....if you paste a complaint, they will say that they will come to us..but never gonna happen. Desperately I WANT TO CANCEL THE CONNECTION.. BUT NO BODY FROM TATA DOCOMO IS HELPING ME......THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE. DONT GO FOR IT.

I haven't received my discount of Rs.500(Invoice No.[protected]) + Rs.100(Invoice No.[protected], When I called the Call center, they dont understand my issue and they keep repeating that I will receive only Rs.400 as discount. Pathetic call center agents...

More over I am facing technical issues like intermittent disconnection of Internet speed.

    On 27 th may,2011 MVC 3g wap service activated automatically on my no. [protected].
    3 Rs/-had been deducted everyday from my account. After calling customer care they told that in 24 hours service will be deactivated.After this no notification message came. But 3 Rs/- continuously deducting from my account everyday without any notification.
    Please stop MVC service.......

    Hi Sir I'm Tata Docomo Customer from Gujarat Circle.I've Problem in Deactivation of Songbook Service it can't deactive even if dialing 155223(Tata docomo Activation/Deactivation Portal) also bad experience of customer care.They are not able to do it.

      Most pathetic customer service which I ever came across in my life. Just a big brand and classey commercial but when it comes to reality the customer service term has been insulted.
      Since 19 days I am trying seek assistance for my prepaid service with TATA DOCOMO and am being ignored. Even after multiple calls to their so called “ customer service” dept and waiting for hours to speak to a supervisor who is always busy no matter what time of day it is my issue is not yet address.
      I am being charged Rs 1.50 daily from May 15th 2011 till date for a service which I never registered .It’s some R_Jokes service which I never heard or used. I have been calling customer service and requesting them to cancel and refund the deducted amount but the only standard answer I get from all is the refund will happen in 24hrs and please call 55115 to deactivate the service. When asked about the amount which will be refunded which they try to ignore even after multiple attempts and probing the answer given is anything which was deducted with in 48 hrs that amount will be refunded. Even after explaining the issue time and again for multiple executives no one is ready to understand customer’s concern and are in hurry just to finish the call without even trying to resolve customer issue.
      The worst thing happens when a supervisor is requested since the customer service executives are in no mood to listen to customer. Customer will then be placed on unlimited hold listening to same old docomo theme music for hrs together with no supervisor answering from other end. I tried 3 times to stay on hold which went for endless time. My max wait time on hold expecting a supervisor was 22 mins after which I gave up. I tried calling them in different time slots and every time same issue just hold hold and long hold irritating music. Someone has to make these executives & so called supervisor to listen to this music for hours and understand what customer’s go through when they are avoided & placed on hold.
      I just have a simple request to cancel the subscription which I did not register for and refund the amount which has been charged. And no one in TATA DOCOMO has time or need to get it done.

      Your Nut Anindya Ghosal tells me that the problem of speed will continue in future as well.
      He doesn't have manner to talk with a customer.
      In spite if me having two photon connection I am not getting proper speed and this guy tells me that they can't do anything and if you want you can change service provider.
      Find tis Anindya ghosal ans fire him for poor manners.
      I am located in Mumbai and my photon number is [protected].
      I am not getting a speed of 9.8 mbps because my area is high utilization area.
      I don't care about it. It is the responsibility of tata to see they give me proper service else give me compensation of 5000 rupees and I will disconnect my account.

        I had requested for deactivation of Blackberry service on my mobile no:[protected], ten days back but they are not deactivating the same . i had given several complain but no responce.pl see to it and do the needful and give justice as soon as possible, pl see to do it today as today is expiry date and tommorow they will again charge for next month which i am not requiring .

          i recd a mms from tatadocomo no. with an sms that i have recd mms and go to link as http://mms.tatadocomo.com/mms/ with login as my phone no. [protected] and password as password, how ever while accessing the mms a window poped up showing message that ' ooops, this link is broken", in that caes can i see the mms or the same need to be forwarded again? krishna

            I wanted to lodge a complaint against TATA DOCOMO for being irresponsible towards customers.My balance was getting deducted daily so I contacted customer care for clarification.When I contacted the customer care they directed me to higher authority for which they made me wait for more than half an hour an and still there was no response.This happened to me whenever i called the customer care.

