in morning, i was unable to call or message.they are showing only emergency calls.when i asked customer care by calling 121 about this, they said that my number is not activated now...they are not giving any reason for the deactivation..how come my number to get deactivated without any reason???please do reply
                                    Tata docomo has to provide a direct option to connect representatives when called to 121.we are getting mad for the time taking to get connected to your customer care representative.
                                    but why didn't they informed before i do a recharge?

                                      i registerd dnd on 10 feb 2010, but still reciving hello tune activation calls, on this no reciving calls [protected] on 24 may 2011 at 16:02 hr
                                      my complaint is about network in tatadocomo .but still i am having network prob my complaint no is "NWK[protected]".please take some response and action.

                                        A message comes every day on my DOCOMO no. [protected] that "you have successuly validated mvc and u have charged Rs3".
                                        I have talked to customer care representative told me that this is an internet service and you can only deactivate it by visiting that site again. I dont remember which site i visited in past..kindly suggest me on [protected]@yahoo.com
