Not get my balance

On 18th of may i got a sms from tata docomo in that sms they written that i[censored] recharge with 29 RS then u will get 29 RS balance in 96 hour and also your call rate will be changed to 1p/2s. At the same day I recharged for 29 RS.I got my call rate changed but I still not get my balance.
I call many times to CC but they are making fool each time with a new reason.Finally I lodged a complaint in CC but they also not taken any action so...

Abruptly disconnected mobile phone no. 9175976863

My mobile no. is [protected] (pre-paid) which was originally in UNINOR but under MNP scheme converted in to TATA DOCOMO on 4/5/11. But suddenly on 24/5/11 my out going & incomming services were stoped without any prior intimation by phone call or SMS. I have Rs 90/- (approx.) credit balance as on 24/5/11.

Daily deduction of Rs.3 from account.

Tata Photon connection speed very slow

Hi,

I had bought tata photon postpaid connection with HCL Technologiesd corporate plan of 10 GB unlimited. My tata photno is no. is [protected] and it is activated on 27th May 2011.

My problem is that internet speed what I am getting is very slow approx 0.13 mbps. I had contacted with photon customer care twice but they are not able to solve my problem.

unsubscribe unwanted service

MVC deactivation

UNABLE TO MAKE ONLINE RECHARGE
