As per below mail, the complaint is closed but I have not yet received the deductions reversed back on my account. Please check the attached mail for your reference.
I need the entire total deducted amount reversed on my account ASAP.

How come without the customers feedback you can close the complaint? This is not the way of customer satisfaction, wherein I have not even got the deducted amount reversed back!..

For your Kind Information, Please check the last 50 transactions done on my number [protected]. You can notice that apart from monthly recharge of sms-pack-85 & recharge of 30 or 50, apart from messaging there are no calls made.
I would like to inform all the services were not activated from my end. I have also come across with my friends facing the same concern on their tata docomo’s no. I have also checked the no of complaints raised with tata for the same reasons, wherein services are activated on any particular schemes automatically without prior customer’s permission. I feel it is wrong on tata’s part & the same issue should be taken seriously with immense concern.
As per your tracking, you have mentioned that Monthly Feng Shui pack service and Cricket alerts Pack were activated from my end. Please first make it clear with proper justification that the same services were activated from my end or not. For your kind information & as per your reply, I had deactivated the services for Feng Shui on Friday, 25th Feb 2011 via sms and also on IVR (155223) & Cricket Service Alerts was deactivated on Saturday, 26th Feb 2011, by placing request on cc and also by sms.
With Respect to the records mentioned below, CRICKET_chota_30 Pack for Rs.30/- was activated on 26/02/2011 at 5:35 PM. But if you check on your records I had placed a request before 16:00 Hrs on 26th Feb 2011, with tata to stop all services & cancel unwanted services. I had also send an sms START DND to 1909 to stop all services henceforth & still the CRICKET_chota_30 Pack was activated from your end wherein my balance was 20.64/-.
You have mentioned the same deducted balance will not be reverted. But yesterday on 26th Feb 2011, for the deducted balance for CRICKET_chota_30 Pack, I got a reverted balance of 19/- from customer care executive.
How it is that cc does not have information about their own processes?
Now, to display the worst system & process how tata docomo works. Even after activating the DND service & stopping all services via sms & cc. Today 27th Feb 2011 again 5/- got deducted via auto-renewal scheme at 11:39 AM. Now the Balance on my account is 15/-.

I, Charlie Varghese, have been using the tata Docomo Prepaid Number, [protected] from last 1 Year.
I have been using this number to just send messages (no web services/ no calling/ no download services is used). There is just 1 recharge of sms pack 85 done on my number every month.
To provide a Brief Description about the Complaint regarding this number, there have been some services activated without prior intimation, to be precise.
On Wednesday, 23rd February 2011. The Balance on my number was 79.34/-.
On Thursday, 24th February 2001. The Balance was 47.51/-, as some services was activated without prior intimation. (unknown)(Not needed by me).
On Friday, 25th February 2011. The Balance was 42.03/- as some auto-renewal services got activated without any updates (Cricket updates)(Not needed by me).
On Saturday, 26th February 2011. Again 5/- was deducted via auto-renewal. I got a sms from 54321 stating the same. (Cricket updates)(Not needed by me).
I had spoken to the customer care no 121, they gave some deactivation number. I tried but to no vain, it shows no services are active on my number. I have even tried calling on 155223 to deactivate the services, it also shows no services are active. I have even tried to deactivate services via sms also. The CC agents are also not ready to help in regards to customer needs.
Is this the way a Telecom company works? Is there no proper way of prior intimation to be given to the customer before starting services on any number?
I Need a Proper update in regards to the same. Justification should be given for points 2, 3 & 4.
To be Clear, Please revert back me the amount which is deducted from my tata docomo account.
If the same services are not deactivated & deducted amount is not reversed, I will raise a complaint with TRAI.