              I am having TATA DOCOMO PREPAID SIM CARD IN use for last two years. No. Iis[protected]
              On 08 May 11, i activated Voice Mail service by sending a SMS as instructed, to the service provider TATA DOCOMO. Not satisfied with the service, i sent a request by typing CAN VM to 121 to cancel my voice mail.But i couldn't deactivate it. sINCE THEN I have placed request with TATA DOCOMO several times but in vain. TheIr assurance like it will be deactivated "WITHIN TWO HRS" / "WITHIN 24 HRS" / WITHIN 48 HRS" are all proved false. I spoke to customer care people ; few to remember their names as SWATIKA, RAJESWARI, MARY, then one higher official GEETA, but the end result is same. the VOICE MAIL IS STILL NOT DEACTIVATED. The poorest thing is that most of them are not even aware of technical details .Everytime u speak to them, u have to explain from day one and then an EXTREMELY POOR ASSURANCE. One of the cutomer care even went on to say to check my settings on mobile. Though i never changed my settings except for sending request SMS to the service provider, but i still checked the same.but the result is same. Now i don't have any other option but to put the TATA DOCOMO on NOTICE through this message that if in next 48 hrs, my voice mail is not deactivated, i will be copnstrained to knock the door of the court.
              (EXTREMELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER CARE EVEN IN THE PAST.)

              Tata Docomo Prepaid Sim Card — amount debited without customer approval

              Hi,

              MY MOB # - [protected] - RECEIVED A SMS MSG FROM DOCOMO ON 09-FEB-2011 17:50:33 THAT, IT HAS DEDUCTED RS. 30/- FOR NATIONAL NEWS ALERT, WHICH I HAVE NOT OPTED. ITS COMPLETELY A DISCONSENT.

              IT IS SO DIFFICULT TASK TO REACH OUT TO TATA DOCOMO (TD) CUSTOMER CARE. TD EXPECTS CUSTOMERS TO CALL UP CUSTOMER CARE 121 OR NODAL OFFICER OR APPELLATE AUTHORITY TO RESOLVE ISSUES. I ATTEMPTED FOR ALMOST 24 HOURS TO REACH OUT TO THESE NUMBERS ON SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, I WAS VERY UNSUCCESSFUL TO REACH.

              Tata DoCoMo Prepaid SIM Card — Blocking Sim Card

              I have lost my mobile which is having Sim card with no [protected].
              Please block it to avoid misuse of my mobile number from others.
              It has become more common with DOCOMO prepaid service. I have been facing the same problem every three months.

                Tata Docomo is keeping things pretty simple as per its Tag "Keep it Simple.. Silly(customers)". Activating services and deducting money... Pretty Simple... making customers silly.

                When complaint to the customer care they say you have activated,,,,, but what service has been activated they also dont know.

                I already had Live chat with customer care, but they didnt gave any resolution. They kept on saying you have activated games pack(downloaded game).. i asked them which one, they didnt had any answer for that just said its a game pack.

                On 25th May i got a message about Dance Clib service and a wap link was there, after 30 mins i got a message again that it has been activated and money deducted.

                I never activated that service.

                  Unwanted subcription (game pack, astrology, health tips, callertune and other nonsence) will be activated on its own to the number [protected].
                  Currency will be deducted.
                  They will say its activated by us.
                  even if we dont use the sim for a week the currency will be deducted.
                  only once i got rs30 back for deactivating the automatically activated pack within 6hrs, then again 10Rs was cut for astro pack.
                  Yesterday 10 or 15Rs cut for java game pack.
                  *191# or 155233 says we can deactivate or view the activated offers, but always it shows no packs activated...

                  Docomo — Unwanted signal vanish

                  My docomo on is [protected]
                  i have ported my no before some days. Since porting , when i restart my phone it will not get signals for 2 to 3 min. After some time a message appears saying that 'sim updating' and all the singal vanish .
                  Signals will come back after 2 to 3 min.
                  My phone gets hang after this process.
                  I have issues a duplicate sim also but problem is still there.
                  I have also tried my brother's docomo sim in my phone and some other docomo sim also in my phone but they work very fine.
                  I am using nokia n70.
                  Also my sim color is red and my brother sim color is green. Does it effects

                    This is Ashish Chaudhary. I bought a tata docomo 3g datacard with speed of 3.6mbps for a price of 1999 for the device + spent Rs 1150 for recharge for 3 months validity.

                    one week before, it started giving me problem by giving error msg "connect failed", while connecting the internet. then i contacted the customer care they askd me to uninstall the software for tata docomo and reinstall and then connect. I did the same, it started working again.........but alas............finally started giving me the same issue............so i uninstalled again and reinstalled............but of no use..........the problem still persists....................and its still not connecting to the internet.................I searched for this issue so i found that a lot of customers are having the same issue............I think this product is a bad product with a lot of malfunctioning in it.............the tata people m MUST PAY A SERIOUS ATTENTION TO THIS OR THEY MUST WITHDREW THIS PRODUCT FROM THE MARKET AND MUST PAY REFUND TO THE CUSTOMERS..................

