I have a Tata Docomo no. [protected] and have subscribed to the Blackberry Unlimited services plan for Rs.399 a month.

Though the plan mentions unlimited Internet usage I am still being charged for internet browsing which is ridiculous. I have made numerous complaints and wasted a lot of time on consumer helplines with no use. These guys are professionals in uneducated responses.
