SPECIFICALLY, IT WAS MY ERROR ALSO, AS BECAUSE, I AM A FIELD MANAGER IN PHARMA, SO CONTINUOUS PHONE CALL, RECEIVED FROM BANGLORE[protected], IT WAS A GENTLE LADY, WAS FREQUENTLY FOLLOWING UP, TO TAKE THIS POST PAID SCHEME, FOLLOWING HER COLLEAGUE, IN ONE BUSY, SCHEDULE, I SAID YES, THE PERSON CAN COME.
HERE I DID A MISTAKE, THAT INSTEAD OF SAYING NO TO THEIR SCHEME, AS I AM ALREADY USING PREPAID DOCOMO NUMBER [protected], MORE OVER I AM USING TATA WALKY SINCE LAST 5 YEARS NUMBER[protected].
THEIR POST PAID PEOPLE WITH NUMBER [protected]-MR MISHRA, AND MR SANTOSH [protected].
THE SIM KIT IS NOT YET BROUGHT OUT OF THE FOLDER EVEN. THEY HAVE ALLOCATED MY POST PAID NUMBER AS [protected], RELATION NUMBER[protected].
THE TARIFF PLAN IS GSM START[protected] , THE LAREST BILL NUMBER RAISED [protected], DTD 27/4/2011, FOR PERIOD 25/3/11 TO 24/4/11.
NOW, I WILL BLAME THE COMPANY, AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES, THAT INSPITE OF INSTIGATING EITHER TO STOP THE PLAN, AS IT IS NOT YET, USED.
I MUST HAVE PAID IN LAST 7 MONTHS, SUM OF NOT LESS THEN RS 2700/- TO RS 3000/-
I WILL THEREFORE REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES THROUGH, YOU, THAT TATA DOMO POST PAID IS REQUESTED TO PRESENT A HAND SET OF THE PRICE, WITHOUT, AVAILED, THEIR SERVICE, OR LET THEM CLOSE, THE SERVICE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, AS BECAUSE, AS A CUSTOMER, THEY WERE EXPECTED TO TELL ME IN MY BUSY SCHEDULE TO TAKE A NEW HAND SET.
NOW WITH MY ABOVE COMPLAINT, IF THE DOCOMO-POST PAID ,IS REMAINING UNRESPONSIVE, THEN I WILL FILE A CONSUMER CASE FOR TAKING MONEY, WITHOUT PROPER CUSTOMER CARE.

DEAR SIR,
ON 1ST OCT,2010 I PURCHASED INTERNATIONAL SIM FROM TATA DOCOMO MANGALORE. THEY TOLD ME IT WILL WORK IN DUBAI (U.A.E.) BUT COMING I NOTICED THAT INCOMING CALLS AND INCOMING / OUTGOING MESSAGES ARE ONLY WORKING. OUTGOING CALLS ARE NOT WORKING.
ALSO, ON 03/03/2011 I RECHARGED RS.501/- AND 25/03/2011 I RECHARGED RS.500/- ONLINE. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THEM THAT RECHARGE IS SUCCESSFUL BUT AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED TO MY MOBILE. MANY TIMES I SENT MAIL FROM HERE NO PROPER RESPONSE THEM. ALSO I CALL THEM FROM HERE MANY TIME THEY KEEPS HOLDING LINE MORE THEN 20MINUTES AND DISCONNECTING THE LINE. VERY DIFFICULTY TO CONTACT THEM. TILL TODAY RS.1,001/- NOT CREDITED TO MY MOBILE OR MY ACCOUNTS.
ALSO I REQUESTED MANY TIME FOR "DO NOT DISTURB FACILITY" FOR SERVICE PROVIDER MESSAGES AND CALLS. STILL NO ACTION TAKEN FROM THEM. I LOST MY MENTALLY PEACE AND MONEY FOR CALLING THEM FROM HERE ALSO MY TIME. I NEED COMPENSATION FROM THEM.