                    I am facing the same proble, this 3G docomo stick works for 10 minutes, my browser crasher or hangs.
                    Then i disconnect and reconnect "connect failed" I dont think it even tries to connect because this error comes within milliseconds.
                    BUT IF I RESTART MY LAPTOP then it WORKS !!!

                    I think, its virus which is coming with TATA DOCOMO because when I see process in my task manager there are various wague processes running

                    TATA docomo give us solution or you are FAILURE

                      I and my friend are willing to buy tata docomo 3g prepaid dongle. My friend asked me to get one for him as well as he could not go along. I went to the tata docomo store 3B2 Mohali at 10.20am. The executive attended me around 10.45am. She kept on insisting to buy postpaid 3g instead of prepaid 3g. But I asked her to get 2 pieces of dongles for me. For one dongle I gave my id along with my photo and for the other dongle I gave my friend's id and his photo. She asked the peon to get the id proofs photostated. When the peon got the photostat done, she said that my friend has to come to sign and she cant sell the dongle without his presence. I asked her that why didn't she tell me this in the first place as I had already given his id proof with photo. I had also told her clearly in the very beginning that I want two dongles, one for me and one for him. But I came out wasting my precious 1 hour and I didn't take one for myself as well as I was very much pissed off with the executive and the overall store's dealing. pathetic, worst and disgusting are a few words which could be labelled.

                      poor customer service

                      i m a resident of patiala. i bought tata docomo 3g dongle about a month back...and wish it to run on my linux version(kubuntu 9.04)..bt due to the lack of service provided by the executives..my work is getting hampered.
                      first of all i talked to the executive of patiala..but he said he has no knowledge about this...then i talked at the mohali center...there the guy said that it cant run on this version...but in actual it is mention on the cover that tata docomo 3g dongle support windows as well as linux versions..so all this has really pissed me off...and till date i am supposed to be waiting for some executive to come and help me..because according to them my complaint is in the queue


                      but i guess i must change to some other connection and also suggest my friends never to relay on docomo...
                      i am a resident of blr. i bought tata 3g dongle no :[protected] about 20 days back and verification has done. but unnecessarily they are disconnect my connection. If they are continue like this i will never pay bill .i am ready to submit my documents.last week there are disconnect my prepaid mob no also .again i was submit my docs. my contact no is [protected]

                      just wanted to let know that tata docomo is loosing a customer like me. I know that loosing one customer will not make a difference to the big company like Tata. I requested to convert my tata docomo number [protected] from post paid to prepaid. the request was taken on 29th December at Indira nagar 1st stage store. I was confirmed that it will be converted. Now after so many days, on 9th Feb i am getting a call that my bill is generated and it is still not converted to prepaid. I submitted all the documents required and cleared my outstandings.

                      I never got any call in between that the request is not processed or atleast i must be informed of the same. My request number is :[protected]. Now i can not bear to pay the extra bill of one month when i have not even used mu Dongle.

                        NEVER buy TATA DOCOMO

                        I bought a TATA Docomo 3G USB device and SIM card connection Bangalore, on 22nd may 2011. It worked for around one week and then the connection was barred as the address verification was done by the TATA Docomo staff in that week.After next week they dis continue my connection.
                        During the next week I repeatedly e-mailed TATA Docomo as reminders to reinstate my connection. However, It never got re-connected. In the following weeks I kept on calling and e-mailing TATA Docomo staff (Customer Care, Karnataka head office, local retail seller, etc etc ...) for connection.
                        I have all the documents regarding my e-mails and telephonic conversations with TATA Docomo staff. Now, I want to launch a serious complaint against TATA Docomo against harassing me for a prolonged time that has resulted in serious set-back in my work performance in my office.

                        My wifi was damaged and i informed about it but i got no response i called service providers still my problem was not solved.
                        Please disconnect my broadband i dont want to use it any further. I have to pay for net which i was not being using which is totally unacceptable. Now i just want to get rid of this connection.

                          For Hot N Sizzling Models service i was charged with Rs.10 four times,without even giving me a prior notice of this service.A message was send to me that Rs.10 has been deducted for Hot N Sizzling Models subscription and its getting renewed every week and 10 Rs deducted from my account.Out of that two time they have refunded my money and after that they start ignoring my call and further when i tried to unsubscribe it,there was no response. I had called to customer care center many times but was no use. They did not responded well also they did not able to tell the procedure to unsubscribe that. This is the fourth time that my amount is being deducted.my number is [protected].
                          I request you to unsubscribe this service immediately and refund Rs.20 in my account

                          Tata Docomo — Automatically activated service.

