Hi,
My Tata Docomo number is[protected], I activated it at Chennai.
My workplace is at Regus Business centre, 6th floor, Chennai Citi Centre. My Tata Docomo service is absolutely rotten here. Rest of the places, bearable. Nowhere it is anything to write home about...
I can never rely on this service to work anytime of the day. It would be either in an Emergency mode, No Service, Invalid Service, etc., And, if I manage to get a signal, I always get these messages "Call Ended", "No Service", "Processing..." and then the call ends, "Call your operator services" or some such.
Worst is, I cannot receive any calls either. They get cut instantly, or the service message instantly switches to Emergency mode, with all the calls appearing after 1 hour as "you have 3 missed calls from so-and-so" smses.
This is terrible. Either I need a fix or I would like to move to Airtel, which has always been a reasonably reliable Service.

And I get a feel of what a great services you provide at outlets by this incidence.
Yesterday(12th April 2011) I visited their at 10:20 sharp their was only one customer in outlet & one young lady was handling that customer rest of staff was busy in gossiping as a result nobody was bother about attending the customer i.e myself, everyone is busy in talking about the girlfriend and other non professional stuff at office premises. After 10 min. of non-sense talk I asked the front office lady executive to solve my problem. So she recognize me & tell me that she cant help me in this matter & left the place without addressing the issue. Still I manage to convey the massage of my written communication (11th April 2011 at 7:30 PM) to hand over the documents but she refuses to take it and used non-professional language & I quote "main yaha kanche khelane nahi baithi hu ja jisne bola hai usi ko de yaha se kuch nahi hoga."
This incidence shows how sensitive you people are about handling the customer. And what a awful training you provide to your customer care executives. I am really sorry that I don't know what to call such a shameless lady except customer care executives, please suggest me if you have any other designation for this type of people.
WHATEVER IT IS I AM DAMN SURE THAT NOTHING BOTHERS YOU. NEITHER YOU ADDRESS THIS COMPLAINT NOR YOU TAKE ACTION AGAINST THAT LADY.
SO I SUGGEST: DON'T MAKE ANY NEW CUSTOMER IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING THOSE CUSTOMER.
