Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Swapnil Awale, I am availing telecoms services form TATA DOCOMO from last 2 months (aprox.) but my outgoing services is bared by the provider without any prior intimation on Saturday(08/04/2011) so I try to contact on customer care by 121 customer care service & also by mail.

BELOW MATTER IS THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ME & COMPANY THROUGH MAIL

As you said that their is some previous due form my earlier service provider then I take this opportunity to suggest you that any authority person from docomo should inform me in prior instead of doing this type of cheap activities like barred outgoing services.

By the way few days back someone form docomo called me for asking about previous dues, that time I provide him all the details related to bill payment.

On 8th April 2011 I come to know that I have due payment of Rs.55/- only. Which is not a big amount so I paid it then and their only but still my service is barred & I consider docomo as culprit for such a irresponsible behavior for all the mental stress I get during last 2 days.

I am a businessman and mostly my deals are finalized on phone so I like to inform you that what ever will be my loss because of this shameful act by company(docomo) has to pay me the loss. If I don't get my services back at the earliest.

I really don't believe you guys from last 5 days I get a phone call from DOCOMO, they just assure that they will solve the problem but nothing is happening. In my last written communication Mr. Cheten Patil from Customer Service DOCOMO wrote me to submit the document's in nearest outlet. so I visit to outlet named Utkarsh TATA, Nr. Padole hospital Sq., Swavalambi Nagar, Trimurty Nagar, Nagpur.

And I get a feel of what a great services you provide at outlets by this incidence.


Yesterday(12th April 2011) I visited their at 10:20 sharp their was only one customer in outlet & one young lady was handling that customer rest of staff was busy in gossiping as a result nobody was bother about attending the customer i.e myself, everyone is busy in talking about the girlfriend and other non professional stuff at office premises. After 10 min. of non-sense talk I asked the front office lady executive to solve my problem. So she recognize me & tell me that she cant help me in this matter & left the place without addressing the issue. Still I manage to convey the massage of my written communication (11th April 2011 at 7:30 PM) to hand over the documents but she refuses to take it and used non-professional language & I quote "main yaha kanche khelane nahi baithi hu ja jisne bola hai usi ko de yaha se kuch nahi hoga."

This incidence shows how sensitive you people are about handling the customer. And what a awful training you provide to your customer care executives. I am really sorry that I don't know what to call such a shameless lady except customer care executives, please suggest me if you have any other designation for this type of people.

WHATEVER IT IS I AM DAMN SURE THAT NOTHING BOTHERS YOU. NEITHER YOU ADDRESS THIS COMPLAINT NOR YOU TAKE ACTION AGAINST THAT LADY.

SO I SUGGEST: DON'T MAKE ANY NEW CUSTOMER IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING THOSE CUSTOMER.

    On 15th December 2014, I did an online recharge of Rs. 1, 947/-.


    Since I did not get a receipt or completion of recharge mail from you, I did another online recharge of Rs. 1, 947/- which was successful.


    However I have been debited twice by HDFC Bank credit card.


    Transaction No.088054 of 15th December 2014 is not valid and that amount of Rs.1, 947/- should be refunded to my credit card.

      on my number outgoibng call are not availlable i have submitted my document please aalow me to enjoy outgoing call on my number
      What a bad service... i've been trying your customer care number from yesterday (11/04/12) till this day(12/04/12) it didnt get connected to. Is this kind of services you provide to your customers. For once i got the line connected but from the other end they said "all representatives are busy call after sometime and disconnected the call".
      I have ported from Airtel to Docomo hearing the services and schemes provided by you are good. I really feel very bad from myself I done a big mistake by porting to your network

          Dear Sir, (Customer Care Tata Docomo)
          My no. is [protected] and alternate no is. [protected]. and about your live chat I have done that too and your representative said that he has registered a complaint regarding this with complaint no.[protected]. But till now I had no reply of action taken ... Think for a while you take 1 sec to activate a pack bcoz it costs customer and more than a week to resolve customer friendly issues, activate DND and all those... how can this move be justified.

