hi my number is [protected] . my mobile balance is daily deducted for usage of "dive in" but i removed my setting in my mobile in order to avoid such reduction , then also they have deducted


starting from may

may 25 - rupee 6 has to reduced
may 27 - rupee 1.70 has to reduced
may 30- rupee 0.10 has been reduced
june 10- rupee 1 has been reduced
june 11 - rupee 1 has been reduced
june 12 - rupee 3 has been reduced


and when i called customer care , they are not willing to take as complaint ,
and asked this such thing to be de-activated

they told to type "pan divein ' and send to 121

which never worked , told wrong message


and once i called customer told to give my balance back and argued with them thay said they will return it that too i tranferred call to head (supervisor) but next day when i called again for not getting my 1.70 rupee
they told u didn't do any complaint . and i using internet pack of rupee 63 still i get reduced which i never did . please kindly take action and give my money back rupee 12.80

Kindly take this up and update me on the refund status. In addition, I don’t want such kind of issues in future and therefore remove my number from such automatic deduction

    I am TATA DOCOMO E-STICK Subscriber [protected]. I have been facing terrible network problem since 9 june and have been calling daily to call centre, But they register my complaint and say you are not alone Who is suffering, All consumers are suffering because of technical problem. They talk rudely and have blocked my number on 121. I also mailed and chatted with them, But nothing happened. One of the executive said Internet users have been accrued suddenly,That’s why company is unable to tackle with all and our Infrastructure is not able to handle huge Internet users. This reason is just implausible.

    We the consumers are paying full money to them, But they are just paying hassles and harassment to us. I am just pissed off of this TATA DOCOMO. No body is ready to listen my complaint. I am feeling helpless. Not only me, 1000s of customers are complaining against cruddy internet service as well as crabby call center executives.

    TATA DOCOMO INTERNET SERVICE IS VERY POOR IN NAYA NANGAL AREA, TATA DOCOMO MUST CHECK.
    Tata docomo dealers and the company are making big advertisement and selling their products without connectivity I got Tata docomo 3gstick that does not work in my area owing to no connectivity. I do not understand why they sell their products that cannot be used

      For deactivate mvc service

      An amount of Rs3 is deducting daily from my account.
      A message comes every day that "you have successuly validated mvc and u have charged Rs3".
      I have talked to costomer care they told me that this is an internet service and you can only deactivate it by visiting that site again. I dont remember which site i visited in past. Please help me to get out of these daily charges.

      Sir, the games club pack has been activated in my cell, i don't need this service i have called to customer card number 121 they are not responding properly so please deactivate that games service.

            Sir,

            Without any request Cricket update SMS are sending on my mobile [protected].
            which is costing Rs.5 perday.

            I have tried to call your toll free no 54321 to unsubscribe sending me cricket update but there is no response from the TATA DOCOMO service provider. This is how they are deducting money from customers pocket.

            So far TATA Docomo have deducted at least Rs.40-50 from my account.

            This is my request to you to stop cricket SMS immeditely.

            Dear Sir,

            This is with reference to your mail dated 08/08/2011 regarding your Tata Doccomo Deactivated Cricket SMS Service But till not Deactivated Service till I received cricket SMS and deducted Five rupee per day in my account and as per your mail reference no any 10 rupee deposit in my account.

            Dated 06/08/2011 I was recharge of 200 rupee and transfer in my account 181.95 rupee now in my account only 47.95 rupee balance. I used only 2nos international SMS I want to know what about my 134 rupee deducting from my account.

            This is how they are deducting money from customers pocket
            I want to answer. Otherwise I will find another option to another service provider.

              HELLO,I am facing problems with the DOCOMO internet speed,when i connect it to my PC the speed i get is around 4kbps to 11 kbps although i am getting full network.It's very difficult to download a Movie or Games and.... i had asked costumer care but it has no improvement they always said "do this and do that and then you will get speed of 32kbps-48kbps" and i had done all those things but ........hmmmm you know na how frustrated it is. Well I AM FRUSTRATED.....Please tell me all the ways you know to improve internet downloading speed to 32kbps and above
              My handset is Nokia 3110c.

              i got speed only 15 days since i purchased the TATA DOCOMO 3G WIRELESS BROAD BAND. now it is worst like anything. now I think that the ancient dial up connection was even better. tata docomo is the worst connection i am using.

                account of GPRS access during 21 May, 2011 to 01 June, 2011 *as I ready
                to support evediences as above mentioned. *

                Tata Docomo — Unduly charged for GPRS Services

                Hi

                I had been charged for the GPRS services for Rs 95, this recharge was for GPRS *4GB for 30 days usage and the service was not activated on my mobile. I recharged this on Aug 15 2011 around 10 AM. I called customer care at 1AM on 16th August 2011 after they deducted 2.75 Rs for each internet browsing and they told me the information is not reflecting in their system and they are saying that I DIDN'T RECHARGE THIS MOBILE.
                My Transaction number in CITIBANK CC is [protected]-AUCNP1 for this recharge.

                Please help me to get my money back.

                Hi, I am Bhaumik Maniya.On 4th june my main balance is Rs. 256. And i have activate the Gprs 200MB for 30 days of Rs 90. So, my balance should be Rs.166. But nw my main balance is Rs11.12.