                          Hot and sizzling pack was automatically activated on my tata docomo N.o [protected] without my concern on April 2011. I've tried to call customer service many times but still no help.... finally I'm submitting my complaint here hoping that the service gets deactivated soon.

                          On Monday 6, Jun 2011 this hot n sizzling pack is again renewed and i have charged rs 10.This is the 5th time this pack is renewed and no body from tata docomo side are able to resolve it.
                          You guys are just lying to your customer.I lost my 60 rs with this and if i will continue this will happen every Monday with me so i have decided to quit.

                          Tatadocomo Prepaid SIM — Services Activated Automatically

                          Hello Sir,
                          I have taken TATADocomo prepaid SIM, 3/4 months back. Since then some services are getting activated automatically and respective amount is deducted for the same. After calling customer care , they are saying sorry, and deactivate the services. Again after one/two days another service is activated. Not sure its the provider's policy to activate unwanted services and get the money from users. it has happened to me 10/12 times.

                          Could you please suggest something to get rid of this. Else I have to put the sim in dustbin.

                            I am using Tata Photon+ No. [protected] where in they committed me 3.1mbps speed but the day I purchased this device I am not getting speed more than 256kps to 700kbps. I had lodged complaint several times either they did troubleshoot over the phone or they sent an engineer again they did the same troubleshoot after that you will get 256kbps as per our commitment we can’t do anything. I am not happy with the services I want money refund.

                            I am Tatat Photon+ customer & my number is [protected].

                            My complaint is that from last 1 week I am facing speed problem in my
                            device. I have called so many times at your customer care but there was no
                            proper response from their end.

                            My 1st complaints no:[protected] raised by customer care executive & she
                            told me that I will receive a call from technical department, next I
                            received a call from Mr. Anshuman he told me that I will have to wait till
                            31st March and after that he told me that he will call me again with full
                            status. But after few minute I got a message that my complaint has been
                            closed.

                            When I called up at your customer care & talk to Ms. Monica, I asked her
                            that why my complaint got closed when I was not satisfied? she was not
                            having any answer of my question then she tried to transfer my call to tech
                            desk but she was unable to do so then she again raised one more complaint
                            no:[protected] & told me that I will get a call from tech department.

                            Please tell me when my problem will be rectified as I have been fed up with
                            your service.

                              hi i m saurav singh from bangalore..m using tata docomo from last 3 years but in dis recent month i face lot of problem from the service provider..unknowingly docomo cuts arround 100 rupees from m balanc and wen i call customer care dey told dat some service has been activated mistakely and dey wil deactivate it and d money il b refunded in few hours but dat hour hasn't came yet and its happening everyday and some servic gets activated everyday without my permission nd m balanc is deductin everytime.. plz help m out.. my no is [protected]

                              The problem hasn't been resolved yet..and how worst is docomo let m tell u guys wen i register d complaint and call d docomo customer care guess wad just for m number dey are not picking the call they are running the tape that customer care is busy and u know wad wen i called from another docomo number it get connected...i don know wads der problem is why dey are running customer care and so much adds on tv dat dey are d best servic provider and dey wil solve d problem in few moments.. i think they are worst.. i hope that the problem get solved within few hours...

                              pls solve the issue as soon as possible...

                                NEVER buy TATA DOCOMO

                                I bought a TATA Docomo 3G USB device and SIM card connection from at Manyata Embassy Business Park, Bangalore, on 14th April 2011. It worked for around one week and then the connection was barred as the address verification was not done by the TATA Docomo staff in that week.
                                During the next week I repeatedly e-mailed TATA Docomo as reminders to reinstate my connection. However, It never got re-connected. In the following weeks I kept on calling and e-mailing TATA Docomo staff (Customer Care, Karnataka head office, local retail seller, etc etc ...) to reinstate my connection. However, even after over 45 days, my connection is not reinstated.
                                I have all the documents regarding my e-mails and telephonic conversations with TATA Docomo staff. Now, I want to launch a serious complaint against TATA Docomo against harassing me for a prolonged time that has resulted in serious set-back in my work performance in my office.

                                tata docomo 3g internet — stealing money from people by making wrong promises

                                i bought tata docomo 3g internet on 8th january 2011, which was promised with free 5gb 3g speed data and 10gb of 2g speed data and the very next day the data was used without downloading anything.. plus when i call the costoumer care 'all they respond is that they cannot do anything about it..they did not even tell where 15 gb of data is lost..