          I brought tata photon before 2 months for internet. At that time i have plan of rs.1050 which give only 5gb free. But after some time i shifted to new pg and i get wifi connection there. So i went to company office in noida sec 18 to make this device off but they said

          >> Its compulsory to use there rubbish device upto 3 months
          >> After that you have to pay rs 75 everymonth
          >> After 3 month it again get activated with same plan

          Then i said ok, if its a compulsion to use this device for 3 month then please change my plan from 1050 to 250 data plan.I said them again and again please be sure that plan is changed. They said don't worry mam its chaged. At that time they said yes mam, its ok.

          And when i call them today regarding my bill they said me
          >>your bill is rs.1050.

          I even never touched the device for 1 month because i thought my plan is now data plan. And they said me

          >>your plan will be activated in next month.


          So irresponsible tata's customer care supppot are. They always have excuse and excuse. They are number 1 cheater and froad. I suggest never to use their device. They will always search new ways to fatch out your money from your pockets.

          They never even go to tell you their hidden terms and condition and after buying item from them they clearly tell you that if we tell each terms and condition then no one will gonna buy with you.


          Please i am a big fool who purchased this.

          I want solution for this.

          I wish to consumer complaint to tell the company that they always give any written statement of changing plan or whatever they lie to normal people.
          And please help me soon for this. I don't have so much money to waste on these fro ad companies.
          i have told the Docomo at customare to change my commenction to prepaid 2 months ago, near about 1st week of december, and given my alternate no, now the tell me we have contacted you for regarding the same and since i've not replied the canceled my request, and kept the postpaid going on, i said okay and fired the complaint again, now the same response. but also now they are saying that you pay the current month bill we will immediately comvert into prepaid.
          i have not called even a single number since last three months, however i've paid last 2 bills wroth rs 327/- and 33/- now they are asking for 250+ rs.
          why should i pay him , if i have already filed the complaint....
          since i am gently paid the bills so will continually keep billing me infinitely.........
          i m not gonna pay him a single rs, not even single paisa.............
          Today i recieved my Tata Photon broadband bill.
          My plan is [protected]@600. I know that i have not use internet more tha 2 GB and i recieved bill of amount 1500 Rs.

          I dont know how they are charging...

          Realy they are cheater and froad...
          TRUELY TATA PHOTON BILLS ARE A BIG FRAUD...

          THEY CHARGE LIKE ANYTHING..

          Respected Sir,

          I would like to bring to your notice that I have been charged with a subscription service of Rs.30/- for Shero-Shayari-Chota and would like to vehemently express my grievance for being charged for it.

          I would like to reiterate that I have never consented to the subscription of the same and would like to demand an immediate refund of the Rs.30/- fee that has been charged to against my prepaid mobile number i.e. [protected].

          At the same time I have called the customer service and lodged the complaint as well as the cancellation of the came withing 7 days of noticing it. My complaint number is GPL[protected] and would expect you personally look into it and ensure that the subscription is cancelled and the fee immediately REFUNDED.

          Its a sheer disgust to know that your organization has ways and means that allows a fee being charged to customer without the consent, create simple ways that tricks the customer into being subscribed over the phone.

          I am extremely unhappy to observe this practice of which I have been a victim of it for the second time. If the amount is not credited then I would surely terminate my services and also highlight this on several blogs that can create an awareness about how the customers are tricked into TATA DOCOMO plans.

          Once again would request you to expedite this matter and ensure Rs.30/- fees is refunded at the earliest. If you cant refund the entire amount then you have no right to charge for the entire duration and should refund the fee from the time it was cancelled.