                  Sir my sim showing reg. fail. When i enquired about it from costomer care they told me to deposite fresh ID. I deposited the fresh ID to Mr Subhash ([protected]) the dealer of TATA DOCOMO in my home town twice within three day also i deposited my ID to TATA DOCOMO retail shop in my hometown but till date no one has solved my problem. Everyone is thus avoiding me. I have almost hundred rupee of balance in my sim though it is not a matter of concern for me but the inconvience which i m facing is very disgusting. Every one from tatadoco is telling me your no. will ok within few hours whenever i call but no one knows when. Pls help me out. My Phone no is [protected](Showing reg. fail).                       I have been complained to Tata Docomo many times to unsubscribe my DAILY ASTRO pack.
                      I didn't want service. I tried to the number 155223(which is given for unsubscribe).
                      But it say's check the number.
                      Am not able speak with any of your customer c(d)are executives.
                      I dial 121 some recorded voice only coming.
                      I already made a compliant about this and about signal problem thru email.
                      but an executive spoke from your side and ask about the signal problem only.
                      I ask about unsubscribe she told another one person will be speak with you.
                      but yet not i receive any call from you regarding my complaint.

                      for the future communication i need customer care direct contact number or
                      i need your Customer Relation Manger contact number.

                        My Name is Girish and I bought the Tata DOCOMO 3G Stick(MDN [protected]) 4 weeks ago. During initial discussions, they told me that we have very great 3G network at Pune area. When I come at home in Bibvewadi area and I am not getting 3G network inside my home. Launched 6-7 complaints to Tata Docomo service but no one turned up to solve my problem. Is anybody listening here to solve my problem? You have worst team to solve the customer problem. Giving unnecessary stress to customers and increasing frustration levels. If you can't commit to provide service, then don't sell your products in Market.

                              Tata Docomo Cheating Customers - Portal they have provided Offer for Prepaid after recharging those offers, they are telling those offers are changed from previous day onwards. I have recharged on net tariff reduce call rate 24/- pack on 13th May, 2011. (offer is 1 paisa/6 seconds both local & STD) that day i have tried to make out going call to STD docomo network. But it's deducting more money than offer. I have called to customer care, they said our servers are down and we don't know when it's going to up. When ever i called to ask some thing they will tell same this answer only.

                              I have informed Nodel & Appellate panel officer names: SureshKumar L & Sunitha George. No proper response from them. I got one response from nodel email address. He has deactivated VAS pack. I sent a mail to him for On-Net Tariff Vouchers - but he deactivated VAS Pack. I don't know what it that VAS pack. and credit 10/- to my account. I have recharged 24, but he refunded 10/-. then i haven't sent mail to Suresh Kumar L. Whether you know for which Tariff Vouchers (offer) i have sent mail to you.

                              It seems they don't know what they are doing.

                              No response from Nodel Officer suresh kumar.

                              Showing is one thing in Internet portal after recharging you are telling that's my system problem. If system problem closed your site till rectifying that problem.

                              What is this non - sense. Why should i take your cheating services mobile connecting?

                              You are doing FRAUD/CHEATING for all customer who ever recharged on those days.

                                I am a Tata Docomo user, I had some doubt in tariff plan, so i called the customer care to clarify the matter, the Guy who attended my call though spoke nicely and clarified my doubts, but later he midnight he started sending msg's making clear note of my name and phone no. How i know it is the customer care guy? he himself mentioned that. Now, often he is torchering through msg's abusing me.

                                Are customer care people there to help us or to harass us?

                                  My phone was never not reachable and anyhow if you re saying so than i get all the information of missed calls on my number via message and i didnt recieve any of the message..
                                  And i havent requested for any service then why do u send them , and why do you deduct my balance daily , is it just to fool customers any loot their money. The subscription which are in favour of customer gets activated by a message which is send by the customer, then how can one subscribe a customer of a pack which costs him everyday, this policy of cheating the customer prevails in every service provider. And when i asked customer care to Deactivate the Service which i havent requested they said we cant do it.. Its not in our hand " kya hum aapki koyi aur sahayta kar sakte hai"..

                                      I appreciate service of TATA DOCOMO but there is a major problem for me by you service....The problem with this number:[protected]
                                      1) There is major mistake according to me in my DOCOMO Card(Previously IDEA) .There is the problem in INCOMING CALLS(Error message : The number you have dialed does not exist,please check the number you have dialed.)
                                      2) After contacting to your customer care there are many kind of solutions which 100 % not required to tell because that was the common solution.I have told so many times but there is not any kind of solution till 24 hours.
                                      3) The major problem is in INCOMING...there is also problem in Receiving or Sending messages...but the problem with the messages is not as harmful as INCOMING problem...
                                      4) I have big trouble with this kind of problem and I have already Recorded all the conservation in the call with your customer care....
                                      5) So I just want to know that IN how many hours my problem will be solved or I have to do anything else for this problem...
                                      6) And PLEASE DON'T tell me the solutions like:Please check your call waiting or call divert status...or....dial 12525.....or...it will be solved after 24 hours..OR..there is also problems like this to many other customers....

                                        1) Tata photon device is free of cost.

                                        When you have been charging 950/- per month, what's stopping you from giving that in writing in form of bill.
                                        Kindly note that monthly rental statement(Bill) is basic right of every consumer.
