I have GPRS pack of 2.5 GB currently and have validity till may 22nd.. I had a chat with docomo .. They said that i have activated some yuvraj cricket tips.. unfortunately .. i was not at all browsing on may 6th due to some private reasons.. very strange and they said that they will deactivate from their end as its not showing in active services for me... veyr strangely it was still active as i am receiving messages.. i think it will take 10 more rupees on 26th may.. so i decided to never recharge this number again ...

it is very shameful to the company like tatadocomo that they are starting services like "super model" on the users phone with out any intimation given to them & deducting RS 10 every day . the customercare didnot give importance to customer they only make CHEEWATYAA TO the customer. I was very glad to take the service of DOCOMO and was further thrilled by the most disastrous decision of mine. Its one of the worlds most poorly serviced and customer focused company redefining the name of Telecom Industry taking it back to the stone Ages . ON 1ST OCT,2010 I PURCHASED INTERNATIONAL SIM FROM TATA DOCOMO MANGALORE. THEY TOLD ME IT WILL WORK IN DUBAI (U.A.E.) BUT COMING I NOTICED THAT INCOMING CALLS AND INCOMING / OUTGOING MESSAGES ARE ONLY WORKING. OUTGOING CALLS ARE NOT WORKING.

ALSO, ON 03/03/2011 I RECHARGED RS.501/- AND 25/03/2011 I RECHARGED RS.500/- ONLINE. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THEM THAT RECHARGE IS SUCCESSFUL BUT AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO MY MOBILE. MANY TIMES I SENT MAIL FROM HERE NO PROPER RESPONSE THEM. ALSO I CALL THEM FROM HERE MANY TIME THEY KEEPS HOLDING LINE MORE THEN 20MINUTES AND DISCONNECTING THE LINE. VERY DIFFICULTY TO CONTACT THEM. TILL TODAY RS.1,001/- NOT CREDITED TO MY MOBILE OR MY ACCOUNTS.

ALSO I REQUESTED MANY TIME FOR "DO NOT DISTURB FACILITY" FOR SERVICE PROVIDER MESSAGES AND CALLS. STILL NO ACTION TAKEN FROM THEM. I LOST MY MENTALLY PEACE AND MONEY FOR CALLING THEM FROM HERE ALSO MY TIME. I NEED COMPENSATION FROM THEM.