          I received a SMS from the service providers reading "TA-Pack 444 ... Ab Full Talk Time se bhi zyada! paiye 444 rupaiye ke special recharge se poore 475 rupaiye ka Talk Time aur sabhi local calls 1p/2sec ke rate par" on Jan 16, 2011 at 9.45 am and I got my prepaid mobile connection [protected] recharged under the said offer on Jan 17, 2011. I am being charged at the rae 1p/sec instead of the offer made. This tnds to cheating and inspite of repeated complaints, the povders are not heeding to my requests and getting the Billing system corrcted and refund the excess charged amount .. mustan

          This complaint is with regards to an internet bill of INR Rs. 7, 281.00/-
          being generated for one single month even when our credit limit cearly
          stated on the bill is INR 2400.00 / month

          I called yesterday (March 12, 2013) to TATA Customer Care will
          conviniently close the complaint without a phone call or intimation saying
          that the contact numbers were not reachable.Really pathetic excuses when a
          mobile AND a landline number was provided which are both 24/7
          availible.The customer care staff themselves agreed that the credit limit
          should not be exceeded and if it does, the connection should be shutdown
          and the customer is informed of the situation before raising a bill for
          any amount.

          Is it sensible to say that someone with a credit limit of say INR 500 can
          run up a bill for even 1 thousand ?? Why is the credit limit put at all
          then??

          After 2 emails to : nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com which were again replied to
          by a insignificant automated response, I have decided to move this case to
          you for your kind pursue.

          The original Bill along with the credit limit stated is clearly mentioned
          and I would like to take this forward to make my voice heard as calling
          customer care is doing nothing but wasting my time.

          I have only one question if I have decided my credit limit of 2400/-, So how can they send me the bill of 7000/-.

          Desr sir, i got a wrong bill for My tata docomo number [protected].I was told that my credit limit is just 1000 rupee, but i was billed for rs 2255.00 which is very high for me to pay. i feel like cheated by them . Now they are torturing daily and threatening me. Please help me . I am ready to pay the bill if it is according to my credit limit.and also i never get any call or message for my excess internet usage beyond the credit limit.

          My concern is with TATA DOCOMO just for my billing, As per my Postpay
          plan they give me a credit limit up to 3600/- and all of a sudden they
          give me a bill of 16962/- and they blocked my connection without even a
          prior intimation. Since i am not able to use my service i am facing huge
          lose in my business, i had tried calling and had also send mails to
          higher authorities but still there is no resolution provided.

          i am a common men and i am not willing to pay such huge amnt of bill.

But they cant do it. i asked to the customer service center also . but my problem is not solved. company rise the bill rs 645. i arady explained to call center deteced my my add this is the first time i think that tata docomo is worst service forever.req any information pls call [protected]

            sir.i am tata docomo consumer my compain is 48rs. net pack for 1 gb dounlode free+one month surfing free but sir i am not dounload only surfing but my net pack is finis only 23 march to1 april and 6april other 48 rs.net pack. this pack is alsothis time 1/4 pack finish.sir i requesting you please help me . custmer care is not help me. please.

              I had applied for a prepaid Tata docomo mobile connection in the September of 2009, for which, I had submitted a passport sized photograph of me and photocopy of my driver's license as the identity and address proof at the time of applying for the connection. But, the connection allocated to me was activated in the name of a person other than me. When I approached the retailer with the above problem he stated his inability to help me and instead asked me to visit the Tata telesevices ltd. office for the complaint registration. I intimated the authority at the Tata teleservices ltd. office regarding the above problem on[protected] and registered a complaint for the change in my identity and address. The officer there requested me to submit my photograph and address and identity proof afresh. On being mentioned about the documents having been submitted earlier and inquired about the status of the documents already submitted, he stated that since the office staff were relatively new, may be the documents got misplaced by mistake. He also tried to convince me that the missing documents will not be misused and if ever a connection was allotted against my documents, the same would be rejected during the identity verification check. So, I was given no options other than to resubmit the documents again and provided a customer copy of my compliant.
              In spite of repeated assurances, the complaint has not been addressed till date. Rather, each time when I complain, I am asked to resubmit my documents again and again. i fear my documents have been misused and someone else is using a connection in my name. more then 18 months have passed in between but the status quo remains the same.
              What should i do now?

