Hello Sir.
I am Sandeep Kumar, a TATA DOCOMO GSM PREPAID customer with mobile no. [protected], purchased about a year back with providing the address proof (Sandeep Kumar, # 11A, 3rd A Cross, Seethappa Layout, Mannorayanapalya, R.T.Nagar Post, Bangalore – 32) and also I am residing at the same address.
I had logged in to the Tata Docomo Online Account (http://www.tatatele.in/myaccountgsm/index.jsp) But i was surprised to see that my address has been wrongly mentioned for which in no way I am responsible. It is showing as “Gopalapura, Bangalore, Bangalore, Blr, Karnataka-560001” which is not my address at all (it does not even show any sense of address) and I have never given this address when I purchased the Tata Docomo GSM SIM [protected]. But don’t know were it has went wrong.
On[protected], regarding this, from my email id ([protected]@yahoo.com) I had complained to Tata Docomo’s online customer care service “[protected]@tatadocomo.com” to solve the issue. The same day they replied via mail and requested me to “resubmit” my documents at the nearest TATA DOCOMO outlet.
As per their request, on[protected], I resubmitted my documents with the address (Sandeep Kumar, # 11A, 3rd A Cross, Seethappa Layout, Mannorayanapalya, R.T.Nagar Post, Bangalore – 32) along with my Address Proof (Driving Licence No. KA09/529/2002) at Tata Docomo Outlet, Padmavathi Agencies, Banasawadi Main Road, Maruthi Seva Nagar, Bangalore.
After resubmitting my documents, the same day, I mailed them with the scanned attachments of the acknowledgements given by Tata Docomo Outlet, Padmavathi Agencies, Banasawadi Main Road, M.S.Nagar, Bangalore, and told them to consider the address that has been given as the proof and sort out the issue.
On[protected], an online customer care executive mailed me and requested me to bear with them, as it would take 72 hours to get updated my name and address in the records.
Today it is[protected] and yet the issue is not solved. Still an unknown address is reflecting in Tata Docomo Online account (http://www.tatatele.in/myaccountgsm/index.jsp.) I have done my responsibility without fail and I am not a stupid to do it. I just want it to be transparent. But I am not able to understand why the name and address has not yet been corrected in their records. Why are they neglecting such an “important and sensitive” issue? Are they really concerned?
Hence I kindly request that my address to be corrected in all the records of Tata Docomo account of my mobile number [protected], and sort out the issue immediately.