                                Hi Suresh/Team,

                                This mail is to let you know that I, Runaldeep Nandy has been using Tata Docomo 3G plan from February 2011. It is with deep regret that I would like to bring to your notice that the service is really pathetic and I'm not able to use the internet connection since March.
                                For the first month in Feb 2011, the connection was working absolutely fine. I was getting a speed close to 5 Mbps with my 7.2 Mbps connection (1500/month plan). But, the following month the connection ceased to work. Since then around 26th of March frustrated with the service I logged a complain with the customer care.

                                They after 10 days sent an executive by the name of Ravi at my residence (No: 218, 17th Cross Bagalgunte. Heserghatta Main Road. Bangalore-560073). The engineer came and checked the connection. He suggested that changing the dongle might fix the issue. After a week he came with a new dongle and the issue was still the same.

                                The device hardly connects and I most of the time get a pop-up saying that network is not available. Even if it connects, the tower notification shows "0" Signal strength and I'm hardly able to even open a "google" page. He mentioned that it must be an issue with network and will try and check with the network team. Seems to be a tower issue(which I do not believe as it worked fine during the entire Feb Month).

                                Weeks passed by and there was no response from the team. In between I tried to call up customer care and also the Site engineer (Ravi). All advised me to check with the regional office in Koramangala, Bangalore. The engineer mean while again paid me a visit and expressed his helplessness that nothing can be done.

                                I again called up customer care and asked for a supervisor. They mentioned that my bill was not paid and hence they cannot check for connection status. I paid the bill for March (when I never got to use the internet services) on 6th May. The lines were opened for testing. And in amusement, this time the customer care guy tells me it's not an issue on system side but with network and will require time till June end or July for service restoration.

                                On May 14th, I went to visit the Koramangala, Bangalore office. I explained the executives the issue and they promised a network team to visit my place and have the issue fixed. Till date, no one has even bothered to call me up to check for the issue. All I get calls daily since April are from agents asking me to pay the bill. It was clearly stated both by Engineer Ravi and the executives at the Koramangala office that I do not have to pay the bill as I'm not able to use the services.

                                But this does not server any purpose as I need my internet to be activated and working. I do not get joy or have free time to write this long email. But wanted to bring to your attention how pathetic service of Tata Docomo is.

                                Believe me, I never though that Tata Docomo would be such a bad service provider as I'm using Tata Photon and it works splendidly well and hats off to their service.

                                ***Please note: The site engineer Ravi has given it to me in writing in April 2011 that my connection has not been working for more than a month and the network connection is poor on a Tata Docomo Customer complaint page signed and authorized by him.

                                  This is regarding a legal notce by Tata docomo dated 27th May 2011. Though I have asked (Customer care) to cancel my post paid connection they kept sending me the bill and now asking me to pay the bill which I have never used. I have all the email communication in this regard from Tata Docomo customer care.

                                  I got the legal notce from tatadocomo to pay the amount + legal fee. Isn't it unfare on their part of sending legal notice when we have already communicated this thru email. Now I need to invest my time in sending letters to them for their mistake.

                                  Please advice me the options that I have now.

I agian claim that I have not used this connection since sending you email for disconnect and that should be very easy for you to find out. I have paid one month rent and full charge for device but have not used the connection even for a month.

                                  I am Santosh.my docom number is [protected].I have been charged for the non usage of the services and the services were disconnected long back.Also totally I have paid 4990.The split up is:
                                  2000-for the device.
                                  1000-for providing the outstation proof
                                  1990--I dont know why.
                                  Kindly take necessary actions and I need justification for the amount I have paid to docomo.Also my name is Santosh the name which was mentioned in bill was Sonthosh which is again wrong.
                                  I need proper justification otherwise I have to take severe actions.

                                    I had call to customer care but the executive replied me call on 5330013 for deactivation of this service but When I called on that No. I heard please press 1 for subscription of this service. there is no option for unsubscription.
                                    I had called to customer care for help, the customer care Executive replied me their technical team will deactivate your Live Astrology Service from their end.
                                    I had made complaint PSG09093779 and executive by name Pravin promises me that he will refund Rs. 10/- but still the service live astrology is activated on my No. the last balance deducted on 01/05/2011, 08/05/2011, 15/05/2011 and 22/02/2011. please help me. Today I got message that my services will renew tomorrow.
                                    Paying unnecessarily, Company is still deducting on every week, I want all back.
                                    Sir, Please help me to resolve this problem.