                Dear Sir,
                I use the post paid service of TATA DOCOMO . In the march bill , which I recieved on % th of April I found that Rs 99 Games value pack through Tata Docomo Dive in has been added to my account, while I hadn't subscribed any such pack. While talking to customer care i got the answer that once u recieve any service message and click on it, amouynt gets deducted. The call duration period can also be seen in the bill attached which is 1 sec , can any one download any item in just 1 sec. I then requested customer care that when i havent requested for any service message then why do u send them , is it just to fool customers any loot their money. The subscription which are in favour of customer gets activated by a message which is send by the customer, then how can one subscribe a customer of a pack which costs him without any message provision, this policy of cheating the customer prevails in every survice provider. when i asked them to activate the DND service, which means i wudnt recieve service messages any more , they assured me, any today again I got a service message from TATA DOCIMO DIVE in, they say its takes 7 days for thisservice to activate, but my games pack was activated in a second..............., Hope I will get Justice..............                 Yes... the same problem is with me... 99 rs deducted frm my prepaid account and customer care gave me the description that these are deducted for game value pack.. and today they deduct 28 more n reason is still the same...

                      My Tata Docomo number is[protected], I activated it at Chennai.

                      My workplace is at Regus Business centre, 6th floor, Chennai Citi Centre. My Tata Docomo service is absolutely rotten here. Rest of the places, bearable. Nowhere it is anything to write home about...

                      I can never rely on this service to work anytime of the day. It would be either in an Emergency mode, No Service, Invalid Service, etc., And, if I manage to get a signal, I always get these messages "Call Ended", "No Service", "Processing..." and then the call ends, "Call your operator services" or some such.

                      Worst is, I cannot receive any calls either. They get cut instantly, or the service message instantly switches to Emergency mode, with all the calls appearing after 1 hour as "you have 3 missed calls from so-and-so" smses.

                      This is terrible. Either I need a fix or I would like to move to Airtel, which has always been a reasonably reliable Service.

                        2 weeks back I bought new 3G docomo data card. I opted post pay offer, they are not telling how much data I've used till now. They are telling that ' we can't tell that and we don't have that facility !!! ' . I was using mts data card, It has the option to check how much data I've used. But docomo guys are telling we will get in the bill.

                        What is the Guarantee that they will charge more in the bill ?

                          well these tata docomo people have been troubling me from 29th march they are again and again activating unsubscribed services on my number [protected] without my consent and deducting amount from my balence total 36 rs have been deducted. It all started on 29th march when they first activated chota cricket pack and deducted 30 rs on the same day they deducted 3 rs for data usage so i complained and they returned only 30 rs and said they can''t return 3 rs so i asked them to deactivate gprs and my gprs service was stopped but they again charged me for data usage on 2nd april when i complained to customer care they response was negative as usual and they did returned 3 rs after i contacted them million times but the same story was repeated on 4th april and they deducted 3 rs again for data usage and did not returned the amount i am not able to understant how they are charging me for data usage when gprs service is disabled on my number. to add to my woes they again deducted 30 rs from my account on 6th april morning and aint responding to my complaints so i have to go to their outlet the person there forwarded my complain but amount have not been returned yet. tata docomo is really bringing bad name to big name of TATA industries. i glanced through internet and found there are hundred of people being troubled by these tata docomo people i will request judicial system to take action against against these white coat dacoits becoz concerned authorities of these companies are big cheats and liars so it is of no use to ask them for help
                          hello customer officer i would like to inform you further that today after posting this complaint further 55 rs have been reduced from my account 5 rs for some bollywood pack and 50 rs for data usage . It has reduced my balence to 10.25 rs from 101.25 rs in past one week u guys are really troubling can you guys just tell me your intentions. Should i stop using your services?

                            My name is Shalini Singh from Pune .Recently on 19th march 2011 I got one call from Tata docomo Delhi office from Pankaj , he was calling me to convince me about there Tata docomo e-stick he told me that the dongle is of cost 2000rs and the plan which he told me is of 1275rs in which I’ll get speed of 7.2 mbps upto5 GB and after that speed will be reduce to 128kbps up to 15 GB after telling this he told me that madam we are having Holi offer in which you will get 15 days unlimited downloading of speed 7.2 mbps which is totally free of cost and you don’t have to pay anything for it after listening him I told him that in my area that is Wadgaonsheri Pune is having network problem I don’t think that docomo network is there or not but he told me that madam I am giving you 100 percent guarantee that in your area there is full network of docomo and you will get full speed that is 7.2 Mbps I checked in our database and it is showing me that there is full network.

                            After all this I ordered it on phone itself and after 4 hours they sent me dongle at my home but after that the dongle was get activated after 1 day which they told me that it will get activated within an hour but that was also not a problem the main problem started after activation of dongle, after its activation I m getting speed of 1-2 kbps which no one can tolerate because I was getting 115 kbps speed from my Aircel GPRS which is far better than this expansive dongle so why would I go for this.

                            Then I called Pankaj to log my complain first 2-3 times he respond me that they are trying to resolve my problem but after that I called him more than 100 times all the time he picked up my phone and after listening my voice he used to disconnect it immediately that should not done who is going to pay my phone bill??

                            After all this they terminate my service by their own on 22nd march 2011 and I was not able to access it after that I got irritated and I told them to refund my money because they lied to me and this is fraud and I m not at all satisfied with all these thing they are not giving proper respond to their customers they only work is to sell there product by making fool and after that there work is finished but the customers are not fool.

                            So I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible .

                                Hello Sir,
                                I am a TATA DOCOMO customer of Karnataka with mobile number [protected].
                                After using TATA DOCOMO for more than one year approximately, my tariff validity expired on the end of January 2011. When I contacted CUSTOMER CARE, i was asked to recharge 36.00 Rs. to continue my previous tariff for another one more year.
                                So i recharged an amount of Rs. 36.00 on[protected] and I was enjoying my old tariff as 1pc/sec.
                                On April 3rd 2011, I came to know from one of my friend that a new scheme was introduced with the special recharge of Rs. 69.00, for which my call tariff will be changed to 1pc/2sec for 3 months.
                                When i contacted customer care on[protected] to enquire whether that scheme will be applicable for me, one executive asked me to recharge Rs. 69.00 and as well as Rs. 36.00, only then the scheme to be applied.
                                On immediately i got my number recharged with Rs. 69.00 and Rs. 36.00 sucessfully.
                                But later i realised that the customer care executive has "misguided" me and due to that I had recharged Rs. 36.00 twice (i.e.[protected] and[protected].
                                On[protected] I called customer care and asked to refund my RS. 36.00 which had been recharged to to misguidance by customer care executive. They told me to contact the retailer where i have recharged and get it refunded.
                                When I contacted the retailer, he said that once the currency is sucessfully recharged, then no money can be refunded.
                                Again I contacted customer care on[protected] and told them what all happend and asked about my refund. But they refused to do so.
                                Now i am experiencing a feeling that I have been cheated and they (customer care and retailer) are blaming on eachother.
                                It is not just a matter of 36.00 Rs. It is nothing but a looting of customers money openly at day as if there is no one to be held responsible and it also shows that the so called customer care executive dosn't have proper knowledge or misguiding the customers purposely.
                                Hence, I hereby request the amount of Rs. 36/- that has been recharged for the second time due to misguidance of customer care executive be refunded immediately or credit it to my talktime value.

                                I was thinking to port from vodafone to TATA DOCOMO, but after reading such types of complains, I think that vodafone is 10000 times better than other operators in all aspects.

                                with reference to my complaint dated[protected], you had said that a complaint has been registered with docket number PGSR09334712, which will be resolved by[protected]. Also upon resolution of the complaint, I would be informed.

                                But, unfortunately Today is already[protected]:30 PM) and neither my money is been refunded nor my problem is solved. I would like to know why is the delay? When will my money be refunded? Is there any care taken towards the customer? Is it wrong that I recharged for the second time blindly trusting your Customer care executive?
                                My personal opinion, not to completely trust the CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES...
                                They do not have proper knowledge /information to give to the customers.
                                They do not want to agree their mistakes.
                                I am not at all satisfied.
                                I am fedup..

                                After that conversation, my personal opinion is, not to completely trust the CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES...

                                What ever the recharges done / tariff / call charges / validity, should be known by the Customer Care Executives who has a computer and also has the right to access my transactions at least to know the basic information.

                                Due to that they have disagreed to refund my money.
                                I am not at all satisfied.

                                Regarding my main complaint, on[protected], another complaint was been registered with docket number PGSM09373761 by TATA DOCOMO customer care and i was told that it would be resolved by 18-APR-2011.

                                But nothing has been done by TATA DOCOMO.

                                When called to customer care to enquire about it, either it is not connected or when connected, the call is disconnected purposely by the executives.

                                Why are they doing like that? Why are they not responding properly? What is the problem to refund MY MONEY to me? Why do they want MY MONEY? What do they gain by not refunding MY MONEY?
                                I dont mind calling TATA DOCOMO THIEVES.

                                I demand reply and action.
                                Well at last after many days, after many interactions, my money (RS. 36.00) has been credited back to my account by TATA DOCOMO on[protected].
                                I appreciate the action taken by all the concerned persons who are directly or indirectly involved in solving this issue.

                                "QUICK ACTION BY TATA DOCOMO, WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE APPRECIATED."

                                Well now the problem regarding this recharge issue has been solved.

                                Paid for 4 postpaid mobile connections special nos :[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] @ Rs. 2000/- per no by cheque nos - 658313, 658314, 658315 & 658316, ICICI BANK, COX TOWN, from my company current account.
                                This was for an urgent requirement to blast sms & receive calls on all 4 nos. But the response, service has left me so very disappointed. Two verifications were done, yet no connections were provided.
                                I wonder what choice of words can really describe the attitudde of your Tata team. I was promised refund, yet one whole month has passed without any reply. After insisting for a receipt, I was issued one, dated 25-Mar-2011, invoice no - IRKA/4110/1084/00928, 29, 30, 31 - only for the sim card charges - Rs. 300.00 x 4 = Rs. 1, 200.00. My 3 out 4 cheques have been cashed.

                                    I am a Tata Docomo Prepaid User in Gujarat with Mobile Number +[protected] , Sir I have subscribe for the Blackberry Internet Bundle in which they said that I can get Unlimited Blackberry Messenger , Unlimited Email , Umlimited Social Networking , and Unlimited Blackberry Internet Browsing and its cost Rs. 399 per month but when i subscribed for it and start browsing for internet i received message for balance deduction for internet browsing and its happens 4 times in a day so Call to constomer care so they provice me some toll free number [protected] to get detail why balance has been ctu , so i called there and he get each detail from me and then says u have to dial 121 and then after operator sound appear press 3 then 4 and then 9 , so i do as he directed , in this 3rd call a lady named Bhavika receive the call and she also get each detail from me and then says you have to dial 121 then press 321222 after operator voice , so i do as directed , in this 4th call new lady named Bhvana says you have to talk on 121#9 , so i call on that number but it was not a proper number ( means number does not exist ) , so i call back to 121 and press 321222 and transfered the line to senior executive , and he says that you have get this detail only from 121 then 9 number his name was umesh maru.

                                    Sir still now i have pay charges for the internet browsing for the unlimited plan and they didnt give me answer to me why they cut the balance for unlimited plan and gives a new number to talk and they waste my valuable time , sir when i m a literate person and they do like this to me then i think what type of charges they collect from illiterate or some low literate persons ?

                                    Please Sir do something about it to prevent this type of problems society has facing this time

HR.I am your docomo pre paid customer From Last 2 days & from beginning i have to face much problems. i purchase this no. 1 year before. there was a mistake by dealer about document.than i port this no. to idea. After 90 days i port this no. again idea to docomo.On 2nd may 2011 i did make a call on 121 for best offers. I don't know whatever that person name was who told me that, " sir if you rech. your a/c with rs. 300 than you get rs. 330 balance & you can use this bal. till 365 days." After rech. i make a call again on 121 there was another person he told me that." sir this bal. will be applicable only for 45 days." I requested to him then he transfer my call to his senior Mohit. He told me that, " sir aapka bal. refund ho jayega. he gave me a no. which was 52202. Than i make a call on this no. from [protected] which is dealer no.
                                    Till that time everything was ok. i check my a/c there was 2.43 rs in main a/c., 100 MB data & 330 in special a/c. than i used the internet facility after that my special a/c bal. was 325.6 rs. i am very fed up about this kind of service..

                                    Sir i request to you please solve this problem & fefund this 300 rs. bal. in dealer a/c or convert this balance into my main a/c balance.
                                    Now 121 is barred also from my no. On this way u can understand which condition i will have to face.

                                      I have been suffering many problems from TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE.
                                      many time my balance was unreasonably deducted.but i ignore,but now the customer care officer's rude behaviour and unsatisfy information forced me to take the step.today without any reason 3r.s deducted from my account.its not just for 3r.s but for repeatedly mistake of TATA DOCOMO.i have many proof.my brother also suffering the same.in last week about 200 r.s deduction was made.SO please help me.and i also submit complaint in TATA DOCOMO but ,no response.
                                      Yes TATA DOCOMO used to deduct even mine and my brothers balance in the name of downloads, but no such download I made nor my brother.
                                      Both numbers used to get deducted same amount of balance at the same time and for same reason.
                                      Even after complaining 6 times to NODAL & APPELLATE authorities no action was taken. Irresponsible behaviour was the only thing they show after complaining.
                                      SO NOW I PORTED OUT OF DOCOMO TO LOOP

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        My Name is Punit Rana and I buy the Tata DOCOMO 3G Stick(MDN [protected]) on 05/03/2011 from white filed . On that time i buy they told me that we have very good network at Whitefield area Bangalore. When i come at home i try 1 week and here is no network most of time and some time only 1 signal and i am not able to work. I called in customer care on 11/03/2011 and raised the complain #NWK3G10040907 and they told me that your problem will be solve by 15/03/2011 but till now not solved , I have called customer care 2-3 time and ask to transfer to manager they told me that we are transferring and put me on hold for 20 min but no one answer my call.

                                        I Pay 2000 rupees when buy the connection and 1000 need to pay per month ,if Tata DOCOMO can not give me service please return my money.

                                        Tata DoCoMo / 3G E-stick — Fraud

                                        Hello,
                                        I had purchased tata docomo 3G e-stick last month. The company had cheated me. I had lodged complaint but the people in the Customer Care are not at all responding to me. Today the representative of the company had visited my place and agreed the problem is severe. But then no action is taken. I am lodging complaint from 8th April 2011 but still no solution. The company claims to give 3G speed i.e. 7.2 MBPS but I hardly get 100 KBPS speed. So please some one help me.

                                        Tata DoCoMo / 3G E-stick — not able to connect to internet.

                                        I have bought tata docomo E-Stick of number [protected] on 22-march-2010 from my home town bareilly UP. At the time of purchase they had confirmed me that i can use it all over india. But after coming to banglore when i tries to use it i was not able to connect it. More over whenever i tired to call them they always give me a complaint number and said my complaint will be taken care but nothing goes from there end.when i contacted them back about the status they never hav given me correct response. this story continues till now. More then 10 times i have call them to rectify my problem but nothing has happened over this period & problem is still existing. now i want to surrender the connection.

                                        please help me for the same. As now after somedays they will over burdened me with the billing for the which i havent availed any services.

                                        More then one month is gone, You guy Still sleeping...
                                        I have one more complaint for Tata Docoma e-stick, when i log onto on website to recharge after entering my MDN number [protected] it gives me only one plan for prepay ( i use to see 3 unlimited plan for 30 days unlimited with fair usage after certain limit), the plan i see in website is usage based and it exhausted my recharge in 2 days, i feel the Tata docoma services are scam and when i called the customer care they have no clue of what plans tata docoma and disconnect on pretext of calling their supervisor .I feel cheated since i opted for a month of service which i was receving for 1250 Rs and i got 2 days service finally, i cannot recharge for the tata docoma website and website has horrible Payment gateway which never connect to netbanking or Debit Card .Customer Care is totally ignorent they don't know what is e-stick device and will keep repeating one sentence, the speed is also slow around 100 kbps even in the beginning and it keep disconnecting in the evening, so i advice keep it simple silly and don't buy this product .

                                        TATA DOCOMO 3G SUPPORT — NO SUPPORT FOR 3G E STICK

                                        Hi,

                                        I have purchased a 3G E stick device on April 1st 2011 from Tata Docomo. After 48 Hrs they disabled the service stating the address is not verified and restored the service after manual verification of the address after 2 days. Service availability and speed is very good. No issues with connection and speed. But on April 12th the device become non-functional and I called support they took me through full cycle of trouble shooting by wasting almost 1 Hr knowing that the device is not functioning and created a trouble ticket[protected] and told me their back end team will call me. After the same I have called the support multiple times and asked for solution. They have only one answer they have forwarded the ticket to back end team and they will call me within 48 Hrs. That 48 hrs is not happen till now and today is April-25-2011.
                                        From last 12 days I am not able to use the device or 3G connectivity and support have no answer till now. At last they gave Nodal Officer's phone number [protected]. After making 31 calls to this number I left with no choice. I have emailed to the nodal officer about the complaint till waiting for reply.

                                        Due to privacy reasons I am not giving my mobile number and email address here. If required will provide later.

                                        Dude..when they say they are giving nodal officer's number, they are actually giving some number which is non-functional . It has happened to me also . Each customer support executive gives different phone number . I just changed my sim .
                                        when u say scam i agree they come under 2G Scam + 3G scam + so on and so on. Better to pay a little more to other company, let it be airtel, but tata docomo sucks big time. Customer care for them mean cust se mer (die out of pain), this is the motto they are following. There way of operations is so aweful that even BSNL people are laughing at them... say tata to tata.
                                        i too have bought tata docomo e stick 3g, yesterday it dialled and connected to network manually, but today sayin "no dial tone", even the software comes with the stick is not working since begining?
                                        Any Help or suggestion?

                                        The issue has solved. And from April 2011 I am using the same Service with full satisfaction on speed/ service/bills etc.

                                        Wonderful Tata Docomo.

                                        Now Airtel Started 3G service on Dongle where they are supporting 2G if 3G is not available in some area if we travel That means we will have some sort of Internet connection always on travel. That is wonderful.

                                        Docomo 2GB is 750 Rs. Where Airtel 4GB is 750 Rs. This is wonderful offer. And Airtel SIM is not locked with the device so we can use the sim with any device or phone for 2G/3G. Speed also wonderful now.

                                        i raised new online complain as no solution from TATA Docomo. I don't think they can help to any one. I will change my provider.
